I called the store this afternoon to ask questions on pricing, I was calling on behalf of someone else and had no idea what this place was other than they sold meat. I spoke with Lisa who put me on hold then Angela picked up the phone and I asked for estimate pricing on Gerbers chicken breast and instead of telling me how they sold it Angela rudely asked what kind, confused because I told her Gerbers and breast I had no idea she was asking the amount of chicken so I just told her I was calling on behalf of my Aunt, that I wasn't sure how much but just needed an idea and asked if she has an estimate which she responded rudely that she does not, she needs to know exactly what I want so I started throwing out pounds and to everything I said she'd follow with they don't carry it that way and then proceeded to tell me what they had why she couldn't start with that is beyond me. Before hanging up I told her I understood why my Aunt wouldn't want to call there with her crappy attitude and that I'm sorry I didn't know exactly what was wanted and have never been to the store or new anything about it. She just said okay and we ended our call. I won't judge the whole business based off a crappy employee but it definitely isn't the kind of employee I'd want working for my company. I work in a customer service setting and I completely understand how frustrating it can be, but l've never disrespected or have been rude to one person I've dealt with. This was unacceptable behavior for a grown woman to have.
