Absolutely disgusting 🤮. We used to be a regular in this place when it opened and loved it. We got a take away after a long long time and oh boy! I puked my stomach out. The veggies are old, stale, the chicken is old with frost bites. I would’ve made a better dinner at home. This totally spoiled our night, if you want to keep good health do not go here you’re going to fall sick. What a waste of money! That’s the face of coleslaw in the picture. Reply back to the owner: I am generally not the kind who posts reviews. I genuinely felt the bad taste and change in management has definitely brought a drop in the quality of food. Like I said, this used to be our weekly Friday night dinner spot and have suggested a lot of friends to try this place. And looks like I’m not the only one who feels this way, other reviews also talks the same. Please take the reviews positively to bring a change, otherwise you are loosing some regular and new customers for sure.

Gave this place a try since a Korean and Mexican mix sounded really cool. But after experiencing this place, it didn't live up to the hype I had hoped it would. The Food: I went with the Korean Chicken Bowl for my meal. The protein had a slight bit of flavor, but when combined with all the toppings, the bowl was bland. The veggies lacked a lot of that flavor and the rice was a little hard and tasteless. The bowl lacked those big and bold flavors that typical Korean and Mexican food usually have. It was not good at all. I ended up not finishing the bowl and throwing it out unfortunately. Also, for the price, the bowl was quite expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. The Service: Service was okay. The owner wasn't as friendly and kinda had me rushed through what I wanted to choose. I was the only one in there and the food took a little long, but I assume it was because they had to cook the protein per order? Other than that, service was just okay. Overall, a 1/5. Didn't like my experience here unfortunately. Maybe other items might be better, but since everything was pretty overpriced, it kinda steered me away from giving it a chance again

Only one guy in the kitchen wears gloves the other 2 touch everything including the food. It is really hot in the restaurant as if the AC isn’t even on in the dead of summer. The food is lacking in the capture of true Mexican and Korean fusion. The food also took the 3 guys in the back over 40 mins to make. Mind you I only ordered a burger and a steak and cheese with no one in the restaurant and no online ordering available since I had tried to order via their website prior to coming in.

Love the Bulgogi Quesadillas! My husband and I come here often for a comfort hit of the bulgogi quesadillas and cheese fries! We've tried other closer places with similar menus, but nothing compares to the quesadillas here! They are 100% worth the 20 minute drive. The quesadilla is always cooked to perfection, with a delectably crispy tortilla. The bulgogi meat is flavorful, plentiful, and proportioned perfectly to the cheese. I've rarely had a quesadilla as good as this. The cheese fries are the perfect compliment to the quesadilla, with real cheese layered throughout the fries. No skimping on the cheese here! We typically ask for the sauce on the side as the orange sauce has a kick that can build up on you, but it's a great dipping sauce to add just what you want. We've tried other meals here and they were good, but we keep going back to the quesadillas! *Updated 6/29/25 to add picture!

Google
Extremely disappointed, was excited for this fusion. However food was old, not fresh and not good overall. The veggies were already going bad. The meat tasted like had frost bite from freezer. Note that if you’ve ever had Mexican or any Latino carne asada this is not that. It is just ground beef with a weird taste. Chicken we asked if white meat def not. And even chicken sandwich was dark meat not chicken breast. Wings and fries were only ok thing. I honestly still feel like throwing up from the rest. Sadly this place has potential but they failed miserably in quality.

Was looking for a quick dinner and came across this great place with great taste and a Halal menu. Must try if you like Mexican and Korean food. The owner/manager Fareed was super nice in explaining the menu and checking on us to make sure everything was up to the mark. Will definitely be visiting again to try other stuff on the menu.

Google
When we got here I thought it would be fine but when we got our food IT WAS THE 💣 the Mexican fries were the best fries I have ever had and the steak and cheese Korean chicken was the best steak and cheese sub I have ever had but the Mexican chicken tacos were ok they could use some sauce but overall this is one the best restaurants I had had!

Google
The food was really good — full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and generous portions that definitely give you your money’s worth. The only downside for me was the spice level — it was a little too spicy for my taste. But if you enjoy some heat, you'll probably love it even more. Overall, delicious food, satisfying portions, and a fun twist on two amazing cuisines. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
We had a great time here last night! We got a whole bunch of food to try everything and it didn't disappoint. The staff was so friendly and helped us with recommendations. They bulgogi fries were amazingly cheese and full of flavor. The wing sauce (I think it was called tangy) was spicy but sweet. The gogi burger with added slaw was flavorful and fresh. We really enjoyed the food and service and will be back

Yelp
Wednesday 6/18/2025 Came across this spot while scrolling on Instagram, and it looked good, so I had to go see for myself. The service was fine, I made a call in order for a total of $49.78 and got the spicy Gogi double cheeseburger $12.28, large Mexican fries $9, crispy chicken Korean burger $10, and the bulgogi steak & cheese $14. - The spicy gogi double cheeseburger is something new to me, and it was done well. Also, it is indeed spicy, so that spicy flavor is present. On first bite, it didn't impress me much, but after eating more of it, I started to enjoy it more. - The large Mexican fries were a mixed experience. From the pictures online, I saw generous portions of toppings, but I didn't receive that. They only put the sauce in center and left a lot of the other fries "naked" and that sucks cause the addition of the sauce does make the experience a lot better. The sauce is flavorful and slightly spicy, but without it, the fries are very close to average. - The crispy chicken Korean burger contained 2 fried chicken patties, and it was a solid fast food chicken sandwich with savory flavors. The chicken patties are rather thin, as the crispness is way more prevalent than the chicken itself. - The bulgogi steak & cheese was easily my favorite item due to its savory flavors coming from the sauce, the tasty bulgogi, and the soft bread. The taste is good, but the $14 pricing and limited bulgogi portions are disappointing, to say the least. All in all, it wasn't quite the experience I had expected, but I can't lie, it was still a decent fast food experience despite the high prices and insufficient portions. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come back, but if I'm ever close to one, I would be open to returning. -- For more FOOD content, follow me on Instagram: @issa.cheatday

Yelp
I wanted to love this place as I find the Korean and Mexican combined concept to be interesting, but my experience has just been okay and I think there are certain things they can improve on. I first tried their bulgogi bowl and I had high hopes, but unfortunately did not enjoy it. It felt disproportionate in size with what I got in my bowl. The meat was lacking and the flavor didn't taste right. I felt they skimmed on the toppings as well. The worst part about it was the bowl was expensive to begin with at $16 that include a couple toppings and a sauce, but any extra toppings or sauces were an additional $1 or so. It was definitely not worth the price for me. I did give it a few other chances trying the bulgogi steak and cheese and another time the gogi burger. I did actually enjoy both. The marinated flavor of the meat for both was very flavorful and tasty. I have also tried the cheese fries as well as the mexican fries and both were pretty good in my opinion, but again, for the amount of fries I found the prices to be high. I will say I noticed a flyer where they do combo deals and some of the deals didn't seem bad. My only other biggest complaint is the service. The few times I had gone in to pick up my food I've had to wait longer despite waiting 15-20 minutes after placing my order online. The worst part was that each time I went in I was the only customer in there waiting for food so it always seemed slow to me so I'm not quite sure what was taking them so long to cook my food. Each time I had only ever seen one or two workers and they never seemed to have any regard or awareness of me being in there waiting. I even had to get their attention one time after waiting awhile. I don't think they even realized a customer had walked in. The whole thing was just a bit odd. Overall, I think maybe some items on the menu are better than others, but due to the inconsistency, pricey menu items, and slow service, I probably won't be back.

Yelp
I was on the hunt for a bulgogi burger in the area, and I found exactly what I was looking for! I was pleasantly surprised by how juicy, tangy, and flavorful the burger was. I highly recommend it (pictured). I ordered takeout, but the restaurant has plenty of indoor seating if you prefer to dine in. The Korean/Mexican fusion is a unique and delicious combination that really works. The service was okay. We ordered ahead, and also requested a strawberry churro, but unfortunately, they gave us a caramel one without letting us know they were out of strawberry. That was a bit disappointing.

Yelp
Love this place I pick up Groupon every time it's available. A lot like chipotle with Korean twist
google avatar

Eric H.

Yelp
I have eaten at their other location. This one is just as good. It seems a little lighter staffed and slower but the food is worth the wait. A must try in Ashburn

Yelp
I'm so disappointed by this place and would like warn others about my experience. 1) I was charged a service fee when I picked up the food myself. In my opinion that makes no sense. 2) $1.29 for one slice of cheese is criminal. I had no idea I would be charged extra for this since the guy on the phone never mentioned it. 3) The menu on their website misled me to believe the double burger was $6.99. I would have never ordered the double if I had known that it was going to be $4 extra. This needs to be rectified. See the attached screenshot. 4) The food wasn't ready when I got there and I had to wait an additional ten minutes, despite calling 30 minutes ahead. 5) Once I got home I realized they gave me two orders of fries... no wings. The food isn't great either. I would say below average - especially at these prices. Never again will I go here. You're much better off going to chipotle or cava that has fresh ingredients, and no secret charges. I feel bad because they are a small business and I'm sure inflation is part of the issue, but the amount I paid for what I got and the service they provided is extremely disappointing.

Yelp
So delicious, 100% Recommended, the service is incredible, the owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, again so delicious, my favorite is the bulgogi fries, Steak & cheese, the Gogi burger... well everything is so good.

Yelp
Halal Bulgogi Steak & Cheese 10/10 Highly Recommend! Get You Some!!!! Will come back frequently!

Samara S.

Yelp
This place is hands down incredible. The BEST halal food I've had for a while in the DMV. The spicy bulgogi burger and bulgogi cheesesteaks were delectable, with incredible sauce to sandwich ratios and high quality ingredients all around. We also ordered the bulgogi fries, which the manager so kindly upgraded to a large size free of charge. Not only was the service a 10/10, but the food was an 11/10. The interior, though small, felt extremely comfortable and cozy and I appreciated the clear halal signs displayed in the window advertising that everything on their menu is 100% halal. Just found my new favorite burger spot in Northern Virginia.

Yelp
I've tried a few items on their menu and I am indifferent about this place. I love both Mexican and Korean food. I lean more towards Korean if I had to choose between them. I've tried a few combinations of their bowls and their steak and cheese. The bowls have way too little protein compared to the other sides (purple rice, kimchi slaw, lettuce, red sauce) and add egg. I wouldn't come back for their bowls. Now the Bulgogi steak and cheese is something on another level. The bread could be a little crunchier rather than soft. I would come back here just for this but be warned, you should stay away from their bowls.

Yelp
We chose this unusual fusion pair to make everyone in the family happy at once - and we were. The bulgogi bowl was excellent with purple rice. You get everything without any up charges. We also ordered the cheese fries and asked for extra Korean Mayo because we would drink it if we could. It was great on the Mexican style chicken bowl too. Don't miss out on the churros!

Olivia L.

Yelp
Bebop was an accidental find that turned into an amazing experience. The food was perfect, with a special note about the blugogi being both seasoned and cooked wonderfully! Can't wait to go again!

Andy C.

Yelp
I tried the Mexican chicken burger with a side of corn. The burger was amazing but I wish the corn was served warm (it was served cold, something I didn't realize till I got home since I got take out). Owner was very kind and helpful, will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

Gloria H.

Yelp
Steak & cheese and the Korean chicken quesadilla were sooo tasty & flavorful. Next items we want to try are the spicy chicken quesadilla & spicy gogi burger. They have great lunch specials too! The ambiance could use some work (play some music, tidy up the bathroom, get better lighting). We've been meaning to try this place out & finally did. We'll definitely be back for more!

Gail C.

Yelp
All I can say my husband and I tried it one night, out of shear boredom. And To our surprise it was really good. We haven't had much Korean food so we were unsure but wow it is very spicy hot... but so very good. It made us want to try more.
google avatar

Kevin Z.

Yelp
I expected something a little different, maybe more Mexican, but was really impressed. You order at the Counter, place was pretty empty, I do hope it catches on. Friendly service, recommended the Gogi Burger, and glad they did. Just a really well prepared burger, perfect size, nicely packed up (I got it to go). Will definitely be back to explore more options.

Yelp
Not a bad place. Servings were a decent The menu seems interesting. Not sure I'll go back.

Jim P.

Yelp
The fried chicken sub (Mexican style) was very tasty! That was 5 stars. The fries, which I asked for extra extra extra crispy, were a waste. They were barely crispy and once they cool down, they are not worth eating. They have to improve their fry game. I included a picture of my receipt to show that they automatically charge you a 4% service fee. Also, I tipped 15% for a to go order. That would have all been fine but for 2 things. 1) The service is slow. I was the only person in the restaurant and the order took 15 mins. Minus 1 star 2) Also, the person who took my order (receipt says Ahmad) used his bare hands to make the food. That kind of creeped me out but I was too hungry after being on the W&OD trail. Minus 1 star.

Yelp
When they say Spicy, it's SPICY. Amazing Gogi burger and portion size. Great food, we got wings, fries, & quesadilla. Will definitely try again.
google avatar

Rick H.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the Korean tacos. Staff was very helpful walking me through the menu. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Shaniyah D.

Yelp
The food was great. I got the carne bowl korean style. Everything was fresh and the service was great. Not busy at all. This place is great if you're not able to make it to a Korean bbq. You get just a little taste of it Korean at bebop. Only thing I was upset about was that there's no steamed egg. . Other than that I would definitely go again.

Yelp
We were craving Asian food but we were also craving Mexican food so we thought we'd try this place. The restaurant is kind of in the middle of nowhere and the interior felt humid and a little sticky. The decor was rock band album covers which I thought was a bit odd. We ordered fries, a bulgogi chicken bowl, and a bulgogi beef bowl. The serving size was good (I appreciate that they don't use plastic or styrofoam bowls) but both were bland and not flavorful - however the gochujang red sauce kind of saved it. They were out of white rice which is unfortunate in an Asian restaurant. The fries were the best part of the meal. The soda machine was out of three sodas so we just got water - which was served in teeny tiny water cups. Service was friendly but very slow (took us about 30 minutes to get our food). We won't return. It's out of the way and the food is just not that good. Maybe the Mexican food is better? We'll stick with the more authentic Korean restaurants in Chantilly and Centreville.

Yelp
Came here on a hot Sunday afternoon and the place was empty. We put in our orders at the counter, paid and sat down. They have a huge selection on their menu, which we were glad to see. There was one thing we saw online that was missing on the menu at the restaurant but I can't remember what it was. I ordered a bulgogi bowl, Korean style. I asked for the egg (which was an extra add on) to be cooked done. It was delicious! Especially the meat!!!! It was similar to bibimbap bowls I've tried elsewhere but it had less variety of veggies. I'd recommend you get the sauce on the side because they add a lot of it and I like to control the amount. The sauce is not really spicy. I'd classify it as mild. My man had a burrito that looked big and he was very satisfied. We shared some cheese fries and Mexican fries. At first we were deciding if we wanted to share a large or small cheese fries but the cashier recommended we choose small cheese fries and Mexican fries, which was a great suggestion. I enjoyed the Mexican fries a lot more as it had a tangy creamy sauce. The cheese fries had stretchy cheese and some sort of creamy sauce on top. If I were doing take out, I'd try to get the sauces on the side rather than on top of the fries. If they had elote (Mexican corn on the cob), or elote fries, I would have ordered it! I would come here again!

Arhum K.

Yelp
Outstanding customer service, even better food, I ordered the bulgogi steak and cheese , it came out fresh and steaming and I had to dig in immediately , the aesthetic coming in was refreshing, a very interesting album cover wall and nicely designed menus, 10/10 would recommend!

Yelp
I found this place online and decided to go in and check it out. The vibe is relaxed in the store, the staff is nice, and the food is very good! I got a bulgogi bowl and added chicken, it was delicious! The bulgogi fries hit the spot too, I'm definitely glad I found this place.

Tiffany J.

Yelp
service - wasnt welcomed , my order wasnt even prepared . carne burrito - worst thing i tried (so sorry but just being honest) too much rice added , couldnt even taste the meat , also dry , & very bland bulgogi fries - a lot better than the burrito , tasted sweet & spicy korean chicken steak & cheese - was the best out of the 3 . very flavorful . not sure if ill be back at this location . overall it was alright .

Daniel B.

Yelp
Pretty good. Got the chicken steak and cheese. Really enjoyed it. Just enough spice. My wife got the Gogi burger -and she was happy. Definitely will try again

Abubakr R.

Yelp
Bebop is located in a small complex in Ashburn and has a lot of menu items so its easy to feel overwhelmed. I ordered the Bulgogi Bowl and it is pretty full with sauce but you can order it on the side if you'd like. There is also the Mexican and Korean style you can get it in, I opted for the Korean version since I've always wanted to try Korean food. You also have a couple of options of rice you can order, I went with white rice. The sauce is flavorful and the meat is ground well. The vegetables are crunchy and good too. The cheese fries have a good crunchy texture and have lots of sauce and cheese on them. I like the options of sodas and drinks they have stocked in their fridge as well.

JSquad 4.

Yelp
Great concept, terrible execution. Was really excited to try the food here. Ordered the carne and bulgogi bowls and both lacked flavor. The rice in the bulgogi bowl was so mushy it was not edible. At $15/bowl, you'd be better off getting Chipotle or Cava.
google avatar

Shannon W.

Yelp
I stopped in to their new ashburn location. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the bulgogi bowl Korean style and the bolgogi fries. They give you a lot of protein for the bowl and the flavor is very good. The fries have a very good sauce on them and had enough cheese, protein, and sauce to cover all the fries. I would like to try their tacos next time.

GreenBeanies B.

Yelp
Amazing service, quick and delicious! Very hygienic, always clean, and always has a nice atmosphere. Owners are so nice and everyone who comes in seems happy to be there.

Ana M.

Yelp
Visited for dine in on a weekday. We've never been so we asked one of the employees for recommendations. He suggested the Korean bulgogi bowl and the carne Mexican bowl. The food took quite a bit of time. They seemed to be filling a lot of to-go orders. The bowls were fine, a lot of rice, meat, veggies, etc. Nothing bad but not super flavorful either. They both needed a sauce to spruce up my taste buds. I would go back, but not as a regular. I think they need to work some stuff out.
google avatar

Urooj N.

Yelp
Amazing food! Wings are good just need more sauce added to them but overall great food and good experience!! Owner was very nice! Will be back!

Kam D.

Yelp
I was surprised how good the food was . I had passed the place many times and finally tried it . It's nice and clean and the staff was very friendly . They helped me decide what I should get so they are patient and knowledgeable!! Lots of good options
google avatar

Marcia B.

Yelp
Got the bulgogi burrito with purple rice, kimchi slaw, cheese, lettuce, sour cream lime sauce. Meat was ok but everything else was absolutely flavorless. I've never had bland kimchi. And charging for lettuce, cheese, etc which should be standard for a burrito was disappointing after seeing the size of the burrito - not much bigger than one at Taco Bell. Will not be back.

Josh B.

Yelp
Ordered from DoorDash. Cheese fries were great, wings are fantastic. Good size and tasty! The bulgogi cheesesteak was a miss for me. Bread was soggy, chunks of meat chopped rather than thin slices chopped led to plenty of crunch/too hard bits of meat to chew.

Jimmy D.

Yelp
I don't quite understand why this place isn't rated better. The food is certainly different and we all know fusion restaurants can get it very wrong but everything we've had is tasty. We used to go to the one in Fairfax often when we lived in Vienna. Our go-to choices are the Spicy Gogi Burger, the Bulgogi Steak and Cheese, and the Crispy Korean Chicken Sandwich. Hope this place sticks around so give it a try!
google avatar

Randy C.

Yelp
Such a large selection and endless possibilities to mix and match flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious from bulgogi fries to bowls to the Korean chicken sandwich. Wings had great flavor (we got mango habanero) but did come out a little on the cool side. Overall a great place and we will return soon

Sophia S.

Yelp
The food is incredible! The food was freshly prepared and this is beyond delicious - the menu is wonderful, the service is excellent and it captures all the right flavours. Tastiest food I have eaten in Ashburn. Our moms are visiting from South Africa and they loved the meat! So well done...everything was fantastic! Bulgogi Quesadilla, spicy burger, bulgogi steak and cheese, bebop hot fries, crispy chicken Korean burger, spicy shrimp bowl and Gogi burger.

Alexander M.

Yelp
My wife and I ate here in person. She ate the crispy Korean chicken sandwich and I had the Gogi burger. We also ordered the Mexican fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. I didn't think this fusion combination would be that great, but I was surprised. It's a cute little restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, and we were greeted by a kind man at the front who was more than helpful. Service was great and so was the food, highly recommended. Will be returning for sure.

Nicole P.

Yelp
The food was amazing! I highly recommend the purple rice. Service was great, and the restaurant was clean and inviting!
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
The food was not very good at all. Service was slow and the food is bland. The restaurant wasn't very clean also.

Peyton W.

Yelp
If you're bored with your usual food this is the place to go. Food is really unique in flavor and they have good variety and fair prices. I would really recommend this place to anyone who likes either Mexican or Korean food, they do a great job at with the fusion of the two. I do have 3 complaints though: the service charge for using a credit card, I would be a lot less upset if this was visible on their outside window or website so I could have gone and gotten cash. I'd be happy to pay in cash if it helps the business but a surprise fee is never fun. Secondly, I never thought I'd said this in my life, but the cheese fries have TOO MUCH cheese. It's like an entire block of cheese was melted onto them. 2 people eating it could not finish just because it's so filling due to the massive amount of cheese. I'd prefer if there was more of the liquid stuff they put on the top rather than the stringy melted stuff (this was the part that made me go too much) in the middle/bottom. Lastly, there was like three menus and they weren't all the same so ordering was really confusing.

Janice H.

Yelp
We love Korean food and Mexican food, but this combination was not good. My husband ordered the Bulgogi bowl--the meat was spicy ground beef and was very dry. The description on the website says "ribeye thin slice meat"--maybe they ran out of the correct meat, but it wasn't good. I ordered the Bulgogi tacos--same problem. The meat was ground beef--not sliced ribeye. The meat was too spicy for me--I couldn't eat it, and the tacos were stuffed with too much rice, with the spicy meat sprinkled on top. We're very disappointed and won't be eating here again.

Shank Z.

Yelp
Ordered the bulgogi steak and cheese and was disappointed. Barely any meat, payed $13.99 for a 8 inch bread sandwich. It does not come with fries or a drink. There are many other halal restaurants that offer a steak and cheese with fries and a drink for the same price or less.
google avatar

Wyleen I.

Yelp
Ordered takeout from here a couple times, tried the burger, spicy burger, carne mexican style burrito, bulgogi korean style burrito, fries, wings, and churros. I want to like this place because I typically like these cuisines and I drive by here almost everyday. But I think twice is enough. The burger is fine, but you could get this same smash-style burger at so many other places, for the same price or cheaper, and it'd be great. The carne burrito was bland. My son said it was the worst burrito he's ever had. The korean burrito was bland. It's like they don't use salt or something, ever, on anything. It's odd because the ingredients in the korean burrito make sense, bulgogi, rice, supposedly korean sprouts, cucumbers, and kimchi. But it tasted so plain. And the spicy/sweet red sauce they offer and slather on a lot of their stuff, I'm not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure it's just straight gochujang. I have a korean MIL that makes bomb korean food and you do not use gochujang how this place uses gochujang. The wings were ok, not spicy how you would think those spicy flavors should be. They're the meaty/fatty kind of wings, not crispy. We got plain fries b/c we like them crispy without all the stuff on them, and they were good and crispy. The churros were ok, nothing that I would go out of my way to get. Idk yall. Maybe if they advertise that they made some changes, I'll try them again. But if not, I'm done. My advice, the chef or owner needs to get some feedback from people who know this food, ingredient by ingredient, season everything piece by piece so it tastes good to a chef's palate, don't worry about the old white dude on the corner that thinks everything is too salty or too spicy. People come to places like this because they like these flavors. Give us these flavors!! Then let me know, and I'll be back.

Yelp
Customer service was sub par, seemed like I was inconveniencing the cashier the entire time. Then while he helped cook the food, he would be on his phone in between preparing my food. Got my food and the all of the rice was hard like it had been sitting out for days. Two stars because it would've been pretty good if it wasn't for the hard rice.
