I came here at the recommendations of many people and honestly it was a decent suggestion. They were busy when I got there at 5pm on Mother’s Day (Sunday) and we had to wait in a line. I was eventually seated at a table by the window and was looking over my virtual menu for quite some time when the owner (?) came by and asked if I was by myself. I said yes so he asked me to get up for a second while he moved my table and took some of the chairs. No big deal…they are busy. Another 10ish minutes go by, I see a lot of tables around me getting served and I was getting a little disappointed by this time bc I thought maybe I was being overlooked. Finally after about 10-15m later from being at, a very sweet waitress greeted me and asked if I wanted to drink something. I declined and asked for recommendations on 1 appetizer, 1 entree and then dessert. I got the coquetas de pollo (6/10), monfongo with the garlic chicken (monfongo was kind of dry 4.5/10. Chicken was decent but could have used more of the gravy stuff 6/10) and a side of yellow rice with beans mixed into it (8/10). Everything was good. I wouldn’t say the best and I felt like it was lacking a little bit of flavor 🤷🏻‍♀️. The star of the show was their tres leche cake. I WISH I would have ordered 2!! It had a dense and moist cake with the 3 milks soaked in it and a whipped creamy brulee style topping and had a hint of coconut. It was 11/10!! Also, keep in mind the parking is crazy and I believe $15 so if you are traveling, highly suggest an uber as the area is very busy and populated

Google
We wanted traditional Puerto Rican food and they delivered!! They are always busy but despite that the food came quickly. Good value for money, and the taste is just perfect! PS: we went there twice on a 4 day trip to San Juan!

Came here after being recommended by several people..our visit was later at night and the place was packed! Service was a little bit slow but understandable I suppose for how busy it looked. I had the stuffed avocado with octopus, it was delicious..My partner had a chicken caesar salad..he said it was delicious but it was served with what looked like French dressing. The salad was a rather large portion and had lots of chicken, not skimped out on! It was a little bit too loud with the music but maybe because I already had a headache so it bothered me but a good experience overall.

Very busy, even at odd times, but seated very quickly. The food is as good as you've heard. Started with the Bacalaitos (codfish fritters), which was surprisingly good. I then had the Ropa Vieja Mofongo and it was great! Partner loved the Piña Colada as well🍹

My girl friends and I arrived to the restaurant walked in and saw how busy it was. From that moment I knew the food had to be really good. There’s a long line once you get inside that starts from the back of the restaurant and may even start out side the back door. That’s how good the food is. People are willing to wait half hour need be to get a table. I ordered the Aguacate relleno de crab. It was delicious, I will say I wish it was a little warmer when it arrived to the table. It was cooked in a red sauce which I didn’t mind, just assumed it was just the crab meat alone. Each one of us ordered an Aguacate relleno with different proteins. They were all delicious. As an appetizer we ordered tostones relleno, add a little hot sauce and thank me later. For desert the Flan de Coco it was amazing.

We really enjoyed our visit to this café! My husband and I ordered the chicken fettuccine, seafood risotto, and tried the mofongo. Everything was incredibly delicious, full of flavor and very well prepared. The portions are huge though, so it’s hard to finish everything in one sitting. Overall, it’s a great place — definitely worth coming back to!

5/25/25 6pm, the line was long all the way outside, nevertheless the waiting time was not long. Service was good and our food came quick. Seafood mofongo, steak with rice and beans was delicious. Price was good. It's worth a trip.

Google
This place is ALWAYS packed! What does that tell you??!! It's as amazing as it sounds. The food, drinks, atmosphere, service and did I say food is very very good!! We went there 2xs that's how good it is! Not one bad dish. You have to try the bolas de yuca frita con queso as an appetizer! You must stop in and indulge in all the food.

Yelp
I've never written a yelp review before but Bebo's deserves all the praise in the world + then some. Service was quick, everyone was very helpful (especially with our very limited Spanish), and the food was life changing! After our first dinner, we decided to scrap our plans for the next day so we could come back for lunch. Order the fried yucca with queso and you have to get tres leches for dessert!! We bebo's!!!

Yelp
A 10 min wait at what seemed to be really good, smelling food taunting me the whole time. Daniel our server was very thorough and accurate. He recommended a garlic sauce that was out of this world. The pernil was so tasty, juicy and everything I could imagine. It was even better the next day as leftovers because it was just so good I had to have it again. Hehe. Shhhh I cannot forget that taste and will always try to stop by here the next time I'm back.

Yelp
To get the full experience, you have to come for lunch or dinner. I thought I could beat the lunch and dinner crowd by getting the lunch and dinner food for breakfast. That didn't work because they don't have the good stuff until noon. But I will say that the breakfast and lunch are both great deals and the portions are huge. My partner and I got the queso frito and the egg, lettuce, and tomato wrap for breakfast. The queso frito was an appetizer sized for four and came with guava sauce and ketchup mayo. The queso frito was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and worked well with the sauces. The wrap was good and came with fries. The service was slow but friendly and the ambiance was casual. We went on a separate day for lunch and got the carne guisada with rice and beans and a chicken mofongo with creole sauce. The carne guisada was good but the beef could've been more tender. My partner loved his chicken mofongo though. Both dishes were also huge. Service for lunch is a little quicker but just as friendly and personable. Since I'm a small person that can't eat a lot, I felt bad not finishing my food. But this is a great place if you're on a budget, looking for local fare, and wanna get full for a long day ahead. You'll get a bang for your buck.

Yelp
I found out about Bebo's Cafe from Jarrel and Jose on TikTok and I am so happy I stumbled upon their video. We went here as a family of 3 on the first night that we landed in PR and we were blown away by the service and most importantly, the food! Altogether, we had the chicken mofongo with this delectable sauce, the pork chops, rice and beans and the pollo a la plancha (grilled chicken), also with rice and beans. The mofongo wasn't dry nor was the chicken - it was all seasoned to perfection, tender and juicy. The pork chops were some of the best, if not the best, pork chops I've ever had in my life! They were bursting with flavor, perfectly crispy on the edges; the fat was rendered perfectly, juicy on the inside and just such a treat to eat. The chicken?! Amazing! That had to be one of the best grilled pieces of chicken we've ever had. Again, the flavor (how they get this food to be so full of flavor, I'll never know) was chefs kiss. 10s across the board. The drinks were also really nice. Overall, an excellent first night dining out. We enjoyed it so much, we went back a few times and the last time we went, we had the turkey which I highly recommend. Again, flavor bomb! Turkey can be really tricky because it can have a more gamey taste in comparison to chicken. Not this one - the gravy that it was served in was to die for. Not ashamed to admit that I probably could have drank it. I know every time we visit La Isla, Bebo's will be on our list to return to again and again. Do yourself the favor and get there asap for some delicious, authentic, Puerto Rican cuisine!

Yelp
Great breakfast to start the day ahead of going to Yunque Rainforest. The puerto tucán special rice and steak with eggs couldn't have tasted better. Salúd.

Yelp
This is an authentic Puerto Rican/Dominican/Caribbean restaurant with excellent home cooked food. Very casual atmosphere. Some of the best chicken soup I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We went after going for a hike. Table seating is confusing- the host section is in the back of the restaurant and not very prominent. We thought it was a wait station. We had the pork chop and the chicken mofongo. The food was great, with hearty portions. If you're looking for a good meal at an economical price point, this is your place.

Yelp
Bebo's Cafe in Puerto Rico is a prominent restaurant noted for its original Puerto Rican food, which includes a variety of dishes that emphasize the island's culinary heritage. The restaurant is located at 1600 Calle Loiza in San Juan's Condado neighborhood, making it a convenient choice for both residents and visitors. The menu offers popular Caribbean and Latin cuisine, such as mofongo relleno, alcapurrias, chicharrones de pollo, and sorullitos de maíz. Desserts such as guayaba with queso are also featured. Prices are extremely reasonable, with most meals ranging from $5 to $15, making it a terrific value for the quality and quantity of food. Bebo's Cafe serves a notable dish called Ropa Vieja. This traditional Puerto Rican dish is made with shredded beef, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spices, resulting in a rich and tasty experience. The beef is soft and flavorful, and is served with side dishes like rice and beans. The dish has authentic and generous servings, making it my favorite meal. Bebo's Cafe Ropa Vieja is a must-try for anyone wishing to sample traditional Puerto Rican cuisine. The fried fish at Bebo's Cafe is fresh and delicious. I appreciate the fish's crispy exterior and tender, flavorful inside, and the flavor is well-balanced with seasoning and the portion is a generous size. It was served with traditional Puerto Rican sides, tostones and a salad, enhancing the overall dining experience. The dish is a must-try for those looking to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican seafood at reasonable prices. The staff is polite offering efficient service, and are attentive. However, the environment is fairly casual, which may not appeal to those hoping for a more premium eating experience. Overall, Bebo's Cafe is a great place to experience the flavors of Puerto Rico in a friendly, unpretentious setting. Whether you're a local or a visitor, it's worth a visit for a taste of traditional Puerto Rican cuisine at an affordable price.

Yelp
I will forever stand by it. This is the BEST FOOD IN SAN JUAN!!! If there was anything I could bring back home it would be this restaurant. The servers are great they all know how to handle alot of people eating at once. The prices for food in 2024 is unheard of. I hope they never change what they have going on it is truly a winning formula.Great food, great service, great prices. Every time I come to Puerto Rico I will always eat here multiple times.

Yelp
This was a great spot for lunch. When we arrived, it was moderately packed, but thank goodness we were still seated immediately. It was a vast mixture of locals and tourists enjoying the tasty entrees in this no frills neighborhood gem. The ambiance was pretty much basic, but the food and service were quick and absolutely perfect. My lunch started with some Jumbo Calamari that was lightly breaded, very crispy and tender, and bursting with flavor. For my entree, I had the stuffed avocado with creole chicken that was seasoned to perfection. I just wish the dish came out hot and not lukewarm, but I devoured it nonetheless. ..savage, I know, but I was hungry ..Lol I would absolutely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for authentic, delicious local food.

Yelp
Ate here two nights in a row. Enjoyed the meal even though they ran out of everything. Came back the following day and they still didn't have a lot of dishes at 6:20 pm. Didn't get our food until 7-7:10 pm. No plates. No flatware. Got up to ask for some and casually mentioned that our food took too long. Manager (older man, balding) came over to argue what time we sat down when I had my uber time stamp clearly demonstrating we waited an hour. Just apologize and be done with it next time you stubborn man. Food was solid.

Yelp
This cafe was near our AirBnB so we walked there for breakfast before our long day of beach hopping. It wasn't too busy in here as it was still quite early so we were able to be seated quite fast. Service was fast and despite my broken Spanish, everything came out accurately (some food allergies/restrictions in our group). There is A LOT on the menu, but I ended up ordering MANGU BEBOS. Great choice with a little bit of everything - the fried cheese was my favorite part. For the price and taste, you can't beat it. It definitely is giving diner vibes and you can't go wrong with choosing this place for breakfast. Will definitely return on my next trip.

Yelp
Service was great, Ambiance is family family family, it's like a cafeteria style set up. Food, we got empanadas sampler, they were ok. I got chicken alfredo it was not bad. The chicken lacked seasoning. My friend got jerk beef and white rice of which she liked. Overall it's an affordable place where you can get full.
google avatar

Sherrie K.

Yelp
I found this place of course on Yelp! They had pretty good reviews and I wanted to eat authentic Puerto Rican food. This place was on point. The food was delicious and inexpensive. The service was fast and attentive. I ate here twice while on vacation. My parents who are very picky enjoyed their means as well and wanted to come back again. If you're in San Juan you gotta check this place out. The interior was a bit dated with no frills. But I wasn't there was the decor so didn't mind.
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
I'm sure there are better places that I didn't travel to, but for the tourists, this is where you can get some pretty good Arroz Con Gandules y Pernil, and other authentic dishes. Not a sorry fancy place, but for a nice cheap quick meal, I definitely recommend coming here. Service was great and the staff is super friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
Very cafe style comfort food that's packed with flavor. We had joked about how every restaurant we've been in Puerto Rico were on island time due to the slow service however, at Bebo's as busy as they were, the food came out decently fast. We had the seafood risotto and the jerked beef stuffed avocado- both were super flavorful and so filling!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
The food was great! That rice with bacalao really hit the spot! The service there was a little slow, so be ready to wait a little, but it is worth it since the food and flavor of it is good. At the time that we went, it was super quiet and chill. It was a nice morning there.
google avatar

Lai L.

Yelp
We found this place on Yelp and walked in to a very spacious and clean restaurant. It was helpful that it is close to the airport so we could have our last meal before leaving the island. There were lots of tables and people, but not super busy. We got used to the cut and dry culture so we waited until someone sat us. Once we sat, we waited very long for the server to come by. We ordered: Cappuccino - 4/5 pretty good temperature and taste Lobster Empanadillas - 3/5 good, but not the best in PR Beef Empanadillas - 3/5 we had better elsewhere on the island, but it wasn't bad Chicken soup - 5/5 Probably the best thing we ordered Beef Mechada -2/5 definitely cafeteria quality, almost looked like fake meat. Overall, it is a decent cafe, but I probably would not come back for the food. It was definitely worth a try since the ratings were high on Yelp.
google avatar

Yelp
Bebo's is the place to eat if you are in San Juan!!!! I don't even like steak like that and I was eating it like it was the best thing since sliced bread. Definitely recommend. We had a really nice server who made sure we left smiling and full even though they were very busy and sometimes we had to wait a little bit for him to come back around. The mojitos were delicious and the tres Leches was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Must visit!!!
google avatar

Jordan B.

Yelp
Simple, affordable, good Puerto Rican food. Restaurant seemed busy every time we passed by but when we decided to go in, we got sat right away. They made a couple mistakes in running the food, but they corrected it right away. Power went out for a few second when a storm passed but came right back on and they didn't skip a beat. Will be back on my next visit.
google avatar

Claudia C.

Yelp
This place surprised us in a good way. It was one of the best dinners we had in San Juan! The food was awesome and we both loved what we got. There was barely a wait when we got there. The staff is really nice and they work quickly. Highly recommend checking it out!
google avatar

Seema Z.

Yelp
This place is legit and shows up on a lot of local foodies lists for authentic local Puerto Rican fare. We went on a long weekend Sunday night and it was packed with a line out the door. We were seated in 30 min. And food unfortunately took another 45 min. I understand this is usual so plan your appetite accordingly The portions are huge and I think can be easily shared. I personally thought their juices were too sweet but they have options for cherry and passion fruit that are great for a sweet tooth. The chicken in creole and beef Roja was great. The crab was lacking in overall meat to price value. Next time I'm sticking to the beef. Try it out and be sure you are hungry to finish their portion size

Yelp
Great Puerto Rican food at local prices! This little gem was recommended to me on my most recent trip to San Juan. It is very cafeteria-like inside.... larger room with tables scattered around. But, it is always busy because the food is delicious! I had a Pina Colada with rum to start... very good & creamy. More like a milkshake. I switched to beer after for the meal. We ordered ceviche and tostones as a "starter"... it was a ton of food. It's interesting- the ceviche is served as more of a seafood salad than what I would expect coming from the mainland US. It didn't come with any chips or anything to dip so we ordered the tostones and made our own version of what we are used to. It was very good just different than other ceviches I have had. For main courses - I had the Aguacate Relleno de Ropa Vieja, which a huge avocado stuffed with shredded marinated beef. It was so good and huge!! Came with a side and I chose fries. They were great also! (And I'm a picky fry eater) My dining companion had the Filet de Res with Salsa Setas (steak with mushroom sauce). I think it was good but there are probably better things on the menu (especially if you come from any place that is used to thicker steaks.) We were there before Christmas so they had some Christmas specials - including a coconut dessert and Coquito (a creamy coconut holiday drink). We tried a little of each and both were delicious! Highly recommend coming into Bebo's if you're looking for some good food without the fancy atmosphere or prices. Enjoy!

Yelp
First time here was back in 2020 and I never reviewed however I had photos in my email. 4 years later it was as I remember, in a good way. packed all the time but service is still fairly fast and friendly. Pernil is delicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy. Rice flavorful. Piña colada cold and creamy! Pernil sandwich was ok, good flavors but had better sandwiches on the island.

Yelp
Just arrived in San Juan and we asked our driver where to eat on the way to our hotel. He recommended this place. He said it was a perfect time to arrive because there were no waiting lines. We came in and immediately greeted to have a seat. There were only 2 small tables left in the entire restaurant because the rest were filled! As soon as we sat down, a line stated to form from the rear of the restaurant. He sure was right and looking at the menu, there was a great selection of options. Service was excellent, food arrived in a timely manner, and our food selections were excellent. Per waiter, the restaurant is busy every night and guess what? We happen to arrive just before the evening rush. My son was extremely hungry and he ordered his go to, Soncocho. It was excellent and came arrived quickly. My husband ordered the Seafood Mofongo and I ordered the stuffed chicken breast with yucca, sweet plantain, and bacon, recommended by my waiter. My entree was the best I've had in a long time, an excellent recommendation! I was unable to finish so I had to pack up the left overs! Stop by this place when in town. This restaurant specializes in Puerto Rican and Dominican food and will definitely exceed your expectations!

Yelp
Amazing place. We found this on a wimp and we were so glad we did. It was an easy 10 min walk from where we were staying. We arrived around 230 and the place was almost full. The restaurant is busy & noisy. We were seated right away. The server was attentive and quick. She assisted answering questions and giving suggestions. I ordered the chicharrones de pollo and it was tasty. The rice & beans were the best I have had in a long time. My mother ordered the sampler (included empanadas, mini chicken cordon blue bites, mozzarella sticks, alcapurria & sorillos) and it was good. My hubby ordered the can can and it was delicious. Also had a mango mojito Great restaurant, great service & great food.

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Service - 3/5 (nothing bad, just nothing special) Food - 5/5 (get the fried cheese) Value - 5/5 Ambience - 3/5 (just a room with a bunch of tables) We came here because it was rated highly on Yelp and the Infatuation and I can see why. The food was great and the portions were huge. Also the coffee were only $1. Things move a little slow, so give yourself time to enjoy your meal, but you won't leave hungry or disappointed.

Rosa W.

Yelp
Bebos is not to be confused with Bezos barbecue in Carolina. Okay let me begin by saying that the empanadas were a 4. I would purchase them again. Please don't bother ordering sangria. It is awful. I think they buy it for a buck, put some ice in a glass serve it and then charge 7 dollars for it. I chose one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. The mofongo with seafood. I ordered it with garlic sauce. All I have to say is, if you order this dish, you will be disappointed. The presentation was awful. The sauce was overdone. It was poured on strong. The seafood was poor quality. The dish had 3 shrimp. Everything else was squid and octopus. It was not tasty. I ate some of the seafood because I was hungry. I left the rest. You may ask, why didn't you just send it back? Good question. The server never came to check on us. The bus boy dropped the dish and left. Now just to add, yes I am visiting. But, I am a Puerto Rican. I know what good mofongo seafood dish, looks like and what it taste like. Bebos failed on this one. I wish I had a photo to share.

Yelp
When in PR, you have to come here! It is a bed of dishes that few rival. You can't go wrong in Puerto Rico when it comes to gastronomy. If you are looking to Tee off with some eats, hit dat!!!

Yelp
This place had really good food. It was packed I suggest getting there early!! I had to wait for a while for a table but it was worth it. Great food and great staff!!

Yelp
I love some good Puerto Rican food! I had carne guisada (beef stew) with white rice, beans, and fresh avocado slices. It was delicious! My husband had the mofongo with pork, his first time ever having mofongo, and he also thought it was delicious. As an appetizer we got the fried cheese that comes with a tasty guava sauce to dip in. We had leftovers for about two days! Service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and has a good amount of room inside. I can see it getting pretty packed but still being able to turnaround tables in a fast pace. Would definitely visit Bebo's if you find yourself in PR!

Yelp
Nada que ver con el original! Tanto tiempo visitando este lugar y es triste lo mucho que ha decaído!

Jessyca C.

Yelp
This place is set up like a dining hall - very casual and informal. The service was great. We were seated immediately, and our order was taken immediately. the food was pretty good but poorly plated. There's no real ambience. I went with the recommendation of the pork Mofongo and it was excellent. Puerto Ricans know how to do pork! It was basically falling apart like butter, over a bed of cassava, which is like mashed potatoes. My friends got the chicken empanadas and loved them and the chicken soup. I got the lobster empanadas - do not get those. They were no good. My friends also got the creole Mofongo over plantain Mofongo and they didn't really like it. It was a texture thing for them.

Yelp
This place is great! Quick service. Authentic Puerto Rican food. Good prices. We went multiple times during our vacation.

Yelp
First, thank you fellow Yelpers for the good reviews that led me here. Then, I thank the Uber driver who said he, his father, and his grandfather all still eat there. I was sold and now I know why. This is comfort food and now I feel like I miss home.

Yelp
We were walking down Calle Loiza one morning, looking for breakfast and Bebo's Café popped up on Yelp. There was a/c and other patrons so we gave it a try!! This was a great choice for breakfast! I had the Tempranito, which was eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, and toast. It all tasted great, customer service was excellent, and it was well-priced. I also had the café con leche, which was good (not as good as the Cuban version but still good). I hear Bebo's is also good for lunch/dinner but I didn't have the time to stop here again. I will definitely add that to my list for next time.
google avatar

Yelp
We were told to go here by locals and luckily we were staying close by, we went twice because the food was really good. This place stays busy all day, but can quickly get a table. We will be going back, once we visit the island again.
google avatar

Roberta O.

Yelp
Not for tourists. Maybe the kindness disconnect came from the lack of being able to communicate with us though. If you can speak Spanish I'm sure you'll be good. Food was also only "OK" to us, but the Locals love it.
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
We ate very well in Puerto Rico. In general, we found the food to be very well cooked, simple and delicious. My favorite meal of the trip was no different. The best thing I ate was the chicken soup. The soup here has such a depth of flavor, I can't think of the last time I ate something so satisfying and savory. The large size is a generous bowl of clear broth, translucent with fat, with large cubes of potato, softened carrots, and delicious soft chunks of dark and light meat chicken still on the bone. The soup noodles are thick spaghetti, soft and cooked through,, and when those are gone you're welcome to heap in the white rice that's served beside. All that luscious broth shouldn't go to waste, it beautifully covers the rice, second soup! I'm a big fan. A+

Three stars are for the fried snapper and the service. The risotto was overly cheesy and bland but the shrimp were a good size and good. It only tasted like cheese and nothing else. The rice that came with the rice and beans was hard and tasted like it was the last at the bottom of the pot. The lobster empanadas smelled of seafood but didn't taste like anything.

Yelp
Came here while visiting San Juan to try real authentic Puerto Rican food. I'm glad I stuck to my guns and came. The food was excellent and service was great. I ordered beef and chicken empanadas, small chicken soup and fried red snapper with rice and beans. My friends ordered roasted chicken with rice and beans and shrimp which garlic sauce with rice and beans. Their mojito's here are excellent! We all ordered mango and passion fruit flavors. Our server was amazing! He was very attentive and gave us SO much information about himself and the island! I believe his name was David. I highly recommend coming here! Also the beach is really close to the cafe and it was beautiful there.

Yelp
The fish tacos were the best. Chicken soup was enjoyable. Pull steak with mofongo was tasty but little salty to my liking. The seafoods were too raw and bland. Overall the ambiance was good, lot of people during afternoon. Good service.

Yelp
My party of 7 arrived at Bebo's around 9pm on a Wednesday night and it was pretty crowded but they were able to seat us immediately. The restaurant is casual, offering both dine in & take out at their counter. They offer many daily specials but some had run out by the time we got there. We ended up ordering grouper ceviche, pork & chicken empanadillas, mofongo, kan kan pork chop (this was like a giant piece of bacon), risotto churrasco, a skirt steak, grilled chicken, and a turtle cheesecake. Most of the entrees came with sides of our choice and the portions were generous. I wish I took more photos of the food because it was all delicious, especially fried plantains side dish. The least popular things at our table were the kan kan pork & the empanadillas, but they were still really good.

Yelp
If you are looking for authentic PR food this is the place for you! We went one Thursday evening around 7pm. We were seated immediately but it was packed in there. We got the lobster empanadas as a starter as they were out of the other flavors. They were ok. I ordered the chicken Mofongo. It was delicious. I also got a tres leches cake to go. It was also really good. The menu prices were really reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
If you're ever in San Juan , Puerto Rico, you definitely have to check this place out. This place has one of the best Puerto Rican food with so much flavor. They have variety of mofongos to choose from. I got the seafood mofongo and it had so much flavor. The portions are also huge, big enough for 2 people to share. We had also ordered the yuka cheese balls, they were amazingggggg!!! The ambiance feels homey, the service can be a little better. It took them a while to bring our check and get her order in, but other than that this place is always my go to when I visit Puerto Rico

Yelp
They should seriously consider renaming this place "Café destructor de inflación" as a PLATE of chicken and 2 fat sides were only $8.95 total. Recommended to us by the good people at the Mango Mansion, Bebo's was our first meal off the plane in PR. It is filled with locals and the bang for your buck here is absolutely bananas. Or plaintains since that's what they eat here, haha. My fault. The highlights for us were the Jerk Beef and the 1/2 chicken paired with the yellow rice and beans. The staff is so friendly, as one of the waiters got us in and out of there in 35 min when we told him we were in a time crunch to get to the strip club. Hahahahah just kidding, allegedly. One of the waiters also asked if I was a musician because I "have the look." I didn't need that gas my boy!! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Yelp
Great authentic PR food. Amazing prices! Definitely a packed space but we got our food fairly quick.
