Becbec - Review - 3rd Arr. - Lyon - The Infatuation
"Becbec is your friendly neighbourhood wine and tapas bar, but with a twist: all of the dishes are vegetarian. Prices are rock bottom and helpings are hearty, with comforting plates like cheese toasties slathered in kimchi. The wine selection is, unsurprisingly, extensive, and much of the menu was made to be shared, like cheese platters, dips, and patatas bravas. There’s nothing fancy about it (and the pokey toilet is outside), but all the plants and prints give it an air of “artsy millennial house share.” This spot is popular for lunch with locals, but it’s buzziest in the evening, and attracts big groups, families with young children, couples, singles, and even four-legged friends." - Anna Richards
