Every single thing was perfect for my son's 18th birthday and high school graduation, back-to-back cakes for back-to-back events. Co-creating the ideas, making the choices, payment process, instructions on how to handle and transport, and the TASTE. there is no cake left in our house and we ordered way too much. As our house full of people began to dwindle over the past week, everyone kept going to the freezer for "just one more piece." I will not go to another place; I will only recommend Becca Cakes to friends and family. Everyone oo'd and ahh'd the whole time. Simply perfection.

Loved their cupcakes. They had a large variety of flavors to choose from along with macarons, cookies and cakes that all looked delicious.

Becca and her team were amazing to work with. Vintage cakes are so popular that it’s been hard to find someone who is willing to take the time to work with you and make sure that you’re getting exactly what you want. From the beginning, their responses were timely and we worked together to create a birthday cake I had see on social media. They absolutely nailed it! The cake was perfect and delicious. It was a great birthday thanks to them! I really appreciate their service. Becca Cakes exceeded all my expectations!

I. had a very particular look in mind for our wedding cake, and my husband has discerning taste, so finding the right person to make our wedding cake was crucial. After carefully researching numerous cake vendors, I was thrilled to discover Becca Pham at Becca Cakes, whose portfolio perfectly captured the look I envisioned for our wedding cake. My fiancé and I set up a cake tasting and the rest was history. The cake she crafted was a true masterpiece, reflecting our aesthetic preferences flawlessly, and the flavor was simply divine. Our guests couldn't stop raving about both the cake and the cupcakes - the salted caramel and lemon flavors were huge hits. The cake itself was not only visually stunning but also incredibly moist, with a delicate and light frosting that complemented the flavors beautifully. I used Becca Cakes for both my moms and daughter’s birthday parties and everything was perfect! Not only was the execution for my cake ideas (that were a little out there) absolutely stunning and amazing but EVERYONE raved that they were some of best tasting cakes they’ve ever had. I will without a doubt use Becca Cakes again and again!

Warning: if you get your wedding cake here, you risk the first fight of your marriage being over who gets the last slice! This is the BEST CAKE I have ever tasted. Even the fondant was delightful. I wanted to surprise my groom with a little chocolate cake, as we had gotten our larger main cake from a different baker and I'm not usually a fan of chocolate, so it was lemon blueberry. My wedding planner got Becca Cakes to do an adorable little Pokémon themed cake for him. It was so freaking good, we are tossing the top tier of the lemon blueberry mistake and planning on getting a fresh Becca cake for our anniversary next year! (Despite also loving the cake, he told me I could take the last slice - now that's true love.)

I ordered a vintage heart cake which was super cute however the cake itself was dry, crumbly and super compacted and the frosting was missing flavor. I followed the instructions on the box (letting it sit/chill before serving but it didn’t work)… I really wanted to love it but was quite disappointed.

Like I said before, all of the desserts from here are beautiful and not too sweet! My favorite cupcake flavor has to be cookie butter and roasted banana comes in second! Becca and her team are so talented! Check out their Instagram to see their gorgeous works of art. They also have seasonal goodies and decorations available, even for Lunar New Year! I trusted Becca and her team to make a custom cake for my little cousin and we all absolutely loved it! It was everything we asked for and more. Like, the cutest cake I've ever ordered!!! Communication was quick and easy. I'm so happy because it came out perfect!

I'm quite frankly obsessed with their cupcakes, and macarons. However I ordered a mini bday cake earlier this year and although it was beautiful, the taste was not comparable to the cupcake flavors. I would give them another star but I grabbed a Father's Day cookies cake and it was terrible. The cookie was soft but dry and the flavor was nothing to write home about. Pretty disappointed I spent $40 a 3 tiered cookie cake and got disappointed a second time. I'll stick to the cupcakes here. They are simply amazing

Since I've seen other postings of that application, I expected more items. Over all I guess it came out $1/cupcake Food: 4 cupcakes, carrot, chocolate, strawberry. Overall all they were decent. Would of prefer more moody to them. Location was kept cool and very clean.

Sweets galore is this place and they are quite the treat! I had family coming to visit for Christmas weekend which also coincided with my niece's birthday. She was turning 2 and loves cupcakes like I love tacos. YELP pulled up this place which is near where I live and they can do to-go orders same or next day. So I called them and put in an order of a dozen cupcakes. They had 6 flavors available (classic white, white chocolate raspberry, peppermint chocolate, regular chocolate, cinnamon, and gingerbread) so we went with two of each. Stopping in the next day, I picked up my order and while adding a trio of cookie sandwiches (snickerdoodle, sugar w/ vanilla, and chocolate chip peanut butter) and a floral glitter candle (cause 2 year olds like those candles). My niece was very happy with her cupcake as we gave her the peppermint chocolate (I think), she devoured the frosting first before eating the cake itself which indicates she loved it. My family and I enjoyed the remaining cupcakes although we had difficulty telling which was which. Might be good to label them upon packing them since I'm not a cupcake expert except for the tasting part. Additionally, the cookie sandwiches were amazing. Since I purchased them, I called dibs on the chocolate chip peanut butter; knew I picked the right one after my first bite with the choco/pb flavors of the cream and the softness of the cookie. My sister and her husband ate the remaining snickerdoodle and sugar w/vanilla which they enjoyed although they wished they had what I had. Too bad, mine was delicious and I wasn't gonna share! Support your local mom/pop shops such as this one as Becca does cakes/cookies/sweets amazingly!

Cupcake heaven! Small, gorgeous shop. They had cupcakes, macarons, cookie sandwiches, cake in a cup (container). It gives me a boutique bakery vibe. They specialize in custom cakes - weddings, birthdays etc. They also sell little cake toppers and other accessories. Very cute. My friend Jacqui got a few macarons and a cupcake (classic). She's tried their macarons before but not.their cupcakes. I love cupcakes. I ordered their classic with a polar bear topping, matcha, chocolate with cherry topper, and raspberry plus their red velvet cake in a cup. Jacqui didn't make it far.from my house before she text me that the classic cupcake was yummy. The cupcakes are delicious. Not overly sweet but very tasty. I do not normally do chocolate but the staffer said it was her favorite and I know why. I wish that I'd gotten 2 of them, it was so yummy. The matcha was nice - I wish the matcha taste was stronger - that's just my preference. The classic is just that classic. The cream is def made in house and is so light and tasty. The red velvet cake wasn't overpowering. The topping didn't have a very strong cream cheese taste which I missed but it was still very light and airy. For 6 5 cupcakes, 1 cake in a cup and 3 macarons, the total pre-tax was $36 so pretty reasonable. I am def going back when I need a cupcake fix. I do want to try their macarons too, they had some interesting flavors.

Ordering was easy, my pumpkin pie was on time and packaged nicely. Only issue is the price. 47 dollars for a pumpkin pie that I have to pickup, one would expect more. It was good, but heavy. Not the best or the worst. Just wasn't worth the money for me unfortunately.

Need to take some nice desserts to crawfish boil - something other than just running to local grocery - and had seen this shop when at the Stomping Grounds so I thought I'd give it a try. Staff were super helpful with selections and, having never tried them, I nervously took them to a party with some pretty picky foodies - who all LOVED them! The cupcakes and caramel brownies were a big hit, but a few of the macaroons were a massive hit and people were playfully fighting for a taste as others said oh yum! So all in all, a big hit and I'll be back!

It was really easy to work with Becca and the team at Becca Cakes! Literally, from beginning to delivery; everything was easy! I changed some of the elements of the cake design a couple times and Becca easily responded by email with new sketches and thoughts. I am into the more meaninful details so the on time delivery of the cake and the packaged top tieir with their personal touches was very much appreciated!

We sometimes stop here when we want a yummy dessert but we have also special ordered macarons and cupcakes for graduation party and they never disappoint. Not only is everything always delicious it is always so beautiful. Store front is so cute and they have the friendliest staff!

Discovered this place through an instagram rec and decided to go try it out. The space is super clean and cutely decorated but he real draw is the content of the display case. Each dessert is decorated beautifully. Lots of places these days focus on the aesthetics or how it will look on social media but Becca Cakes takes just as much care in the taste as the look. The icing for both cupcakes was super smooth like velvet and the cake moist and flavorful without being too sweet. The brown butter was my fave of the two that I tried. I also had a chai macaron that did not make it out of the parking lot. It was definitely worth the effort to find this bakery and I can't wait to go back to try more flavors.

I follow @beccacakeshtx on IG, so when she announced that she was opening a brick+mortar in the Heights, I was eager to check it out! So my fiancé and I dropped by and became instantly distracted (in a good way) by wanting to browse the shop and take photos! The aesthetic is very simple, clean, and modern. This is also represented in her cakes, desserts and decor! I have a weakness for cute packaging, attention to detail, and adding that personal touch to your desserts, and Becca does it with sophistication!! Staff is helpful + friendly. We ordered half dozen macarons + two cupcakes! I was so distracted and not paying attention, that I ordered a vanilla + strawberry cupcake, but ended up coming home only to realize that they gave me a vanilla + lemon cupcake! Needless to say, I was super bummed when I got home that I didn't get what I had ordered, but Becca personally messaged us on Square up apologizing for the mix up and refunded us for the lemon cupcake...dang. Now that's what you call excellent CS. Macarons: ordered 2x Cinnamon Toast Crunch, 2x lavender, and 2x earl grey! I shared. I got feedback from several people, and I think the macarons have the perfect texture!!! One of the best macarons I've had in Houston, and true to its flavor also! The flavor is evident in each chewy bite. The macarons are a bit too sweet for my liking - if the sweetness level could be dialed down a little bit, I'd be able to eat a whole box in one sitting, lol. The sweetness level was my only complaint. Cupcakes: vanilla + lemon The icing is very whipped and creamy...smooth and not too sweet. Bread is good too, not too dense, but not extremely fluffy either. It's got the right bread texture for a cupcake. I will definitely be returning to unite with my lost strawberry cupcake. Highly recommend you try their macarons first!

The cookie sandwich made with sugar cookies, cream and fresh strawberries was a delicious surprise. I loved the incorporation of the fresh fruit. I'm not sure if it would be okay the day after, but it's a take on cookies i hadn't tried before.

Loved everything about this bakery-the atmosphere, the small retail section they had, and of course, the delicious goodies they had on display. Everything looked good so luckily the employee gave me all of her favorite recommendations so I got them all! This included the peanut butter chocolate cupcake, white chocolate raspberry cupcake, sour candy macaron, and the sugar cookie with strawberry cookie sandwich. Everything was good, but the sour candy macaron and strawberry cookie sandwich were my favorites!! The macaron had a nice balance of sweet and sour. The cookie sandwich had a delicious whipped cream topping with fresh strawberries. I'm never a big fan of buttercream frosting, so I love that the cupcakes here had a whipped cream topping. I'm def coming back to try the other cookie sandwiches and macarons. Would highly recommend this bakery, so go check it out!

I absolutely love Becca Cakes! Not only are their desserts absolutely delicious, they also donate to Rescued Pets Movement, a local nonprofit animal rescue group. I can't think of a better way to get your sweet tooth fix while supporting a small business that helps homeless animals.

Decided to check out Becca Cakes while in the area for work. The strawberry cupcake was super smooth according to my boyfriend. I got to try the sugar cookie sandwich. That thing was massive enough that I couldn't eat it all at once.

I can't stop proclaiming love for this bakery!! I came here because they currently have a promo where sales of cookie butter macarons purchased support the animal rescue I volunteer with (Animal Justice League, go check them out!). They rotate which group they support with proceeds for a specific menu item, which is pretty awesome. So of course I tried the cookie butter macarons...so delicious and true to their flavor, which is not always the case with baked goods. I also picked up peach and earl grey macarons and those were fantastic. My mom also said they were the best macarons she's ever had. My favorite item, though, was the cookie sandwiches. I got a snickerdoodle one for myself, but I also had a few bites of the sugar cookie one, and they were so good it's hard to not want one every day. The cookies are so thick and soft, while the whipped cream is light and airy and just perfect. I am already planning on going back so I can try their cupcakes too, which look equally amazing. Becca Cakes definitely exceeded my expectations (unlike Levain in NYC, which seemed a bit overhyped).

So, a brief little history since I've been following Becca's journey the past couple of years - Becca Cakes started off as a home baker that made beautiful cakes for special occasions. In the past couple of years she has made a huge splash in the events industry and morphed into a luxury cake designer! She has now opened her own storefront where customers can enjoy cute little cupcakes, macarons, and cookies (with flavors rotating out weekly). In addition, Becca takes on private appointments where she can help design and make the cake of your dreams! I had a chance to pop by on her opening day and pick up half a dozen cupcakes and cookie sandwiches. And everything was amazing! The frosting on her cupcakes are light and airy and the cake itself is flavorful! Surprisingly my favorite thing was the cookie sandwiches. If you have a sweet tooth then I highly recommend checking it out! Also, the service is great and I love the fact that this is a family affair as Becca's sister Hannah was the one that helped us pick out our cupcakes. To summarize: just go. You'll leave happy with delicious treats.

Beautiful little shop quite pleasant bright and refreshing smiling staff could tell by their eyes they were a wearing mask very helpful and answered all my questions as to what was what Cupcake icing wonderful macaroons perfect and the moon pie creations were incredible will definitely be back here soon

Put in a order for a gender reveal cake , was shocked by how great the the price was! And how great the cake turned out to be!. Front desk was very nice and cared to make sure everything went right. I would highly recommend

I recently bought my husband his birthday cake here. I usually buy my cake from chinatown but decided to try a small business this time around. I was looking for a bakery that had pre-made cakes ready to-go, and Becca Cakes had it! I called in my order and the lady over the phone was helpful and nice. The one that was available was the white one (looks like a celebration cake, vanilla flavor) - 4" for $40. It was a pretty cake. The cake tasted pretty good, a little dry though. It was super packed and heavy.

They handcrafted such a beautiful wedding cake for me~ it was truly my dream wedding cake and the flavors were so amazing that I could not choose between chocolate and lemon. SO I GOT BOTH! Thank you Becca Cakes!

I'm a sucker for details. Becca Cakes' new storefront really nails them: see the beautiful flower print on the right-hand wall as you step into the space, and see the same colorful floral pattern printed on the wrapping paper as you step back out with your white box of treats. My fiancé and I sampled one of each cupcake (six kinds were available on opening day, and apparently the flavors change every week) and both of the cookie sandwiches. I usually avoid cookies with frosting because of how incredibly sweet they can get, but the buttercream is light and airy, here, which let the chocolate chip cookies shine. That same restraint applies to the cupcakes, too. Lemon and strawberries & cream were my two favorites, and neither one left me feeling like I'd just consumed two straight days of sugar. I don't have much of a sweet tooth normally, so the treats here suit me perfectly: perfectly-sized and full of flavor without being overwhelming. All in all, highly recommended. I'm really happy to see Houston has a strong new addition to its dessert scene.

I tried the cookies, brownie and one of the cupcake flavors. I have to say these are the worst desserts I've had in Houston. The cookies are hard like rocks and have no softness or flavor to them. Was heavily disappointed with the subpar quality.

This place is NOT what everyone makes it out to be. Came in to buy a few cupcakes before placing a whole cake order to make sure I liked the cake, and I'm glad I did. I got the classic vanilla and a strawberries and cream the icing on the classic vanilla tasted like whipped oil with sprinkles on top, as well as the icing on the star berries and cream. So gross! The cake tasted like a box cake with added almond extract. Only giving this place two stars because the presentation of the cupcakes were super cute and so was the shop. But what a waste of $7.50 for two cupcakes. Don't recommend.

Y'all, I'm never one to make reviews about places, positive or negative, but I feel this place deserves some credit. I'll be honest I haven't been here myself personally but my girlfriend has brought me macarons from here on multiple occasions and let me tell you, this place has the best macarons I've ever had and I'm not one to sugar coat things (pun absolutely intended). When you bite into one of the macarons, you're met with a sharp crunch then a rich and soft center. I've had darn near every flavor (I'm not kidding) and each one is as good as the next. Im not gonna claim I'm a macaron connoisseur but I've definitely got a sweet tooth and this place satisfies every cavity in my mouth. Also, I usually have so much that I have to refrigerate them just in case and they're just as good as the day you buy them, just a bit colder. All in all, I highly recommend you check this place out and try out the macarons. Worst-case scenario you like them so much and end up with a fridge full of them like me :) jk

Stopped by here randomly after running some errands and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of cupcakes, macarons, and cookies. I got two of the ones she recommended and they were both delicious! The cupcakes are a bit on the smaller side but that was fine for me because I did not want a giant cupcake on the go. Both were delicious! I can't wait to try their cakes!

I picked up a few cupcakes from Becca Cakes. They tasted wonderful!! The icing to cake ratio was perfect and there was a great balance of sweetness. The service was delightful!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by and unfortunately was not received with a warm welcome ....only a "what we would you like?" The pretzel on top of one of the cupcakes was stale / but the icing was good / very nice and light. The cookie sandwich also tasted stale- very bland and crumbly, Maybe just not my kind of desserts? $13 for two average sized cupcakes and cookie sandwich seemed a little pricy for the quality.

We walked in today to try a little bit of everything. The cupcakes were perfect, the frosting is so fluffy and not too sweet. The cookie sandwich was to die for. We tried each flavor of macaroons and they were also perfect. The girls in the front were very friendly!

So happy this bakery is now open in a great location. We've been using Becca Cakes for years for events and "treat yo'self" moments and she never disappoints. The sweets aren't too sweet for those with Asian palates and her almond flavor is top-notch! I always gauge how good a bakery is by seeing how the elders in my family like the goodies, and happy to say they love her work. Her cakes are light in texture and taste. Her custom sugar cookies are the cutest. Her wedding and event custom design work is spectacular! Again, super happy this bakery is open, so I can stop by for quick last-minute gifts or a pick-me-up for myself. It's a must visit for any and all excuses.

I need to apologize in advance because I definitely should have had pictures of these cupcakes as they were museum worthy works of art, just amazingly beautiful. Unfortunately, I ate them all before that could happen. Mea culpa. The store is a minimalist wonderland. A few curated party pieces so that the baked goods are the stars. The cupcakes, I kid you not, are visual masterpieces. The strawberry cupcake is topped with a slice of strawberry and a touch of gold leaf. Exquisite. Coconut, chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, the above-mentioned strawberry and they had a lemon meringue as well. The coconut was a very close second to the strawberry. Slightly, barely, almost imperceptibly crunchy. The red velvet, chocolate and vanilla were very comfortable familiar, but elevated. And the light and ethereal frosting made me lick all the cupcakes clean of it before sharing with my husband. Just kidding. I wish I wasn't, tho. At any rate, I only regrettably had the cupcakes. My mission is to change that because the macarons were deserving of attention I didn't have to give today. I will change that! Get here, hurry.

Ordered delivery and they called to say they were out of an item, so they substituted a cookie sando, which was ver delicious ! The cupcakes were perfect in every way; taste, freshness, and size. Wr are looking forward to seeing the store in person :)

I just picked up these beautiful cupcakes for Easter. They are as delicious as they are pretty.

Becca Cakes is one of my go-to recommendations as a wedding planner, so the fact that I can now walk up to a storefront and get her treats on the daily is so exciting! From my experience with Becca with respect to weddings, she's all about unique (but delicious) flavors, beautiful designs, and quality customer service. And, of course, she can bake more than just cakes! From mini-donuts, to macarons, to all of your favorite bakery staples, Becca and her team are going to be providing all the sinfully sweet treats to a Garden Oak/Oak Forest community that's been craving a local bake shop.

I ordered specific cake, cupcakes & cookies for a birthday. Beyond perfection. The frosting on the German chocolate cake was slightly fluffy but still dense. Everyone agreed the red velvet cupcakes were there best they ever had. Again instead of a dense heavy texture it was almost a fluffy red velvet. I have no idea how she does this but it will be the most incredible desserts. Oh and the cookies.... homemade look and feel... slightly crisp edges with caking texture in the middle. Incredible.

Love this place! Their macarons and cupcakes are great. The cookie sandwiches are a bit hard tbh. I wish they offered more "classic " or "normal" flavors for their macarons ... they only have certain flavors daily.

So I was lucky enough to try delicious treats bc a very sweet mom of one of my students brought us some! First we tried a variety of macaroons and my gosh I shared them with mg family and they were a huge hit!!! Then she brought us cookie sandwiches that were sinfully decadent! I highly recommend Becca's cakes and wish y'all all the luck!

Becca cakes is a beautiful shop! Not only are their items beautifully decorated, but they taste AMAZING! Their cupcakes aren't dry, the frosting is so smooth, their macaroons are perfect and so are their cookies! They are so friendly, and do fun things like on Election Day, you could go in and tell them you voted and they gave you a free Election Day macaroon that was decorated red, white and blue. They also are offering fun Christmas boxes which include their amazing Christmas macaroons, as well as two Christmas items from local shops! I am so glad I found this shop, and can't wait to order more from them!

Ordered a dozen cupcakes of a variety of flavors and they were spectacular. The shop was elegant the presentation was elegant you can't go wrong highly recommend.

Beyond excited to finally get to see Becca Cakes as a storefront!! The interior is fresh and airy with an array of cake toppers and small gifts, in case you need to pick up something on the way to a party! Her desserts are absolutely divine. My favorite options are the cookie sandwiches and the mini 6" cakes. The cookies are soft and the perfect texture (almost cake like) with just the right amount of cream in the middle. My favorite part of her cakes is the subtle sweetness. This bakery is one of the few places in Houston where I've been able to find a cake that isn't cloyingly sweet. Instead the flavor, text, and cream of the cake shine through. Also, I've got to say I have never been a fan of macroons but Becca Cakes has made me a believer. The assortment of flavors and how well the flavors come through with every bite is mind-blowing! If you haven't tried them yet, I would highly recommend. Finally, the service and the response to COVID exceeds expectations. You have options to order online, curbside pick-up, hand sanitizer available, etc. Overall, this place is a must try for a quick dessert or a big event!

Saw this place off Nextdoor and decided to give it a try and boy was I disappointed. The taste of their cupcakes was so very dry and didn't taste fresh at all. Didn't live up to all the hype ...so many other places that are so better...the size of their cupcakes are like minis ...go elsewhere!
