Deceptive business practices. Beware! Item I was going to buy @ $40-then 50% off. I noticed there were several price stickers stacked over each other, so I peeled the top and found that it had been selling for only $12. They marked it up to $40 when it was selling for only $12! There were several other items group in the area and after checking stickers seemed they raised prices to take a % discount that was still way more than the prior sales amount. Good riddance to bad business management.

Very expensive! Often out of stock on things that you really want/ need. Very clean and people are nice. I love this store but come on , STOP getting me in the door with a sale and say oh we're out of stock. I will continue to fall for it until (drum roll) ... You actually have it in Stock : )

The store was immaculate, and the shelves were well stocked even though it's Black Friday Weekend. Great sales while we were there on quality named-brand items. Picked up a Keurig for 1/2 off, same deal on Yankee Candles. Joined the rewards program and got additional discounts. This store will check off a bunch of items on your XMas shopping list and many of the items you need at home. Huge parking lot here so that's never an issue. There were three or four Food Trucks in the parking lot so you can skip the waits at traditional restaurants and get some lunch between stops. If you haven't been there recently, give it another try.

Clean. Never have what I'm looking for. No customer service unless you walk back to front to ask a cashier for help and answers always sorry don't carry that. Example silicone baking sheets, salad spinner. Really you don't carry it? Why not? Accessories for kitchen aid mixer no just mixers. See why we order from Amazon!

Bed Bath & Beyond. It's a pretty cool place. Excellent selection of coffee stuff and just about anything else you could really need for inside the home We actually went here to check out the flatware. We walked out without a purchase. A rare occurrence. The store is very clean. Well lit. Not a mess anywhere. We shop here at least once a month.

We did a wedding registry here. The staff was great, experience was great- my only miss was that they didnt have most of the products we wanted/saw online. (I understand inventory/storage is larger overhead but i really wanted to see a few key pieces to compare them physically. Lost a star to that alone.

Staff were helpful and the store was well lit. But it's a little too densely packed with thin aisles, which make me feel slightly claustrophobic. Also, 7:30pm is apparently when they get out the library of Congress rolling ladders to put out new stock. So that was a chaotic mobility impediment all around the store.

The store is so packed with merchandise it is hard to move around, even harder to find what you are looking for. 2 check out lines open and they were the only staff I saw in the whole store! I like the coupons they send & products they carry. Just wish it was easier to shop in the store.

The Bed, Bath & Beyond (BBB) outside of the Chicago metropolitan area is usually serene, tranquil, and unclustered. Although I'm not a fan on how BBB merchandises, I do enjoy shopping at a small-town location because I'm actually able to find what I need. I had a mail-in coupon that was expiring. BBB does a great job on sending those coupons consistently. I needed to re-stock my k-cups, so having some of those coupons in my bag is always useful and convenient. Their k-cups selections were well-organized. I picked out one of the Caribou breakfast blend and headed straight to the register. There was one (1) cashier working on price-adjustments for the customer. However, there were four (4) others in line waiting. The primary cashier quickly gathered other available cashiers via the radio, and the line was efficiently cleared and everyone was well on the way to his/her vehicle. There are other choices of retailers that I can purchase k-cups at, but with BBB continuously sending coupons to me diligently, BBB has become my go-to destination for our k-cup needs and soda stream flavors/canister refills.

I've been into this store countless amount of times to get things for my wedding and Lynn especially has been the most helpful!!! If you go in there and meet her, you will for sure want to come back!!!!

I love shopping at bed bath and beyond. I love everything about the store. I usually shop online but, I recently went to the bed bath in Rockford IL. Location on East State st. First, I was shopping on a wedding registry with my friend. However, we found a couple items but, need assists with the other items. I could not find anyone so, I went to the front of the store and there were three ladies talking about salad. I approach them after waiting for a couple seconds and I said, excuse me can someone help us find some items over hear. I did not get a response, just a nasty looking. Then they had to decide out of the three of them who was going to help me. She finally came around the counter. Then I said, Sorry to interupt. She stated, No that is ok, We were just talking about salad. SMH. Finally, after the brutal hour on finding the items, the check out lady was rude. My friend and I wanted to split the cost on two cards and she told my friend to type in the amount of her part but the machine never gave her a option. Then the lady never offer to cancel the purchase and redo it. It wasn't like she had a line Rockford Bed Bath and Beyond CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
