"One of your friends wants to watch the Rangers game, another claims he’s eaten nothing but a Fiber One bar all day, and you haven’t gotten any vitamin D since last weekend. Bedford Falls is a big spot that has something for everyone, with a room up front that feels like a sports bar, tables throughout the space, a long food menu, and a nice back patio. It also has a Happy Hour until 7pm every day, as well as various other drink specials each day of the week." - Matt Tervooren

First time here with my love and we are falling in love with this cute cozy place, we feel like we are in a Hallmark movie, very romantic and lovely place for coffee with beautiful view of the town, the coffee are great, he got red eye and i get a latte with lavender and coconut flavor. It’s amazing, the croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are fresh and fantastic, great prices as well, we will definitely come back again. Forget to mention about how beautiful how the indoor plants make the store looks more lively in the cold winter time.

Google
Really friendly services and good coffee. My favorite is the caramel macchiato 😋 (hot or ice) they have a little bakery they make some food and they have same alcohol beverages now. A little bit of everything in one cute place. If you are in town or passing by it’s a must to stop by.

Google
The barista was very friendly and accommodating. The beverage I chose was called the red eye which is coffee and espresso and it was absolutely able to wake me up. A variety of assortments of breakfast, sandwiches and pastries to select from. The breakfast sandwiches are hearty. I got two because I thought they would be small but one actually filled me up. Also got a cinnamon roll with cream cheese was absolutely amazing. The breakfast sandwiches were made fresh there at the coffee shop, and the baked goods you can tell were made recently or early morning. There are other assortment of beverages available as well at this coffee shop. Look forward to going back and trying the danishes and wide variety of other baked goods there. Plenty of seating available. Good view of the downtown historic area. Will definitely look forward to the next visit.

Google
Very family oriented. The fod is great and the service phenomenal. Great place to sit back and enjoy a calm relaxing experience alone or with loved ones. This was me and my family's second time here. We've tried The chef salad, humus and veggie tray, cheese sandwich, Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, blueberry and banana nut muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon bun, root beer float, and mango smoothie. Last but not least the local wine they have for sale taste great to me. The vegan and apple pie wine is my favorite. To taste at the time is $5. You won't be disappointed.

Google
Cute local diner. A million sandwich options. Easy to order online for takeout, but it’s also cute to eat in the restaurant. Lots of windows, looks onto the shops of the little downtown Bedford area, and a park with some sort of war memorial. Lots of locals. I often stop here for a BLT on a croissant after a long hike at Bedford Metropark.

Google
We ordered breakfast here and it was great. Blueberry muffin, egg /bacon/cheese on ciabatta bread that was probably the best ciabatta we've ever had, veggie egg wrap and a meat lovers egg wrap...Decided to order a bunch of sandwiches to go since the prices were so good and the food was excellent... All of the food in these pictures was less than 60$!! They are all well portioned... The Reuben is easily bigger than others costing nearly twice as much. We have to keep places like this around. Since the prices are so good make sure you tip well. They even put a thank you card in our to go order, Thank you Jennifer. It was our first visit but we will be back!

Google
Talk about fantastic and amaxing drinks. I love the coffee here. My go to is the chunky monkey that taste like chocolate and banana. The Jamacian me crazy is good too. Try the muffins. Ive had the blueberry twice and the bamana nut. They are so moist I stop here once a week Really great staff

I had an enjoyable lunch at 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐟𝐞 today. I ordered the garlic grilled cheese sandwich and the bow tie pasta was my side. Both were very tasty. My sandwich was hot and gooey with mozzarella cheese and tomato 🍅 . Simple perfection! Next time I definitely try out some of the baked goods and pastries. Good eats 👏🏾

Yelp
I like this place. Decent food and nice wait staff. I got a chef salad for lunch on a Tuesday early afternoon and my Mom got the veggie Italian sandwich. My salad was pretty large and filled with all types of good fresh ingredients. My Moms sandwich was also filled with fresh ingredients but seemed skimpier. But she liked it. Her side was potato salad. The side comes in a small side cup. I would like a scoop of the side on the plate but I get they are trying to g to control portions and cost. Seemed skimpy though. It's a nice size cafe. Tables are kept clean. But the plants around need some help. Most looked pretty dead or dying. They seem to do a good take out biz and lots of coffee and other drink options along with baked goods. All in all I will go back and try something else.

Yelp
Stopped in after a beautiful hike at the Bedford Reservation Metropark (just a quick drive down the road). This place definitely hit the spot! It's a cute cafe, with a delicious looking display case of baked goods and treats. You place your order at the counter and they bring your food to your table to eat. The menu features a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps, and subs! They also have breakfast, soups, salads, and a large coffee menu. I got the USS New Jersey Battleship, which is described as huge a 15 inch sub that few can take down in one sitting. And I agree! Out came two huge subs, filled with toppings, that became my lunch and then my dinner. The New Jersey had capicola, salami, pepperoni, cheese, shredded lettuce and banana peppers. A really great sub for less than $10! A friend tried the turkey club, which was a visually quite stunning three bread sandwich. Another friend really enjoyed their breakfast sandwhich. And the root beer floats were three huge scoops of vanilla ice cream and a bottle of root beer. Overall, this place is a total gem, and I will absolutely be back next time in the area for the metroparks!

Dana E.

Yelp
What a delightful little place with delicious food. I have tried several wraps and salads and all are delicious, fresh, plentiful and fairly priced. Customer service is also very prompt and kind. They seem to know many of the customers by name which is always a good reflection of good service, quality and consistency.

Shelah Y.

Yelp
The owners are very nice, it's a cute cafe and has nice soy candles. The food is okay but not something I usually eat but really cute spot

Steve R.

Yelp
Great Key Lime Pie. I stopped in for a snack and got a piece of key lime pie, the woman behind the counter was praising it so I gave it a try. Delicious. Great crust too.

Yelp
I came to this restaurant because it received a high review. It was the middle ground for me coming from Medina and my friend coming from Richmond Heights I ordered a hot chai tea latte with cinnamon that was phenomenal. Great peaceful restaurant with friendly staff and great food. I had the good to go breakfast wrap with extra peppers. If you're ever in the area, make sure you stop by. You will not be disappointed

Miriam S.

Yelp
The owner was so kind, we ordered some wraps, a salad and a dessert. We were torn between 2 options for dessert and he ended up bringing us the second one free of charge. We felt so welcomed and the service and food was fantastic. Above all the kindness and hospitality here is something very special Highly recommend the tuna melt!

Yelp
What a gem! This Cafe has such a quaint feel. The staff is very nice, and the place is always so clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. Today, I wanted a light breakfast, so I chose a breakfast platter which was two sausage patties, two slices of toast and scrambled eggs. I opted for an Iced Mocha Turtle drink with whipped cream on top. They are allowing people to eat inside. The dining room is clean, and there are board games and puzzles to keep you busy and engaged while you enjoy a drink. I was personally thanked for stopping in. This was a nice touch, that is most common in small businesses. If you are in the area, stop by. Bedford is such a cool town too. After eating, head a few minutes away to the Viaduct Park and walk off the calories and get some fresh air. You won't regret it!

Heidi B.

Yelp
We were traveling in the area today and stopped in for lunch. The food was phenomenal, well prepared, and exceptionally tasty. Prices were reasonable, service was friendly and personable. The cafe was cozy and accommodating .

Yelp
Last year we moved from Twinsburg to Bedford. We do a lot of take out, so we're always looking for good restaurants. We stumbled upon the Bedford Falls Cafe, and we now do takeout here at least once a week. The food, the service, the owners, and the value - absolutely outstanding! I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're ever in the Bedford area, don't miss this wonderful venue!

Nicole R.

Yelp
Stopped randomly without researching and couldn't have been more delighted. Amazing coffee and fresh delishious food. With a friendly owner who clearly cares, would highly recommend to anyone.

Fran M.

Yelp
Nice and friendly people. Breakfast is excellent. Steak egg and cheese wrap was awesome.

Yelp
GREAT small independent right on the square in downtown Bedford, Ohio. The coffee, bakery, and meals are all GREAT here. The holiday lights on the square in Bedford are something to see.

Kei D.

Yelp
I went here 2x in one week mid-June after walking at viaduct park and the falls at Tinker's creek. Lots of options on the menu, sweet customer service, very reasonable prices

Steve M.

Yelp
Quaint little cafe / diner. Got a strawberry smoothie which was perfect for a hot summer day. Will definitely be back to sample some of their food items. Staff was super friendly. Place is veteran owned and ran, which is always nice to see.

Yelp
Fresh food, fresh soup, Monstrous subs ( called Battleships ), fresh bakery and the best Chicken Salad sandwich on a toasted croissant I have ever eaten. No deep fryer here so sides are coleslaw or other deli item or potato chips. Service can get backed up during peak hours as everything is made to order. Their sausage cheese dip appetizer is also very very good. This is a hidden gem! Hidden in plain sight right next to the square in Bedford. Please try

Myguardianllc. J.

Yelp
Just left Bedford Falls Cafe excellent experience the egg bacon sausage croissant was awesome with apple turn overs in my special wine down beverage was amazing great customer service. My kids also love her chocolate muffins chocolate chip cookies just all around a nice clean place.

Jen L.

Yelp
Their bbq chicken wrap and their lattes are very good. Their delivery is always accurate and quick.

Joe H.

Yelp
Excellent sandwiches and salad. Would highly recommend. Get the potato salad and the Rubin on rye. Just stopped since saw it on Google. Great choice

Donna L.

Yelp
Peppermint mocha was EXCELLENT! Also got a wrap and everything in it was fresh, hot and tasted great! I will definitely be telling my family and friends and I'll be back to this gem in the very near future!

Thomas B.

Yelp
So I ate at the Bedford Falls café. The menu here is unbelievable and the food is really excellent and a very good price I am overwhelmed by all the choices they have. I am dying to try one of their battleship row which essentially is a 15 inch sub sandwich with so many different choices sco make your own battleship it's unbelievable a full sandwich is eight dollars can you have your usual crowd

Yelp
This place is definitely a local spot. We stumbled in on Friday around 7pm to a karaoke night! Everyone seemed to know one another and felt like family (some may have actually been family. It was so intimate they even celebrated the monthly birthdays and sang to a woman with a birthday crown on. Definitely felt like a regular karaoke group that returns each week. Everyone welcomed us, even new people that came in said hello and told us about the karaoke nights and to come back again soon. Despite the closeness of the patrons we didn't feel like an outsider. Food: You go and order at the counter and then sit and they will bring it to you. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped us making our decisions. They have a wide variety of items including ice cream, coffee, desserts, salads, sandwiches, breakfast, tea, etc. Very reasonably priced menu! I got the tuna melt, it was just ok. The tuna salad was a bit too over dressed for my liking. It felt gluttonous with all the mayonnaise and I think there was mustard in there maybe? It came with a side and I chose coleslaw, it felt kind of like the kind you would buy in a big jar at sam's club, not my favorite but others like their sides so maybe I'll try something else next time. The others liked the chips and the macaroni salad. Chicken salad on the croissant had similar opinions on the tuna that it was thick and over dressed but the croissant was toasted and good. I would definitely check this place out again, maybe for breakfast next time! I love that they do reward cards for locals to earn free sandwiches and even deliver within a 5 mile radius. I'll update after my next visit.

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
Nice little corner cafe. You can tell it's pretty touristy for Bedford, filled with "regulars" who all know each other. My mom and I went for breakfast, she had the traditional plate and I had a steak and egg wrap. Everything was simple and delicious. They also have ice cream, lunch, and little pastries and stuff that we didn't try.

Judyth S.

Yelp
First time- and last here. Waited and waited and waited for one of the sub sandwiches. 45 minutes later our food arrived, but they forgot our coffees. We even tipped as we paid. Our sub was low quality (bread was dried out, it needed seasoning or sauce too.) I noticed as we were waiting- two other people stood at the counter checking watches and looking frustrated. Horrible service, low quality food. Never again.

Yelp
I have eaten a couple times at this restaurant I work at the dealership down the road and we tend to get food from local eateries. I walked in this morning and a girl was sitting in a chair texting, she was very cheerful, happy to help, not...it was like I was putting her out. Long story short I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, which takes tops two minutes, instead of the girl at the register putting it in toaster, she went back to her chair and texted, finally someone came out of back five minutes later and finally put it in, it was 15 minutes and I got up and asked for my bagel and she said it's almost done. 20 minutes later and the bright disposition of this woman will never bring my business to them, I'm the customer, you cater to me, I don't need you, you need my business. #poor service

Yelp
This place has really fallen to the way side. My husband and I would frequent regularly and it was a popular lunch spot at work. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has severely declined. I ordered a salad that I had gotten a milllion times before. Instaed of the normal grilled chicken I was given something that resembled chicken but was all fat. Gave them another try and had the same outcome. At this point a call was made and the customer service is almost as bad as the food has gotten. Really hate to see a good place go bad

Dan S.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the menu is impressive. The restaurant is clean and welcoming with live plants and plenty of natural light that make you feel at home. I stopped for breakfast and was very satisfied with my meal and it was relatively inexpensive for the amount of food you receive. I will definitely be back!

Mia S.

Yelp
I tried the Cafe after passing by for many years and tried the food for the first time. I decided to try a battleship, I tried to order beef, no beef. I tried the sandwich that was supposed to be the USS West Virginia and and the were three broken chunks of chicken on each sandwich. The topping were very scant! One piece of cheese, no condiments! I also be a Clam Chowder, disgusting! The soup was very grainy and bland! I had a spoonful and threw it away! I was extremely disappointed with was was made, there should be a standards in place! I received a gift certificate and I am going to have to lie about if I like the food not hurt their feelings! If you want a good sub sandwich, don't waste your time! Epic fail!

Joe W.

Yelp
This place is super Duper super Duper super Duper great!!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Biscuits and gravy are the bomb. Service is really really really really great!!!! Nice little place and will definitely stop in next time we are in the area

Angelica W.

Yelp
This spot has had a lot of names over the years and I've never visited very often. After a recent stop this summer during a small festival in the common area I decided to have lunch here. Huge selection to choose from! I was starving and went straight for the massive USSR subs. I want expecting it to be as big as it was, especially for the price! The bread was possibly the best part, warm and soft and not too thick. You can bet I will definitely be returning for more!

Mackenzie M.

Yelp
This is the cutest little place! I got the Mediterranean salad and hummus & veggies. Both were really good! And everyone was really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

Doug E.

Yelp
Bedford Falls Cafe is absolutely fantastic for what it is. For a family owned sandwich and breakfast spot this place really does the trick. The menu is priced right-- most items fall between $3-$9 and the portions are huge. They serve an all day breakfast but I've typically gone the sandwich and side route. They have a variety of options here- sandwich, wrap or 'battleship' (which I assume is a gigantic sub). The meats are very good but don't overpower the sandwich. Too often at other establishments the meats:toppings ratio is way out of whack.they've seemed to strike the perfect chord of enough meat to fill you and enough toppings to create a great tasting sandwich. The sandwich comes with a side of choice (no fryer=no fries, sorry!) and each of the sides I've had has been very good. Come here a few times and you'll see the exact same people behind the counter and a few regulars in their normal spots. Great coffee and espresso drinks as well!

Robin D.

Yelp
Love this little place. Everything o. The menu is exceptionally good. They hand scoop their ice cream and always have a nice selection on desserts on display. The employees are always happy and smiling. It's a great experience for all.

Hannah W.

Yelp
I went here to eat lunch and catch up with a friend. It's very quaint and in a pleasant location. The food was delicious, but I wouldn't go here for dinner due to the limited menu. Service was fast and very friendly. I would definitely go here again.

Alina V.

Yelp
This is such a hidden gem!! Came in for a coffee only to find they have SO many incredible combinations of drinks, and you can customize with so many flavors. Did I mention they are half of the price of a Starbucks coffee, and so much tastier. It was so good we came back yesterday for coffee and had lunch - homemade tuna salad is DELICIOUS, and the staff is so friendly. This is an absolute gem, I can't wait to come when it's warm and enjoy a tea and lunch!! Huge drink menu, even bigger breakfast and lunch menu. Thank you ladies for being so personable & for my favorite new coffee shop!

Rebecca H.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! Friendly owners and great food:) very homey feel and they even do karaoke!

Meithanos ..

Yelp
This place is rude and disrespectful to key figures of the community. The few times I have been in there the staff was lackluster and only moderately attentive at best. Microwaved eggs and bulk bought muffins that claim to be "fresh" is not what I look for in a place to eat.

Daisy G.

Yelp
I just love this little corner shop in downtown Bedford! It is in such a great area near the Bedford Museum and all the other little shops that make up downtown Bedford giving it a classic hometown feel and look that you just can't find in many other places in Ohio! Once you walk in, it's not the biggest place you'll walk into but is clean and nicely put together. It's about 15 tables (there is even one in the back near the bathrooms that is away from everyone else that looks like people have private meetings and business discussions away from the other tables to ensure privacy). The whole setup is nice and quite simple at the same time. The menu is VAST with several different items. The prices do have a $1-$10 range with a few items possible exceeding that. I had ordered their special sandwich deal where you pick THREE meats and FIVE toppings with a few other items to choose from (like salad dressing as topping) and I was NOT disappointed! I received a HUGE sandwich that needed a fork to help consume the extra toppings coming off the sandwich! No worries, I know some people might not like the LARGE portion but me personally I appreciate getting a good size quantity of food. It's even a restaurant style setup in this cute little deli/coffee shop because the girl who took our order had delivered us our food and I didn't even know that's the way they cared for the customers! Very nice Bedford Falls Café! I was not expecting that pleasant truth! My sub sandwich was tasty and filling! All of the leftover ingredients (I'm sorry, the sub sandwich was DELICIOUS but I just couldn't finish it!) So, I took it home and used ALL the leftover ingredients in a wonderful salad. I am looking forward to visiting here again and if you live in the area or know someone here there are occasional coupons in the mail that can greatly enhance your choices and quantity of food you order. With or without a coupon, I will be eating here again. I am giving this place 4/5 stars because I feel if it's busy or a lot of people here in the Deli café then it does get loud and you end up waiting for food/service. Also, what REALLY bothered me the most here; I was using the women's bathroom and all of a sudden I heard the quickest one-two knock followed by someone messing with the handle and UNLOCKED THE DOOR WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE BATHROOM! As soon as I heard the one-two knock I replied, "Someone's in here!" and as soon as I said that, the key unlocked the door and I saw an employee look right at me and say, "Oooh! Sorry!". Well, the door was locked for a reason and don't just unlock it WITHOUT waiting for a response! I did not appreciate that! Luckily I was washing my hands (how did this girl not hear the water running??) and not on the toilet or else I would have gone to whoever was in charge. Overall, a pleasant experience with the food and dining room aside from the bathroom incident. I look forward to trying something else on the menu.

Susan B.

Yelp
I cannot begin to say enough good things about Bedford Falls Cafe. Jennifer was kind enough to help our family during a very difficult time, and we will always be grateful. We were looking for somewhere to hold a luncheon after our mother's funeral service. Jennifer closed the restaurant early so we could have our luncheon. We had a variety of sandwich trays, side dishes and dessert trays. The food was wonderful and the restaurant itself was warm and inviting. They even had games for the children to play. Everyone who attended was extremely complimentary. On a recent trip back to Bedford, my sister and I returned to Bedford Falls Cafe. Again, the food was delicious. We also purchased a variety of desserts to take to family members, in addition to treats for ourselves. The pies and tarts were excellent. I highly recommend the Bedford Falls Cafe!

Jessica G.

Yelp
This place was okay. The food wasn't anything crazy but the ice cream was delicious! Definetly come here for ice cream and coffee but go elsewhere for lunch.

Liz F.

Yelp
Bedford Falls Café is a smalltown coffee shop with a selection of standard breakfast and lunch fare. While the owners are lovely folks, this place has no unique traits and no standout dishes. I was disappointed to find that most items - sausage patties, bread bowls, even some of the sweet baked goods - look and taste as if they come from vendors, especially since these are things that could easily be done from scratch. Even the hot chocolate and coffee seem diluted and not as rich as you would expect (or want). But it does hit the spot if you're in the mood for a simple soup n' sandwich deal. However, never place a "for here" order if you're on a time crunch. The café is very understaffed, and it has often taken a half hour to receive a simple order of eggs and toast. Given the standard one-hour business lunch, I believe this may hurt them in the long haul if they do not hire more people.

Matt V.

Yelp
Cute local look. Nice people, looks like a family running it. I had Tuna Melt which was very good. My wife and Daughter had breakfast sandwiches and both enjoyed them. They had them on Ciabatta bread which was soft and excellent! Nice place. I would recommend.

David W.

Yelp
the few times i ordered from here i was greatly disappointed. freezer burned strawberry ice cream, microwaved food and run of the mill breakfast.

Richie N.

Yelp
Bedford Falls Cafe is a great example of your community meet, greet, and eat place, oh and great coffee and teas. The Breakfast and lunch menu is very good also. The service is top notch. AND great ice cream. This place is a gem in the National recognized (#8 of 15 best small downtown areas in the US by Architectural Digest). Right on the square. If you have not been there, you are missing out.

Eric M.

Yelp
Whether it was feeding twenty hard working crew members or just grabbing one of Carmen and Jen's appropriately named Battleship sub sandwiches or tasty flavorful wraps, Bedford Falls Cafe is at the top of my list of cheerful, old fashion customer focused service.

Pam S.

Yelp
What a great place to go. Coffee made with fresh ground coffee beans for every cup. If your hungry for breakfast, lunch or dinner there's always something that you'll want to try.. great prices, always fresh food and friendly atmosphere. Family owned business in beautiful historical downtown Bedford. Has become the hot spot for coffee night with the girlfriends.

Marci J.

Yelp
Stopped in here on our way up to Cleveland - thought it looked like a cute little quaint place. Looks can be deceiving! First of all, let me say I am pretty certain NOTHING here is made fresh. Our table of 4 ordered all different items, and they all tasted like they came from Sams Club or grocery store deli containers. Poor quality meats that were either old and dry or slimy! The coffee was mediocre, kind of like the stuff you buy at office supply companies. There was no one else in there, I should have taken that into consideration. The restrooms could use some attention as well. Overall, there's not a whole lot that could ever get me to go back in here, as all four of us were disappointed in the experience. Prices were ok, but obviously we got what we paid for.
