Bedford Snoball

Been here several times and tried different flavors, none has disappoint. I love that is so close by and can come and buy some refreshing snow cones. My favorite and the one I recommend is the phoenix. Also love that is run my teens and always have a smile!

The ice is amazing and so soft! We tried a few flavors, and some were just ok. The picadilly was amazing. I just wished they would mix pickles throughout the snowcones and not just on top. The drive thru can be a little chaotic during busy times. The customer service was great, so the employees were nice and helpful.

Snow cones was just a regular snow cone place now .I just wish the original owner could of gave them the regular menu . They just have regular flavor . I gave it a 3 just for trying. Good service just not the same anymore.

Still a better snow-cone than most places but be warned-new owners have substantially decreased the flavor options. We discovered all our favorites got caught up in the culling. Be sure to check the new menu before you go if you were a fan of some of the more unique flavors from years past to reduce your risk of disappointment.

I loved this place once upon a time never ever had any problems recently ordered a few snowballs.. but my personal order was a Pineapple Express with whip crèam instead they made it with regular cream. they ask me could they just scrape the crème off and add the whip cream. I ask them can they just do it over, I am guessing they took do it over as to add the whip cream on top of the crème.. I don’t know what the difference is but regular crèam on top of a snowball don’t sit right with me . All I wanted was for them to make it completely over.. I dont like to cause a scene so I pulled off and just threw it away on top of that I gave them a tip that I totally regret lesson learned don’t tip until you get your order. One mess up and I am done I won’t be going back. It’s new ppl I don’t know how the snowball taste now since I didn’t get to experience the taste!!

My husband and I have been coming here for years and it’s always great food and service! We got here with an understanding that the wait times would be a little longer than usual with new management but as long as you keep that in mind you should have a great experience. The drive thru actually went a lot faster than the walk-up and unfortunately we chose the walk-up. The snow cones were awesome and the Cheetos and cheese were delicious! Thanks for serving them in the tray, it makes it a lot easier to eat! Congrats on the new ownership! Also great prices on everything, including candy!

We LOVE Bedford Snoball. They have such a variety of mixed and flavored snowcones!!! I have not figured out their hours. The last 2 times I tried to go, they were closed. We went on a Wednesday. Google said they were opened, but when we showed up, they were closed.

Been coming to this place for at least 15 years now and it is by far the best snow cone place around! Even my kids who have moved off when they come back to Texas this place is always on their places to go when they come back home for a visit! The owners are so nice and work their tail off to create the best flavors and experience for all their patrons! There is no place like Bedford Balls in all of DFW!

Anytime my wife, my daughter and my dog lol want something sweet, we come here! We love this place!

Perfect place for a snack during the summer! We love to come here for the snowcones. First of all, the service is always super friendly, the staff will take the time to explain the menu, the fact that they memorize the whole list is just impressive! And then there are the flavors, the list is endless, and if you can't find the right combo, you can make your own. The most impressive part is that their cones aren't too sweet and that's why we keep returning. I can finish an entire cup without being overwhelmed, unlike many other locations. With the weather getting warmer, definitely give it a try if you're in the area!

I LOVE Bedford Snoball. I can't believe I lived in the Bedford/Euless area for three years without ever knowing this existed. We always made the drive to Bahama Buck's in Colleyville for our soft ice sno cone fix. Needless to say, I have regrets now. Bedford Snoball is the cutest little sno cone stand with the sweetest employees. I see a former reviewer called this place a hidden gem and I couldn't agree more. I love supporting small family owned businesses and this one deserves all the support! I often see the owners working right alongside everyone else and interacting with customers. We've been lucky enough to meet them a few times and really enjoyed our conversation. I think the pricing is very reasonable. Heads up though, they are cash only. They keep their Facebook page updated with the flavor of the day. My only complaint, if you could even call it that, is not knowing what flavors are in the cones. As with most sno cone businesses, they have all these cute and cool names that give no hints to what the flavors are. You can always ask the employees as they're knowledgeable, I just hate having to do that.

Know when you hear people talk about hidden gems and you wonder what exactly are they talking about . . . this, THIS is what they are talking about. This snoball stand has been family owned and is staple in the community. So let's talk about prices . . . They start with pee-wees for a whole $1 and go up to I believe $3 for the large. The options seem like an endless list and they also have fresh fruit that changes daily. By the way, they will mix things and there are specials not on the board. So on this visit we had 4 kids and 3 adults and as a Harry Potter head I of course went for the butter beer (cream soda and butterscotch) and added a scoop of blue bell ice cream. Deliciousness in a cup! However my mind wouldn't let me stop there and it was hot so I decided let's sample some more!!! More you say, yes MORE!!! It was funny because my little person declared "let's get some more to sample" however I think we had sampled enough for today. They have hop scotch, corn hole, and seating outside. They also have a drive through. But what makes this place is the friendly folks working there who are happy the serve you a cool treat on a hot day. Currently they are open every day except Wednesday.

this is a middle school classic for me. grew up right around the corner and went to school nearby. love that this place is still here. they have so many flavors and toppings and sizes, the possibilities are endless. love the cute snowman drawings too, so adorable. this is such a cute local business and perfect for the summer, great snow cones with great prices and sizes!

What can you say about snow cones that hasn't already been said? Excellent cones takes you back to your childhood.

Loved this place! Great snow cones with 3-4 fun little games and activities to interact with family and friends! A lot of flavors to choose from. Staff great with telling you what is in the signature flavors. Will definitely become regulars here this summer!

Strawberries Jubilee! Get it! Try it! Fresh strawberry flavor with soft ice snow! Bedford Snoball is a cash only snowcone business. They have a pretty fast drive through along with a walk up order area. There's a seating area that you are able to social distance during this time. They have so many different sizes that you can choose from itty-bitty to huge. Look at that flavor wall. So many different flavors along with their flavor of the day! I chose strawberry jubilees for the first time with cream. This was the most freshest fresh strawberry taste I've ever had. It was so delicious and perfect. I highly recommend. I'm usually getting blue coconut and cream. I have also tried paradise and it is really good. I love that you can do a bunch of mix ins or add-ons. If you feel like gummy bears add them! If you feel like ice cream add it in! If you feel like whip cream on top add it in! If you feel like you want to try a cherry piña colada, they will make it! Affordable, fast, friendly, soft ice, & all around great summer treat! There will be a line but it goes fast!

As many time as I've been at Bedford Snoball I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed it yet. I've only been eating their snoballs since 2015 and honestly, I could eat these as meals lol. Bedford Snoballs has the very best snoballs and treats I've ever tasted. Their ice is perfectly ice is perfectly shaved, not crushed ( no digs on crushed because I love crushed too). Their syrups an the amount that they put on the ice is just the right amount; and their flavor combinations feels like infinite some days. There are so many different flavors here...so many choices. There are so many great things that I could say about each flavor that I have ever tried but then I would probably be writing an essay. All I have to say is that regardless of COVID 19 or not, the drive through is always packs and the line out front usually have quite a bit if people in it too. The wait is never too too long though. If it is though, do not be bothered....YOUR SNOBALL AND TREATS will be well worth the wait.

One of the best snow cone places in dfw. Huge menu and amazing prices. They have special flavors every day if you check their Facebook page. Such a sweet family that runs the place. Cash only so be prepared. They also have snacks and candy! Can't say enough good things. The gummy bears they use are super yummy as well

When I went to Bedford Snoball, and got their wedding cake flavored ice, It was outstanding. Service is very nice, because you can look inside and see them making you ice, and putting the flavor on top.

I USED TO LOVE BEDFORD SNOBALL!!! I've been a Bedford Snoball lover for the past 15 years. I've had maybe 2 types of snowballs in all that time...once I had the strawberry jubilee I was DONE...found my one true love, and never got anything but that. I live further away than I used to, so visiting is a little less frequent. I wish I'd been aware they were changing ownership so I could've enjoyed the good stuff one last time. My first time visiting since the ownership change...and the strawberry jubilee is clearly not a jubilee (which used to be puréed strawberries and sugar)...what I got today was strawberry flavoring. I walked up to the window and stood in line for about 15 minutes even though we were 2nd in line...seems like whatever efficiency pivot they are trying to make still has some kinks to work out. I understand that things change...and sometimes what seemed like an easy proposition was real WORK disguised as fun. I'll maybe try again, but I was severely disappointed. If they aren't serving jubilees anymore...just be honest about it. Anyone that comes ordering one knows exactly what they are...and are expecting that. The updated pos, having an order runner come to your car and paying electronically isn't what's important...it's the quality of the product you're serving. If they miss on that, the tech advances won't even matter a little.

I came back because of the yummy Snoball I purchased the other day. This time, I got the Sugar-Free Strawberry, and it was as tasty and refreshing as I hoped. I also snapped a photo of the Sugar-Free menu so that I can decide ahead of time what I want. You can have flavors custom mixed, or choose from one of the Sugar-Free combos offered. I can't wait until next time to try "Snickerdoodle"!

My whole family are big fans of Bedford Snoballs! I love that they have a little green area with benches so you can sit, relax, and enjoy your shaved ice. My kids are young and really get good use out of smelling the pretty flowers and the hop scotch area. Parking os the only negative here but it's really not terrible, you can park on the street and walk to it. The drive through is always a steady flow but it does move at a decent speed. If you pull up and see a line, don't get discouraged, it will move at a good speed but if you have very young kids it might be worth just letting them get out to explore.

Been enjoying these since 1981 (Dang FOURTY YEARS!) Can't believe I haven't reviewed them. Great people! I've tried numerous flavors but always go back to the Strawberry Shortcake. Started putting ice cream in the bottom in the last few years. Snickerdoodle is also good. Used to live within walking distance of their old place off Bedford Rd. Raised my daughters and grandchildren eating them, now great-granddaughter enjoys them. Experiment, my daughter tried every flavor they had when she was younger. You'll be hooked.

Absolutely love coming here! I believe I've been coming for almost 20 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful to explain the different flavor combos. I really enjoy the white and blue coconut. Another favorite is Strawberry jubilee and Strawberry shortcake. Prices are cheap and they take cash only. Enjoy!

Amazing and cheap!!! :) There are 2 problems with them 1) the line gets sooooo long, but it's because it's good and cheap!!! 2) cash only! YOU HEARD ME BE PREPARED! Bring your cash! But it's cheap! $1.50 for a small and that includes the tax! So luckily we had a $5 on us and got 3 smalls! YUM

These are truly the best snocones I've ever had! I've been coming back for over 20 years and look forward to them opening back up every March. I've tried so many other snocone places and have never been able to find one that comes close to being as good as these. They're the softest and creamiest I've tried, with plenty of juice. There's so many good flavors to choose from but my holy grail is half pink lady/half wedding cake. Try it, it's amazing!

This place is such a gem. It's family owned an operated. We got here before they closed and they had a huge line! By the time they got to us it was after closing time and they still helped us. Complete with a smile. If you don't know what a Piccadilly is, do yourself a favor and order one. I'm from south Texas and this is a must have! Ever since I moved to north Texas I had not been able to find one that I love. Until now.

Lived in Hurst for a long time and just recently went with my granddaughter. We went twice that week and will not be long till we go back! The line moves pretty fast so don't let that deter you.

I am no longer the check-in king here. I'll have to step up my sno-cone game. My last review called this the Fogo de Chou of sno-cones. That doesn't make any sense. More like Haagen-Dazs. I haven't lived in this state for 6 years but had a night where I walked down memory lane... this is the best snow cone ive ever had. The fruit jubilee was the best experience I've ever had. I got snow cones here every day for so many days as a junior high schooler and begged my mom to take me here so many days after that... I have since moved to a big city in California and can confirm there is still nothing like this. I miss this place so much and encourage any one in the area to enjoy the fruit jubilees they have to offer. I miss you Bedford snowball. More than a yelp review can express.

Went for the first time today! We didn't realize that they didn't open until 2pm and were about 15 minutes early - WHICH WAS A GOOD THING! The line started forming around that time but man... it's worth the wait! There are so many mix ins and combos. I got the blueberry muffin with horchata and ice cream at the bottom. The hubby got dreamsicle and wedding cake with ice cream at the bottom. Both were amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more flavors. Really nice owners! We love that they get creative with combinations.

Visited Dallas and our hosts favorite snowball spot was closed. I quickly pulled this out from Yelp and ended up going a total of 5 times in the 4 days we were there lol. So delicious, you've got to try if you're in the area!

This is my FAVORITE snow cone stand! It definitely deserves all 5 stars and I hope they continue to grow and be blessed! The flavors and combinations you can get are amazing and the way they get their crushed ice is different from other snowcones I have had. Bedford Snoball is run by an older couple and have been there for as long as I've been a customer which has been over 10 years now. Even though they only accept cash, I will never complain! The long line both drive-thru and walk up are a reflection of how amazing their snowcones are. I'm so thankful for this snowcone stand! Many memories and many more to come!

i can't believe no one has written a review of Bedford Snowball!! This place has THE BEST snow cones in the area. the flavors are incredible! they don't take like fake flavors. Everything tastes like real fruit! and the combinations of things you can get...i can't even start to describe the variety of things. one of my favorite things to get is the jubilees and the creamsicles. The prices are incredibly reasonable. you have no excuse not to go and get some! :) i'm drooling thinking about it all. I should go get some now!

I've been frequenting Bedford Snoballs since I was a little girl and they were in a trailer near an elementary school. Now I'm all grown up and taking my own kids. These are the best snocones I've ever had. The ice is almost creamy. It's so fine and smooth. Try a daily special and ask the owner about their recommendation. She's always creating a combo flavor and her newest one- shooting star- is amazing. We drive almost 15 miles to get one and it is OH SO worth it.

A hidden gem in the DFW area if you're looking for great snow cones! They're only open during the summer months, so better get your snow cones while you can! This was an institution for us - so many times during middle/high school, my friends and I would come out to Bedford's for some cool/refreshing snow cones on a hot Texas summer day. They have a crazy number of flavors, and all for an incredibly cheap price! THey have a drive through, but most times I just park in the residential area and sit at their tables and benches underneath the trees. The one flavor I always get - the Sour Drake. They have a flavor called the Drake, but you can make anything you want sour here. It's a nice tropical fruitiness, but paired with the sour notes, it's almost like a sour patch kid in snow cone form. They have your typical fruity flavors, some of the other creamier ones like wedding cake, and some crazy ones like pickle juice. With that amount of variety, I'm sure you'll find something here that you like. Bedford's is a family run business, and I hope that they continue to grace DFW with their presence! We definitely need it for the hot summers we get in DFW!

Best snowball place I've ever been to out here. I've been in Texas almost 10 years and I have never had a good snowball until now. This place reminds me of the ones they make in New Orleans. The ice is really soft and the employees aren't cheep with the juice they load it up and make sure you are happy when you leave. The older gentleman that works there is really friendly and he even hooked my gf up with a sample before she ordered he wanted to make sure she would like the flavor before she brought it. The overall set up of the place it nice they have a drive thru and a walk up there's also clean benches to sit at and enjoy your snowball and there's a big tree so you're not eating your treat in the hot sun. This is a new summer spot for me n my lady so I'll be back hell I went yesterday I just forgot to check in lol.

BEST SNOWCONE SPOT EVER. This is the definition of a hole in the wall. We have been coming here since we were kids. The flavors are amazing plus they have some awesome combinations too. They've added games and parking behind the location in recent years. There are also drive thru and a walk up window to order at.
