A sign said “ask about our gluten free mac and cheese” and I did - and I was not disappointed! It was a five minute wait, but it was worth it. Cooked to perfection, the cheese sauce was divine. I thought there wouldn’t quite be enough sauce, but it was the perfect amount. Gluten free pasta can be very cardboard-like, but this was good, soft but not overdone. I went for 8oz which was a small-ish portion but filled me up, perfect size for a small lunch on the go. There weren’t many seats free to sit down and eat, which is a shame, but standing bench was fine. Service was great.

There are several spots where they have long lines out the door around Pike Place Market. Beecher’s is one of them. Luckily for us, they have more than one location. One of them is in Bellevue, inside a shopping mall called Bellevue Square. This location is not in such high demand, so it is much easier to get their offerings. We got their grilled sandwiches, along with their partner in delicious crime, tomato soup. If you get the Tomato Flagship Soup with sandwich, you get $1 off! The staff asked if I wanted cheese and crouton, and I said yes. He put a generous amount of each into a different cup, so that I get a full amount of soup with a nice amount of cheese and croutons. Thanks! The soup was nice and hot, so the cheese started to melt over the fiery red soup… And it was sooooo good! We had Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Flagship Sandwich. The cheese was so gooey and so melty and oh-so-amazing! Flagship didn't really have much basil, but still very tasty. If you don’t want to wait in a line for a long time, head over to Bellevue. You can get the same sandwiches here, and at the same time, you can do some shopping while you are at it.

Google
I’ve tried a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast bowl at 2 locations - Bellevue square and SeaTac Airport. They REALLY skimp on the protein. Sandwich was 90% bread. Bowl was 90% quinoa. Also wish they had a traditional pork sausage option. The chicken sausage is too sweet. Love their cheese and was really hoping for better from the brand.

I was walking through the mall in my boots when I almost slipped near Beecher's handmade cheese. Apparently there was a food spill of cheesy noodles which staff didn't pick up. Cheese got all over my boots and dress. Do not recommend walking in this mall as they don't clean.

My favorite coffee place in Bellevue and the snacks are good too, try the lasagna! Pricing has gotten a bit out of control for food though...FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Google
After walking around quite a while and trying to find some food, my friends and i were frustrated by the fact that everything was closed for the holidays. We came across to this place at the mall, and let me tell youuuu. These sandwiches DID NOT disappoint. They were so good i got not one but TWO! The crispiness of the perfect sourdough bread, gourmet cheese… i mean i would definitely come back! My friends and i were satisfied. That’s the best feeling when you try something for the first time!

Google
I’m from Atlanta and came to the mall to look around and was hungry for a bite to eat. I stopped here with some friends just expecting a little sandwich and coffee. But OMG I had the chicken sausage egg and cheese sandwich…..ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The bread was nice and crispy the sausage and egg was so tasty..that was A Sandwich! And my friend got the tomatoe soup and grilled cheese ..PLEASE TRY THIS TOO!!!

Google
Pretty good Mac and cheese. Really wanted to try the toasted sandwiches but it was a 15 min wait on the grill so unfortunately didn't get to try this time

Yelp
Beechers never disappoints. They have amazing sandwiches, salads, and Mac and Cheese. Their cheese curds are fantastic, I could eat an entire tub in one setting.

Yelp
Stop by after I got a little hungry from walking around the mall. I ordered their world famous Mac and cheese and it was pretty delcious. Nice warm and gooey cheese. I enjoyed the pasta instead of the traditional. Pricey for a small bowl about $9, but it was worth it. They didn't have any soda only sparkling water and coconut water.

Yelp
Why have I never heard of this? Or maybe I did but it went over my head. Anyway it is never too late to try the cheese at Beecher's. I really wanted to try the Mac and cheese, tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Unfortunately I was not hungry when I was there and so I could only see others eat those items. Maybe next time when I am in Bellevue again. I did get their cheese though. I like how they have samples out there. I love the Flagship cheese. It is a bit nutty, sweet and savory all at once. It is also a bit crumbly when I cut into it. The nuttiness reminds me a little of Comte which is my all time favorite cheese from France. I googled more about the Flagship cheese and discovered you could also add it to Mac and cheese. So I did that. Added a bit of the cheese into a creamy sausage pasta I was making. It really elevated the dish. Superb! I wish I bought more of it now. Next time.

Brian B.

Yelp
The turkey grilled cheese was really flavorful. The tomato soup was very bland no crackers. Got to eat it with croutons. The service was so slow like we have to wait 25 minutes for a grilled cheese. Got one employee working the grill. She's got 30 tickets all laid out. They just keep taking orders. Just keep burying it piling more dirt on the hole that they've already dug instead of like holding up. Put people over there to help her

Yelp
Fantastic cheese all around from the signature mac and cheese to grilled cheeses. Staff here in the mall are pretty friendly and make the effort. My mac was packed to the top so I did appreciate that, even when the cup was full they tried adding a little more on top before sealing. World's Best Mac and Cheese - super cheesy, I love their classic cheese which is some type of cheddar. Using penne as the pasta is an interesting take as macaroni usually refers to the type of pasta. I liked it though and it reminds me of chicken alfredo, without the chicken obviously. Flagship Grilled Sandwich - an all around classic pressed freshly in front of you, the cheese pull with gooey cheese are amazing. You don't only taste the cheese though as the tomato and basil mesh together and have strong flavors that release with each bite. Ingredients are very pure. However, it's whole wheat bread instead of a classic like sourdough. This means the taste won't be as refined altogether, but I do think sandwiches here are a strong balance of taste and "healthiness," to an extent.

Yelp
After many many times of passing by Beecher's Handmade Cheese at Pike Place Market and Bellevue Square and never going even though I think to myself "wow it smells really nice; I should get something to eat there", I finally decided to drop by and try some of their famous cheese dishes. It did not disappoint. Here's what I tried: Mariachi Mac & Cheese - a good blend of cheesy, creamy, spicy. I also liked the veggies that were in this one (tiny slices of green/red bell peppers and corn). Another thing to note is that I was very impressed by how much mac and cheese they fit into an eight ounce container. I remember thinking they overdid it, and the lid was not going to fit over the container haha. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth here. Chicken sausage, egg, and cheese - any sort of breakfast sandwich with chipotle sauce is always a win in my opinion. It was also VERY satisfying to split this sandwich open and watch the gooey cheese action unfold. If there's a cheese equivalent of #yolkPorn, this is it. I'll just mention that it does take them a while to toast their sandwiches, but I honestly feel like it's worth it. TL;DR I think it mostly lives up to the hype, and I would definitely come back. I think I'll try their classic mac and cheese next time (or maybe their breadzel) as well as get the chicken sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich again.

Julia Z.

Yelp
Exactly what I want when I want grilled cheese! (Except when I want the wonderbread+Kraft singles version, which I'm sure others will insist doesn't count as a grilled cheese.) Their cheese is tangy and stretchy and salty and flavorful. Their bread is textured and crunchy and soft. It is all delicious. It's also not that expensive, with the grilled cheeses varying from $10-$13. I'll be back next time I have a cheese craving at the mall for sure.

Yelp
Comfort food at its finest that is simple and good! We ran some errands last night at the mall and were able to pickup a quick bite for dinner around 8:30pm which was perfect since everything else closes by then. The girl at the cashier was friendly and welcoming. We got the classic mac and cheese for our toddler which she loved by the way and the chicken sandwich with argula, peppers and cheese which had the perfect balance of flavors and reminded me of home. The sandwich did take forever to come out but the mac and cheese was ready to go and already put into containers and kept in a warming oven. The menu is minimal with just a few other options like the grilled cheese, tomato soup and egg and ham sandwich options but as they say less is more and the quality really speaks for itself. Its nice to have a piece of Pike Place so nearby. They also have an assortment of different cheeses to take home, as well as snack cheeses for kids which is great along with some other snacks and to go options in their fridge section. Love their flagship cheese which can also be found at many grocery stores in the area and perfect for snacking or cooking. I also love that they are connected with Cafe Vita which serves delicous coffee! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a latte or any drink from here and you will be pleasently surprised by the quality and you can actually taste the coffee. They have their own seperate line for the espresso which makes it convienent instead of waiting in the regular line. Location is also central to the mall so you can always pick something up easily.

Laura M.

Yelp
A great stop for a quick bite on level 1 of Bell Square- if you don't mind eating in front of the shoppers. It took 7 minutes for the Flagship Sandwich to toast: melted Flagship cheese and tomatoes. Could have been better tomatoes but it hit the spot nevertheless. $10.59. Enjoy!

Anu P.

Yelp
Finally I got to try the famous beechers cheese. Tried their flagship tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and basil . The cheese itself was melty, gooey and had a nice nutty flavor. We also tried the tomato soup with the flagship cheese and it went well with sandwiches. You can also buy cheese at the location but I noticed you can buy it cheaper in Traders joes . The food itself was good and the service was fast - it's a a great place to have a quick bite! Want to try their Mac and cheese next !

Smrithi S.

Yelp
I love Beecher's, their cheese and the mac cheese. Visiting this location of Beecher's was happy to see more options, we got the Mariachi Mac & Cheese, and Tuna Melt. We loved Mariachi Mac & Cheese so much, we got another 8oz to go. I loved the spicy kick the mac & cheese had. Tuna Melt was great, loved that it was grilled well.

Thao N.

Yelp
It just amazes me that whatever you choose to do in life, you do it well and you do it with all your heart and in result, you somehow dominate in the handcrafted cheese market. I don't think most of us think about paying for a grilled cheese sandwich, but I once saw my friend ordered one here and was drooling looking at it. You get a very high quality bread and of course their famous cheese in it. Ironically, I just happened to order one on #nationalgrilledcheeseday. I swear, there's a holiday for everything now. It's a nice option for a light and quick bite if you're doing retail therapy here in Bellevue Square since most of the food options are sit down restaurants. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
It is well known that Beecher's has the best mac and cheese. I've eaten it on multiple occasions, though never at this location. I love that the 8 oz cup of mac is just the right amount to fill me up without being too much! The service at the Bellevue Square Beecher's was very good. Were I in the area again and seeking mac and cheese, this is where I'd go.

Diana P.

Yelp
Good yummy food, but their sandwiches take forever! And a bit overpriced for what it is imo

Heying D.

Yelp
Whenever I see a Beecher's, it's the Kimchi grilled cheese for me. It is that delicious. The bread is perfect - a sourdough bread - and crunchy. Lots of Jack cheese which is melted to perfection. And kimchi. The kimchi could be more though. A simple grilled cheese but elevated with Beecher's handmade cheese and kimchi. So yummy. The location is in the Bellevue mall and it was the perfect lunch after a whole day of shopping.

Yelp
This was our first time at Beecher's and Chris made it a whole experience! We went with the classics, Mac and cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, and tomato soup. The Mac and cheese was love at first taste! unctuous, but not so heavy I want to pass out. The penne was cooked well and the cheese sauce was unbelievably good. The grilled cheese sported the same flagship cheese and a great crusty bread that gave just the right amount so it didn't cut the roof of my mouth. The cheese pull was alright but the buttery cheesy crunch made everything alright! Next the companion of the grilled cheese that stood all on its own was the tomato soup. Flavorful and delicious, it was really hard to share with my wife. I kept dipping the grilled cheese in. Truth be told, I started dipping everything I could find in, including the Mac n cheese. We had an awesome first experience at Beecher's and it was all thanks to Chris!

Cheryl G.

Yelp
Went here to pick up some of their delicious cheese and crackers. It's located inside the Bellevue Square mall on first floor. I must say the crew seemed so defeated and tired. It was around 6pm when I got there so I'm not sure if it was the end of their day or what. Anyways the cheese is really good! The flagship cheese is what I'm referring to. I also ordered the chicken mama lils & arugula sandwich. It was on point! Melted cheese wrapped in arugula & chicken tasted amazing.

Mara J.

Yelp
Go on Mondays and Tuesdays for the best store manager, Chris. We told him it was our first time at Beecher's and he gave us a rundown of what to get. Flagship Cheesesticks: it's their signature cheese and overall satisfying. We got two to try out. Tomato Soup: it's the classic, gotta try it Mariachi Mac and Cheese: it's not as creamy as the classic but has vegetables and is great for a "fresh" Mac and cheese. If you want a little kick, get this Classic Mac and Cheese: The creaminess alone will make you buy the cheese by the pound. The noodles aren't elbow noodles, but are penne (they're tube at least, idk pasta shapes). This holds the cheese a lot better. Tuna Sandwich: Tuna salad is made fresh every week with pickled vegetables. Chris personally recommended this. Smoked Turkey Sandwich: Most popular. Honestly, can't go wrong with any sandwich. Grilled Cheese: We ended up going with the regular grilled cheese to match with the tomato soup. Okay, I have now eaten. The tomato soup is literally the best temperature (warm and cozy like a fireplace on a winter day, but didn't burn our tongues) We put the cheese on top and put the lid on to let the cheese melt. We left the croutons out because we didn't want them soggy. The tomato soup was also a little chunky which was just phenomenal. I ate the tomato soup throughout the whole meal. The grilled cheese was amazing. They made it fresh (took about 7 minutes) and the crust was just crunchy enough but didn't cut my mouth. It tasted so good with the tomato soup, a classic combo. The Mac and cheese was also creamy and the noodles were al dente, but honestly if I chose between the Mac and cheese and the sandwich, I'd probably order another sandwich. Still good, but the sandwich had everything I wanted and more! We can't wait to come back in the future to try out all the different sandwiches

Kathi B.

Yelp
Beecher's has become a regular stop for us anytime we are in Seattle... And for very good reason! They continue to have what is probably the best mac & cheese we have ever had, as well as excellent grilled cheese sandwiches & soups. We usually go to their location either at SeaTac airport or in Pike Place Market, but this time we were in Bellevue and decided to hit up the location inside the mall. It was larger than we expected, and in the later afternoon we didn't have to wait in line at all. Food quality was consistent with the other locations. Delicious as always and love having this as an option in the greater Seattle area.

Alan Z.

Yelp
Decided to try the lasagna, it wasn't anything special except maybe with more Italian herbs and seasoning than normal lasagna. I feel like the cheese didn't really make a difference and was just mediocre. So it was good since I was hungry but nothing special.

June S.

Yelp
There are several spots where they have long lines out the door around Pike Place Market. Beecher's is one of them. Luckily for us, they have more than one location. Yelp
I got the tuna melt. For $12, it was just the sandwich, no chips or anything else. Then $3.50 for a can of store brand sparkling water, and another $3.50 for a box of Honest Juice for my kid. So I wound up paying $20 (once you added in tax) for a single sandwich and two basic drinks for a walk up place and did honestly feel like a rip off for what I got. On top of that, sandwich was the absolute worst tuna melt I have ever eaten. It tasted like the fish had gone bad and the flavoring was really odd. It's the first time I've eaten a sandwich that tasted so bad I wanted to walk up and ask for my money back.

Eva M.

Yelp
If you're a fan of Beecher's at Pike Place Market or at the airport, here's another location to serve you their famous Mac 'n Cheese. You don't get to watch a giant pot of cheese being stirred inside Bellevue Square (though I think because of COVID, they're not doing that at PPM either). But you can buy individually sealed cheese products and you can order hot foods such as the mac 'n cheese. Don't let the 8oz size fool you, it's small but mighty. Rich and velvety, it's a creamy blend of their Flagship, Just Jack cheeses mixed with spices and penne pasta. It's easily the most popular item on their menu. At this location, I also like to order their coffee. It's really smooth and yummy. Much better than the "S" upstairs.

Tami N.

Yelp
Not too bad. I do think the prices are a bit high for the quality and portion of the food you get. Conveniently located in the mall aka easy parking compared to the Pike Place location. The day I went they were out of the mariachi mac n cheese so I opted for the tomato soup and grilled cheese. The soup came out first with the sandwich taking approx 10 minutes to come out afterward. I actually preferred the tomato soup which is on the lighter side, the extra croutons were delicious in it. Would recommend. The grilled cheese itself was good but nothing you couldn't make at home? The bread is very thick. My total was $14 for the grilled cheese and tomato soup which I found was not a good value.

Fraya S.

Yelp
I frequent Seattle because of the Pike Place offerings. Some days, I don't really feel going to Pike Place but I still want the muchies. I am glad Beecher's have another location. I rarely go to Bellevue, but anyway, I went to the Bellevue square for the first time. Beecher's just happened to have a location inside the mall. I ordered the usual Mariachi and and regular mac and cheese. I do not taste any difference with the original location. I suppose, the Pike Place one really adds up to the experience.. This location is not busy at all, but being in the mall, you get that mall food feeling, kind of making the experience less worthwhile.

Jack D.

Yelp
I love cheese and I love Beecher's, this store is located where cafe intelligentsia used to be at Bellevue Square mall. Here you can enjoy delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, espresso drinks and their signature Beecher's Mac & Cheese, no need to go all the way to Pike Market, however you won't get the total Beecher's experience at this location, no cheese making here! If you just want to grab something quick and wholesome to eat whilst you shop, this is a great option

Cathy Z.

Yelp
Skip the long lines at Pike Place Market and get your cheese fix at this convenient and fast Bellevue location! Beecher's is famous for their macaroni and cheese, a combination of their Flagship cheddar, jack cheese, spices, and penne pasta. You can also get it "mariachi" style with some additional vegetables. The 8oz portion ($5.50) looked a little small, so I was concerned that it wouldn't fill me up. I shouldn't have worried because I was absolutely stuffed by 3/4 of the way through! Don't order 16oz unless you're sharing! The mac 'n' cheese gets all the hype, but I'd highly recommend the grilled cheese sandwich. Even though it hurts my heart a little to pay $6.50 for such simple fare, this was the gooiest, cheesiest, most delicious grilled cheese sandwich ever! I don't usually think of cheddar as being creamy, so I have no idea how they do it! You can also get a sandwich with ham or crab salad, but it's best to let the cheese be the star. This location might be missing some of the charm of Pike Place, but they still have free samples! And you can sit and enjoy your food in the sunny mall courtyard.

Rose W.

Yelp
It's really nice to have some Seattle lunch options I'm Bellevue Square. There's free samples like in Pike Place Markets and the line moves quickly. The grilled cheese sandwich is always delicious but the prices are a little expensive for lunch. Unfortunately the seating is not private which includes a long bar table and 4 seat mall tables which are usually occupied as anyone can sit there. Free self serve water is available next to the coffee area.

Bobbie P.

Yelp
Very organized and clean business. Very good sandwich but I have to say I like less bread and more cheese. These are good grilled cheese. Not the dramatically oozing and partially browned bits of cheese I'd hoped for. A bit overpriced considering. It was interesting that they had Arcata's own Cypress Grove chèvre in the cheese case.

Janet N.

Yelp
I ordered an 8 oz and 16 oz to share among 3 people (we LOVE mac and cheese) and it was very filling! I had seen the location at Pikes Place but haven't been in that one, though it's on my list! So i was super happy to find this location in the mall while i was shopping around! I wondered is the quality going to be the same, am i really getting the same cheese experience in this mall as if I go to Seattle??? YES. The mac and cheese was so good! Cheesy, like genuinely cheesy, creamy, sharp quality cheese. I had this 2 months ago and I'm still thinking about it, its definitely time i make a quick trip just for more mac and cheese!

Morgyn M.

Yelp
The food here is incredibly hyped up and overpriced for what is is -- subpar mall food. I used to come here a lot when they first opened as I work in the mall. I never really could find anything I liked besides the Mariachi Mac n Cheese and the smoked turkey sandwich. Well, I don't think I'm going to give this place another chance. Just paid $12 for a sad, small sandwich. Not only is the food not worth it, but lately they don't even treat you like a human. The gal ringing me up was incredibly short -- which I would understand if they were busy, but the whole mall was dead. The other folks waiting for their food didn't look too pleased either. Glad others are catching on to how boring this place is.

Carrie M.

Yelp
My first grilled sandwich here. It was a Smoked turkey. I love sandwiches so much but this one really disappointed. :( After a long wait (with no pne in line) I trekked it back to my office only to find it lacking and crunchy and a chewy texture. Plus the meat was sparse for nearly $10. The tortilla soup was phenomenal though. And cheese always hits the spot.

Dee M.

Yelp
I tried the Mariachi Mac and cheese and thought it was very average in taste. It almost tasted as though it was made from frozen Mac & cheese.

Meenakshi R.

Yelp
I am a great fan of this chicken mama sandwich. It's just incredible with mouth watering taste. I always buy this. The people working here are amazing and friendly. Tito is just great greeting people, understanding the people's need. I value people rather than food and this place satisfies in both the perspectives. Highly recommend it. Thank you guyz for the great service.

Mei W.

Yelp
World's best Mac and cheese? Yes! I love their Mac and cheese. Their cheese is so good and addicting. My first bite was like a taste of heaven. Mmmm. I also enjoyed their cheese samples on the counter. Yum. Must try.

Afshan D.

Yelp
Simply delicious. I love Beecher's, generally and this location is no exception. The food is great, the ambience is simple, the accessibility of being in a mall makes it a great location and the service is on point. What more could I ask for? Yes, I agree, it's a bit pricy, $9 for grilled cheese, $8 for small 8oz mac and cheese, I get it, completely. But once in a while especially during the cold months when you are shopping indoors, it's just a convenient yet luxurious option to have. Their world best Mac and cheese is my absolute favorite and I cannot have enough of it! It truly hits the spot and their sandwiches are amazing too! Give it a try if you are in the area!

Nami N.

Yelp
I purchased Aztec Trinity Salad. Look good and taste good too! There are corns, beans, butternut squish.... Nice dressing. I really like it but want to try something else next time! I ordered Roasted vegetable Quinoa. I ate this few times...it's a very healthy salad. I want them to add more lemon juice or red paper to add red colors.

Kevin I.

Yelp
I realize we are in a a pandemic and restaurants are doing what they can to save costs. But when you pay $10 for a sandwich and there is literally one slice of turkey on it that's problematic. Won't be back.

Parth S.

Yelp
I ordered the flagship sandwich along with a cup of tomato soup. Their sandwich was amazing! I am definitely gonna order this again. On the other hand, I found their soup to be okay. I have had much better tomato soup elsewhere so I was surprised to see this one didn't taste as I expected. All the folks behind the counter are trying really hard to get everyone to just move along. I had asked them to give me croutons and cheese on the side instead of the soup and they instead put it in the soup and gave me croutons and cheese on the side too. While I appreciate extra croutons and cheese, I was definitely being rushed as if they didn't have time to listen to my order.

Himal S.

Yelp
They have got quite a few vegetarian options to pick from. I ordered the flagship sandwich, soup and Mac and cheese. The sandwich which was SO good, it was filled with cheese, it's a little pricey, but sooo worth it! The soup was great, they add cheese and croutons upon request. I have never had cheese in my soup, but it just worked! Beecher's is known for its Mac and cheese, it's really nice too. A little too cheesy for me, but definitely worth trying it. Would definitely go again to try out more stuff.

Jamie P.

Yelp
Got the Flagship Grilled Cheese and it was pretty underwhelming. The cheese was good, but I really wish they used a sourdough bread. This bread tasted like store-bought sliced wheat. For it being an iconic local brand, I'm surprised they're not using some kind of rustic bread from a local bakery. Nothing to write home about and really not worth $10+.

Courtney L.

Yelp
I tried the Smoked Turkey grilled sandwich as well as their mac and cheese. Sharing the two items actually makes for a pretty rich lunch (or at least a very heavy snack). The sandwich was just alright and could definitely use more meat and tomato. It was very cheesy, but the turkey was sliced pretty thin. I barely noticed it except for its slight smoky flavor and tasted mainly the bread and cheese. I did enjoy how although toasted, the bread is not brushed with oil/butter so it's not all greasy on the outside. The mac and cheese was okay but didn't find it special enough to be called "world's best". The sauce was not smooth as expected and seemed pasty / somewhat gritty. It was also quite salty. The price is very steep at $5.50 for an 8 oz. cup. They do have one of the most extensive grab and go sections I have seen for a cafe which is filled with sandwiches / wraps, salads, cheese curds, cheese plates, etc. Ellenos yogurt is also featured. To the right, there are cheese samples available in addition to their large cheese display.

Monica A.

Yelp
Good food. Rude service. Also no straws which I'm not sure is a king county thing or their thing. Either way there's trash all over the freeways and homeless populating the whole county. If you're worried about litter maybe start with that and not straws that can be useful for disabled people and children.

Yelp
As I was in Bellevue Square, I wanted to get a cookie for a snack and thought I would go to Specialty Bakery, oh wait....its a Beecher's Cheese now. So I guess Ill be ordering a grilled cheese and a mac & cheese cup. As always, it is delicious!!! Mac & Cheese is very good, awesome they serve it with penne pasta, their signature cheese is super tasty along with their jack cheeses. Same thing with their grilled cheese sandwich, I believe it's the same cheeses. It's super toasty and hot, super melty and ooozing from all the right spots. Sandwich is pretty good size for sharing so it was enough to hold us over for about an hour. Set up for the line may be a bit confusing, you can order your coffee drink while you are waiting in line before you pay because you approach the barista before you get to the cashier to place your food order, but your coffee is over here, but your food is over there..... wait are you only getting a grab & go item because you can pay over here, if not you will have to stay in the regular line..............Huh? Whuuu? Anyways, Beecher's Cheese is pretty awesome and tasty! Staff there was pretty nice, the manager guy will periodically make a PSA announcement about themselves, so stay tuned for that.

Yelp
I love Beecher's, and was sooo happy that they opened one in Bellevue. It's one of the best places to eat at in Bell Square, but, seating is really limited hence the four stars instead of five. The food, by far, is five-star worthy. It's called World's Best Mac and Cheese because it really is. I'm not even a huge mac and cheese fan, but I will eat Beecher's Mac and Cheese any day. Also, their hot sandwiches are very good, especially the ones with Beecher's cheese! (My favorite is the Turkey and Cheese with tomato.) There are to-go items like salads, sandwiches and cheese plates, but in order to look at the to-go items, you have to basically hop in line to see them because the fridge is right by where the line forms, which can cause some confusion with people who were already in line and people who just want to look at the refrigerated items. The space is definitely limited here. And every time I have been here the tables and seats nearby are always filled with families, so I end up eating at the bar-top table, which can also get packed. At least this location is much closer to me than the Pike Place Market one, which may be a good or bad thing...

Yelp
I really enjoy Beecher's mac and cheese, especially the Mariachi Mac that they always have at the Bellevue location. They always pack the bowl as much as possible, and I love the veggies that come in the pasta dish. The flavor of the sauce is very rich and enjoyable. This location is great because it is not nearly as busy as the one at Pike Place! Only knocking off one star because I have also tried their grilled cheese and tomato soup, which I am not a huge fan of. Their sandwiches seem to be better at the Pike Place location, though I'm not sure it that is just my experience.

Yelp
I had seen that they had a grilled cheese crab sandwich on their menu, and have been wanting to try it for a long time. Finally got a chance to when I came shopping here on a weekend. Well, the Dungeness Crab Sandwich wasn't really what I expected. I guess I just thought it would be oozing with cheese, like when you see those pictures of grilled cheese sandwiches where when they split the sandwich in half, the cheese is just stretching everywhere. It wasn't too bad, except that I would rather have my bread not toasted so much; it was a little too on the burnt side for me.

Yelp
I've only ever been to the Pike Place location or Beecher's, but I've always known they have other branches. We stopped here for a quick bite during our Bellevue errands day because my boyfriend wanted a fancy grilled cheese. Unfortunately, you can't customize any of the options here as they are all pre-made and warmed/grilled when ordered. I know they must be a busy location in the Bellevue mall, but my boyfriend has an aversion to some mustards and not being able to change the options limited what he could get to eat. Tasty food, but a little disappointed it isn't made to order here.

Yelp
Beecher's after buying shoes? Yes, please! Mac n cheese, grilled cheese, cheese-cheese. You name it, you can grab it here. I love having this convenient little location so close to home, and I love the chill decore and ambiance of the joint. It's standing room only, but it makes me feel not so guilty about seconds. The selection is pretty amazing, and if you have any questions you can grab the oh-so-knowledgeable "head cheesemonger" (head-cheese lol), Brian. Brian schooled me on the production and storage of Beecher's cheese and tipped me off to a new branch in Nagoya Japan. For all my Japanese friends who follow me, don't miss it if you are around Nagoya airport! For questions, you can also grab the friendly store manager, Max. Also, kudos to Beecher's for their community engagement and philanthropic work!

Yelp
We stopped by for a quick bite & picked up a Dungeness crab grilled sandwich $11.99 & a grilled turkey sandwich $8.99. Both were made to order & were ready within 5 minutes. If you dont want to pay extra for a drink they do have a free water option. The staff were really friendly & nice to chat with while waiting for our food. Oh! We picked up the 8 oz mac & cheese, too. If you like Beechers sharp cheese you'll like the mac n cheese. Good noodle to sauce ratio.
