At first I was skeptical about the casual, fast food chain feel of the restaurant. However, after taking a bite of my beefsteak tomato "burger" I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the ingredients, from the lettuce to the tomato to the bun. Also, I loved that you have kombucha on tap. These types of places are rare in the DC area, so I commend you for starting the trend. It is so critical that we move away from our livestock farming practices and shift to a more Earth conscious eating lifestyle. Thank you for what you're doing, and all the intention and love you put into your creation.
