Friendly and attentive service. The double Cheeseburger was really good especially with a beer. Recommended.

I would not take the other low reviews on face value. The BeerLab is newly opened so they will have some kinks but the concept is great. I had the Mexican pizza and it was delicious and had flavor - don’t expect to be eating a heavily seasoned and saturated pizza its literally flat bread pizza served in a bar setting, which is good with some beer! The beer selections is great too - they can give you a card to pour yourself beers and then your total gets billed then or you can ask for them to pour you some from the bar or cocktails. When I visited it was pretty empty on a Saturday night around 9pm and service was plentiful from Zach. The Caps game then let out and a rush came in and made the atmosphere better but still service was maintained. Do note that after 11 they only serve pizzas whereas other kitchen items are not available. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant on 04/03 at around 11pm Despite my attempts to place an order, the server and manager were dismissive and refused to take my order. This behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer the manager believed the server over fault and lie complement about me they call security even the dc police had to come and escort me out like am criminals. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and attentiveness, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.

I loved my food and meeting the chef but the service I received here was awful my waiter ignored me the whole meal and several people even had to get up from their tables to get his attention when they needed something, even when at the table he had this like better than you aura and scoffed when I wanted peperoni pizza instead of pesto chicken pizza or another speciality.

The food, beers, cocktails and service were good.

We recently tried to eat at BeerLab located within the Marriott Marquis. Unfortunately, the service was horrible and we did not even get any food or beer to drink. The waitress came to us after 10 minutes and then left for another 10 minutes. We left without ordering anything.

I ordered the Mexican pizza and it lacked flavor. The crust had a good taste but the toppings and "sauce" had no taste. I was disappointed.

Loved this place. Rahel was so helpful in getting us the beer that we liked and made us feel at home. Highly recommend.
