Great service. Quick, server was attentive and friendly. Likely one of the best burgers I've had. Cooked just right and seasoned well. The sweet and salty of the sweet potato fries along with the umami ketchup were a delight.

Got off the Big Bus tour at SLS to try Umami Burgers as we read about this franchise in an online article. Was wondering what umami flavor actually was so we had to give it a try. Overall it was a great experience. We had the Umami original burger and the Truffle burger. Both were excellent but I'd have to say the Truffle burger was my favorite of the two as it was nice and simple with rich flavor. We also had the sweet potato fries, can never go wrong with that and we weren't disappointed. We liked the cinnamon sprinkling on the sweet potato fries, a nice added touch!

I was extremely happy with my truffle burger and sweet potato fries. That truffle oil just does its magic every time. I asked for medium and the burger was cooked exactly medium. The sweet potato fries were lightly dusted in sugar and cinnamon. Got me beer from their vast beer selection. Service was great and atmosphere and decor very modern. We sat outside and could the stratosphere from where we were. would highly recommend this burger bar.

It’s a casual restaurant which offers a great service & delicious food. We loved every single item that we ordered. One of the best burgers we’ve ever had!

The most amazing plant-based burger I’ve had in my life. Only being a vegetarian for a few months, it was a treat to have a burger. Now, I find myself there every other week! Umami is a great place for Food, drinks and sports. They have a William Hill book inside their spot.

Decided to try this place out since we'd been to Bachi Burger last Vegas trip and wanted to try something similar but new. Well we should have gone to Bachi Burger because this place was nowhere near as good. The food was decent but nothing special. The maple bacon fries were probably better than the burger so that should tell you something. They have lots of TV's so this place is probably fine for having a beer and watching a game but i wouldnt come here for the food. I wouldn't come back here again.

First time, had great customer service and the food was actually really good since some reviews have mix feelings about this place. My burger came out medium rare just like how I ordered it and the taste was delicious! The Buff Fingers were also really good with great flavor that we had to order another order. Overall great environment and friendly staff with some delicious food!

I'm a fan of umami, but I'm not sure that Umami Burger is my thing. Umami Burgers consist of a 6-ounce beef patty reportedly made from American Wagyu beef and seasoned with soy sauce, ground-up dried porcini mushrooms, and dried fish head dust. Toppings included roasted tomatoes (tomatoes slow-baked in soy sauce), shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a round parmesan cheese crisp (referred to as a "frico.") The burger was served on a Portuguese-style roll. The burger tasted a bit muddled, too mushroomy initially but eventually generated a good beefy aftertaste. In my opinion, the meat was way underseasoned. Traditional cheese would work better than the parmesan frico, since traditional floppy cheese could melt a little bit and hug the burger, imparting some desperately needed salt into each bite. Some of the toppings were more effective than others. The roasted tomato confit was good (yay! flavor!), but the caramelized onions were just barely discernable. The burger needed more browning as well. It had an airy chopped-beef texture, which is OK for tartare, but not what I expect from a hamburger. On the other hand, the thin Truffle Fries I ordered were very tasty -- salty and crisp, smothered in melted cheese and a well-restrained amount of truffle flavor. If I found myself at the SLS late-night and hungry, I may hit up Umami Burger for the fries, but I probably would not get another burger.
