Best Pho, Best Beignets in New Orleans! Don't let the prices fool you, their portions are generous and their customer service is of the highest caliber and personability! I had to take half my pho home and they were quick to "box" it up for me in separate bowls, one for the broth and one for the noddles/beef, for optimum reheating consideration. I also had to take 2 of the beignets home and they tasted almost as good the next morning as they did hot and fresh the night before. There are lots of good pho places in New Orleans, but if you want a true fine-dining experience, Beignets & More is the best around!

I met my brother for lunch at Beignets and More and I was pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. Next time I’m in town, I will definitely stop by for lunch.

Hidden gem! First time here, but we will definitely be back. Started out with the pork spring rolls, they were very tasty, and completely over the top with a squirt of sriracha. We ordered a pork bahn mi and a rice vermicelli with bbq pork bowl. Both were very tasty and portions were quite large. The bahn mi was packed with seasoned meat, crispy-fresh veggies & an amazing aioli. Had to try the Beignets, our waiter suggested the 9 mini beignets, easier to share. Apparently the chef lost count, we received way more than 9! They were delicious, light & fluffy. Our waiter was very nice and service was great. Our app came out amazingly quick and followed by our entree’s. The restaurant closes at 7:30pm, despite what Google maps states (6:30pm), our waiter mentioned that was Covid hours

Family friendly ambience, sizeable portions, and extremely quick service, all at an affordable price! We stopped in during Mardi Gras and were in an out in less than hour with two adults and two kids fed! The beignets were DELICIOUS and the smoothies were everyone's favourite part! Would definitely recommend and visit again the next time we're in Louisiana!

A great place for pho. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. The serving are larger in portion, so keep this in mind when ordering. The rare beef pho was phenomenal. The restaurant definitely has an authentic taste and feel.

I love beignets and more. I usually get the same four dishes —rice plate with chicken , chicken vermicelli, beef pho , or the banh Min. It never disappoints. The food is made in a timely manner and always tastes fresh to me. Also, the people who work there are always friendly. That alone keeps me coming back!

I have always had a great experience here. The food is amazing and the owners and employees are so nice. My favorites are the combo pho and shrimp spring rolls!

The strawberry smoothie was delicious very sweet though. The consistency was perfect as well. The beignets were very good I recommend ordering them when you're about to eat. The pho was very good broth was amazing, noodles and toppings were fresh. The meat was alright wish it was more tender. Service was amazing seated right away and brought waters instantly. Order was taken and within 5-10 minutes our food was ready. It is ran by a father and son I believe and they do a great job. Very calm ambience.

The spring rolls and peanut sauce was the bomb. The crab Rangoon was delicious never had any like this before.

My daughter has ordered out from here before and speaks very highly of them . She gets the pork belly bahn mi and it is delicious . The portions are large , the toppings are generous, and it comes with fries ! This is a perfect place to pick up food when you are on the go!

Wow! What a find! We just started a renovation across the bridge in the Bywater neighborhood and found Beignets & More in a plaza on our way to a hardware store. I was hungry, and saw "Beignets" in big letters and the car drove itself into the parking lot. We got an order of spring rolls (not pictured because I ate them too fast!), an order of beignets (we got the order of 3, but they also have an order of 9 "bite sized" beignets) and a Vietnamese coffee. The beignets were HUGE, fresh, slightly crispy outside but light and fluffy inside, and covered in powdered sugar just the way I like. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious as well. It had beautiful coffee taste with that creaminess brought by the condensed milk. This place is less than 10 minutes from our project, therefore I will disappear a few times per week to go to the "hardware store". The restaurant also serves amazing looking pho, and other Vietnamese dishes.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Our favorite spot in Chalmette! Great food, great service, great people. Definitely check this place out if you are in town! We especially love the fresh rolls, crab rangoon, pho, and Thai tea!

A complete GEM high quality fresh food. Good you don't feel guilty about eating. Great service fast service I should have been going here for years. Haven't had the Beignets yet but I'm sure they are good ass everything else. When you have a GREAT fish sauce you know the Vietnam meal will be great. If you ever had Doung Phoung fish sauce you understand because theirs impossible to eat. Went here twice in one week would eat it everyday. Grilled shrimp plate with white rice egg Viet salad amazing!

Yum, yum, yummy! Don't leave New Orleans without going there. Yes, there are long lines and few available tables, but they get through orders and people quickly!

The management is awesome. They welcome us by table every time we come into eat. We have tried several different dishes and the food is always fresh and delicious. It is well worth the visit.

I can't even begin to describe how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My daughter & I have made it our go-to spot. We're usually there twice a week at least. The bahn mi sandwiches are SO GOOD! The owner is the sweetest & kindest man I've ever met. All of the employees are very friendly & very efficient at their jobs. I just can't say enough good things about this establishment & the people who make you feel so welcome.

I can definitely agree that the name is way off, but this is one of my favorite food spots in the Parish, the food is always freshly prepared and tastes amazing! I can definitely say this place is a hidden gem!

The name is a little confusing but it is a Vietnamese restaurant. The banh mi is reasonably priced, but it not good. The pork flavoring is off and veggies are all a bunch of carrots. The atmosphere is great though, the staff is very nice and everything is clean. Will likely go back and try some pho but just not impressed with the Banh mi.

Came here for a Saturday lunch with a friend. I have always seen this place driving through Chalmette and I would have never guessed that it was a Vietnamese restaurant! After walking in, we were happily greeted by a server and seated at a table. There were so many things to choose from, so we ended up ordering a good amount of food! We ordered Crab Rangoons, Vietnamese Egg Rolls (Cha Gio), Pan-Seared Cubed Steak Rice Plate (Com Bo Luc Lac), Sautee Lemongrass Beef Rice Plate (Com Bo Xao), and the Beignets (Bite Sized option). The food came out in a timely manner and everything looked good. Both appetizers were good, but I preferred their Crab Rangoons. The Egg Rolls were your average Vietnamese egg rolls, but I liked how they provided sweet chili sauce instead of fish sauce. Just my personal sauce preference. There were 4 egg rolls for just 4 bucks, you can't beat that! Both of our rice dishes came included with an egg, which we appreciated. It did not come with a bowl of broth like other Vietnamese restaurants though. Both of our dishes were similar, with the only differences being the cuts of meats used. I had Com Bo Xao and it was good, but the cubed steak from my friend's dish was delicious! We had the mini Beignets for dessert and they were actually pretty good. I felt like we couldn't have passed up getting beignets at a place that includes it in their name! Overall, a solid place for Vietnamese food and beignets! It's the only Vietnamese restaurant in Chalmette and the prices are affordable. I will be back to try other menu items.

We went in to get beignets and we're the only customers. While waiting we clearly heard live poultry in the back like quacking ducks or whatever? I asked what the noise was but they didn't answer me. Cancelled our order and immediately left. Wtf!? Are they keeping live animals in the back for slaughter for the entree dishes?? If so, how is it legal? So disturbed right now.

Beignets & more is a staple in our household! Their food is amazing as well as the friendly & quick service! Our favorite dishes are the spring rolls, crab rangoons, bahn mi, and all of their smoothies! Such a gem in the parish

The only authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Chalmette! Ive driven passed this place numerous times and never stopped by until now. It serves all Vietnamese favorites just like any other Vietnamese restaurant, including pho, different noodles dishes, rice plates and banh mi. The staff were all very friendly and greeted us with smiles. We got the Com Bo Luc Lac and the Korean bbq rice dishes, and they were delicious and very filling! The Thai tea that I ordered was also tasty. Overall, I was very satisfied. The location is great and convenient. I would definitely return here instead of driving to the East to satisfy my craving for Vietnamese food!

I haven't been here yet and I already love it!!!‍ so this place has a bullseye on it which I shall hit very soon...

If you find yourself in the Twilight universe that is Chalmette don't let the name or location of this place fool you. Beignets & More is serving up some tasty Vietnamese food. I've been twice usually for lunch and the fried rice is one of the best I've ever had. Their bánh mì are also really good I recommend the Bánh Mì Thit Nuong (pork) also know as BM1. These guys could be my next Pho Tau Bay!

Stopped in for some beignets and cafe sua da and this place blew away my expectations! It was probably the best tasting beignets and cafe sua da (iced coffee) I've had in my life! I'll be sure to stop by there next time I am in the NOLA area!

Best Vietnamese in greater New Orleans! My husband and I order from here all the time, the Pho (soup) is the my favorite thing on the menu, their broth is the best, I've been everywhere in NOLA, this one is worth the drive. They hand make nearly everything, so you can expect freshness, crispness and high quality. I've had most menu items and was never disappointed. They family that runs it is super sweet, especially the happy chef who doesn't speak English, but always goes out of his way to great you! Check their hours before you go, they changed operational hours since Covid and they close sooner than most restaurants.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Me and my husband come here for date night all the time. I had to introduce him to Pho Soup. Now he loves it. Especially from this restaurant. It's only 7 minutes from our home. Lots of parking and easy to spot from the highway. The staff are very friendly and of course the cooks are amazing. The guys who owns the shop will come from behind the counter and ask is everything okay. The smiles on our faces says it all. We will definitely be back.

Best Vietnamese food in St. Bernard / Chalmette, maybe even the NOLA metro area. If you like Phuong Dong's your gonna love Beignets & More. I was craving a poboy but wanted something on the light side. I got the Pork and holy cr## was it good, tons of flavor, very crisp, felt very light, but very filling. The pork was super tender and the sauce they used I think is better than a traditional roast beef poboy sorry. Their spring rolls were super tasty, I'm a straight-up meat n carbs kinda guy but all the veggies they used tasted great and actually enjoyed them. Everything tastes super fresh, and they make everything super quick. You get the taste of a restaurant but the speed of a small shop.

The Vietnamese Cuisine here is phenomenal my favorite is the grilled shrimp vermicelli with extra fish sauce and Vietnamese egg rolls with a sweet chili sauce. There's a dish for everyone; Don't let the name fool you.

This has been my go to place for delicious Vietnamese food for years! They have the best pho, sandwiches, and bubble tea. And the owners and employees are always such a pleasure!

I was traveling from California and stopped at 5 restaurants in this area and in New Orleans. Beignets And More had the best service, and best food at the lowest price of each of the restaurants I went to. I ordered rice and chicken, spring rolls, and beignet bites. The beignets here were better than Cafe Du Monde, and the entree was the best meal I've eaten in this area by far. When you come, ask for Nicky, he was my server and was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.

I love this place. The owner doesn't speak much English but he is so nice! Always comes to our table to say hello. I always get the same thing- grilled pork and instead of the white rice I upgrade to tofu fried rice. OMG! I love,love, love it! I crave it sometimes! My husband always gets the rare beef pho. Delicious! When I want a treat I stop in to get the beignet bites. Yum!!! You won't be disappointed.

Love Beignets & More! My husband and I live nearby so we frequent this place often when we're looking for a quick, but still healthy and delicious meal. The staff is always so nice and happy to see everyone. We always feel welcomed like friends. My favorite order is the beef combo pho. My husband usually orders the Bahn Mi. The ingredients are fresh and quality. I find it difficult to find quality food in this area, but Beignets and more always delivers.

Had to go to the Lowes out East and the wind was a blowing me toward Chalmette for lunch on the way home. I wanted to get a Bubble Tea or the like and a Banh Mi. I searched Yelp and "Beignets & More" was the first place that came up. Of course the have Beignets but The "More" surprised me. A quarter of the menu was New Orleans "Cuisines" which is a couple of Wraps, Burger, Hot Sausage, Philly Cheese Steak, French Fries and a few salads. The rest of the menu is Vietnamese! Appetizers, Noodle, Rice, and what I wanted, a Chicken Banh Mi and Coconut Smoothie with Tapioca. Both were delicious! The Char- grilled Chicken was juicy and flavorful and served on Dong Phuong Bread. (Just typing juicy made my mouth water) The Coconut Smoothie was so good I wish I had bought two. Really, I want one now. They also cater and what grabbed my eye was 5 Chicken Banh Mi for $18.00 40 Egg Rolls or 40 Chicken Wings for $30. I'll be back! And maybe next time it will be a party!

My favorite restaurant in da Parish! The owner treats his customers kindly, the food is always fresh and comes out fast. My favorite dish is the lemon grass beef with rice, eggs, carrots, and side salad. And my favorite dish is the dumplings!

Good vegetarian options, clean dining area and great service! The Bahn Mi was amazing, and I'm still sipping on my iced mocha. We were a group of 5, and everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. Also, split checks were no issue.

Sooooo good. Came here for this first time instead of venturing out to New Orleans for Vietnamese food. We got Brisket Pho, spring rolls, and a Bahn Mi. All super delicious! Also the beignets were fresh and tasted waaaay better than their counterpart in the quarter if you ask me.

I would be doing a disservice by NOT writing a review on this restaurant! I have seen it for years, thinking it was more of a coffee/breakfast stop due to the name, but OH MY GOSH! Their Asian cuisine is the best I've ever had. It's a small place, but it stays bustling (with good reason!). You cannot beat the prices for the amount of food they bring out. I cannot wait to go back.

We ate here for the first time last night. The pho is excellent with a slightly clove flavored broth, delicate and complex. I had the tofu bun which was wonderful. The tofu was flavored with lemongrass and is grilled to a nice texture. We shared spring rolls which were a decent size and nice, but the dipping sauce was the real star - not light and not too heavy on the peanuts. They also have American fair, and fried rice. The portions of the fried rice look large. The owner came out to check on people and was very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Vietnamese coffee, pork bahn mi, & mini beignets...delicious. Sandwich served on Duong Phuong bread with fresh veggies. Would give five stars but the coffee is a bit pricey. Still, love

Great food!!!! This is one of two best Asian style restaurant in New Orleans, really Vietnamese restaurant. Those po boys are amazing. I do not eat sea food due to allergic reaction but their pork po boys are amazing. Have not had the pho (soup) yet but I will definitely try it next time.

Not only is the food amazing, because it is, but the staff is just so nice and welcoming. The older gentleman always makes an effort to come from behind the scenes and make conversation with every customer. Sometimes he even greets us in the parking lot! The younger gentleman always remembers our orders, and if one of our friend group shows up without the others, he asks about us. They really make you feel like family! There is literally nothing on the menu I didn't love. My favorites are the egg rolls, gyoza, spring rolls, any pho... the broth is sooo good, the chicken fried rice is perfect, and short ribs. Oh! And the coffee! You can get it hot, iced, or blended. SO GOOD.
