The 30 Best Restaurants in Munich, Germany | Eater

"Pink pickles and vibrant greens characterize the sandwiches and plates from this much-loved Lebanese cafe in Sendling. Combined with house-made hummus, baba ghanoush, or falafel, the fresh flavors here are hard to beat, although sister restaurant Manouche (located a few minutes away) comes pretty close with its light Lebanese pizzas. If you want to try food from both locations, the teams don’t mind if you bring items from one to the other." - Kate Mann

Beirut Beirut, a casual eatery serving middle Eastern dishes like hummus and falafel. The falafel was very good.

Beirut, Beirut is an amazing restaurant with delicious Lebanese cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the place is often busy, so booking a table is recommended. The only downside was the credit card machine not working, but overall, it’s a fantastic dining experience!

Incredibly delicious Lebanese dishes. We shared the royal plate and everything was scrumptious. Really flavorful. The falafel were crunchy on the outside and super moist inside. The beet dish was so rich in flavor. Highly recommend. We were the last guests and they gave us three extra falafel as we were leaving. Great service. Super friendly staff.

Lovely place. Food is super super delicious, with very different options. Super well seasoned and handmade. Unfortunately the waiter was not so good, and ended up leaving us to eat outside, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Had dinner here last night and absolutely loved the vibe, atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We ordered the royal platter, which came with a variety of delicious mezze — every single one was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The falafel was decent, but the mezze were definitely the highlight🌟

Absolutely amazing 👌 Very nice falafel, baba ganoush and tabbouleh 😋 The food here is amazing and pretty healthy I would say. You can order a “teller mit allem” to share with a group, and enjoy a relaxing evening outside. They also have very nice Lebanese wine 🍷 I believe the cake we had for dessert is Sfouf. A nice Lebanese cake made with semolina flour and turmeric. It’s not so sweet and has a slight turmeric aftertaste. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Generally speaking, the food is delicious, and the interior is nice. As a Lebanese, I was surprised that they didn’t provide plates or knives, only the mezze dishes. This never happens in Lebanon, where individual plates are always provided. This means you have to share the same plate with others, which I wasn’t expecting. I wasn’t aware of this practice because I had always ordered deliveries before. Falafel very tasty Fattoush salad wasn’t great

A must visit! If you live around you’ll be addicted, I don’t even live close and still it’s my number one choice to make when I am hungry and want to eat healthy and affordable in Munich. As a Lebanese woman living in Munich, born in Beirut, this place makes falafel that is even tastier than the one you can have in Beirut! It is a unique experience to eat there, as a guest you shall order then go to your seat, the staff is welcoming, authentic, non pretentious and very polite. Top cleanliness and hygiene! Like many similar small scale restaurants in Munich you shall pay in cash which is very common to find in Munich. So come prepared and nowadays most of us check google before going to a restaurant. P.S. best catering in Munich!
