My original order was NOV 13.
My order arrived as:
1 weekender
1 toiletry case
1 small carry on
I originally ordered ( 2 )small carry ons in Wicked Green.
I only received one.
I told the rep that ONE small carry on did not arrive, that I had already filed a claim with ON-TRAC and been told they could not find it and to go to Beis directly. When I went to customer service for help, I was told that they needed to file Claim with ON-TRAC again... And finally 6 days later they FINALLY gave me a replacement order#.
When I contacted to find out status 4 days after the REPLACEMENT order no, I was told to wait longer. Now I'm being told again that the order has been lost by the carrier again??? This is absolutely ridiculous. I am unbelievably frustrated right now.
1. Nov 13: ORIGINAL order no: 2643201
2. Nov 24: REPLACEMENT order no: 2643201
Im now realizing the org. Order no and the replacement i was given are the exact same so what exactly has even been done in regards to my first contact with your team?
It's been TWENTY days since the order date!
Please escalate this. This is absolutely ridiculous. I love your products but this is legitimately the WORST customer experience I have EVER had.
