First Beis purchase … I am sooo happy to have gotten this carry-on and cover while Lavender was available! In addition to being my favorite color, I love everything about the bag: padded handle, smooth roll (more like glide), thoughtfully designed interior design and compression packing. Cover is easy to put on, secures 2 ways under the bag, fits perfectly, and will protect the glossy finish for many years to come. * Note: Bag is expanded

I purchased a bag for my daily work commute, looking to replace a bag I had used for 10 years prior. After two months, one of the "feet" on the bottom of the bag had fallen off. I reached out to the company, and they immediately sent me a new bag as a replacement. I am hoping I don't experience the same quality issue, but their customer service was top notch.

As highlighted on Beis' website, it states that Shay Mitchell started the brand to create functional, and affordable travel products to make travel easier. In my opinion they seem to have forgotten two key components to making travel easier, and that is customer service and a QUALITY product! I emphasized quality due to our experience with BOTH of our Beis Weekender's. They both had the shoulder strap attachment stitching fail and ripped away from the bag. A torn shoulder straps doesn't make it travel "easier". We contacted customer service and they had us jumping through hoops sending them pictures of the failed bags and in the end they stated "it's not luggage" therefore not covered under warranty. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their products, I suggest looking at companies like Eagle Creek who has a lifetime warranty on ALL their products (no affiliation, just a long time user). I bought their sports sling for a recent trip because I thought the numerous interior/exterior pockets and compact form would provide the perfect combination of style and function. However, I ended up having a terrible experience with this bag. First of all, I did not over-stuff this bag- I just kept my passport, cash, phone, and a pack of Kleenex in it. However, I consistently had a hard time opening and closing the zipper of the interior pocket and the zipper on the back of the bag (against the body). This made for a very awkward and unsafe experience, as I was trying to quickly stow my cash and cards but ended up fumbling with closing the zippers instead. Secondly, on the first day of my trip, the key leash got stuck on the zipper and in an attempt to unzip it, the entire key leash was ripped off. It is not uncommon for the fabric of backpacks and jackets to get caught on its zippers and to unzip it with zero problems, but the fact that the key leash of this bag got stuck once and was completely torn off is unacceptable. I have tried to leave this review on their website, but it is not being published.

My original order was NOV 13. My order arrived as: 1 weekender 1 toiletry case 1 small carry on I originally ordered ( 2 )small carry ons in Wicked Green. I only received one. I told the rep that ONE small carry on did not arrive, that I had already filed a claim with ON-TRAC and been told they could not find it and to go to Beis directly. When I went to customer service for help, I was told that they needed to file Claim with ON-TRAC again... And finally 6 days later they FINALLY gave me a replacement order#. When I contacted to find out status 4 days after the REPLACEMENT order no, I was told to wait longer. Now I'm being told again that the order has been lost by the carrier again??? This is absolutely ridiculous. I am unbelievably frustrated right now. 1. Nov 13: ORIGINAL order no: 2643201 2. Nov 24: REPLACEMENT order no: 2643201 Im now realizing the org. Order no and the replacement i was given are the exact same so what exactly has even been done in regards to my first contact with your team? It's been TWENTY days since the order date! Please escalate this. This is absolutely ridiculous. I love your products but this is legitimately the WORST customer experience I have EVER had.

Purchased 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks for Christmas presents. 1 carry-on never arrived. The only way to contact them is email and Instagram. We’ve emailed and messaged them 3 times now, along with our details, and there’s no response.

Can not get a response I want to cancel my order less then an hour ago need to place something different but no phone and no answer
