I cannot begin to tell how Johny, the manager at Bel Air Luxury Cinema saved the day!
It began as a much anticipated school trip. To start it off, the planning for it was non stressful. Johny worked with our schedule and got us a date we could work with and really showed us A1 customer service. Thinking that we were going to have an uneventful experience, we got down to the day and it seemed we were in for a big disappointment! OUR SCHOOL BUS VENDOR DID NOT SHOW UP!
Instead of cancelling and rescheduling our trip and dealing with over 100 students, Johny took it upon himself to be our champion of the day. He contacted our vendor and tried to facilitate transportation, but to no avail. Not giving up, he used his connections to schedule us another bus company (on the spot), and made sure we still maintained the excellent customer service I received when booking the trip.
The theater and bathrooms were spotless. The staff was accommodating and we all know how hard that can be with 100 school-aged children.
When other theaters never returned my calls, Johny and the staff at BelAir showed up and went above and beyond their call of duty.
For m there will never be any question which theater to use for our next field trip...Thank you Bel Air and most of all, thank you Johny. You didn't have to do it, but you did and I have 115 smiling faces to prove it!!
