"Inspired by traditional Serbian cuisine, this restaurant proudly showcases local and regional ingredients, many of which (such as their goat’s cheese and hams) are produced on their own farm in the Homolje mountains. The tempting menu here is as delicious as it is long, and includes barbecue-grilled meats such as lamb and steak. A professional yet simple outfit that is impressive in the way that it manages to maintain a high quality of cuisine and service despite the large number of covers." - Michelin Inspector

The First MICHELIN Guide to Belgrade is Launched!

"This city centre establishment’s aim is to promote local farmers and producers, and to preserve the identity of traditional Serbian cuisine. The owner’s farm, located in the Homolje Mountains, provides a wonderful array of meats and cheeses, which are accompanied by wines from their estate." - The MICHELIN Guide UK Editorial Team

I had a fantastic experience here! The food is rooted in traditional Serbian cuisine but elevated with a chef’s creative touch and top-quality ingredients. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The availability of parking is a big plus, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic yet refined Serbian dining experience.

If you’re looking for authentic Serbian food that the locals frequent, this is the place to try. The only downside of this place is that allow for smoking while dining. With that said, the food was delicious and those service was great. We had the fish tasting menu. You can have this paired with wine or not. Super tasty and just the right portion. Street parking available but easiest to either take a taxi or jump on the bus (use google for which bus and when to take). We made a reservation but it didn’t look like anyone who came in had to wait. Waiters speak English but all patrons were local Serbians.

First of all, I am not dealing with political things this is number one. Here I will talk about one very important thing. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the choice of what you can order here are ABOVE EXCELLENT. Whatever you order you will not make the mistake. The quality of food (of the basic materials) is incredible, every bite is a symphony of taste....The waiter is here whenever you need him but is not standing behind you, he is not on your neck and they are speaking English....and last but not least dinner for 3 (starter, main dish, and several drinks) is around 100€, so for this level not expensive at all....Recommended to all the foreigners who want the try real BUT excellent Serbian food

A very nice restaurant in Novi Belgrade, with a rustic old school atmosphere combined with modern notes. The interior design is lovely and cosy. The food absolutely delicious, having elevated traditional Serbian dishes made with all local ingredients. They also have their own brand of smoked cured meat and cheese. Would highly recommend the gnocchi with steak and spinach and steak with homemade noodles and truffle sauce. Mouthwatering! They lost a star because the service was slow, without it being busy at the time. We had to ask 2 times to order, 3 times for our drinks and 3 times for some parmesan cheese which they ended up charging us for.

Nice atmosphere of high level restaurant with traditional Serbian cuisine. Rostilj, lamb and sausages are delicious. Good place for lunch with business partners or events with colleagues. Great service. Multinational.

Found this restaurant by chance with googling! Bit far from central ( 25mins by bus - free of charges whole Belgrade city centre ) Unexpectedly, very good food and atmosphere. I realised Michelin recommendations restaurant! Strongly, recommend it.

Bela Reka has a really cool interior, with a vintage, English club-style vibe that adds to the atmosphere. The food was okay—not outstanding, but decent, with vegetarian and vegan options available. They also have a good selection of Serbian wines. Despite the Michelin star tags, the experience wasn’t exceptional, but I still enjoyed it overall. A nice spot.

Simply it’s one of the best restaurants you can go to in Novi Belgrade. It is super organised, excellent food and fantastic service and ambiete. It offers a lot of space and different areas where you can take place. They bring the high quality meat and cheese from own farm located at the Homolje mountains in central- east Serbia. There they grow the goat and sheep’s on more than 500ha of Land. Visit Bela Reka is a must when you go to Belgrade
