Impeccable service, excellent recommendations from the staff, and a perfectly paced dinner. Everything arrived promptly but never rushed, with genuine attention to detail.
We started with outstanding appetizers — a pork crackling spread, farm cheeses from their own estate and a fresh salad with excellent pickled vegetables.
The beef tartare, prepared in the kitchen, was beautifully balanced and expertly executed.
For the mains:
– Lamb in a clay pot, incredibly tender, served with potatoes in its own rich sauce.
– A veal “schnitzel” reinterpretation, pan-fried without the breadcrum crust, served with mashed potatoes and a delicate semi-brown sauce — easily one of the highlights of the evening.
The wine selection is very strong, especially the reds — well chosen and perfectly balanced. We had also an excellent quince rakija and even took some products home: cheese, ajvar, dunja from their selection.
The atmosphere is warm and elegant yet relaxed. Sunday evening was lively with many families, but it never felt overcrowded.
Located in Novi Beograd, about 10–15 minutes from the city center — absolutely worth the short drive.
Overall, an authentic, refined, and genuinely memorable restaurant experience.
