"Trendy Elegance at Belga Queen Restaurant in Brussels For an elegant yet trendy meal in Brussels , featuring great Belgian ingredients, a visit to Belga Queen is a must. This restaurant is in a stunning setting, inside a former bank. The period features of the bank remain, but are contrasted by modern elements, like the super-chic bathrooms and the after-hours dance club. There’s even a cigar bar inside the old vault. But the main attraction at Belga Queen is the food. Start your meal with a tower of seafood delights from the oyster and shellfish bar. Just be careful to save room for what’s next, as the portions are ample. Main courses range from more seafood (lobster anyone?), to the best Belgian beef, poultry and game, depending on the season. My husband, a pork fanatic, opted for his favourite dish, pork knuckle (pictured), and declared it one of the best he’s ever eaten. Meanwhile I savoured melting duck breast with red berries. Heaven. If you have someone to impress, or simply want to be impressed yourself, Belga Queen is a winning choice."

⭐ Belga Queen – Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Food I was really excited to visit Belga Queen in Brussels — the location is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture, high ceilings, and stylish ambiance. It definitely sets the tone for a special evening. However, I was honestly disappointed by the food. While the presentation was nice, the flavors were underwhelming. The dishes lacked depth and didn’t leave a memorable impression. For the price point, I expected more in terms of taste and creativity. On the bright side, the service was exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. They clearly care about the customer experience, and that made a big difference. In short: • Atmosphere: Beautiful and elegant • Food: Just okay — not bad, but not great • Service: Absolutely top-notch • Price: Quite high for what you get in terms of food I wouldn’t go back for the food alone, but if you’re looking for a visually impressive place with excellent service, Belga Queen has its charm.

I’ve come back to Belga Queen a few times since it reopened. The place is still absolutely breathtaking. The menu remains quite classic, but everything is well prepared (although the sides felt a bit too simple for the setting). The service was perfect, nothing to say. I would have appreciated a bit more creativity in the menu, but overall, it was a great experience.

Google
Everything is perfect! Amazing Belgian food with modern interpretation, cozy atmosphere (jazz vibe, absolutely love it!), the service is very on point, and we appreciate that we got the best table. The only thing I found awkward is the bathroom, the bathroom is transparent with glass door, it really shocked me, so I didn’t use it, but for the rest, the experience was amazing 💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good to be back at Belga Queen! The restaurant reopened six months ago after being closed since Covid-19 in 2020, and it’s just as spectacular as ever. For those who appreciate authentic fine dining and a high-end culinary experience, this is your ultimate destination in Brussels. The ambiance is exceptional, and the food is nothing short of Michelin-star quality—every bite is a delight. The venue itself adds to the charm. Once an old bank, Belga Queen retains its grandeur, with a stunning liquor store showcasing some of the finest bottles and a seafood counter offering an impressive selection of fresh catch. Downstairs, what used to be the bank vault is now a stylish bar, perfect for enjoying premium alcohol and champagne. They even allow customers to store their best bottles in the former vaults for future visits—a truly unique touch. One of the most unforgettable experiences here is the toilet setup—it feels like a luxury spa, and the glass doors, which appear transparent, magically turn frosted when locked! As for the food, I had foie gras as a starter and duck as my main course—both were absolutely delicious. Paired with the house Italian wine, it made for a perfect meal. If you’re in Brussels, Belga Queen is a must-visit! A top-tier experience in every way.

Google
I went to Belga Queen in the evening after a friend recommended it, and I really liked it. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with unique design and a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for something a bit special, this is the right place. The service was great – very polite and attentive. The food is classic Belgian, but on a higher level. Drinks and cocktails were also really good. I definitely recommend it if you’re in Brussels!

Google
Such a lovely experience—highly recommend! This restaurant is set in a beautifully renovated bank building that’s over 100 years old, and the atmosphere is just stunning—elegant, charming, and full of history. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their service was truly top-notch—professional yet super friendly - easily on par with Michelin-level service! The food was delicious and fairly priced. While it might not be the most groundbreaking cuisine, it’s a really well-done take on traditional Belgian cuisine in a fine dining setting. We started out with an oyster special, 6 oysters for 32€ which was the second most expensive alternative. My mother is an oyster maniac and she would choose these oysters over cheaper alternatives nearby. She also enjoyed her favourite brand champagne priced at 18€. Between the beautiful surroundings and the wonderful staff, this place is absolutely worth a visit while in Brussels! And if you can afford it, the staff definitely deserves at least 15% tip!

Google
IN SHORT. Entering Olympus! LOCATION. « Belga Queen » is an iconic restaurant located in the heart of Brussels and set in a beautifully restored 18th-century former bank building. Entering this place is like taking a leap into « history », into beauty. At the entrance, a welcoming staff and service to take the cloakroom. Beautiful tables, refined details. Elegance and beauty. SERVICE. perfection. The waiters manage to blend professionalism and elegance with simplicity and kindness. In the end, you feel at home. FOOD. A decidedly gourmet menu. Attentive and tasty cuisine. The meats are delicious: all served in the dining room and with excellent portions. PRICE. Adequate. The average port ranges from 30 to 50 euros

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed by the stunning atmosphere and beautiful building. The food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow due to the limited number of waitstaff, which made it take longer to place our order and check the bill.

Yelp
We ordered the Duck medium rare. It's a little different in Belgium. It was good but will not order it again. I will have to try something else next time. The desert was really good. You can't go wrong with chocolate. The server are also very friendly and helpful when you ask questions about the menu. They understand you are not a local and do a good job explaining the food. A must when in Brussels. Eat here you won't be disappointed. Oh, by the way the restrooms are something different. Make sure you pay attention to the sign when you walk in.

Yelp
Nice place, good service. Food was great but my friend got wrong dish to what she ordered. She got venison which was not what she wanted. Also had beef tartar, waterzooi, duck, and another dish

Yelp
Incredible decorations from an old Belgian bank. Presenting old local regional armoiries. Noisy but a great place to be for business lunch or dinner

Yelp
3.5 stars Gorgeous restaurant, and the service was very good for Belgium. The first time, I was there with a group of nine, and we all got our food at the same time, beautifully presented. We started off with a round of cocktails. I had the Belga Queen, a fruity champagne concoction, and it was pretty good, not too sweet. The server provided wine recommendations with dinner, and I enjoyed the two I tried. But I was there for the food, and it exceeded my expectations! The scallop millefeuille was sublime, just perfectly balanced and with a wonderful texture. My vegetarian risotto was good for vegetarian risotto, beautifully presented, and a decent choice if you're not hungry for a full plate, but nothing to write home about. The vanilla creme brulee was very good, though I usually prefer it without vanilla. I also tried some of my friend's speculoos ice cream, and another friend's chocolate mousse. All were excellent. I probably would have given Belga Queen five stars had I not returned for lunch a few weeks later. There, I had a piece of meat so bland that the only thing I remember about it is my disappointment. There's also the issue of the cheesy, non-functional, "high tech" menus. I was trying to read the menu online before going, and instead of just having a list or pdf, they have annoying flash videos. It wasn't working, so I just waited to see the menu when I arrived. Much to my horror, they have these electronic tablet/screens as their menus in the restaurant, with the same exact, non-functional, flash-type interface. It used a combination of scrolling, clicking, and arrows that was very confusing. Also, mine crapped out when I tried to view the drink menu, and it got stuck on an error screen. I would definitely go back for dinner or drinks, but not for lunch.

Yelp
I was totally impressed with this place. On the pricier side, but worth it. My steak was perfect and the pepper sauce, although VERY peppery, was the perfect compliment. The fries were perfect. The next time I come to Brussels, I'll be sure to come again.

Yelp
I came here with some coworkers early on a Wednesday. This restaurant is huge but I would guess you might need reservations later at night or on the weekends. The menu is sort of gimmicky - it is essentially a giant iPad in a leather folder. Most of the dishes are pretty pricey. We all ended up getting the "light" menu which was a three course meal. We all agreed that the food was really delicious and perfect for all of us who were jet lagged and not starving. The fish I had was particularly delicious. All of the dishes were artfully plated. The service was good too. The only annoying thing was that they wouldn't take our credit cards. Basically, Europe uses pin and chip technology and since my credit card has a chip but no pin they wouldn't run it (even though pretty much everywhere else in Belgium didn't have a problem with running my card). Luckily I had cash. Be forewarned.

Yelp
A wonderful five star dining experience. This beautiful and chic restaurant is located in an old bank, delivering delicious and well-executed food. The menu can be browsed in a cool smart tablet while sitting comfortably in cool leather armchairs. Food was of superb quality and service was impecable. Oysters and shrimp were super fresh. I probably had the best lamb tenderloin I've ever had. The lamb tenderloin was covered with a ghent mustard crust, jus with Escaminet beer, gratin of potatoes with olives, rosemary and thyme. Salmon and beef tenderloin ordered by my family at the table were also delicious. We all felt like we had an amazing and unique dinner at Belga Queen. Definitely one of those hard to forget dining experiences.

Yelp
Extremely well done restaurant from looks to cuisine. Very nice old bank building restored to chic restaurant serving abundant seafood, meat options. Oysters are very fresh and taste delicious. Service very attentive and the food is spectacular. Look no further if you want to have a great meal at a great restaurant.

Yelp
Our hotel sent us to the Belga Queen with the side note that the building is gorgeous, but the food is hit or miss. They could not have described it more perfectly. The building is an old bank building and is quite massive. The decor is very eclectic and a bit sexy. The service from the bar to the restaurant portion is very average. The place was packed so I think the servers were just overwhelmed. They weren't very personable and were always on the run. All of the food we ordered was very average. We started with a tuna tartare and a seafood tower. Very bland and nothing that really popped. We all got a seafood entree of sorts and felt the same about them. We finished the evening off with 2 waffle desserts for the table to celebrate our four birthdays. None of us could finish them because the flavoring of orange sherbet mixed with chocolate and waffle was a wee bit bizarre. I would probably suggest popping in for a drink at the bar IF you are in the area, but I can't say that I would suggest this place for a meal.

Yelp
For real Belgium food, when in Brussels you must stop here at least for lunch. Dinner was very relaxed with great service. The white asparagus was awesome. Dover sole melted in your mouth.

Yelp
Like I'm sure a lot of people who've been to Belga Queen, it was the bathrooms that stood out the most for me. Uh, was it just me or were those barely opaque doors in a unisex bathroom? By this time (late in the evening on our first day in Brussels) I see that the people here are not as uptight as us North Americans... Onto the food. Interesting menu. We shared a trio of duck liver to start and for dinner I had fish. Fresh and well plated but the flavors were not particularly to my taste. It's probably a regional thing. The true winner at this restaurant was the building itself. Apparently it's a converted bank, which is more obvious once you look around. It's dark and has an upscale ambiance with beautiful furnishings. The price point seemed to be appropriate for the restaurant and it's cuisine (which yes, is a little on the high side).
google avatar

Fabiane H.

Yelp
Very nice place! The building was a bank before, so it has a glamorous entrance and if you go to the bar downstairs is actually the original safe "Le Coffre"with an interesting decoration. I had the plate 2 it was very nice and playful. I have to mention the good looking waiters that even teach you how to get the periwinkle out of there shells. Loved!
google avatar

M S.

Yelp
Yum. This place is fantastic. Excellent menu with some traditional + new/eclectic dishes. Nice pairings with wine and beers. I believe the hall is a converted train stop. Don't let the horse statue fool you...(no horse on the menu...at least when I was there. ) I will definitely return. Had crevettes, eel, fish, and a trio of fantastic chocolate mousse. Bathrooms are a special experience with active LCD glass- divides "his" and "hers".
google avatar

Karen J.

Yelp
Excellent food---the duck was outstanding. The service was slow (30 mins to take our order, 70 mins before we had our starter, and the server kept forgetting to bring the check). Tough to have such poor service in a city with so many restaurant options. I am from the USA and even though many reviewers from my country commented that the staff was very rude I never found that to be the case. The bathrooms of course were strange but memorable and except for poor service I would return again.
google avatar

Nicole K.

Yelp
What an impressive restaurant! Huge halls, funny looking waiters, spacy restrooms (make sure to visit them), quite loud, but charming and a menu you read all over again once you're through 'cause you just can't decide. I had the scallops and the tenderloin and it was both very tasteful. Most Of us had the menu accompanied with Belgian beer and were more than happy. Two areas for improvement: service is very hectic and could be warmer and more welcoming (extra wishes were rejected, deserts not brought together) and the waffle for desert was not good at all (but this is not place for Belgian waffle anyway ;) Very price so I would only come back if on business.
google avatar

Gustav L.

Yelp
Only visited the cigar lounge. The waiter was a bit snarky and short, but served us well. The cigar room was as expected; a nice experience.
google avatar

Stephen H.

Yelp
Nice interior, lighting, space and general ambience. Amateur service, so-so food for Brussels. Steak over cooked and dry, had to be sent back. Creme Brûlée thick, tasteless and covered in uncaramelised sugar. There are better options in Brussels.

Jl B.

Yelp
Hype place with average but expensive food. Service is ok while not great. Food is at best average (our starter including beef carpaccio with truffle oil and fried mushrooms quite good while Fois Gras was served with chocolate coulis which we did not understand at all...). Main were overall very plain / pointless and also the quantity is far from what is stated on the menu: we shared for 2 an 'alegedly' 1.3kg rib eye which we never saw in full and 2 plates were brought to us with only 4-5 pieces of meat weighting maximum 250-300g per plate. The meat was hard and overcooked. Duck filet also hard and taste not great. As we were really disappointed we skiped desert to go straight to a cocktail bar...

Yelp
Ok, in the spirit of full disclosure I wrote a terrible review of this place on Trip Advisor earlier in the year. I have been to the restaurant probably 8 times in the past 10 years in total. This time a friend wanted to go here, and I felt compelled to go, even after my bad review. I have to say that it was a totally different experience and I'm glad that we went. Go for the trio of foie gras if you have the chance, or the crevette gris if you are into that. Personally I take duck or rabbit every chance I get in Europe and this time was no exception. The duck was wonderfully prepared and presented. Even the wine was not unreasonably priced. Thumbs up this time!

Yelp
I come here since 2008. I have my favourite waiter; Mr. Radhi. The service is always impeccable. It can be a bit noisy, but the trendy atmosphere has it's consequences. I am a fan of the opened ravioli and the salmon tartare, I confess their portions are too big for me. They have a great selection of Chablis, their premier Cru is excellent with seafood. The underground bar has a smoking room and great choices of cocktails. Ps: No network available downstairs :D

Yelp
The major issue is that we believe that the "chef" intentionally gave us food poisoning. After ordering, we were informed that the "chef" had run out of bearnaise sauce for the steak. My date asked to choose something else from the menu. The hostess was shocked. She suggested that instead of bearnaise that they could give her mustard and mayonnaise. For a 36 Euro steak. After "checking with the chef" the hostess informed us that the "chef" had decided that he could make more bearnaise sauce after all. We believe that the "chef" put something in the new bearnaise sauce to give my date food poisoning. We shared everything, including the steak, and the only difference was that I did not add bearnaise when I had some of her steak. She has been vomiting for an hour so far. She started vomiting about an hour after our dinner, on the streets of Brussels. Based on the attitude of the people working at this embarrassment of a restaurant, I don't think it's too crazy to believe that they intentionally caused us food poisoning. This is a terrible establishment. Just in brief, here are the other problems with this restaurant: -bartender overcharged by 3 euros (she was, no offense to her, very dumb, we don't think it was malicious) -we sat for 10 minutes before receiving menus -waiter attempted to charge us for the 75cl beer when we had the small one (difference of 8 euros)

Yelp
Amazing restaurant and the building is mesmerising, it's in an old Belgian bank and there's a club down in the old vault room ! The restaurant was exciting and very refined, it's the right place to have a nice evening diner with a good wine and sparkling atmosphere They also have and seafood bar and I looked very interesting and it's on our to do list as next place ! Enjoy your time at Belga Queen

Antonella P.

Yelp
The ideas in the menu are remarcable, but it stops there... -the row material used for the food are very poor and Not well treated (saumon was freezed, for instance, st Jacques smaller than a tumb nail and tasteless) -the service very distracted (despite asking a waiter, the situation looked like they were racing to Not come to the table)... and noisy: they were comunicating by screaming each other, and Not in a kind-joky way -the cherry on the top: an hair in my main course... and what I had back was a distracted apology from a waiter Who pretended to be sorry!!! Two appetizer + two mains for 144 euros (without wine!) in these conditions is a shame!! Never again.

Yelp
In a word, divine. The place was packed on a Monday night when I arrived solo around 8 or 8:30. There were no walk-in tables for one except at the oyster bar. As some folks have mentioned, yes, there were lots of business folks (no surprise at a restaurant at this price point on a Monday night) but I didn't feel out of place in my dark skinny jeans and sweater. Maybe I should have - the building was beautiful and the atmosphere a little ritzy. The six dudes lining the bar ordered three towering seafood plates between them and even they seemed surprised at just how gargantuan they were; we were all duly impressed. I kept it more reasonable with one starter and one starter-size veggie dish, as you have the option to order any of their veggie plates in a starter or main course serving size. The liver pate was smooth, cold and creamy, reminiscent of pat of butter, probably because it was chock full of the most delicious cream you could imagine. It was laced with chocolate and coupled with what look like garnishes but actually complete the dish. My veggie starter was a delicious eggplant dish, as recommended by my server, which I gobbled down in no time flat. Here I also enjoyed the bets house aperitif I had all trip, again, as recommended by my server/bartender. Unlike some others, I had excellent service, perhaps I was at the bar. Belga Queen might be expensive and geared at business folk, but I was quite happy with the meal and would certainly return.
google avatar

Yelp
There are two scores for this review. 4 for the food which was generally pretty good and 2 for the service which was generally not. I ordered mixed oyster plate which was fresh and tasteful. I wanted the seafood platter for one but it was sold out. Also I had open ravioli which was fantastic. My BF ordered salmon sashimi which was good and tenderloin wasn't bad. Service was really let themselves down. It took 10 mins to get the menu and every single course was late. We had to ask 3 times to get the soft drink to be arrived. Don't forget to visit the restroom.
google avatar

Alex F.

Yelp
Now that we've tried it I don't think we'll need to return. The service was not what I expect for such an expensive restaurant. A medium well steak turned out rare. Just expected better food and service. The restaurant was in a beautiful building, which was the highlight.
google avatar

Jany X.

Yelp
For fancy food, it's good. But I'm a tourist. I can't help but feel this is a place you would have an agency take you for a business dinner for something. Here's why. IT IS SUPER EFFING LOUD!!!!!! (Love the main dining hall but everything echoes.) The scallop carpaccio, the truffles, and the caviar are exquisite. But then the restaurant has little to do with that. Everything else is fancy good but on a scale of best I ever had or perfectly balanced and just the right cooking technique for the dish/seasoning... it falls a bit flat. Would I eat here if someone paid for it? HELL YES. Would I eat here again on my own dime? Well... visiting Brussels and rushed on time? No. Super expensive meal? No. Good enough for a fancy restaurant? Sure. Why not.
google avatar

Shar B.

Yelp
Always had a fine experience at the Belga Queen. I've been coming here since they opened years ago and the quality and service never disappoints. Food menu is exquisite and the wine selection excellent. The cigar bar in the basement is absolutely perfect for ending the evening.
google avatar

Jay B.

Yelp
The atmosphere is really cool. The service is good although maybe a little aloof. It was almost as if they are trained to provide attentive albeit somewhat cold service. Maybe they don't like wearing their "traditional" uniforms since they are not good looking. Food was good and appropriate for the price point. I'm a tough grader, so keep that in mind. If I was in the neighborhood again, I would certainly go to Belga Queen again. I would probably prefer trying other places since I've been here already.

Ileana T.

Yelp
I wanted to make a reservation but they did not answered at the phone.I think that a restaurant like this have enough personal to take care of the reservations.
google avatar

Yelp
Had the classic meatballs and they were dry n not flavorful. Had to pour extra sauce so it could be edible. For dessert had waffle and ice cream and for that price could have had two amazing waffles at a little waffle specialty shop. Dessert did not save the night unfortunately. Quite dissapointing actually although nice presentation. Wanted to love it as it was packed but nah food does not measure up to the beautiful design of the place. I figured out why it is packed. Many business meetings w expense credit cards so if they are not paying who cares about the overpriced mediocre food right?
google avatar

Angelo V.

Yelp
This was our third visit to Belga Queen. The hostess was friendly and she accommodate our request to change table with no problem. We had two starters, two main courses, one dessert and a bottle of Italian wine. In this kind of restaurant I assume that once the waiter is bringing the food, he should know who ordered what (which did not happen). Both starters (vegetables platter and scallops) were delicious as well as the bread. We asked for a second bread roll but it took long time to get it (we needed to ask twice). The main course was a little bit disappointing: we had both the tenderloin. Side dishes were tasteful but the meat not tender at all. Again the waiter was not aware to who each plate belongs (we had different sauces). Dessert was fine. Price as expected.

Yelp
Before I moved to Brussels this place came extremely highly recommended from people I knew back home in Geneva. So once I made it here on apartment hunt with my wife, I took her out for dinner to the Belga Queen. One thing is for sure, the decor will amaze you. It is set in the old bank (back in the days these places actually had money ;-)), so it is very posh with glitzy gold finishings, arcades, and very funky a cigar room downstairs where you still have the vault door etc... The tone is set by this amazing decor, by the way the place was opened 10 years ago by a Mr. Antoine Pinto who has a strong local reputation for his restaurant decoration skills, so honestly the mix works on that front. After having read all this you might stop and say why the 2 star rating??? Alex are you nuts. Well no I am not. The difference between the person who walked in for the first time in the Belga Queen and me, is that I have eaten there. D-I-S-S-A-P-O-I-N-T-I-N-G! Very disappointing. And this comes from someone who has had 2 full years to sample many nice place in BXL and all over Belgium, and that is probably the issue with the Belga Queen, the culinary standards in Belgium are high. Belgians take their food seriously, and for me many place in BXL are way above. My advice, walk in take a look and walk out, or if you are thirsty have a drink at the bar which is comfortable. You will have seen the decor and that's all you need :-)

Yelp
After reading recent reviews about BQ we were hesitant to eat there. But the menu looked so good that we had to give it a try. ARE WE EVER GLAD WE DID! I don't know what some of these other reviewers were talking about but we must have gone to a completely different place. The food was scrumptious served warm and even hot in the case of the Lobster Soup, and the service could not have been better. My wife and I are vacationing in Brussels and this has been, hands down, the best meal so far. We are here with our oldest son and his fiancée who ate with us and they loved it too. Yes the bathroom is pretty cool and the oyster bar is cozy and delightful but let me rave about our meal. We started with a serving of 16 oysters split evenly between the hollow and flat varieties. They came quickly and we all enjoyed these cold, clean and refreshing mollusks raw with just a spray of fresh lemon, really great way to start. Appetizers were Lobster Soup, which was a huge bowl of savory broth that contained a complete half of a lobster, braised scallops, froiegoie. 3 ways (pâté, smoked, seared) with carmalized onions, and marinated salmon carpaccio. All were just fantastic, lots of yumm at the table, let me tell you. I had also ordered up a bottle of 2008 st. Emillion that was being expertly decanted at the table in anticipation of the entrees that were to follow. The service was spot on up to this point. Not hovering but certainly there when they were needed. Nobodies drinks or orders were ever forgotten. Our short wait (maybe 6-8 minutes) after appetizers was nice to allow everyone to comment on how great they were and wonder how the entrees would be or could be any better. Well, we got our answer. I had the duck breast (perfectly done med rare just as I requested) others had, the pigeon on crutte, rack of lamb and veal chop. All were cooked to order and absolutely delicious! We took our time savoring all this with lively conversation and all sharing some with each other. The experience was fantastic all around. The servings were more than ample, in fact my son had to take some of the rack of lamb with him (nice mid night snack for him). We ended up sharing desserts. A macadamia cake with dark chocolate mousse (fabulous!) and a 3 mousse medley that my son and his fiancée loved. Add a couple of Pantera espressos to the mix and we were done! No, it was not inexpensive. But if you are looking for a comfortable, casual venue, where you will be treated to exceptional, professional service, and delivered cuisine that is of the highest caliber in ingredients and technique, This is a not to miss dining experience. THANK YOU BELGA QUEEN! Oh and the bathroom is very cool too, Ciao, Gary

Yelp
The food here is very average. I was at a work dinner here just before Christmas and didn't enjoy the experience so much. The seats are comfortable but more like armchairs so its difficult to eat and be comfortable at the same time. The service was not good. Our waiter forgot an order and rolled his eyes when I asked for something. It's also pretty pricey. I wouldn't return by my own accord.

Yelp
Very very very nice interior! Really fancy! Food is average and a bit pricy for what it is. Service is good!

Yelp
Classy with a very elegant interior, this place is really fancy and not fit for a casual dinner. It's obviously pricey and the food quality is good (not amazing). The perfect decor and great service will make you feel like you are having a special night so it is worth it. There is a club/cigar/gentlemen room in the underground.

Yelp
I had a delightful experience - both the appetizer salad, steak, and waffle dessert (when in Rome...) were really good. The decor is really cool - the inside feels like being in an old castle. It does give a bit of echo, so if you want a really peaceful meal or is very sensitive to noise, this may not be your spot. Food came really fast, too, got a little slower later in the night, but nothing out of the ordinary for Europe. I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars, but let's round up, just because I'm still dreaming about the dessert.

Yelp
Whenever I am in Belgium, this is always a must stop. The beautiful decor, excellent service and wide range of menu options allows me to try something different each time. Make sure you make a reservation, this place is always packed!

Yelp
Great food. But over priced. And a bit pretentious. Had lobster and frites. Great, and didn't disappoint. Reservations are a must.

Yelp
The architecture is impressive. The decore is less so. The food fails to impress on any level. I wish i could have sent my dish back, it was barely edible. I'd avoid this place, except for possible drinks, as long as the drinks are pre-made and not cocktails.

Yelp
All food here was excellent. Service was fine and extremely helpful with choosing tasty food and beer. Bathrooms were surprisingly plain considering how fancy this restaurant was. Beautiful decor. A bit pricey but well worth it in my opinion.

Yelp
What to say about the Belga Queen,,, it truly is an experience. Great atmosphere, which was once a bank is now a very cool restaurant, bar and humidor. It's been a few years since Iv'e been there but the food was pretty good. I look forward to being in Bruxelles to give a try again.

Yelp
Because you worth it THE place to be seen in Brussels at the moment. And, as a bonus, the food is fabulous as well. Order the gigantic seafood platter and try the freshest sea snails, oysters and other delicacies. A converted bank, the high ceilings and pillars contrast well with the leather seats and crisp white linen to provide a classy, but relaxed and buzzy atmosphere. Whatever you do, don't miss the amazing toilets - now you see me, now you don't...

Yelp
I've only dined here once and do not plan on returning. Although the meal was good, the hostesses were incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Be weary of booking online via email as their administrators don't seem to communicate with the rest of their staff. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience.
