My first thought was: what great quality. I love my new structured water device. I had a few questions at the beginning, belifewater answered quickly. The travel kit was even included for free. Customer service: Extremely friendly and competent. All of my questions were answered. Shipment: After my purchase, the device was at my house within 3 days. It was shipped the same day. So if you are interested in structured water devices, you should definitely look into belifewater.

I could not be happier with my purchases. The Alpha is so aesthetically pleasing that it doubles as an art piece. The ordering process was smooth and shipping was quick. I received the packages two days after I placed my order (I live in California). Opening the boxes felt like Christmas because the packaging was so nice. Assembling the Alpha could not have been easier, and converting it into a portable travel unit was also seamless.
