Bell 720

Food is excellent for first time here. Read further for the horrible atmosphere. Steak was cooked to perfection, asked for rare to med rare to ensure it wasnt overcooked. Souvlaki was also cooked to perfection. Both plates served hot which is as important. Service was a little slow for 530p-6p Mtn Time. No one checked on for the entire meal. However, the restaurant had a bunch of kids & parents, with the kids running around, screaming, acting like this was Chuck e Cheese or their own private restaurant. Perhaps March Break, hockey tourney? Either way, absolutely ridiculous both by the restaurant and the parents. Clearly the restaurant chose to do nothing for fear of reprisal by likely local families. The parents - embarassing to allow your kids to behave as such. Too bad. Still gave them a 4* for the meal. Resto Mgr should have taken some action no matter what.

I LOVE wing night at bell 720. It’s our go-to date night spot, and their steaks are amazing as well! The desserts here never fail to impress. The service is great, and I love the food specials they occasionally offer if you follow their Facebook page. Great drinks selection as well!

The best restaurant in town. Actually open Sunday nights too. Separate room for the bar. Steak is good. Comparable atmosphere to Boston Pizza. Never had any problems with my food in all my years coming here.

This was our second attempt at this restaurant, we wanted to give them another chance after our bad first experience cause everyone has bad nights. This time was the last time we will go there, half way through my husband’s nachos he found a plastic bread clip had been baked into the centre. We were told “don’t worry, we gave you a discount” that discount for baked into plastic was $5.00. We got up so fast that we didn’t even realize until we were in our vehicle that we had been charged for a drink we had never received. 100% don’t eat here! Food will either be ice cold or you’ll have plastic baked in.

We hadn’t been to the Bell 720 since last fall as we don’t live in Three Hills. Although we have been there several times in the past this visit has been the best thus far. It was extremely busy being wing night, yet our server Sophie was fantastic! Service was prompt she ensured we were well taken care of and was very personable. This person is a keeper. Our orders were fast correct and delicious. Thank you Sophie for the great service

Stopped in the Saturday night of Cruise Weekend and was surprised it wasn't too busy. We were meeting a party, who had sat in the lounge, with our small human we had to take the restaurant. Understandable, but when members of our party came to sit with us to visit a bit it felt like we weren't allowed to just visit, we were hovered over for orders. (Maybe I'm odd but I cannot talk and decide on my food at the same time.) The food was ok, nothing spectacular but not bad either. We had spaghetti (quite tangy boring sauce but excellent meatballs) and spicy chicken buttermilk burger (do not expect spicy, just some spicy mayo, but loads of fries). We were checked on suitably while we ate. As we neared the end the staff was back asking to take each individual item as we finished it. With empty tables on either side of us, it felt oddly like "get out now" vibes. (Seeing previous reviews where folks complained of not being checked on enough, perhaps this was compensating for that.) Staff was friendly the whole time.

Food was good, but the service left a bitter taste. If I could give zero stars I would. Waitress would not stop making comments about how much my colleagues and I were having (mind you we were sharing our sides) “don’t know how you could finish that, it’s like 3 meals” some people shouldn’t be in the service industry, we also heard her complaining about the lack of tip, here’s a tip DONT COMMENT ON HOW MUCH PEOPLE EAT.

A very special decoration restaurant. Love the building and dinning atmosphere very much. I have tried the buffet and food is fresh and delicious, and looks so nice. It is very yummy and full and definitely will visit here again. Love the place and food so much.

Food is OK. service is the pits. It's just regular pub food, atmosphere is fancy, but the food is pretty basic for that atmosphere. Our server looked pretty miserable the whole time. A smile would've been appreciated. Probably won't be back.

My father and I tried to go here for dinner tonight after swearing we would NEVER go back after the last time we were here after botched service, the kitchen staff leaving early, and charged for alcohol that we never ordered. Tonight's ordeal was this. We walked in and as usual, there was NO ONE at the hostess stand. As we were going to the bar, we carried on into the lounge side. As my father has dementia, I had turned to talk him as he was confused about where the washroom was. I was busy dealing with him when the manager yelled at us from behind the bar (about half way back the bar from where we were) that we needed to open our eyes and read and actually follow the Wait to be Seated Sign. As it was extremely snotty, I asked her if she would like to rephrase it. At which point another customer seated decided to yell and swear at us. The manager then joined in with this same behaviour. I asked her who the manager was, and she indicated herself. I asked where the owner was and she told me to f#%k off, she would give me his number and I could come back when he was there and that I could "Get out." Now I am trying to calm down an 80 year old man with dementia who is bawling at the treatment we received. WHO DOES THIS TO CUSTOMERS? Especially since business in small towns are struggling?

Our second night in town and we tried Bell 720 with Google reviews saying they had good service and decent food. The decor is nice and gives the place a "fancy" feel. Our server was nice but not cheery or smiley. She took our orders and came back later with my soup order and salads. I was surprised to find the soup lukewarm, 3/4 of the cup full. It took a while to get our server's attention to ask for the soup to be warmed up. When she did come around, she did say that she'd bring a new hot one out. Our main courses came and she mentioned that the chef was heating up the soup. She brought out a bowl instead this time and it was steaming hot. I waited a bit and told my mom that I thought our server didn't put my garlic ribs in. We waited a bit longer and asked her. She said that she didn't hear me and would put the order in now. The ribs came and they were so dry, no sauce to dip which made them difficult to chew and swallow. My mom had the senior roast beef which was really thin and dry. We wondered how this was for seniors, especially those with dentures! My grandma would definitely not be able to chew this dish. Our other dish, steak and shrimp was ok...

I didn't get what I ordered but it tasted good. No drink or dessert menu which was more off putting than I expected. Waitress was real sweet and attentive though.

This place is great. Burgers are delicious and the stir fry is too. The dumplings appetizer was amazing. Great service. Definitely recommend!

Tuesday night. Had the longhorn steak. Food was very tasty. Service was prompt and respectful. Not many people in the joint but Tuesday in Three hills what can you expect. Would recommend for anyone looking for a tasty filling meal.

Decent burger, took a long time and they did not include onion rings on my burger, very disappointed cause I did not get what I asked for.

We have been three times now and the service is good and the staff is friendly. The mushroom soup was fantastic. The spicy ribs were well not spicy and the dipping sauce was bland like mayonnaise with a red tinge. My wife's brisket dinner was very tasty but the vegetables were over cooked and just a pile of carrots with a little squash. My ribs were way over cooked I had to chew so hard on the first rib I quiet after one. The mashed potatoes are OK and the gravy is not a brown gravy it's like a really thick beef base it tastes OK but if your looking for gravy it's not gravy. It's a nice place and I have high hopes that if they rework the menu it could be an amazing place to eat. Don't get me wrong it's not bad but it's not great for 26 dollars I ate mashed potatoes and some over cooked veggies and one rib. So not very happy and with lots of other choices in town I would go somewhere else first.

Microwave burnt meat loaf. Steak and eggs swimming in oil. Sorry but would not recommend.
