It was a 30 minute wait for 2 Bowls and a burrito. The bowl was supposed to have cheese included no cheese rather plain. Steak burrito was missing some filling.

Google
I'd like to give helpful feedback because I want to see local businesses thrive. I saw a food influencer post about this restaurant and it looks delicious I thought I'd give it a try. I'll start with the positives. Kind staff, cute patio and inside seating. Prices are decent and the queso dip is good. The brisket itself was decent, but very small portion in the "regular" size bowl. Unfortunately the rest of my food was very bland. I got the brisket bowl with potatoes instead of rice and a large side of tortilla chips and queso. The beans tasted canned, were a bit firm/undercooked and had no seasoning at all. The potatoes tasted boiled and also very under seasoned as was the rest of the bowl (minus the small bit of shredded brisket). Adding hot sauce did help it tremendously but it was very bland on its own. The tortilla chips were definitely packaged chips from the grocery store, not fresh. I'd recommend sautéing the potatoes more (no boiling) and adding more seasoning. Please consider making fresh beans (and season well) and tortilla chips (or maybe a better quality packaged tortilla chip if sticking with store bought). I think that would help it out a lot. Could have been an off day, but hard to tell with this being my first visit on a Saturday afternoon. I was the only customer there at the time, they weren't busy. I've noticed some similar reviews regarding blandness. I would not come back for the food, but might try a drink on the patio some day and see if that is a better experience. Best of luck though!

Google
I eat here at least twice a week! I can’t stay away from their brisket!!! I’ve had the brisket taco, burrito, and quesadillas, all were delicious!! They make the food quick so your not waiting all day for your meal. Staff is pretty friendly.

Google
Bell Street Burritos is hands down the best in its class. No one does Mission style burritos and tacos as well in the Atlanta area. We frequent the Tucker location and the management and staff are super friendly. Our only neg is that sometimes the tables and seating can be a bit messy. But this is mostly a testament to how busy they are.

Google
My boss and I have trouble finding good lunch in Tucker. We have a few favorite spots but, you get burnt out quick on those few places. We wanted something new so, we did a Google search to find Bell Street Burritos has a Tucker location!! I got a steak burrito and she got a bowl with shrimp and steak. They were both very enjoyable, I especially enjoyed their red salsa. Ill be sure to double up on salsa next time!

Google
Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Right around noon. This place gave me one of the freshest burritos I’ve had. Had an XL West end burrito and it was so fresh and delicious. You can tell they make it all daily and generous portion. Will be back, I wish they had one of these closer to me……..

Google
So excited to have this restaurant in Tucker! I love this place. Super friendly staff, nice patio, and great food. I've eaten at Bell Street before, so I knew what to expect, and this location did not disappoint. Potato, Broccoli and Green Chile bowl is on point. Oh and a bonus- they have PELLET ICE, not cubes, pellet ice, AKA the best ice, -in the soda machine. This place is a total win!

Karl Ellis

Google
Absolutely delicious quesadilla! Service was quick and food was served hot. Maybe not the fanciest looking place, but the food is solid. There is patio seating options and some inside. If you are in the area… it’s worth trying.

Yelp
Short and sweet, I got the pulled chicken XL burrito and a drink. Food was great, everyone was nice. -2 because I got food poisoning, judging by the symptoms it was likely e.coli from someone not washing their hands.

Yelp
Always nice! Love the chips and cheese dip! And the best crushed ice!! I love the Saturday breakfast but wish they had it Sundays too - but they are closed on Sunday.

Yelp
Good fast-casual Mexican food at an affordable price. Very consistent. Awesome green sauce! Good service too. Bell Street Burrito has been a go-to for me and my girlfriend for years now, and we have yet to be disappointed. Give them a try!

Yelp
Wow this place is great! The burritos are amazing! Lots of food for the money. The sauces are just spicy enough. And we tried the dulce de ke he cake too. Yum yum! Love the people there- very friendly! Hope they grab more locations!

Yelp
3.5 ~ My hubby and I have been coming to Bell Street for at least 4 years off and on. I would say the style of cooking and flavors are definitely more Tex-Mex than traditional Mexican, if that's what you're looking for. The service is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will bring your order out to your car if you order takeout or online. In the past, we've ordered mostly the burritos - chicken, brisket, pork, or other specials they might have had. We've had the nachos and quesadillas on occasion. Overall, it's a pretty solid meal each time, but I will have to agree with other patrons on here that the meat could be more seasoned in the dishes. I think that's what brings the rating down slightly for me. My husband loves this place over other competitors, so we make sure to keep coming back for his favorites as he loves this style of burritos. I will say they do have hearty portions for a good value. Most recently, we had gotten BOGO burritos on UE a few months ago, so that was a great deal. I can't really speak to the ambiance - it seems casual and down to earth - as we've never eaten inside. Overall, it's worth a try if you want Tex-Mex or just looking for a filling burrito, but if you like more seasoning and spice like me, you may have to adjust the meal to your preferences.

Yelp
The lady at the counter who waited on me was very nice. I appreciate them having tofu. It's Bell Street Burritos, not Bell Street Bowls, so it might have been my mistake ordering the XL Tofu Bowl and not a Tofu Burrito. The majority of my bowl seemed to be white rice. There was a fair amount of tofu in the bowl but a small amount of everything else. I could have easily made this at home. I always love when a Mexican place has the squeeze bottles of salsa and seeing these in the photos on the website steered me off of 285 instead of going a bit further north and hitting Willy's. But, this salsa was a real letdown, very bland. I used it on the side of chips and guacamole that I purchased and also put a good bit on my bowl. It just didn't seem to help the bowl. I'm glad I tried it, as I remember reading about BSB's when they first came to the area, and have been interested ever since, but the bowl and salsa were very underwhelming in my opinion.

Yelp
I've experienced Bell Street Burritos twice so far, both to-go orders. The first time, I got a quesadilla and chose a few ingredients to be filled inside of it. It was a bit soggy, but still decent flavors. Today, I was much happier with my choice! I went with the regular sized pulled chicken burrito + guacamole + cheese dip + grill my burrito + grilled onions + red sauce + green sauce + fresh jalapeños + cilantro, and made it a combo with chips with both red and green salsas + Diet Coke. The chips and salsas were alright--nothing to write home about. However, my burrito was delicious! The pulled chicken was SO JUICY it was squirting out with each bite I took. The beans and rice all of my fillings were very flavorful. I probably will continue to stick with the burritos going forward--it is in the restaurant name, after all!

Yelp
I'm giving this location three stars because... My family and I go to Bell Street a lot and love it. The food is delicious, the staff is very sweet and are always kind. There are some things that I wish would be improved. The first one would be the booth seating inside, all of them are broken and are terrible to sit on which makes enjoying your meal hard. Secondly would be the fact that they DONT have a beer/liquor license. There have been so many time my husband and I have wanted to enjoy a margarita or beer with our meal but can't. It would be nice for the company to work harder to obtain a beer/liquor license. Please step it up Bell Street Corp.

Val V.

Yelp
Never going back after they sent out an insensitive politically-charged email. Also, their quesadillas are soggy when you order them -- they warn you about this on uber eats too instead of making their quesadillas non-soggy instead.

Yelp
I tried this for the first time after having wanted to stop here forever since they opened a few years ago. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining how the food comes and how you can customize it. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and opted to add their "hot" chipotle salsa and also paid for 2 premium up charge ingredients (grilled onions and guacamole). I really hope they forgot to add the salsa because overall the flavor of the entire meal felt very low and bland. The rice and beans had a good warm filling texture but I was waiting for the flavor of the salsa I asked for to come alive. The grilled chicken didn't have a grill taste and I don't think it was marinated or flavored in any way. It felt like how I imagine food from the Midwest tastes like as I've heard it's where a lot of the "this mayo is spicy" people are from. In Atlanta, I've been able to get so many wonderful authentic Mexican flavors from other places but if you want more Americanized like this, Willie's, Moe's, or Chipotle has much better food for slightly less money. I didn't have a horrible time, but at the price point, I expected more seasonings and spices and gourmet "mom & pop" magic.

Yelp
I had a great late lunch here today. This place is clean, efficient, good quality and value for what you pay for. Easy parking. I have simple tastes. this is good food, good quality, California fresca-style burritos. Don't expect crazy, Fire hot whatever, but I'm sure they could accommodate whatever you need. They may remember me today, an older gentleman was in line right behind me and demanded breakfast (which is from 10-2) at 2:01. The young lady behind the counter handled him very well, and told him they ran out of breakfast stuff. He was quite upset, but if you want breakfast, get there way before 2:00. I enjoyed my lunch; it's a comfortable place, easy to get in and out of, good quality and affordable. My burrito, pulled chicken with pinto beans, rice, Salsa Fresca; no extras but I got the combo with lots of chips and salsa and a fountain drink, $16 dollars and I left a generous tip.. I love this place!

Yelp
First off, I wouldn't call it California Mexican. I would call it American Mexican. The chips tasted like store bought chips Tostitos or something. I had the regular grilled chicken burrito. It was ok but not something that I would go back for. Also had the shredded pork (carnitas taco ) and a beef taco on corn tortillas. The shredded pork was ok not really memorable and the ground beef was cold and tasted like a dirty dish rag (don't know what a dirty dish rag actually taste like but seems that it would taste this way ) seemed like it was not real ground beef, tasted more like beyond meat. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Yelp
Now I know that when I go here I should get the burrito bowl bc that is delicious! I got the large tofu bowl and added fresh jalapenos, cilantro, and grilled onions (extra charge) all for $9.99, lol. This bowl was very flavorful and had great proportions. The amount of rice, beans, cheese, and toppings made the perfect blend, you get a little in each bite. I wasn't sure how big the large was going to be but it was the right size for me, half for dinner, half for lunch. If you come get the the bowl, you won't be disappointed! Also they now have the impossible 'meat' which is great for those of us who don't eat meat.

Yelp
A few of my friends swear by this place so I decided to give it a try earlier this week. Yall, I've been in a legit chokehold ever since. I've been back everyday and have plans to go again tonight! The guacamole is SURPRISINGLY good - like on par with a sit down restaurant - good. Even the regular burritos are large and filling, like larger than the last Chipotle burrito I had even with extra protein. So it's a great value. And they're flavored SO WELL! I forgot to add the red or green sauce to my order the first go round and didn't realize it until I got home. I was worried that my burrito would be dry, but it was full of flavor and surprisingly juicy! My standard order right now is the shrimp burrito, add green chiles, salsa fresca, fresh jalepenos and grill that thang. I typically eat a vegan diet, and it's still the bulk of my day-to-day, so I also REALLY appreciate that they have so many vegan options - potato burritos, tofu, beyond meat, and the list goes on. The staff is always amazingly kind! I've never had a bad experience no matter who I've encountered! I have a feeling I'll become quite the regular at this place. If you need a communications person, please let me know. I might need a side gig to support my habit if I keep this up, lol. In the meantime, ENJOY!

Food was really good and fresh. The chips were light and crispy. I would def recommend

Yelp
Was so excited and surprised when I saw this Bell Street location on this side of town, had to stop in and try it out although my friend and I had eaten recently already, haha. Service: The staff was SO friendly! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond and made sure our dining experience was awesome! Food: The burrito was good, but not an "even" experience. We were sharing, and one half was lacking a bit...(no broccoli, etc.) the other end was good though. Decor: I am unsure who decorated the place, but I found the decor creepy and out of place. The pictures did not go with the music, what was being played on the televisions, or the overall vibe of the restaurant. Every display felt creepier than the previous, very different from the other locations. Nothing upbeat or friendly. Probably wouldn't dine in again if I go back, felt weird.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Bell Street. I've gotten take out at this location more times than I can remember and have always been pleased. I switched up my routing last night and decided to call out some things that could be improved. I'm knocking off a star because the guacamole I got last night was so salty it was almost inedible, and also had a strange texture. I don't usually order it so I don't know if this is normal or if I caught it on a bad night, but it simply wasn't as good and obviously not as fresh as some other places in town. The small serving was generous though. The burrito I had delivered everything I expected, but the pickled jalapenos are insanely hot, word to the wise since some places use pickled jalapenos that are only mildly hot. I would skip those next time since I like heat but not so hot I can barely eat it. It would be nice if the menu indicated that these are HOT. You can't really control the randomness of fresh jalapenos but you know if the pickled jalapenos are mild or nuclear.

Yelp
Dee is always knowledgeable and friendly when I come to this location. Great customer service and the quac be on point!

Yelp
I have already left a review of this place but i felt like i should leave another one because of the amazing service! i left my purse and the workers set it aside for me which was lovely, they also put up with all my dads questions lol 10/10 would definitely recommend

Ben F.

Yelp
Very friendly and helpful staff and a rustic vibe within the building. Offers a nice outdoor patio seating option as well which was great. I ordered a shrimp and steak burrito, which was passable but not great. Lacked distinguishable flavor, but filled the void. The chips were as bland as i've had potentially ever at any restaurant. I wish the food quality matched the rest of this place, needs more seasoning!
google avatar

Earl S.

Yelp
I listen to the Atlanta Foodcast and learned of Bell Street Burritos on an episode. I finally got the chance to try it out, and I went to the one in Tucker. I ordered on-line. I got the Ground Beef Burrito and the shrimp tacos with extra shrimp. Everything was hot, delicious, and perfectly cooked. I didn't have to wait on my order either. It was ready and prepared as soon as I arrived. I see why they are named the best burrito in Atlanta, and that is much-deserved. Check them out. I'm a fan. Bravo!

Yelp
This place was amazing. My wife and I have walked past the location on the beltline many times, But never stopped to eat. We live in Tucker and saw this location while we were driving by and decided to stop and finally give it a try. WOW! I can't believe we've been ignoring this place and opting to go down the street to Chipotle instead! My wife got the bean burrito bowl and I got the chicken and broccoli burrito plus a side of guacamole. Typically I like black beans but they only have pinto, which initially turned me off. But then I tasted them! Bean bowl - 4.5 out of 5 Flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and great portion size for the price. Chicken and broccoli burrito - 5 out of 5 DELICIOUS!!! Beans are really well seasoned; broccoli pieces added great texture, and chicken was nice and juicy. Guacamole- 5 out of 5 Some of the best guacamole I've had from a restaurant. Chunky, salted well, and goes great with the thin, white corn chips. To sum it up, this visit was close to perfect. The only knock was the soda tasted kind of weird. I hope future visits will have the same quality!

Malenka W.

Yelp
Delicious! Hope there will be one in Smyrna soon!!! Huge Burritos - fresh and yummy! Cheese dip and chips really delicious too!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised to find another Bell St. location here. Every good thing you've heard about their food is true. Hearty, delicious, filling. The people here were super friendly. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was focused on the customer experience. But let's not lose sight of the excellent burritos. The beans are cooked and seasoned to perfection. Nothing is overdone. You're not going to find a concentration of spices so potent you have to take medications to recover. You will find flavor and texture and general excellence around whatever these folks make. Finesse. Finesse. I had a good ol' Chicken & Broccoli burrito. And a cup o' guacamole & chips on the side. Don't want the tortilla? Get it in a bowl. But yeah, there's also quesadillas and tacos, and cheese dip and guac, and other good things. Don't forget the chipotle and green salsas! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Holler if you're coming with.

Yelp
Vegan Friendly Review: We had previously passed this Bell Street Burritos in Tucker a couple of weeks ago. We wanted Mexican and Bell Street came to mind since we were driving through Tucker again. I was glad to see they have a Tofu burrito (made vegan with no cheese) on the menu. The customer service was solid but the food left is much to be desired. Our burritos were average at best and my wife and I were kind of like this is just okay. Bell uses pinto beans instead of black beans in their burritos which we did not especially care for either. Our almost 2 year old son eats just about anything and he barely touched his burrito and did not want his leftovers later on. The chips and salsa were nothing special either. This was a one and done for us with Bell Street as I know they have other locations intown Atlanta as well.

Yelp
My first time going to Bell Street was just before the statewide shut down. I went for a lunch date with my oldest son and we enjoyed a cheese dip, guacamole, and some chips and salsa. Everything was very good but I just remember thinking the price was steep for just some chips and dips. That being said, I absolutely love how this company has responded during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have been such an asset to the Tucker community during this time. I ordered Easter dinner from here and everything was fantastic and they offered everything packaged curbside. I have also been back several times to get to go. I believe I got the carne asada burrito one time and I thought it was a little bland. Luckily I had a side of guacamole to dip it in and some salsa to pour over the top. I will continue to be a frequent customer in order to give back to this company that has been there for the community during a difficult time and has committed to doing it the right way. Thank you!

Lacey K.

Yelp
I've lived in Tucker for about 3 years and never tried this place. My fiancé and I decided to try it for lunch the other day and had a pleasant experience. It's a cute little place with good food. We both got quesadillas (I got a regular and he got the XL) and they were soooo good. Plenty of meat and cheese and I loved that they have a ton of free add-ons. We are frequent patrons of Moe's and this place is WAY better. We spent about $20 and would eat here again.
google avatar

Yelp
I've recently been coming here more & had to update my review! They have a lovely outdoor seating area which is great and you can sit away from others for the most part inside. I must say Cindy the GM is so sweet and welcoming! I've spoken to her twice and she let me try the shrimp and grits they serve on Saturday mornings and I was blown away! I came back the next Saturday and had to order. I would HIGHLY suggest you check out their Saturday brunch menu. Oh and tamales on Friday nights they had some left on Saturday and I got to try them they were amazing. I truly enjoy the service I get here and the food is always great.
google avatar

Sierra W.

Yelp
We ordered a shrimp burrito with extra shrimp and a ground beef burrito add shrimp and were both disappointed. They allow so many customizations (most for an additional charge) and items were either missing or extremely disproportionate to the amount of rice. The taste was good when there were bites with all of the ingredients and the XL's were very large but overall I don't see myself going back especially considering the price.
google avatar

Ramona M.

Yelp
Disappointing at best. I realllly had a craving for nachos and my friend couldn't stop raving about the burritos, so I was all in. After looking at the menu, I opted for a burrito bowl and a salad. Salad - I was expecting a lush green salad, but my bad: what I received was limp green iceberg (what???) lettuce with seven (unevenly cut) chunks of tomato. Some of the lettuce was brown around the edges. I opted not to bother eating it, as I like my salads fresh and crisp. Burrito bowl - The pulled pork burrito bowl also left much to be desired. The pork was poorly seasoned, the amount of beans was TINY and the rice was undercooked. In addition, the fresh jalapeños weren't provided. Steak tacos - I ordered for my daughter but didn't look great and 1.5 of the two tacos are still uneaten. Service - staff was just there. The man at the register seemed to be having problems, as I watched one customer return to correct his order (that should have been my warning). As I said, I was really disappointed, as I wanted to prefer them over the nearby chain, but this food tasted like everyone in the kitchen was just over the work day and ready to go home. They did apologize for the long wait, but eating food that tastes like Necessity doesn't cut it. I'm glad I didn't order Nachos and unfortunately will hit the chain next time I'm here; I expected WAY more from a place that advertises "Mission Style Burritos" - but perhaps a burrito is the only thing I should have considered.

Yelp
Convenient location and nice menu options. Convenient for takeout or quick dining. Good service.

Yelp
Delicious burritos! I highly recommend this fine establishment. If you're old enough to remember how delicious Tortilla's on Ponce was, you'll appreciate this place.

Yelp
We tried Bell Street Burritos on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised that they offer tamales every Friday, JACKPOT as I love tamales! Unfortunately the tamales were almost all masa and hardly any meat. I thought this may have been a fluke for the first tamale, but both tamales that we ordered were the same with 90% masa and 10% meat. We also ordered the ground beef burrito which was okay but nothing that was better than the chain down the street. The cheese dip was not all the way melted having large clumps of unmelted cheese throughout. The cheese quesadillas wasn't well put together having pico de gallo falling out every time you would pick it up to eat it. I really wanted to love Bell Street Burritos for the simple fact that they have tamales on Fridays! Unfortunately, my first visit may be my last.

Yelp
Great tasting California-style burritos. Rice was perfect and pinto beans had good flavor. The red salsa (mild) had really great flavor - we were eating it by the spoonful. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu items.

Yelp
So, I ordered the steak & shrimp XL burrito Boy oh Boy it was flavorful and large enough for 2 people to eat (which we did) Their was all kinds of flavors going on in that burrito and it was an experience which I'd like to repeat. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean & clear! I can picture when spring and summer come around sitting out on the deck with great food!! Check this place out because you will not be disappointed In the words of the Terminator "I'll be back"

Yelp
First time trying this place & it was delicious. We order the regular shrimp & steak and the tofu burritos. The chips & Salsa was good! I like the service because they made me feel as if we known each other for a long time. Definitely felt a genuine connection. We will be back soon :)

Yelp
Came to this location on Labor Day. I was greeted by Dee, who went out of his way to open the door for us. Dee walked us through the menu, gave recommendations and was very patient, as this was our first time. Dee's customer service was AMAZING. The restaurant was clean and organized. The food was amazing, but nothing outshines the service that Dee provided to me and my friend.

Yelp
Bell Street Burritos in Tucker just catered a dinner for 50 nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists & other healthcare providers! The manager was so organized & thoughtful, our hospital might seem like a war zone, but we always have time for food! Delicious delicious food!

Yelp
I was so hungry and had the desire for Bell Street Burritos. I have been coming here every so often and never had any issues with the food. But, today was just one of those days where the food wasn't fresh. It seemed as though we got old food. It wasn't hot, the chips were stale and the queso wasn't hot either. Just awful. I think the business was so slow at the time with no customers they were surprised we came in.

Yelp
I visited Bell Street in Tucker for the first time today, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The food was simple; the menu is a bit overwhelming, but the taste made up for the busy list. If the taste quality is there, the menu isn't an issue. The service was quick and the young man that was running the food from the kitchen was very attentive to the quality of service he was providing. I will be back to try some other offerings.

Yelp
i got out to Tucker about once a month and pass this place every time. Today i stopped and I am so glad. Clean, neat, well laid out Great friendly helpful staff and the food was incredible. I had green tacos and chicken quesadillas. They were both really really tasty. A full portion i took half of both home for snacks later. The cashier reminded me that they have Saturday breakfast burrito specials and i'll have to come back to see about that. Sooooo good and fresh made. You gotta try it.

Yelp
The customer service is phenomenal! The food is really fresh. They were shucking corn when we came( thr sitting area was closed off). Looking forward to coming back.

Yelp
OK here we go! This is really like the late and lamented Tortillas. Pintos are the best beans for a burrito, and theses are great. The whole sloppy mess in a foil wrapper is the burrito I've been thinking about for years. Thanks for bringing it back! I added pork and guac, should have has sour cream too, but this is a good burrito. The space is nice and clean (and they even have a 100 health inspection report!) with friendly staff and happy customers. Service was fast. Cheese dip was good but the bowl of chips was mostly pieces that looked to come from the bottom of the bag. Will come again.

Yelp
Food is consistently good and the staff is friendly. We always get queso and chips and a large pulled chicken quesadilla. The chicken is seasoned well and is moist. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Both my husband and I loved what we ordered. I got the smoked brisket burrito and he got the veggie burrito bowl. The chips are also good...a bit different from the corn chips. Service was excellent. They were very helpful and smiling.

Yelp
I love the one on P'tree street in Buckhead. This one needs help. The staff is in need of aggressive training and supervision. Second time here and each time and order was short of something. This time it was my beer. I had to count my change back for the cashier who seemed unable to figure out how to give me back $2.01 change. I want this place to succeed. Where are the owners and managers? You really want someone who can't make change on your register? Food is good but not great. And it was so hot inside I opted for outside even on this hot August day, hoping for shade and a breeze! They need to up the game here.

Yelp
They scanned me! I bought a buy one get one free pulled chicken burrito and they only sent me one through Uber eats! So ridiculous that I paid 20$ for one measly burrito when I was suppose to get 2. I highly don't recommend they are a shady restaurant. Can u say rip off??? Does any business ever take pride in what they do anymore and pay attention to details and quality control????

Yelp
DELICIOUS. First time trying Bell Street and it's definitely in rotation. My new go to for a burrito. No more Moe's or Chipotle. And not JUST because they have shrimp, but it's just plain GOOD. Full of flavor, tastes really fresh and huge. I got the regular and was full. The XL would leave leftovers. I'll be back to try the other options. And on a Saturday also since they serve breakfast.
