Yelp
tipping before you are seated ? crazy wrong
get your own coffee/tea/water ?
driest Ruben ever !
yes for the pickle inclusion -
--nope , we ran out.
REALLY ? how hard is it to keep a frigging jar of pickles ?
until I questioned for a price change for incomplete order,
service kid: we're out.
Me: some price change then
service kid: nervous laugh
made direct question on the way out
Them: went to look in the kitchen
Them: "Oh, here we had wrapped it for tomorrow'
it was a limp SPEAR, NOT a pickle..
Open Face bread NOT toasted or GRILLED under carriage
neither corned beef nor sauerkraut saw liquid or butter during assembly,
insufficient Russian dressing (which was actually Thousand Island.. there is a difference)
bag of chips.
a bit over priced even without considering the deficits.
no follow up from roaming servers... could not even flag one for 10 minutes. .. HELLO could have made the lunch much better if I had a chance to ask about what the kitchen could improve for me.
I wrote a DM to someone there.. said 'not the forum for this type of complaint, could a call and discuss the issue.
FUCK NO,I already spent enough tiome on feed back , now a serious critique
I explained it totally, forward the DM to whomever--
the person was arrogant and haughty (two similar things)
I finally said 'send me a refund'
no refund
I educated them on what should have been a very succulent classic sandwich , even though it was an open face.
and closed with if you do not think a DM is appropriate forum, I guess I will take it public.. so here it is .
1 out of 10 chance I'm going back.. I have had very good lunches, including a Cobb Salad
but the last , and I mean last, experience was BS
TG package meal huge price this year.
keep your expectations low, fuck that tipping before service, because it will bite you in the ass
