The Best Korean BBQ In Seattle - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Maybe it’s the EDM DJ sets playing on every TV, but Bellwether feels like a meat-fueled party. Everyone is here for a good time, from big groups piling into booths to solo folks. And while the meat options are nothing exceptional, it’s the hot bar that makes this International District spot worth a visit. Grab as much purple rice, chicken wings, chow mein, and cheesy corn as you want—without having to flag down a server for the 10th time. " - Kayla Sager Riley

Great ambiance. There were about 10 of us and we were easily accommodated without reservation. Prices were mid range. Had a taste of the chicken rotisserie from a friend's order and it was DELICIOUS! I ordered fish and chips with salad. Although the fish was a little dark (almost burnt looking), it was tasty. The variety of dips for my fish and chips were great.

The lamb shawarma wrap was really good and seasoned awesome. Marrow burger was really tender and full of flavor. Bottomless mimosas for $15 on Sundays. Not a fan of their bloody Marys but overall the place was really good food wise. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I went there for dinner, and it due was nice to get out of the downpour. My steak sandwich was good, but not groundbreaking, she said her Burger was tasty, but a little dry happy hour is from 4-7pm daily, and offers and handful of cocktails for $5-7, which is nice. My Old Fashioned was... Eh. The Moscow Mule, and all other drinks were on-point, although, apparently if you order a Gin & Tonic and specify the Gin (Hendrick's, in this case) it jumps from $5 to $13.50! That would've been nice to know before seeing it on the check. Overall, I was pleased and would go back, but knowing those little things is nice.

Mediocre. Their sausages that they pride themselves on were dry and flavorless, so that was disappointing. The flatbread was really good. Overall our party was disappointed in the food, but loved the atmosphere, large beer menu location and service. Being a sister restaurant of Local 360 we expected more. 360 is one of our favorite restaurants. Atmosphere and location is nice, so keep working on it guys! You've got many of the items correct, the food was just average.

We had the Tour the Viande, which was a great choice because we could try different things. The size is good for 2 people, could be for 3 if you are not very hungry. Also, our waiter was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and made a lot of recommendations on drinks. Would definitely recommend this place.

I've been for happy hour once and was not impressed... I got a zucchini flatbread which was so awful I could not finish it. However, I went again for brunch and loved it. The crab cake Benedict and goat cheese omelette were great. They also have bottomless mimosas for $15.

Bell + Whete is a fantastic addition to the Belltown neighborhood! If you are a beer drinker, this European inspired gem will be right up your alley. Great beers on tap, delicious food, and fun staff. I have tried several of the menu items and the Glazed Short Ribs are my definite favorite, however if you are in the mood for a burger, adding foie gras will certainly not disappoint. While there is no bad seats in the house, my favorite has got to be the booths next to the big roll up doors next to the patio - perfect spot for a nice summer evening. As an added bonus, if you are looking for an event space, there is a really cool room in the back for events and catering. I did an industry beer and single malt dinner a few weeks back and had a wonderful time with 35+ people attending and enjoying great food and drinks!

The lemonade they made in the private area was nice. The server was great. The food was average to decent at best. Serving size is way too low for family style dinner. Salad is served in a small bowl to be shared with six people. Small salmon pieces, decent chicken sizes, small bowl of risotto. Then there iw no dessert or bread so it became a very expensive very unfulfilling meal.
