Katie has been making me look and feel beautiful for almost 5 years! She is very talented and she provides the most relaxing experience (I almost fell asleep once 😂). Not only does she provide beautiful hair, she also provides incredible skin services! I love any time I am able to receive a facial from her. I would highly recommend anyone to experience her gifts and I know that you will love how you look and feel! Thank you Katie for going above and beyond every time. Grace Seibold can cut hair exactly how you want it to look. Bring in a picture, that’s all you have to do. During Covid I decided to let my hair grow, but then all I ever did was pull it back into a bun. I brought in a picture to Grace and it was the shortest style I have ever worn. I love it!! Grace, the cut was perfect. Thank you so much.

A full red coloring took me less than two hours from walk-in to walk-out and came out beautifully. Everything is COVID-aware and distant, as well as sanitized throughout, and the stylists all seem to be great conversationalists in addition to skilled at their jobs. A large waiting area with big seats and water bottles is available if you're just going with friends but not getting done yourself. Ask for Tara!

I love this salon! It’s so cute and well organized. The front desk people always great you when you come in and are very attentive. I get my hair cut and styled by one of the stylists named Katie. She is the BEST! She is very kind and is very skilled. I appreciate all the hard work she puts in styling my hair!

I have been looking for a stylist since 2018 when mine moved away finally found a fabulous one. Her name is Allison. I highly recommend her and the shop very clean friendly and I love my haircut.

Grace did an amazing job on my daughter's hair for prom! It turned out exactly like she wanted. Will definitely return and request Grace!

I have been at Bella Dea for 2 years now! In all the years I have been going to get my hair cut and colored, this salon is the best and I have never consistently been so happy with my hair cut, style and color. Heather, the owner and my stylist has managed to keep me so happy through growing ny hair out, which is NOT EASY! IN ADDITION, I CAN'T EVEN COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I changed my hair color. Patience and perfection is how I would describe her greatest attributes when working with me. Because she is going on maternity leave, I have had the opportunity to have Hannah and Tara help me a few times. They are very helpful too. I would not go to another salon. Thanks Heather!!

I started coming here two years ago because I loved the hair cut and color of a friend, and after trying Bella Dea out for myself, I will never go anywhere else. I regularly go to Hannah who is AMAZING, but I have also cheated on her with other stylists if she's booked and they are also incredible! I really don't think you can go wrong by booking an appointment with anyone at Bella Dea. They are all professional, well trained, and as sweet as can be. 10/10!

I have been going to Bella Dea for years. From the time you enter the door until you leave you are pampered and respected. I always leave with the best haircut and highlights. My daughter had the staff at Bella Dea do the hair for her wedding and it was a great day and everyone looked natural, elegant and the photos were terrific. I look forward to my salon day.

I like the set up when I first walk in but when I went to get my hair done they did not do what I wanted at all, I wanted to go from black to blonde and they put blonde highlights and overcost me. The girl that did my hair was very chatty and nice but I was disappointing with how I was not listened to fully

**update below. I went on the spur of the moment for a gel French tip manicure, first visit. I was interested in having my hair colored and thought I'd get my nails done and speak to a colorist while i was there. It had been longer than normal since I'd had a manicure and i just had regular polish on i had done myself since I'd been too busy to have them done. I give it a two because it's a nice, clean salon and the staff was very nice. I give it a zero on the manicure. I have very long, hard natural nails and have gotten gel manicures every four to eight weeks, depending on whether I've had French or color, for years. Many, many years. I've never had it chip or peel off, not once in all those years. When my nails grow out i just get them redone. Within a week half the white tip chipped off two nails and on another the entire polish peeled off it. I have never experienced that. They usually have to soak and scrape, soak and scrape and it takes 45 minutes to get it off. It's always a struggle to get it off so i was surprised and disappointed. I had French anyway but the color choices were very limited. She didn't buff my nails to make them white so there was a light stain visible from the previous color, and she didn't get the edges well so on several nails there is a line of previous polish where the nail meets the skin. Lastly, the light box was dirty on the inside. I could feel the grime when I put my hands in and could see it as well. They may do great hair but I wouldn't have my nails done there again. ***Update: I went to Bella nails on 87th to have them redone and got the absolute best manicure and pedicure I've ever received. The owner Angela got me to try the powder dipped nail polish, she shaped them perfectly, removed all the previous polish stains and the girl that did the pedicure did an amazing job also. Photo attached, although they look fake, these are my natural nails done with the powder polish. They have 200 colors in the powder - I can't wait until these grow out and I can experiment with different colors.

Love the service I received here. Greats cut and color. The employees are always kind and polite. I will be coming here for years to come!

I can't say enough about how much I love this salon. I have worked with many stylists and Esthetician and yet to be disappointed. I come here for everything: highlights, cuts, formal hair, nails, waxing, blow outs and eyelash extensions. My little kids love coming to get their hair cut and so does my macho husband. I'm always treated like family and look forward to my pampering. It is just what a busy mom with a full time job needs.

Bella Dea Salon and Boutique is the most upcoming Hair Salons and Boutique in the Shawnee area. The owner, Heather is great and has made the salon a perfect atmosphere to enjoy your desired service from head to toe. You definitely feel like a Queen for the day. Everyone at the salon is professional and personable. Have gone to Heather and Tina for years and couldn't be more pleased.

I researched this salon from a Chamber magazine. I've been looking for a stylist for a year. Had 2 bad cuts the last few times. I studied BD's website/reviews carefully and narrowed it down to two stylists. I chose Nicole Laster and was very pleased. I brought pictures what I was working toward and pictures of how yucky my hair has looked the last few months. She agreed w/ a bad cut, esp my bangs which I've struggled with for weeks. She fixed my hair to start the grow-out process and showed me why my bangs were so messed up...and I could see why. I can now manage my hair. Very sweet gal and patient w/ my hair struggles but listened and talked through it w/ me. Salon is very clean and has a professional atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for Shawnee compared to other local salons. Just recently did a color with her. She mixed formula from pics I sent her - she rocked it.

Excellent all the way around. Heather, owner, wants the very best. Everyone is very professional. Heather has been my hairdresser for years. Tina is a fabulous and has been my nail technician for over 15 years. Highly recommend.

I asked for a hair cut and style. When asked how I wanted my hair cut, I replied I like the cut I have (which I had previously gotten here). I also mentioned that I didn't like it layered in the back because with my fine hair it's hard to get it right. As far as I'm concerned I have a hack job and hate it. Help!!
