Prezzo Restaurants Have Private Equity on the Menu After Acquisition | Eater London

"A once-successful casual dining brand cited as an example of a small restaurant concept that was expanded rapidly by private equity to a scale its original offer could not sustain, creating a fragile business model that was exposed during the 2018 casual‑dining crunch and further weakened by the pandemic." - James Hansen

My husband and I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! The food tasted phenomenal and the portion sizes were huge. The staff was very kind, and they even gave us free garlic knots! We loved everything about it!

This place appears to be a family run business and the food was seriously the best Italian food we’ve had in Denver and for my celiac disease, their gluten free pizza dough was extraordinary and not something you would think to be so good! My husband had the chicken Parmesan and his house made sauce hit a home run! The portion size was excellent for the quality you get! Do come and dine in for this gem!

My son and I drove pass once and I asked him to look at the menu. So, I met my lady for an early dinner here. Let me say this....the food was incredible. It's a family place. That's what I think I liked the most. I'll be a regular as I only live 5 minutes away and the New Jersey in me LOVES authentic Italian food! This is a must visit!

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Denver. Owned and operated by a sweet Sicilian family. Kids love their pizza and calzones, they also have great pasta. “Must try restaurant in Denver’s Cherry Creek area”

A good effort, but it could be more polished. Service and food timing were the main issues. We ordered Garlic Bread (an appetizer) and 2 entrees. We got our entrees before the Garlic Bread. We saw another table of 6 with their entrees coming out perhaps 10 minutes apart and their Garlic Bread being delivered after entrees, too. The Garlic Bread costs $9.25! A bit expensive for what one gets. There is nothing garlicky about the bread - it is a sliced, plain baguette served with a ramekin of marinara sauce. Half that price would be more accurate for what one gets. Now I know better to not order it. Idk what needs to happen in the kitchen. They're not a big corporate operation who can hire more. I'm sure space is an issue there, meaning not enough. I looked on the menu for wine, saw none, asked waiter, said they serve red or white, he did not say any price nor label, I ordered red, and only when bill came did I see I was charged $12.25 a glass! I was expecting something in the area of $8 or $9, especially not knowing what label nor quality of wine I got. The entrees we got were good: Chicken Piccatta and Lasagne Bolognese. I'm not sure I will return. Maybe I will at an earlier time in the evening and then, maybe I'll have a completely different and more positive experience.

The atmosphere here was great, decorated and music was very pretty and set a great vibe! The staff was very friendly and helpful and happy to answer our questions! The food Smells absolutely amazing and it was hard to choose, the meal itself was beautiful and tasted great! The House wine was in a  big glass  and the house very Moscato was very sweet and very light! The portions are large and hard to finish! Definitely worth the price!

This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM! It’s a small intimate restaurant with phenomenal food. The tortellini plate and the manicotti plate are both 10/10. Seriously the best! Natalie was absolutely exceptional. She treated my table and everyone else who walked in like family. The plates are large and shareable. Great prices on wine and super easy parking.
