The food was delicious, there's no denying that. It's no joke here, it is a legit upscale restaurant (at least in my experience). The food was fancy and a bit pricey (in my opinion!). I knew that going in so I was prepared. There were 3 of us for dinner, drinks and shared dessert, the bill was over $200 before the tip. I wasn't prepared for my dish to be so tasty! I got the truffle alfredo and it really was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion. My friend got the gnocchi and her plate seemed much smaller than mine. The restaurant is in the smaller side and you definitely do need a reservation to dine here and if you are seated by the front, the other patrons waiting for their table will stare at you while you're finishing 😅 all in all, a good experience for what it was. I personally probably will not be back just because I'm more into casual dining but if you're looking for a more upscale place for a special occasion or date then I think this checks all the boxes.

You must try this place for pizza if you like Homemade like pizza!! Pizza lover here and this was absolutely delicious!! I got the 4 cheese and added chicken! The perfect amount of oily, fluffy dough. Try it and find out for yourself. Credit where credit is due. Cheers😉

Let me start with this is my first review is roughly 4 years that Im actually taking the time to write. Typically, Its when a business is very obviously trying to exceed the bar of exceptional. Apparently Bella Napoli believes that bar is at ground level and hoping you trip on it. This is me taking 15 minutes away from my family to talk about it. To be clear: this was not a one time disfactory experience, that happens in business and life happens. I'm your average layperson who too; goes to work and tries to navigates life's unpredictability. But Ive ordered her 10+ times. This restaurant will, apparently without a conscience, serve you food that's unappetizing, unpleasing, and almost borderline insulting. I've pac-manned around their stylish menu and found nothing but pellets of disappointment. -Pizza with cheap cheese, tasteless dough and heartburn sauce. -Chicken wraps with marshy lettuce and questionable poultry. -Salads void of interest and potential -Frozen wings slapped with the a sauce concocted during a power outage. To the owners: Have a better standard for a restaurant. People work long hours and hard days to earn the fair share. I thinks its reasonable to ask you to care. Care about quality, care about reputation and care about your customers. To the potential customer deciding where to spend the tokens of your labor; grab a compass, and pick any location opposite of here. You will find better and safer food options in pretty much any direction. In closing: being a person of reason, I will potentially try this establishment again, because at the end of the day were all people and things can change. The staff have been nothing but wonderful, this is not a reflection of them as employees. Ive always been treated well, until I opened the box. Somewhere else in the establishment, something went wrong. This gives me the inclination its either blatantly ignored or wilfully chosen. Chose better.

The Pepperoni 🍕 was good, I ordered the thick crust 16", I give it a 8.5 out of 10. Good crust, good sauce, tasty pepperoni! I've had the Buffalo Chicken 🍕 many times, It is absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend the Pizza. Still in search for a better 🍕 then Frank Pepe's Napolitano 🏆. The search continues.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery using the Slice app. Very easy app to use. The pizza was great and much larger than I expected! Highly recommend!

The food is simply amazing. From the first drink, an Old Fashion to the bread for dipping into EVOO, to the entree of Linguine and Calms they continue to impress. Just a perfect present of complex yet simple food. Service was fantastic.

Definitely some unique pizzas that other places don't have. Roasted garlic and onion can be great but has been disappointing as well. The crust could be better. Overall it doesn't have much flavor. They do offer regular and thin crust which if you forget to ask regular is the default.

Best pizza in town. I've been getting my pizza and sandwiches from Bella for years and they have been consistently good.

Excellent pizza at Bella Napoli. The dough, the toppings, everything is prepared well. I will be trying their other dishes. If the quality of their other menu offerings is like that of their pizza, I am sure it will be delicious.

"Meatballs" were basically zero meat and the pasta sucked Don't know why I didn't order from Liquoris

I ordered my pizza today 10/31/24 right before your break my pizza was a four cheese with prosciutto eggplant and tomato. For Anita, it was outstanding thumbs up.

So I happen been here a long time and in my travels I thought I would stop by and grab a quick pizza and as always they never disappoint the staff was friendly and the food was amazing

Food is always excellent. They offer a large menu. It is mainly pasta and pizza. Can't go wrong with any of the pizzas. I do like the take out , and the entrance is separate from main dining. Excellent food ( I have not had their pastas). The salads are always fresh.

small ALMOST hole in the wall italian restaurant with a few tables inside... it seems empty BUT Bella Napoli is actually pretty popular in town, most people order TAKE OUT & that's exactly what we opted for as well!! as you order at the register there are some sodas in a fridge & a rack of chips you can add onto your meal if necessary ---Tortellini soup: nothing special... over salted ---Sausage grinder: a tasty sandwich served on a soft roll! it comes either spicy or sweet & we got spicy which was a good choice ---Grilled chicken caesar salad: the large size is enough to be an entree (we were thanksgiving detoxing)...the grilled chicken was unexpectedly moist & flavorful! they give a LOT of chicken & Ken's caesar to dress it ---Crispy chicken salad over the house salad: you can pick your dressing for this one.. the chicken was perfectly crispy.. the restaurant doesn't look like much, but the food is surprisingly pretty good for the slim pickings in this area, although i haven't tried the pizza or pastas

Holy moly. When did did teriyaki Alfredo come onto the menu. Alls I can say is thank you!!! I always get there stuffed shells but got this other night. An as usual. So amazing!! Outstanding pasta dishes!!

I've been a faithful customer for well over 5-6 years now. My company loves ordering lunch from Bella and we're never let down. Their pizza is unmatched in this area. If you're looking for quality food at a reasonable price look no further than Bella Napoli. Recommendation: Country Western Pizza.

Alexis, thank you for your rudeness on the phone. When I ordered the chicken cutlet, and you say oh a blt. Um no. I also said no lettuce and no tomato. You said lettuce and tomato . I think it's not your forte. Remember that when you apply for your next job.

This spot on Elm St. in town isn't bad but if there's maybe one area of improvement perhaps would be to me the grinders (I did a sausage grinder & didn't expect like a shaved sausage one) but v. the one I just did this is a step-up improvement over that one. I did order a pizza which was better & fresher & steak fries were better. This place note is open everyday but not Monday so note that for yourself.

I am baffled sometimes as I read negative Yelp reviews about places that I find well above average. The quality of ingredients and preparation at Bella Napoli is imo above the common drift of most pizza places. I look for a balance of sauce, cheese and pizza crust when eating a pie. So often one of those three elements is out of proportion, not so at Bella Napoli, I know their suppliers thus I am confident of their ingredient quality. I see the finished rolled cooked edge and know the dough has been stretched and handled properly, no air voids or pockets in the pie's center. The Bakers Pride Ovens are the standard for cooking pizza's just go to NY or NJ and you'll see the same ovens in service at many top notched pizza parlors. They make a very good product that certainly pleases me, sure, I have experienced others that were somewhat better but not by much. If you want a pie that is above the area average and pretty darn close to what you would find in Italy, then by all means stop by and givem a try.

Elegant, great food, drinks and very friendly waiters and bar tenders. I recommend the octopus and cheese platter.

A big Kudos To Jerry and the whole staff at Bella Napoli. If you don't know about them already, you should. The food is top notch, home made, and fresh. The pizza is great, terrific crust and lots of toppings lasagna. So good. Salads, great. chicken marsala and francase... so good! Basically, everything is. it might be 'standard' italian fare, but it is well done, fresh, and cooked to order. I ate there quite often when I lived down the street, and had them cater as well. Great prices, great service, great food And they remember you,w which is always nice. It is a local, small, family owned restaurant that cares about its neighborhood and offers great food. stop by and try it! and try the tortellini soup if they have it that day. Also SOOO good.

Excellent pizza! Used to eat here all the time as a kid when it was Canta Napoli, so imagine my happy suprise when i found out this was Canta Napoli under new ownership. The pizza was as good as I remember it to be. The perfect amount of cheese and sauce and crust. The crust has good flavour and is soft and chewy, but not overly so. The boneless mild chicken breasts were a hit with the kids as well. My only dislike was the lady at the counter. She rolled her eyes several times at my kids, implied they were going to be hellions before we even sat down and then told me she was shocked I could even manage them because I look so young. Was not impressed with her and had the food not been so good I would not go back because of her alone. So be wary if you plan to bring kids under the age of 10 here to sit down and eat. Will be getting my food to go next time.

What a difference a year makes. Since opening their upscale restaurant, the quality and consistency has gone way downhill. Will not go back.

They Don't care about good customers with health dietary retrictions.I ordered a dinner combo and when asked which pasta I want, I informed them that I can not eat pasta (diabetes). I asked is there something you can substitute- only french fries, and other starches. I said No thank you I cant eat those. She says if you want brocoli its $3.50 extra, and a second side salad is extra too. I asked again, can you ask someone if they can offer a fresh green veggie since I can't eat these items. She refused and said again, NO. If you want broccoli, $3.50 extra, if you want a salad, that will be extra too. Imagine, a tiny little salad, a very minimal food cost item-NO, it will cost you extra. Then the Chicken/eggplant Combo, without the pasta, was maybe only 20% chicken, and 80% eggplant. Oh well, there goes my once or twice every month, $25+ , (thats only my part of others who all order together), future orders. Same place gave me 1 micro thin slice of prosciutto in a large grinder last year...my sandwich was the laughing stock of that party! .I should have known better.

My order yesterday was disappointing. Had a large combo which was not their best. Chicken and Broccoli was very disappointing especially for the price. Was expecting this to be packed separately from the pasta and was not so the quantity did not even meet expectations when mixed in one container. Order taker failed to ask for credit card so I was expecting I could do this when delivery was made. Nope wrong. One of the most disappointing orders I've had anywhere this year.

Saturday Night with 3 of us. We were politely pushed to the bar probably because of the jeans . EXCELLENT food but priced a little high for the amount . No soup or salad . About $ 24 a plate average . Really nice place and good service but just a little pricy for what you get .

My go to pizzeria in my hometown of westside. Best specialty pizzas ever. Buffalo chicken pizza is a must try if you're into buffalo chicken. Never eaten in the restaurant side but it is VERY upscale, almost a separate establishment from the pizza shop. I'd assume the food over there is fantastic as everything I've ordered from takeout is top notch. Definitely worth the slightly premium price over other local pizza shops. Been a customer for years and will be for years to come. Also can get fresh cannoli with your order but they aren't cheap, pretty sure they get them from neighboring Cerratos bakery.

"Best kept secret"? I think not. If you're looking for overpriced, bland food then this is the place to go. Honestly NOTHING special. Very disappointed when I opened the box, even more disappointed while eating it. Could have gone to an actual restaurant for the price I paid. No seasoning, no spices, nothing. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further to Liquoris and get yourself some good food for a third of the price.

If I could do this review with a piece of a star I would. This place is awful. I called there to see if I could bring 8 kids there all age 6 & 7 and they said they would have to check with the boss and call me back. So I get a call back and they say that we can come there but on top of buying pizzas and sodas I will also have to pay $15 for a plate charge for bringing in my own bday cake. I asked the girl if they sell cakes there and she said no. So then why am I paying $15 to bring my cake. It's crazy. So now we have to go 10 miles away from the place where the first part of the party is to have pizza. I am so baffled by this. I called 7 other pizza places and not one place asked for a plate charge. So needless to say I will never eat here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

I've been calling in food to go for many year's, I work in roadservice so I don't usually have much time to wait, if they say 20 minutes the food is usually ready in 10 minutes. The staff is always very friendly and seem to have great teamwork. Tonight i ordered a Chef Salad that filled up a large mixing bowl when I got home, the lettuce was fresh and was loaded with nice ham and turkey. In the last couple years the entire kitchen has been renovated and is state of the art. On a few special occasions I've sat down in the new B'Napoli dining room, it is a whole different experience and has it's own high class menu. The food is excellent and presented very well down to the utensils and dinnerware looks expensive. The flat Calamari was something I'd never seen before and was amazing

Sorry folks, you blew it. I ordered a delivery order for one of our meetings at the nearby railroad and was completely embarrassed for suggesting you. You definitely took advantage of us. Skimpy on portions and not what you once were. Nothing like the pictures found here either. NEVER again!

Great pizza, always busy, always nice. The owner says hello anytime he sees you, and seems to take a very hands on approach to his business. Excellent crust, nice selection of specialty pizzas. A little pricey, but worth it.

A truly wonderful meal. I had the pork chop Marsala and my wife had a Gorgonzola, fig, and prosciutto pizza. Both were wonderful, the service was terrific, and the restaurant was lovely. We will be back. It is worth noting that the pizzeria is next door to the dining room and has an entirely separate entrance. I haven't tried that menu yet, but it looks to have standard pizza and subs/grinders type fare. These guys know what they're doing, tho, so I'll bet it's good

We get the Napoli white about once a month and it is excellent. Plenty of garlic and really great flavor. This particular pizza is the best in the area.

The best primavera pizza! Lots of garlic and veggies! Fast service with nice people. It's my favorite pizza place I've found in my time here in MA. Whole wheat crust on a personal size pizza is a great option. I just wish it was an option for the other sizes as well.

Just outstanding service, most tasty food, beautiful ambiance, all with easy valet parking. This is high end dining in the heart of west Springfield.

Best Italian in the area. The homemade bread they give with the dinner is fantastic!! They should sell it by the loaf.

Flash, Famous local pizza purveyor, Bella Napoli, has expanded it's horizons and has now opened an upscale Italian restaurant, B. Napoli, in downtown West Springfield, MA. You can still get one of their wonderful pizzas at the original (although scaled back in size) Bella Napoli, but you can now experience haute cuisine at their new restaurant next door. I guarantee that you will be pleased by the gourmet appetizers, entrees, cocktails and wines, creatively presented in a stylish modern setting. Everything from the décor to the food should impress future patrons. There is nothing quite like B. Napoli in the Springfield area. The restaurant is open daily from 5pm, with parking available in the immediate vicinity. My friends and I enjoyed a delicious meal at B. food was good, they use false advertisement, the takeout menu shows certain quantity and i got less, called back to verify and was told its a misprint, they didn't even apologize.

My favorite spot for pizza in West Springfield, love the Napoli white and spoiled Italian. For dinners I really enjoy their chicken Gorgonzola and Veal Parm.

Way overpriced. Average taste. My Haddock had cavier on it which i had asked to be left out. For a small town like West Springfield, this place is overpriced and does not fit in. Very disappointed.

Love the pizza and dinners! They are in the process of opening a sit down facility adjacent to the take out place now. Always curious and repeat my order to me and is ready always in the time they estimate. Great food and people as well!

This place has great pizza. I usually get the chicken Alfredo pizza with extra cheese bc it my favorite pizza and by far the best so far. The girls that pick up the phones seem to have attitude problems, I get it !! your probably sick off picking up the phones and taking orders over the phone but try to be more professional. I would suggest to the owner to have his friends call in and see how they are being treated on the phone by these girls.. The pizzas are a bit expensive but you don't put a price on good tasting pizza. Also when I called I asked how long it will take the girl said 40min or whatever!!! " or whatever " really... It took about 50min to get here I live only 10min away. Anyways since the pizza is good I will keep order but don't know how long I would put up with these rude girls... I would have given this place a 5 star but due to lack of professionalism on the girls and long waiting delivery it's a 3 star.

Never tried this place - looked at online menu - dated 2011 with poor info. Family wanted calzones so I called. Asked woman on phone if they had them. She was rude and impatient and shouted "pick up or delivery?" while I was still speaking. They must be doing so well they don't need my business. Good luck.

Worst customer service ever! I asked what was on the buffalo chicken pizza and was told 'buffalo and chicken' with attitude. There food is very inconsistent.ordered the same pizza 3 times and it was different and gross each time.

Definitely the best pizza in the area! The crust is perfect. Always super fresh ingredients. Staff is courteous either for pick up or delivery . They have a grinder called Bella's favorite and it is absolutely amazing!!! Certainly give it a try if your looking for a good consistent product

For the prices of the food here I was certainly expecting something a little bit more... well, more. We came here for a birthday dinner recently (someone else chose the restaurant) and let's just say I was a little disappointed. The people we went with couldn't stop ranting and raving about how this place is "real Italian" food so I was a little excited to try it out. If you're looking for "real Italian" food, this ain't it. I can't speak for Naples or the rest of southern Italy but northern Italian food is definitely not represented anywhere on this menu and I'm pretty sure the same can be said for southern Italy. I went with probably the most basic thing on the entire menu, Margherita pizza, which was listed as coming served with garlic and "EVOO". Um, no thank you. Margherita pizza is just cheese and tomatoes with some basil, that's it. I asked for my pizza without the extra "EVOO" (who really needs or wants extra olive oil on their pizza, especially when it's extra virgin olive oil??) and light garlic. Boy am I glad I did because I still got a relatively oily pizza with nice little slices of garlic laid out and quite well blended into the cheese. Personally, there are very few things I hate more than biting into a piece of actual garlic. I have never understood the obsession with garlic. It's not good. Anyhow, we didn't order dessert or drinks, just water for us, so I can't testify to the quality of those. Our waitress was great, such a sweet lady who was really on top of our orders and her job. However, the food was (unfortunately) very underwhelming. One member of our party, who can't say enough good things about just about everything she tries, says she thinks Ninety-Nine is just as good as Bella Napoli. If you're into "high quality" food, that should tell you all you need to know.

what fun to have pizza delivery.......fast service.....hot delicious pizza....called the bruscetta .......great crust...not too thin or thick....fresh chopped tomatoes..... ..herbs...garlic...mozzarella....the green leafy salads good too net of the croutons.....

The food is just okay, and the service was terrible. The older cashier was extremely rude when we tried to pay with a card. I will never go here again.

I eat there often. From pizza to veal parm dinners to grinders. Never had a bad meal. The staff always remembers my name. Pizza is excellent with enough toppings you don't need to order extras. With so many pizza places around they really stand out. not a big place so it is mostly takeout. great lunch deals as well. Many times a place with great pizza doesn't do other things well. Not here. Real veal and generous portions. I try to eat there at least once a week. Easily the best pizza around. I would tell anyone that wants a great pizza or Italian meal to try Bella Napoli.

We ordered from Bella Napoli for the first time tonight and were NOT impressed! For $40.00 (with tip), we could have gone out to a nice place with good food. The veal parmesan had a fishy taste to it, as if it was cooked in a deep fryer where they also cook fish. The veal was grey, tough and very chewy. The marinara sauce was like they just dumped stewed tomatoes over the dinner and the salad had many brown pieces of lettuce. Husband did not like his dinner (chicken cacciatore) either. So very disappointed that we wasted what little spending money we have on this dinner. Never again!

Bella Napoli is our favorite pizza place in the area. Their delivery guys are always friendly and the pizza is always steaming hot when delivered. Delivery is within a reasonable time and the pizza is a perfect size. We get large cheese, well-done, not many places get the "well-done" specification correct. They always do, perfection always!

Fantastic food for a fair price. Pizzas are delicious. My favorite is bellas chicken pesto. All of the gourmet pizzas are very satisfying I must say. The employees are very pleasant and helpful whether over the phones , deliveries, even at the restaurant. They always greet you with a nice hello. I always leave with great food and a few giggles. : ) Thanks Bella.

I ordered many times , the only thing that I like are the grinders and fries. I ordered yesterday , There is no special discount or coupons, the operator clerk was patient but absolutely "by the books" employee. I ordered 2 grinders one 16 inches and the other 8 inches with large fries and a 2 litter soda. All amounted to approx $30.00 If I were to pay for an amount like this to King Pizza down West Springfield. I would get an extravagant banquet of food for that price. Not saying that I may not order hear again, but I'll make sure next time I'll purchase the 2 litter soda from Stop n Shop for $1.00 instead of paying $3.00 for one at Bella Napoli. Make the steak fries myself and order the 2 Grinders next time, that way it wouldn't blow a hole on my wallet. The delivery guy was kind and courteous, other than that Grinders are the only items out of the menu that get my attention. Other than that , I give this an "Ok"

What a wonderful surprise! My husband and I never tried this restaurant before the expansion and renovation. We dined there last night and were very impressed. The decor is absolutely beautiful and like no other restaurant in the area - fresh and contemporary. The service is impeccable and our dinner selections were delicious. This is true fine cuisine - beautifully presented with depth of flavor. The mussels appetizer is made with fresh herbs and an exquisite broth. The red snapper special and the pork chop special were absolutely delicious and served with sauces that were made with finesse. The chef is also careful not to over salt, unlike most. He or she is clearly very skilled. The pannacotta with a mango center and raspberry sauce was a work of art and one of the best desserts I've had in a very long time - the appropriate size for dessert and just enough sweetness. The only minor flaw was that our chardonnay was not chilled enough but the bar manager came to our table and graciously offered another selection. If this gem of a restaurant can consistently maintain what we experienced, the few area restaurants that consider themselves to offer "fine dining" should worry. There is no comparison. Bravo!!!
