"Get your Italian fix in this charming red-and-white-checked tablecloth restaurant serving classic red-sauce pasta and big plates of pork loin in pepper sauce and shrimp doused in a white wine cream sauce and served over rice. Linguine with scallops and shrimp in a light red sauce is one of the specialties of the house." - Celina Colby

This was a lovely, quiet, romantic spot to enjoy a delicious dinner. The marinara sauce tasted like someone's grandmother had been making it all day with all the love in her heart, a culinary hug if you will. It was all freshly prepared and delicious. The service was exceptional, and Liv was quick to offer other recommendations for good places to eat while we were in town. Would definitely visit again.

My husband chose this place for dinner for one reason - they served spaghetti puttanesca. This pasta is his favorite and not every Italian place offers it. It was not crowded when we went. Service was great. There was bread with butter and an olive spread. The only con was the minestrone soup - this is not the minestrone I am used to, and had no pasta or tomatoes in it. It was ok. The pasta dishes were very good. I’m a spaghetti person, but their spaghetti had a creamy cheese sauce which was nice and tasty. My husband loved the puttanesca! Very cute restaurant as well- loved the decorations!

Google
A Wonderful Spot to escape the Salem crowds: Cozy and Delicious! Excellent service, even if you're dining alone. I went very simple, with Bella Verona's Homemade Minestrone Soup, Unbreaded Calamari, and a Creamy Pasta, "Penne Ai Foraggi Misti", all gluten-free. A warm and comforting meal, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend. ❤️

Google
So nice, we went twice. The first time, we ordered off the menu. The names I can't say well. One was a pork tenderloin with onions in a white wine sauce. The other was tortellini with cheese cream sauce. They paired wonderfully together. The second time, we chose everything off the specials menu. A grilled portobello appetizer, chicken Risotto, and lobster ravioli with saffron cream sauce.

We were there a few days ago..Christy was fantastic with us and the food ..delicious!..I felt not well in the place because I believe there's a lot of spirits taking your energy.I felt sad & even cried without reason but the place is worth going to. Even though I'm sensitive to theses places I would definitely go there again!..the food chefs kiss😋

Walking in we felt like we were stepping into our Italian grandmother's home and then we tried the food and it tasted like a blast from the past. Bella Verona was amazing. Coming from Wisconsin, I thought bacon/onions in spaghetti was my families worst kept recipe secret. (My family only adds green pepper as a difference) When we saw it on the menu, we had to try it as the half app option and WOW, you give my family a run for it's money. Then we tried the lobster ravioli and a veal dish (we don't recall the name). It blew us away! The simplicity but FRESH and HOMEMADE and AUTHENTICITY behind the ingredients astounded us. The crusty bread served on the side almost made me drool. Then to dessert... homemade cannolis were to die for. But the white chocolate filled pastry with chocolate on top dessert.. man... that is a treat I will truly think about for years to come. Thank you Bella Verona!

My husband and I were dying for some spaghetti, and Bella Verona was fabulous. The atmosphere is cozy and classic, and the service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening at Bella Verona. We were visiting Salem from Boston for the day and immediately knew we had to stop in for dinner. We were luckily seated on a Saturday night without reservations and had an incredible experience. The food is top notch, large portions and absolutely delicious. This is far better than any north end dinner. Absolutely will be back to Bella Verona! It’s our new favorite spot when out of town :) Grazie!

Yelp
Went back this year because it was so good last year. This place must be a hidden gem because it wasn't insanely packed and crazy. It was early, around 5pm on a Thursday night in October and I'm glad that it was so civilized. My daughter and I split the artichoke appetizer. It was very good. We also shared the pumpkin ravioli special which was delicious! My son had the bolognese and said that it was the best he's ever had. He is a cook and has worked in high end restaurants so that is saying a lot! We gobbled it up and I forgot to take pictures. Definitely on my list of must haves when we are in town.

Bianca R.

Yelp
Way overpriced and bland. It's no surprise why this place wasn't busy during dinner in October. I shared the pollo and broccoli pasta and it was milky with plain chicken. Not seasoned at all. The rest of my table had similar experiences with bland dishes. This place also seems to trick you for every dollar. In fine point at the bottom of the menu there is an additional $6 charge to share dishes, an additional charge for more bread, and more. Service was friendly.

Tricia W.

Yelp
This place is totally underrated! Went here last night with another couple. It is directly across from the Hawthorne Hotel, which is super convenient for that area and the commons. The inside is a mix match of Italian and culture decor. It feels small, but they recently expanded and now have an additional dining room. It can feel a bit like someone's living room, but that added to the place's charm. The staff were very attentive, without being pushy. The specials were on an eraser board and placed on a chair for our table to review. The server explained the dishes well and even let us try the house wine. They only serve beer, wine, and spritzers. The house Pinot Grigio was light and refreshing. We ordered gnocchi in a gorgonzola sauce that was well-balanced and not overly gorgonzola! :) We also got the Caprese salad, and eh, this was just ok. The table ordered Trota alla Mugnaia con Capperi, Tortellini Mantecati, Tagliatelle Primavera, and a special Scaloppine dish for entrees. All were seasoned and cooked well. For dessert, we got the lemon sorbet, which is very cute, bright, and refreshing, and the berry panna cotta. It is not too sweet and is set expertly. Hubs and I couldn't believe that we hadn't been here yet and plan to come back often. If you are looking for an authentic Italian meal with excellent service, I highly recommend it. The only ding and it might not be a ding, was the bathroom was not accessible for those with disabilities, perhaps, with the addition they have another bathroom but I did not go and look.

Steve K.

Yelp
We enjoyed dinner at Bella Verona. It's a quiet, small place with intimate seating. Warm, friendly staff. We ordered off the Specials Blackboard: Linguini with clams in a white sauce, spinach ravioli in a sauce with touch of nutmeg, and house Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella with balsamic vinaigrette. We chose glass of Chianti. Food was delightful and priced higher than the area. Small Gripe: No draught beer Alert: Restroom no bigger than an airline toilet, so unsuitable if disabled.

Ana V.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was great plus the atmosphere was amazing and the servers were friendly and welcoming

Carol H.

Yelp
My mom and I absolutely love this tiny gem of a place so much! We were worried with their expansion they'd lose the really cozy atmosphere inside, but they managed to just extend it into the new space. They've done a beautiful job. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing, and I love that it's a quiet nook where you can curl up and just enjoy your dinner. We'll be back, every visit.

Francisca B.

Yelp
The restaurant is small and intimate which is really cute. The service was great. I was very excited to try because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I was disappointed that our food were not as great as the reviews. Both of our food were bland, no taste at all.

Audra B.

Yelp
This was a great little spot, cute ambiance, decor was.... Interesting. Lighting was low, seating is cramped as indoor tables are very close to each other. Menu is limited and we asked if the tortellini dish could be made with linguini instead and was told the kitchen was backed up so they couldn't take requests, I ordered it as is and it was absolutely delightful. My wife ordered tiramisu for dessert, I've never had tiramisu that I liked, this one was absolutely to die for. I wish I had ordered one of my own!

Chef Pedro R.

Yelp
The food was really good authentic Italian food The desserts were excellent. I really enjoyed the food here If you love cozy warm home restaurants this is the place. The service was very good

Maria G.

Yelp
Best meal we had in Salem!! And some of the best Italian food we've ever had - and that's coming from two jersey girls!

Ellen M.

Yelp
After suffering mediocre, over-priced tourist dining in Salem we stumbled on this amazing hidden gem of a restaurant. Quiet, sweet little restaurant. Nothing disappointed. Price was appropriate for such delicious food. Can't wait to visit Salem again to come back to our new favorite restaurant.

Nikki K.

Yelp
Parking is a bit of a pain, but we were able to find one on the next street over. The place is small with very limited seating. The crowd was very noisy early on, but quieted down as the night progressed. Our server was very nice. Food was spot on, albeit quite pricey. My linguine del mare tasted great, and my husband really liked his veal. Our daughter loved her spaghetti Bolognese. The only thing was - she did not know that the meatballs were an add on of $7 to an already $21.95 entree.

Haley R.

Yelp
I have to start off by saying that our waitress was the nicest waitress we've ever had (not just in Salem, anywhere)! The food was incredible. I got the pumpkin ravioli and it did not disappoint! I can't wait to come here again on future trips.

A.Nereo S.

Yelp
These guys have been very good for a long time. They expanded into the next door location, and good for them. This is excellent quality Italian food, with proper portions, with some unique northern Italian dishes. Always made well, and the friendliest hostess/waitress around. Professional, attentive, and knowledgeable as my guest asked for some specifics on how one of the dishes were prepped and cooked. The waitress wasn't offended, and calmly explained. High quality Italian food and service. If you're in Salem, or in the area, looking for legit Italian food, come here, and you will return.

Maria L.

Yelp
Great food, wonderful atmosphere. The tortellini was fantastic! The aperol spritzer was just right

Courtney W.

Yelp
OMG! Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! Ate here twice during our weekend-long trip. The bruschetta was hands down the best I've ever had. The tomatoes were so fresh and sweet. Absolutely perfect. The Pesto Gnocchi was to die for and even the spaghetti was out of this world!! You must try this place before you leave Salem!

David C.

Yelp
We had an absolutely delicious dinner last evening! Service was superb. Love Belle Verona

Ada Maria M.

Yelp
I don't know where to begin about this place that alot of people seem to talk so highly about...After 25 years of coming to Salem for our anniversary trip, my husband and I decided to give it a try after reading it as a "comfortable, romantic atmosphere "...and Trip Advisor calls "the best of the Northshore "...what a joke n TERRIBLE error on my part...after walking in by our beautiful hostess, I thought I would walk into a comfortable, romantic room...inside I was seated in a VERY small table that I had to change my husband's chair, not once, not twice BUT THREE TIMES because they were rickety and broken...From there after waiting almost 15 minutes, we finally got a waitress for our drink orders..i didnt feel a romantic vibe in there especially where are tables very close to each other.and the decor was very cheesy with too many pictures...less is more in my opinion and the music wasnt really soft and gentle as it should be but alas we finally get some bread and to me it was just ok, but nothing spectacular, to me a nice few pieces of rustic bread with a small mixture of green and black olives would've been nice not a tapenade which is something that's served at home, not a restaurant....Now, I regret to say that our meals were NOT WORTH the money we spent. My husband had ordered the Tortellini Mantecanti...by the looks of it from the outside it seemed ok but once I saw the base of the Parmesan cheese sauce it was VERY weak n thin..to me, if it's gonna be baked in the oven it has to come out somewhat firm and a little sauce oozing out..this looked like a soup...horrible... Mine was BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!! I have been craving veal cutlets for quite a while and I was happy to read it on the menu...to my surprise two medium sized pieces of veal...to me it seemed like a cutlet cut in half...and a side salad? I ordered a side of vegetables which were ok but wished they were again baked a bit longer...THESE ARE NOT DISHES OF $31 AND $20.95 respectively....the Cutlets should've been at least 2 and about 6 to 7 inches EACH not medallions...terrible... I had owned a southern Italian restaurant for 30 years and never I have done this ...my family come from southern Naples, Italy so we know and understand how food should be....sadly, this place is not..I will never step foot in it again nor will I recommend..they need to really step up to the plate and more...

Lilly R.

Yelp
The service and wait staff were fantastic but the food was very ok. Tara was very helpful and accommodating even for our party of five which included a toddler and a blind family member. She very nicely got my toddler a smaller portion of tortellini that didn't exist on the menu. However, that scoop of tortellini was $17. The hidden charges that we weren't informed about for very ok food were steep. My daughter got the tortellini and added meatballs for a hidden fee of $7. My blind family member was charged an additional $6 for tortellini instead of pasta even though the server gave tortellini as an option when he was ordering. My NY strip was decent but for $42 I'd rather go to Ledger. I hope they reduce their menu prices or improve their food taste and quality.

Jordan M.

Yelp
Main courses and cocktails (sangria in specific) were delicious. However, the salad and bread needs work due to the high price range ($16 for salad). The break was cold and stale. The lettuce was wilted. Our service was wonderful despite the disappointing pre dishes.

Melinda M.

Yelp
This is our second time here (last time in 2017). We were offered the same table we had before which was a nice treat, we started by sharing a minestrone soup. Hubs had the special Shrimp Verona and I had the scalloping all'a Provencale. Out of this world!!!!. With a carafe of wine and dessert of tiramisu and profiterole we were in heaven. Service was great and atmosphere wonderful.

Julianne A.

Yelp
Came on a Monday night and it was quite busy! It's a small Place but they utilize the space well. We had the sangria, limoncello spritz, pork, caterina chicken. The spritz was better than the sangria but don't be fooled it is STRONG. The pork was excellent and cooked well. The chicken was also so good we were nearly licking the sauce up. I took off one star because we ordered the shrimp polenta as an appetizer and never got it. Which was a bummer. Otherwise it was great!

Kathryn Massey E.

Yelp
The food and Service was great. They were packed because it was Halloween, but still had time to ensure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was festive and it inclusive.

Thomas B.

Yelp
One of the best Italian restaurants on the North Shore. Consistently delicious! Great hosts and always attentive wait staff.

Ernest S.

Yelp
Friendly clean place not too many tourists know about this place is very private and quiet. The food is superb. They're only open between 5 o'clock and they stay open till they run out of food. If you know what you want you can call ahead and they'll have a prepared a great meal for you very accommodating the veal is excellent there the linguine with chicken I don't get the broccoli are usually get the spinach with it. The meatballs are great and the house. Wine is excellent Buona petite

Jen T.

Yelp
The food is delicious, I recommend trying some red wine as well. The inside is decorated beautifully I loved the atmosphere it feels so cozy, the waitstaff is amazing!

Ray V.

Yelp
We were a group of 6 and provided with great service and outstanding food. Several of the party had the veal Francois special offering which was probably the best I have ever had. My wife had a trout special and raved about the preparation and flavors. Also enjoyed the finely made expresso after the meal. Fine dining with grand ambiance.. we'll be back when next in Salem.

Teran E.

Yelp
Food was fantastic and the staff was exceptional. Loved the outdoor seating and the recommendations by the waitress were amazing. We had a couple pasta dishes and two different desserts. All delicious.

Deanna B.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in the USA. Very authentic. Charming inside. Great service. I've been to Italy many times, and Bella Verona is the closest I can get. The owner is from Northern Italy. The Bolognese is my favorite.

Ray P.

Yelp
We haven't been back to Bella Verona since before the pandemic when we had a nice dinner, so we decided to have dinner there last night (Friday). Unfortunately, it wasn't as we remembered. We didn't have a reservation, but the friendly maitre'd accommodated us promptly. The restaurant itself was the same cute little place, tables close together, with lots of bric-a-brac, framed photos and other interesting objects on the walls and high dish shelf around the dining room. The room was almost at full occupancy with folks seemingly enjoying the "maybe post-pandemic" freedom of no mask wearing. The service was excellent. We had both servers and food runners settling us in immediately and kept up with us throughout the meal. Now for the food: it was not good. Everything from the bread to the dessert was in need of a good overhaul. The bread served was the most basic of white bread buns - tasteless and cold - served with an accompanying and even more tasteless black-olive tapenade. We were able to make some salvage of it by asking for condiments of olive oil, grated cheese and red pepper flakes, all promptly provided upon request. Our appetizer special, Shrimps in Cream Sauce, were not only bland, but the shrimp size was very small and certainly not enough of them. It was presented in a small crockery vessel still boiling hot that seemed like a cream soup instead of a shrimp dish. Once again, we doctored it with condiments and bread as best we could, but there really was no saving it. We ordered two overcooked chicken cutlet entrees, Supreme di Pollo "Caterina" and Piccata di Pollo Alla Lombardi, both delivering the same blandness that we previewed on our appetizer. The complimentary pasta was al' dente with a spoonful of rather bitter tomato sauce on top. We were hungry enough to mostly finish our entrees with the help of the bottle of Cabernet we ordered. We didn't want to venture any further into sampling more food, so we omitted dessert. However, the couple beside us ordered a frozen lemon sorbet that was so frozen when presented to them, it was in-penetrable with any utensil they tried. It literally sat there for at least 10 minutes without being able to be eaten. Glad we skipped the dessert. I really do hope they re-vamp the food or the chef. It's a very cute place and we'd love to have another good experience there.

The Critical J.

Yelp
PROS: There was a lot of food to choose from and the waitress, Tara, was very helpful. The food came out fast, seemed fresh, and the place was right next to our hotel in the middle of town. CONS: The place was absolutely cramped on the inside. The place was not clean at and could use some restoring. The wine list doesn't even show how old the wine is which makes it seem like they order the wine and turn it over rather than a real Italian Restaurant which allows it to sit for years in a wine cellar OVERALL: Not the best place to go too. I would much rather eat somewhere else since the place is filled with restaurants

Ravin M.

Yelp
We called same day and made a reservation for the evening. We were greeted immediately at the door. It is a beautiful, quaint restaurant. There were only 2 of us, but it is a smaller place so I'm not sure I would go with larger parties. I ordered the sangria and it was SOOO good! My husband got a glass of wine. We received bread as the waiter explained the specials and the menu. I ordered the chicken piccata and my husband did the ziti with the sirloin, level 7 spice. Food was out quickly and it was AMAZING- both the dishes! Truly so flavorful and generous portions. Definitely recommend this restaurant and if I visit Salem again, will be visiting here again!

Keli T.

Yelp
The ambiance was adorable, and the food was excellent! I got the puttanesca, and it was full of flavor. Paired it with the house red. The bread and olive tapenade were so good too! Our waitress was so nice too!

Daniel C.

Yelp
The owner, Carlos, was condescending and treated us without regard. Otherwise the service was good. 2/5 of the meals we ordered were worth reordering. Appetizers were good. Wine was fine. We're locals, and I'd like to recommend the restaurant to others but I'd much rather recommend other equally good places where the owners treat you with respect and act like they want your business. 4/5 is a generous score considering the sour taste left in our mouth, but the servers were very good and we appreciated them.

Brittany B.

Yelp
We made reservations at Bella Verona for Halloween night, and I am so glad we did! Every single restaurant was so busy, so it was nice to walk into this warm, quaint Italian restaurant after a long day of sight-seeing. The servers were very nice, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in Salem!

Meghin D.

Yelp
Oh Bella Verona, how amazing you are and how amazing your staff was to me, my sister, and my mother. Your Italian was so fresh and so perfect. So first things first, the actual restaurant is small and cozy and romantic and perfect. It is definitely intimate and if your looking for a date spot this is the place to go. The decor is amazing. Different wine bottles, lots of photos and papers. Just superb. Order a glass or bottle of wine, whichever you prefer. They have fresh baked bread come out to your table as well. The blackboard has the specials. All of which were explained to us in detail by our server. We asked for recommendations and his recommendations were spot on. The bruschetta, with mozzarella, YUM. So fresh, and let me tell you, simple, but the best bruschetta I have ever devoured (yes we devoured). The marinated artichokes over pancetta and mozzarella with seasoning. Again another joyful item to begin our fabulous meal. So for my meal, the veal and mushroom special. Think of a veal masala. I am weird (I know) and typically don't enjoy mushrooms nor mushroom dishes. But this caught my eye, and I am so glad I ventured out and ordered it. The best mushroom dish I have ever had. The sauce was so perfect, it coated the noodles with just enough thickness and the veal was cooked to perfection. With freshly grated Parmesan on top. This was easily hands down the best Italian dish I have ever had. To finish our meal we all ordered cappuccinos and we have the warm berry panna cotta. Again YUM! The panna cotta was the perfection mix of just enough sweetness with freshness of the homemade berry sauce. With the cappuccino it was the end of a perfect meal. Overall I absolutely adored this restaurant, the service was phenomenal, the food exceptional, and the atmosphere superb. If we are ever back in Salem, we will definitely be back.

Tamia W.

Yelp
I came here with my mother after driving up for a few hours. We were tired and wanted something good and relatively fast, and it was right across from the Hawthorne. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli which was fantastic though the portion size was a little small. My mother had the Shrimp Diavolo which she absolutely loved. My only complaint about the service was that our waitress forgot our drinks for a while and we had to wait to get them until after dinner was served, though she was young and otherwise was very nice. The seating was intimate and we chatted with another party of two we were very closely seated to, if that kind of thing makes you uncomfortable though they have outdoor seating. The dessert was fantastic, though the presentation of the tiramisu in a bowl was a little strange, it was really delicious so I can't complain. This is a great place to stop in a cute location with nice food.

Aly K.

Yelp
I had dinner here for my birthday celebration and fell in love with a salad. No joke. The food here was so delicious and the service by the staff was wonderful. It's a small, quaint and beautiful Italian restaurant. Don't miss a fantastic dinner at Bella Verona.

Zak A.

Yelp
Amazing little Italian spot, went here on our honeymoon. Going to be a must now every time we visit Salem!

Richard S.

Yelp
Returned last night and this small, intimate, authentic Italian restaurant did not disappoint. Special salad with arugula , tomatoes and Mozzarella was outstanding. The homemade pasta was perfect (al dente). The chicken with ham and spinach in a white wine sauce was perfect as was the grilled seafood special. A carafe of Cabernet complemented the meal. The only drawback to this intimate setting is if there is a large crowd- it can get noisy but otherwise, it's equivalent of dining in the North End without the hassle. Definitely a place to try if you love Italian fare. In my humble opinion, this restaurant remains the best Italian establishment on the North Shore. Still 4 stars for food and 5 stars for service. Everything written above still holds true. Cannot go wrong with specials. Beer and wine only FYI.

Lee I.

Yelp
What a great little gem. In downtown Salem, near the Hawthorne hotel. Small inside. Service was absolutely amazing. Food delicious and well priced in today's economy. Definitely a place to search out.

Aida M.

Yelp
Went there for the first time two weeks ago. The food is amazing! I had carbonara. Not heavy at all and was delicious! The service was excellent as well. I strongly recommend this place.

Ryang _.

Yelp
Very authentic Italian flavor great champagne selection And wine, desserts are out of control

Joe P.

Yelp
Our servers were very professional and pleasant, informative on the specials and menu overall. I had the Calamari Alla Livornese, which is squid in spicy tomato sauce, with capers and black olives over linguine. I could be wrong, but the linguine didn't taste homemade, just the standard boxed pasta. The sauce was more like a broth, and was unimpressive. They did had a lot of calamari in the dish, which was nice. Food overall was ok, portions were large, but not overly impressed with the taste, the service was the exception because our waitress was genuinely nice and helpful. We also got the Caprese Salad for $16, which was basically a half a tomato with some pretty good mozzarella which was nothing special. Prices are on the upper end of the spectrum for Italian for slightly better than average food.,

Marcie L.

Yelp
I was not impressed with this place. We had to wait 10 minutes before the waitress came back so we could ask her for olive oil for our bread. I ordered my daughter the spaghetti with meatballs. We both didn't care for the meatballs. Also, the sauce wasn't thick. I ordered the tortellini with chicken, which was pretty good, but not enough chicken. The waitress didn't split up me & my friend's tab. She said, "You'll need to do that yourself then just tell me what to put on the card. We write the bills out ourselves." Well I couldn't read her handwriting. It was just lazy on her part. She would have had to do the tax all over again too for each of ours. All in all I wouldn't return here. I think Olive Garden is better, which doesn't say much. Even the service here was poor.

D K.

Yelp
We found this restaurant by accident but what a find. Small but great food and terrific service. My wife (Italian) owned a restaurant, and her grandparents owned an Italian restaurant was impressed......incredible!

Hasan K.

Yelp
A friend recommended this restaurant and we are glad that she did. A small, intimate and friendly overcrowded place ! We had a fine meal. We shared an appetizer of Carciofini - artichoke hearts with prosciutto and mozzarella- absolutely delicious! Followed by scalloping Vitello bolognese and seafood linguine - large helpings which we couldn't finish even tho they were excellent. For desert we could not resist one of the best panacotta that we have ever eaten. The only item that was not as good as the rest was the bread. The wines were also good. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive. Well worth the bill of $ 65 per person. When we are next in Salem we will return to this restaurant. A few small details/ decor could be improved such as not having the servers station so prominently visible, otherwise deserves five stars for the food and general ambiance. One of the best Italian eateries in the northeast.

Jon S.

Yelp
Unfortunately we didn't have a great meal. The service was good, but beer and wine only is a knock for me. The food was sub par. $25-26 dollar bland entrees. My wife got a Ravioli special and got 8 small ravioli. 8! I had veal over tagliatelle and it was completely unseasoned. Tasted like nothing. We ordered dessert because we were still hungry and got the chocolate mousse cream puffs. They were ok, but I was surprised they didn't offer gelato or any ice cream. Anyway, based on other reviews, it seems hit or miss.

Katrina N.

Yelp
The locals told us how great the Italian food is at Bella Verona. I love it! Only about seven tables but the best place I've been in a while. Make a reservation:)
