Wow, we were disappointed. I was warned that the noise level would be high, and it really was. High ceilings really echoed the noise. What disappointed us was the service. Our waitperson neglected to tell us that there were specials. We found out after dinner when we asked what another customer's meal was, then the waitperson told us it was the evening's special. We were then told that she thought she told us.
I ordered a burger but needed a gluten free bun, which was on the menu. I was told halfway through the the cooking that they didn't have any available. Had I been told when I ordered I would have ordered something different. I was offered a regular bun or no bun, I went with none. The burger arrived and it looked like a hockey puck. I thought maybe it would be juicy, but nope. Then I asked for some mustard and it took quite a while. I asked for a pickle...nope...no pickles.
My friend's really enjoyed the fish tacos and the prime rib French dip, but one of them asked for extra bread for his beef stroganoff to sop up the juice. He asked twice...never happened. The waitperson explained to us that she asked the kitchen for it three times, but it never happened. She was very casual about it. We obviously weren't enamored with anything by the end of the evening and won't be going back. We all wished the manager would have come by, but when we did look for this person, it didn't appear that they were there. We tipped accordingly.
