The 14 Best Pools in Las Vegas

"At the Bellagio’s Mediterranean-inspired pool deck, there are five large pools to choose from but if you're seeking your own space, head to the Cypress Reserved Seating area. These premium loungers, unlike the regular pool chairs, are available by reservation only and come with an umbrella, a side table, cold towels, and a Cypress host through whom you can order food and drinks. Depending on the day, the Cypress seats start at around $100. Want more space? Cabana rentals start around $400 a day and include snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. No matter where you sit, if you want to deepen your relaxation, you can splurge on a poolside massage treatment whether in the spa cabana or in your own lounger." - Juliana Shallcross

Bellagio Pool — Pool Review | Condé Nast Traveler

"Let’s start big picture here. The dark and seductive casino floor of The Bellagio feels like a different universe compared to the luxury resort’s sprawling sun-kissed pool deck. Each of the five pools resemble Mediterranean-style courtyards with towering topiaries and grandiose water fountains. It’s not Lake Como, but it is an elegant space by Vegas standards. There’s plenty of seating around the pools and an abundance of private cabanas for small groups or those seeking more space. The Pool Café also serves a full breakfast menu starting at 8am, ensuring that you can start your day poolside (and hopefully catch some of the cooler morning weather.) Any standout features or must-sees? If you want to spread out but aren’t willing to splurge on a cabana, head to the Cypress Reserved Seating area, a sort of in-between pool seating area. These premium loungers, unlike the regular pool chairs, are available only by reservation and come with an umbrella, a side table, cold towels, and a Cypress host through whom you can order food and drinks. Depending on the day, the Cypress seats start at around $100  (Note: you must be 18 or older to book a Cypress seat.)  Feeling like a high roller? Cabana rentals start around $400 a day and include snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. No matter where you sit, if you want to deepen your relaxation, you can splurge on a poolside massage treatment whether in the spa cabana or in your own lounger. Was it easy to get around?   The pool deck is easy to access from the main guest room elevators, just a quick trip down a wide hallway—and which spares you a trip through the casino in your bathing suit.  All said and done, what—and who—is this best for? Vegas visitors are always wowed by the Bellagio’s dancing fountains out front but guests of the hotel will also be wowed by the refined pool scene out back that strikes a nice balance between relaxing and fun." - Juliana Shallcross

Google
It’s an amazing place to spend your time and relax. There are several different types of pools and locations you can choose to swim, relax, suntan, eat, or even drink. The first you enter the area, they check your room number. Towels are available.

Rachelle L.

Google
Beautiful heated pools but only one pool is open for off season from 9-4. The Como restaurant is closed for the season as well.

Jack M.

Google
Outstanding Pool Experience at Bellagio The Bellagio pool is pure luxury—beautiful setting, relaxing vibe, and top-notch service. Huge shoutout to Dylan, the pool manager, whose professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Rich, our cabana assistant was amazing. Our cabana was spotless and comfortable, and the pool area was immaculate and perfectly maintained. This is exactly what you want from a Vegas pool day—can’t wait to come back!

Malou C.

Google
Very disappointed with the pool area at the Bellagio. It’s filthy—there are cups, tissues, straws, and wrappers scattered everywhere, even mixed in with piles of leaves around the loungers. The small tables next to the sunbeds are also dirty and clearly not cleaned. Even worse, there are plastic cups floating in the pool and lying at the bottom, along with tons of leaves. That’s really not okay. In the main pool, people are throwing balls across from one end to the other, making it impossible to swim in the middle without getting hit in the head. You’re forced to stay on the sides if you want to swim safely. The lifeguards don’t say anything or step in at all. For a hotel of this standing, it’s completely unacceptable. It’s only a part of it in my photos.

J. G.

Google
After speaking to a "manager" about the pool area being littered with used towels at 5 p.m. and old/used/empty cocktail ware, there had been no action taken. Unkempt, no cocktail service. People arriving at the pool can not locate availability chairs because no one working here seems to care, including the alleged manager.

Bruce M.

Google
4 pools with 2 large pools for lap. 3 hot whirpools. Restaurant on site with server around the area to take orders. For hotel guests only.

Bone T.

Google
Beautiful system of five pools. Well kept grounds, and pretty good service. Get here early to get a chair if you’re not paying extra for your own area. There’s a ridiculously excessive amount of lifeguards and it’s all over the top as you would expect from Vegas. The gray man operations pack makes the perfect pillow because the chairs are not very comfortable.

Tim

Google
The pools are great! My wife and I rented a cabana on 4/30/2024. It certainly is a luxury and indulgence for two. However, we would do it again. The cabana could hold up to 10 - so plenty of room for just two. There were four assigned lounge chairs, a couch, table and chairs, mini-fridge stocked with water and soda (paid for with the cabana rental) and a tv. Add to that personalized service that never hovered but was always there when you wanted something. Bar drinks and food are extra. Food was excellent. Drinks were good (wasn't impressed with the margarita). Well worth the expense.

Yelp
Word on the street is that the Bellagio is THE place to stay when staying on the Las Vegas Strip. Location wise it is perfect! It's in the middle of anything and everything Vegas has to offer and I love it so much! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The time and attention that is put towards taking down the Chinese New Year display and putting up the new display was impressive! I believe there was a work crew 24 hours a day but I might be exaggerating. I never saw a moment when there wasn't someone working on it! I wish I had a few more days so I could have seen the finished display. This was my third time staying at the Bellagio and it was also my worst experience out of the three. Worst because as we were leaving our room on day 2 the door handle fell off! We immediately called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send someone up right away but an hour later no one had come. My husband was there for a conference taking place inside the Bellagio and didn't want to leave me alone with a broken door so we called again and waited another 30 minutes. The maintenance man was very friendly and apologetic as he explained that our room had been recently renovated and it looked like our door handle had been put on upside down but in doing so it was unsalvageable and would have to be replaced. Of course, they couldn't do that until we checked out in 3 days! Huh?! He couldn't get it fixed but he was able to finagle it in place so that we could come and go. By this time my husband had missed the rest of the days conference. So, now that we were able to exit and enter our room we were unable to lock the door. The most security we had was the little latch thingy that flips closed and prevents the door from opening all of the way. Not a secure feeling at all! And for the prices they charge? Come on?! We never received a phone call from the front asking if our door was fixed or to offer any kind of compensation. They got their money so I guess they felt they were done. Ambiance Service Security

Yelp
The room was noisy from the elevator and we were unable to sleep. The refrigerator provided only had a mini bar and we were unable to keep any water or snacks inside. When we try to get comps from one of the host, we were met with a brick wall. we were actually even told by the host that we would do better if we went back to Mandalay Bay, and Delano, which is exactly what we did. This place seems to cater only to the ultra wealthy. Someone like me who only makes $300,000 a year I guess is not very welcome. Everything here was way over priced, the slot machine were absolutely terrible, Most of the machines were high limit only. Couldn't get anything to eat after 11 PM. definitely will not be back except to watch the fountains.

Yelp
"I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and buffet. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the buffet offered a delicious variety of dishes. I would highly recommend both to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars!"

John M.

Yelp
Great location, but one room not ready upon check-in, not offered water by disinterested check-in person, just not warm employees. They skimp on towels and our trash wasn't serviced the first two days. Hotel has become lazy. Much prefer rooms at Aria as these are somewhat dated.

Ronald S.

Yelp
Nice Hotel. Middle of the strip. We like the restaurants especially Lagos. Gambling is expensive.

Yelp
I stayed at the Bellagio for a work trip and had an "okay" experience. Some of the positives: I was able to check in a little bit before 3pm. My room was on an upper floor. The Casino was great and busy during my visit. The location was great. The negatives: There was a lot of noise outside of my room. The towels were dirty upon arrival and there was hair in the shower that hadn't been cleaned. The ordering system at the pool was a mess. I ordered through the QR code and never received my food. No idea how the waiters fine the chairs since people can remove and move the number tags. I genuinely think they just gave up on finding me. The check-in line took forever to get through and the mobile check-in didn't work for me. Overall, I would like to try another hotel while staying in Vegas next time but I had a nice time at the Bellagio.

Kim M.

Yelp
Disappointing. We've stayed before and it has really gone downhill. The Bellagio used to be a luxury experience. There is little to no customer service and employees are actually rude. It honestly felt like they don't care about their guests. Restaurants were just okay. We ate at 4 of them. Noisy rooms, you can literally hear people in the next room talking, so if they're doing anything louder than that, you're getting an earful. Check recent TripAdvisor reviews. Stay somewhere else and come to Bellagio to see the fountains and conservatory. We will not stay here again.

Yelp
Pros: - More like 3.5/5 stars - Stunning hotel with beautiful art/designs/architecture in the lobby; The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a must see - Centrally located on The Strip; convenient to nearby hotels/food - Features the famous water show in the Fountains of Bellagio - Great pool with five pool options; pool area is beautiful with lots of places to take photos - Enjoyed bypassing the lobby thanks to the MGM Resorts app where I took advantage of mobile check-in and digital key - Room was nice with automated curtains that could open partially or fully with the push of a button - Beds and pillows were comfortable - Friendly customer service Cons: - Expensive hotel; overpriced - Stayed in the spa tower which seemed run down - Elevators in the spa tower had a strong sewage odor--smell was consistent, strong, and very foul - Room furniture seemed outdated and run down; wood drawers had weird smell - Room had mini bar so unable to use mini fridge; counter also featured mini bar snacks, which took up space - Toilet was not separate from shower area/bathroom, which is not as convenient when staying with others - Sad view overlooking the pool - No microwave in room - Had issues using MGM Resorts app when entering/leaving property (to pay for parking); parking is $18/night - Would probably stay elsewhere next time

Yelp
Cabana oooh nana. Pools are heated here so open year round. Hours: 9-5pm Pool open. Jacuzzis closed during covid.

Yelp
Relaxation to the Mac here at Cypress! With the water fountain and view of the towering hotels, one can't help but feel free of all the stress of the the world. With tons of lounge chairs and umbrellas, it's a great spot to unwind. Gather yourself and head back to the grind of the casino tables.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty good Vegas pool. Their cocktail menu is fairly good and the staff is AMAZING! I really appreciate how much staff they have around cleaning every 10 minutes for COVID-19.

Yelp
Had an amazing day at the reserve area in the Bellagio pools. Our server Nicole and Brandon were amazing, friendly, extremely accommodating and always there when we needed them. We had reserved three chairs and had a private pool to only those in the area. The water was refreshingly cool, the chairs had thick plush cushions and we were pampered all day. A great experience to enhance your stay at the hotel.

Yelp
My heavenly day by the pool started a couple weeks ago when I went online and reserved 2 pool lounge chairs for $100 each at the Bellagio's Cypress Pool for my birthday. It was totally worth it, as I got to spend all day in heaven, lying on a super comfy cushioned luxurious wicker lounge chair with fresh towels and a long cylinder pillow (I must buy these exact lounge chairs & towel covers if I ever can get a house with a yard!). Check in was really easy - gave my name to the nice guy at the umbrella stand, he asked for my room number but we didn't have one yet since we were checking in later in the day, he walked us in and let us choose where we wanted to sit, expertly describing to us where the more shady areas would be throughout the day. We had arrived around 10am and it was about a third to half full by then, and we got to pick the exact kind of seats I wanted - full sun for me with an umbrella for my hubby, close to the pool. Our lovely server Taylor took our food and drink order as soon as we settled into our space, and it all came pretty fast. We devoured the Vegetable Crunch Salad. Its menu description "sweet gem lettuce, mustard vinaigrette" doesn't do it justice, but maybe they leave out details so they're free to add whatever is fresh/seasonal at the time. Ours came with so many tasty crunchy delicious things in it - red onion, chickpeas, shelled edamame, radishes, carrots, cucumbers, PURPLE BROCCOLI! And it was all chopped really well so it's easy to get in your mouth. I will definitely order this again. Also it came in a really cool bamboo-looking tray container that didn't take up our whole side table & kept our mess contained lol. We also loved the 32oz strawberry daiquiri & miami vice frozen cocktails. If you're debating between sizes for the frozen cocktails, the 16oz is like nothing and keep in mind has lots of slushy blended ice, so you'd be flagging down your server for another before you know it. Just get the 32oz. I don't know how typical this is but at one point one of the staff walked around with free little dole whip cups, like sampler size, offering them up to everyone at this pool. A couple hours later we got little cups of frozen grapes. Free! Such a nice and amazing bonus treat. The lounge chairs at the Cypress Pool are all only 1 or 2 rows deep so every chair is close to the pool and you can easily keep an eye on your stuff when you're in the pool. Everyone was pretty chill though, and staff did a good job walking around, but if you're paranoid they have lockers by the restroom which is right by the pool. Pool temp was just right, refreshing but not freezing, great for chilling in with a drink in hand. The staff is great at moving and setting up umbrellas for you. Don't even try struggling with it yourself, just get the professionals, they know what they're doing and make it look so easy. Dylan was great with our umbrella and just generally being helpful. Music was chill pop hits, lots of The Weekend, some Bruno Mars, Ariana, Miley, etc. At 1pm they turned the volume up but it was still a nice volume so it was still background level, you could still easily have conversations and such. Don't forget to tip well for all the excellent staff. Thank you Bellagio!

Yelp
With all the Ubers we took getting from the place we stayed to the places we wanted to go, it would have been about equal expenditure if we just stayed here instead. I am absolutely doing this my next trip. Every activity we ended up doing on our trip was within reasonable walking distance to this hotel. Plush there's so much to do right on the property. And it's GORGEOUS. It may be best suited for an all adults trip. As beautiful as it is, the casino is still smoky and there's not much for kids to do. If a D when I go back to Vegas, I won't stay anywhere else.

Reggie R.

Yelp
It used to be the place to stay in Vegas. I haven't been there in years and the service has gone to crap. Showed up at 7 o'clock. Waited 45 minutes to check in. And the app doesn't work for checking in. They gave us a room that smelled like somebody died in it. We had a go all the way back to the front desk to get another room; next time I'll stay at the Wynn.

Yelp
Great hotel. Wonderful time staying here. It is kept very clean and the air is much better here than other casino hotels nearby. Beautiful atrium.

Yelp
So worth the money! We splurged and rented cypress loungers for my mom's birthday. What a great experience. Beautiful pool area, great service, amazing drinks. Rental included comfy cushioned lounges, umbrella, and a side table where we could leave our things underneath and have room for drinks on top. They do police the area - a couple people tried to sneak in throughout our stay and they were busted and asked to leave within minutes, without anyone having to bring it to staff attention. We appreciated it since we paid a pretty penny for our access! Chairs were full by the afternoon but it didn't ever feel crowded or busy and people were not seated on top of each other. The pool was never anywhere close to full and all guests were quiet and respectful of others the day we were there. We had other afternoon plans and ended up rescheduling so we could stay at the pool area longer! The only negative we had all day long was the breeze that kicked up later in the afternoon, caused the fountain to keep spraying us with cold water (first world problems!). We are NOT made of money so when we spend it, we want to see value in what we spend it on. This was a great treat for us and perfect for the occasion. Can't recommend enough! We went in September 2020.

Yelp
VIP services not as good as regular front desk reservation. They are pretty snotty. We paid premium extra $150 per person, there's 3 of us here for Xmas celebration, per night to get Limo services and have VIP snack room access like small bottle water and some cheap turkey and ham wraps. Of course the staff there will ask to see your gold VIP card. All good. Showed it to him even though he saw us in line to get our room keys at the desk. We rented a king size bed suite with a living room that says room can sleep 4 but I think it meant 2 adults and 2 children. The couch don't open to a bed at all. The room is OOooooooLD The renovated rooms at the regular tower is better. This SPA tower is BS You got to walk a looooong way around the other side Faaaaaaaaar away from the tables and high roller slots. Suites ain't all that....unless it's free!! But we paid for ours as an upgrade to get a festive experience but ain't feeling it now with the VIP services snipping we need to pay $50 a night for a rollaway cot

Yelp
If you're like me and don't do well in the pounding sun, then this is your answer. Very comfortable padded lounge chairs and the best part is plenty of umbrellas that they will move into position for you and they really block just about all of the sun. The pool is on the cold side even in July but it's great to come out of it into the warm air and not even need a towel to dry off. No kids allowed in this area so it's quiet and relaxing. The great servers come around all day with frozen mocktails, orange slices, frozen grapes, and even mochi. And, they keep the ice water flowing. Great breakfast and lunch menu too. We paid $75/person on a Monday in July and it's open from 9-6. Will definitely be back next time we're at Bellagio.

Edgar O.

Yelp
Reservations was for fountain view room and it was confirmed via email, had to move one week for our anniversary short vacation and here our view.

Maddi D.

Yelp
The worst customer service I've EVER experienced. I am appalled to say the least. The women working in the reservations department today (Saturday March 25th at 2 pm) is one of the rudest and unhelpful hospitality personal I've ever dealt with. They flat out lied and ruined my whole experience in Vegas. 0/10. Will never return or recommend this hotel again.
google avatar

Terry C.

Yelp
I loved this hotel. Hubby rented a room but for some reason they mix up the reservation so they upgraded our room . As it was the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. Totally out of our budget . It's been years but it left a lifetime memory. I recommend this place to everyone. Room was super clean beautiful.
google avatar

Chelsey A.

Yelp
We rented a cabana here. The staff was great, they came by every 10 minutes. The food was not worth the price but the drinks were. The pools weren't crowded. The ones with the fountains are even more cold.

Cori B.

Yelp
The cabana was amazing. Pool was spectacular and the service was great!! I highly recommend that you go this route. In the cabana we had cold water, soda, a fruit plate, trail mix and candy. It was also equipped with fans, misters, couches, power cords and device plug ins and a tv. Sydney helped us all day and she was outstanding!! We had the best day.

Mary D.

Yelp
The Bellagio has lost its edge, as a first class destination. The service was excellent and Cirque du Soleil was truly spectacular. The food, however, was marginal at best. When you are expecting world class, good is just not good enough.

Max H.

Yelp
Unless you're spending thousands on this place, don't come here. The rooms and bathrooms lookk nice online, but the ceilings have small amounts of mold because none of the bathrooms have fans or air going through tjem. So when someone does number 2 the whole room smells. The cleaners are the worst, the cleaning is not professional at all. Other than that it's a gorgeous hotel. The escalators seem to break down often.
google avatar

Suzy P.

Yelp
For when renting a Cabana is too much! Rent a cushioned Chaise Lounge for the day with almost all the amenities of the Cabana experience. Excellent for couples or single travelers. Spa water access all day, cold towels and at times fruit smoothie shots are served all included in the daily rental fee. Monday thru Thursdays are cheaper than Weekend costs(see the ladies at the podium for pricing and reservations at the entrance of the pool area). The pool here altho small is an Ice Fountain pool so it's a few degrees cooler than the other bigger pools. Ive been using this option whenever I'm traveling alone for the sheer convenience and luxury treat yourself type of experience. If you have 2 or more people and want this experience renting Cabana would be suggested.
google avatar

D P.

Yelp
Wake up early and mark your chairs. People are there when the pool opens to mel their spot. As big as the pool is, servers are readily available and aren't smothering. Pool is surrounded by beautiful greenery and statues.

Yelp
I love it! Jacuzzi and ice cream...amazing! Free entrance with guest card. I spent a lot of time there in the summer.
