First time visiting I was impressed with the quality of their meals. I ordered the (W) Burger (Medium) and it blew me away. My best friend got the White Chicken Parm and it was just as delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more.

Quick service, cool outside patio area, and good food variety. Everything came out super fast and was delicious. We had the chicken tacos and the grilled chicken sandwich, with the cold quinoa salad. No issues and were very pleased with our lunch here, recommend checking this place out!

This is by far the best dining experience I have had in years. Every single employee was friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and delivered to our table quickly. I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience when it came to the allergies we requested accommodation for, I have never had a restaurant treat it as if I had made a reasonable, mundane request. Thank you not only for the perfect food and wonderful dining experience but for creating an environment where I could just be "normal" when ordering food. Blackened Shrimp Salad with extra protein anyone ? If you’re in the healthcare profession and need an healthy carryout meal for your office please look elsewhere. I called the restaurant to let them know they have live insects in their produce however the person I spoke to didn’t even apologize or offer a refund. I had to request one and they made it seem like it was an inconvenience on their end!!! Very disappointed with the rude and disrespectful response from this restaurant

Very impressive restaurant my family and I have discovered! Their menu has a wide variety to choose from, and the place is nice and immaculately clean, and a very friendly staff.

Food was really good. The honey fried goat cheese salad was so good. I added salmon and it was slightly overcooked but it still has good flavor. I'm pretty sure it was just the piece I had because the nice man who took my order asked how I wanted it cooked. It was well done and not medium. I would assume they usually get it right. Everything was very good

5 stars. The service was excellent, loved the décor and vibe, and most importantly, my chicken Caesar wrap was fresh and delicious. I highly suggest you try the Agave Vanilla Cream drink - it was amazing!

We went there for the first tike hoping it was a good place but it wasnt as good as we saw the reviews, the food was terrible the burger had no taste and the chicken was supposed to be over night marinated but it was looking white and no taste it was like a raw chicken, Also too much skin on it and wasnt clean enough. Overall the quality sucks

Stopped in with a friend for lunch today. I always stop at a Bellagreen when I get the chance and the one on Walnut Hill is the best. Please open on in Collin County!!! Salads are very filling and the staff is super friendly.

Everything was amazing! Food was so fresh - even have something for the kiddos. Our 2 year old loved the grilled cheese and sweet potato fries.

My husband and I went today he has celiac and they seemed to know how to deal with cross contamination. The Wagyu meatballs and pasta were delicious. We ordered the hummus which was good, but not really like traditional hummus. He got a gluten free burger which is said was good.

Order ed the simple breakfast and the food was code and they tried to reheat it under a heat lamp instead of making it fresh. However they finally made it over but my bacon and potatoes were cold!!!! Give it a two star. I can NOT recommend this place for breakfast.

I've been here on multiple occasions and have enjoyed each one. My go-to order is either the honey fried goat cheese salad with blackened chicken or the chicken caesar wrap with sweet potato fries. I like to come here with a group and love coming solo as well. For brunch, the lemon poppyseed pancakes are delicious and I love that they are gluten free. I always leave stuffed in a comfortable place way and satisfied.

Great quality for their to-go orders! Such a delicious chicken caesar wrap with a twist-- I loved the sun dried tomatoes and chipotle dressing. The sweet potatoes with the honey mustard for dipping is the perfect side.

We are on a hunt for the best chicken caesar wrap in Dallas. That being said, of course we had to try bellagreen! There is plenty of parking in the plaza, and we were able to sit on the patio with our pup. We opted for the chipotle chicken cesar wrap with a side of fries and mango ranch and chicken tacos. The chipotle chicken caesar wrap was good, but we wish the ingredients were distributed within better. There was a whole lotta chipotle peppers in the first few bites with no chicken, and then all the chicken was at the bottom. The wrap was good, but not sure it really qualifies as a chicken cesar wrap. We did appreciate the thickness of the tortilla itself, it didn't get soggy. The fries were good, nothing special, but the mango ranch and ketchup were SO runny. It felt water downed big time. The chicken tacos were good, felt clean and fresh, but lacked a flavor. They were unable to customize the pizzas (I was trying to remove pepperoni), bummer.

The food was average. The dishes come in big portions but the taste was lackluster. Very dry chicken. And they cut your pasta into smaller noodle pieces for some reason. Ambiance is great, Bellagreen tries to be like an upscale chipotle but ultimately fails to deliver. And to top it off, I got food poisoning from my salad : ( I have never had that happen to me at a restaurant until that day!

this place is POPULAR! came on a wednesday night and it was PACKED. I got the fig pizza and a salad to share with the table. we chose this place because our friend is doing whole 30 so she had some more options to choose from. everything was good until they literally shut the lights off on us. like i understand they have a closing time but literally 40% of the restaurant was still full of patrons and they dimmed the lights so suddenly it was like i thought they were turning into a lounge/club or something. this is obviously a popular hangout spot so alot of us still left behind were catching up with girlfriends or family. there is definitely a nicer and less sudden way to announce you are closing; it definitely did the trick as everyone rushed up to the counter to get a to go box but it still felt a little rude.

I came in on a Friday night. We experienced excellent service and incredible staff. It is cute inside! I ordered vegan, gluten free. They recommended the tortilla soup and hummus. I also got the veggie tacos - just ask for it to be dairy & cheese-free. They are known for their sweet potato fries and they were indeed excellent! If you are looking for vegan restaurants, start here first!

First time here. Just did a Google search for a restaurant in the area and this popped up. Lots of variety on the menu. You review a menu, walk to the countertop and place your order. Ordering was easy. You're given a number and the food is delivered to your table. Lots of options to choose from. The hummus was great! Our Angus beef burgers were cooked to perfection. The chicken parmesean was tasty too. Very pleased with the restaurant and great tasting food. So happy to learn they have another location in Plano and quite a few in the Houston area too. Go check them out!

I am so glad I tried this place... I wish I knew about it sooner since I work so close. I like the variety of the menu and the focus on healthy options, and there is something everyone can choose from. Their serving portions are definitely good too. This place does get quite busy during business lunch hours, and saw the line wrapped all the way to the door. You order your meal first at the counter and they will bring out your meal to you. Wait time for the food is relatively short, which is nice. The staff were all nice also. Overall, it is a casual and relaxed restaurant. Noise level depends on what hour you visit. I would definitely come back to check out their other entrees!

Originally upon my first and 2nd visit I would say that this place was a SOLID 4 stars, however after my most recent visit the food and service was subpar. My children fries were cold, the cauliflower app came out GINORMOUS in regards to the pieces. They were unappetizing from the look as well as the taste as there was a lot of dough. I ordered the crab and avocado ceviche and the chips were stale and cold. I took them up and the woman said "we made them this morning" I said "they are stale I won't be eating them" and walked back to my table. Magically fresh chips (the way they should've been cooked with my order ) come out to the table. The ceviche was good so it worked out but again why can't you just send hot food initially. We left a $10 tip on a $60 check and I actually regretted it for a minute considering the initial responses to my inquiries. My regret went away once a manager showed up to the table to take note of the issues and places a giftcard for a dessert on the table which I left because it's not about FREE stuff it's about doing better as a establishment. I didn't take ANY photos on this visit as I wasn't pleased. The presentation was off as well, the photos associated to this review are from the 4Star visits. The process here is to order at the register and you receive a number to place on your table. The food is broke out as it's prepared (allegedly ). The open light and open seating is a great option and it's decorated nicely inside.

One of my favorite fresh and fast restaurants in the Preston hollow area. My go-to order is the Kale Caesar with blackened chicken, it's delicious! Their pizzas are also delicious and unique!

This location was a pleasant surprise. Shrimp pasta and Caesar salad wrap food quality was great. My friend and I will be coming back, there were a lot more options we wanted to try and our first visit was so good.

Service: This restaurant from them outside looked like a restaurant with table service but in actuality is slightly different where you place an order at the counter and the food is brought to you. I came in on Monday 1/8/2024 for lunch. Service was a mixed bag bit tended towards the positive. Reasons follow. The lady taking orders came off as unfriendly. Did not greet me as I stepped up to place my order. A different lady who brought out my order was the best. She noticed that I didn't pick up silverware and got some for me. She also remembered that I had ordered a hummus when I went to get a to go container and suggested that I take a dip couturier for it. The second server saved a star. So only one star off. Food: I ordered the Hummus as my starter and a goat cheese salad with blackened chicken for my entree . My main complaint is that both my starter and entree were brought out at the same time. That is unacceptable. It ruined the cadence of the meal. I just tasted a little bit of the hummus and just ate my salad. I took the hummus to go. One star off for that. Let's get down to the actual food. Salad was great! Portion was good, , chicken was cooked really well, goat cheese and the salad tasted fresh. Probably the most salad inhale had in one sitting at a time and I ate all of it. The hummus was disappointing. The hummus did not taste good and the pita bread had too much of red pepper flakes on it. Would not recommend the hummus at all. Ambience: There is plenty of seating inside. The colors are light green and wood paneling. Looks like they are going for a bright and health food kind if vibe. Reminds me of Original Chopshop's interior ha ha. It would be great for a group or just grabbing lunch by yourself. Value: The goat cheese salad cost $13.49 and the hummus is $9.99. The salad was well worth it but the hummus was not. Overall, I think it was good value apart from the hummus. Note to the business: This review would have been a four star review if the starter and entree did ot come out at the same time. I would return here but will stick to entrees.

4.5 rounding up your 5! Okay wow maybe I haven't had a more gourmet burger in a while but bellagreen's hit the spot. Way better than shake and shack where you would pay more for a smaller burger and also didn't feel overgreased like most burgers. Plus the sweet potato fries Our friends ordered other items - didn't get their opinion on them but they smelled/looked good! Perfect way to end a day of climbing.

A gluten free girlies' dream!!!! Like I would absolutely go back every time and get their cauliflower wings, pizza, and white parm spaghetti dishes. 10/10 every time

Bellagreen has become a goto spot for me! There are so many healthy options on the menu from gluten free to seafood - all delicious. The kale Caesar salad is my favorite. I love that it's an elevated version of the classic salad with a spicy kick to the dressing, pickled onion, sun dried tomatoes and capers. It is consistently delicious and reasonable priced. For brunch I tried the lemon poppy seed pancake and the flavors were delicious. I love that they have a turkey sausage option on the menu. I've always had great service whether dining in or picking up. Highly recommend giving Bellagreen a try!

I love Bella Green! I've only been for brunch. Every time I leave full but also feeling great & not heavy like other brunch places can make you feel. I enjoy the bright ambiance & friendly service. My one complaint is the eggs are never cooked to the right temperature. The first time I went they were cooked perfect, but since then they've just been over cooking the eggs, which is a bummer & my friends eggs were really under cooked. Either way would highly suggest trying out Bella Green!

Good food, fair price and definitely feels like eating very clean. I wish the salads would have bigger portions of protein though.

I finally just left here after waiting for my salad for nearly 25 minutes. Not a terrible amount of time but when I placed my to-go order, I was asked for my name and told someone would call name when it was ready. I sat right next to the register so I could hear them call me as it was busy. After 20 minutes, I get up and see that both parties that were in front of me in line were seated and eating their food, as well as the lady behind me. I ask the guy at the counter where should I be waiting to hear my name and he said right here - he goes to look at all of the bags that were on the to-go shelf, ask me my name, and then says 'Sorry' and hands me my food. So it had been sitting there for I don't know how long and they never called my name. If the process is to call the names for to-go orders when they are ready, then they should work on actually calling the customer's name.

Bellagreen is delicious. I got the goat cheese salad with blackened salmon. The portions are pretty big, and the ingredients are fresh. The salad was not soggy and the salmon was nice and hot. The wheel of goat cheese had sliced almonds in it and added the perfect creamy texture to everything. I would absolutely eat here again!

The food was amazing. Walked in picked up the menu and went to the cash register. Ordered my food then took the number to go find a place to sit. The atmosphere was lively and the music was not too loud. The service was awesome an I definitely will be returning. They have good health options to select from.

Really delicious fried goat cheese and arugula salad. The vibe was spot on, place was clean and beautiful, service up to par and price point correct for the quality and uniqueness of the dishes. I really enjoyed that salad with almonds and cranberries - very satisfying. I also tried the bread pudding. Was not impressed, but I think the main dishes warrant multiple visits. Everything looked and smelled really great.

UPDATE: I followed up to the Customer Service reply below and they never responded, again adding to the poor experience of BellaGreen. Avoid! Undercooked doughy pizza, and twice in one day! Waited 25 minutes for an undercooked white doughy pizza. They said their oven wasn't hot enough (then why serve it?). They made it again, same result. Wasted 45 minutes only to leave hungry. Why even sell pizza if the ovens don't work and you have cooked that give the okay on slimy inedible pizza? Avoid!

Avocado and Corn Salsa was delicious, fresh, and great portion for price. LOVE that the Tortilla Soup is vegetarian!

The food is pretty good and the service is great. However, the acoustics in this place have given me a massive headache each time. I'd like to sit outside but Texas weather hasn't cooperated. I've tried the chicken soup with puff pastry. Which, despite the puff pasty, was pretty light and delicious. The Queen pizza was pretty basic nothing fancy but still good. I keep wanting to try the pasta but never come hungry enough. Friend had the wedge salad with fries

We went here for lunch on a Saturday after running errands in the area. The ambience is modern, clean and attractive. You order at a cash register and they bring the food to your table or booth. We did not wait too long for our food. The 3 stars is for quality and execution on food. My burger, requested medium, was way past that and closer to well done. As a consequence, it was dry. Plus, it came with no condiments such as mustard or ketchup. Odd. It was an ok burger but certainly nothing memorable. For $12 for what appeared to be a 6oz patty, I can do much better at home. The wife had the chicken tacos and the chicken was dry. Plus, the avocado had big brown spots which is very unappetizing. Does the kitchen staff not see them or just not care? The kid's pizza crust tasted like bread dough instead of pizza dough. The prices are rather high for what you get. We agreed that while the meal was not bad, there is nothing compelling that would make us want to return.

This is an all around lovely place and the food is great especially the waygu burger. The people are courteous and friendly and very helpful and patient.

The food is always good. I love their side salad Caesar and The Home Slice pizza. Everything I've ever had has always been delicious. The customer service is great. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. We usually take it to go but the restaurant is clean and inviting.

It deserves a better rating. Came in on a Saturday for lunch and ordered a blacken shrimp salad. And it is out of this world!! I especially like the environment, which is casual but not lacking elegance. Staff are nice and professional. Dinning here is pretty relaxing, which is equally important to me as the food quality. I definitely appreciate the experience and the management's efforts of maintaining this great environment. Btw, great location.

We got this delivered for lunch and it was not good. The chicken sandwich was so average and the ranch was so vinegary. The mashed sweet potato looked so gross.

My daughter brought me an angus burger from here. It tasted okay, but was missing the cheese. I had a bad case of indigestion later. I would get something else next time. My husband had a chicken salad sandwich. He did not especially like it, but said it was okay. He did like his french fries.

I've been a few times and the restaurant and no matter how busy, it is always clean with someone constantly bussing the tables to open them up ASAP. I hate to say it but"everything is good", it really is. Food definitely seems fresh and I highly recommended trying items from their various seasonal menus. Honestly a bit pricy, but I'm always overall happy with everything. 4.5 s overall.

Decent option when you're craving something delicious yet healthy. Slightly on the pricey side but may be worth it depending on your mood. I have only ordered take out. I've tried their salmon pasta and fried fish tacos. Both times, the food was good but missing something key in my opinion. The pasta was on the salty and greasy side. On the other hand, the tacos were great except for the star ingredient - the fish had no seasoning whatsoever. Maybe seafood is not the thing to order here. But overall enjoyable place that I may need to explore further.

Bella green has a tidy, clean, and spacious dining area with an outdoor patio connected to it. The staff were very excellent in providing the options of each dish and were very kind when I needed an item. The portion sizes were more than adequate for our stomachs at the time! I ordered the hearty mushroom and lentil soup which was delicious and very easy to eat! The lentil and mushrooms were soft and the soup complimented the ingredients very well. The V burger was well put together and fried. Each bite had a nice crunch to it. The sweet potatoes were also crisp and flavorful. The fries were not oily nor over cooked. I enjoyed this restaurant and recommend it! Especially on good weather, the patio makes a nice relaxing environment to enjoy the weather!

This is my first time trying Bellagreen I think it has a beautiful atmosphere. I think the service is great but I ordered a 12 ounce wine and when it came to the table it was served in a pint glass. The waitress apologized and said they didn't have wine glasses. I found that to be odd. I expect for our location as beautiful as this to at least have wine glasses in stock. I'm a bit particular; I really like my wine to be in a wine glass. We ordered the cauliflower wings and a specialty salad and I ordered the brick chicken which was very good. The vegetables that came with my brick chicken were a little dry but overall I'd give the food a four out of five. I recommend they stock up on wine glass and wine carafes.

Go to the Plano location, not the Dallas location. There is a huge drop-off in customer service between the Plano location and the Dallas Walnut Hill Lane location. In Plano, everyone is well-trained and knows the menu well, and they come by your table and ask how the food is and actually serve you well. I've never had Plano bring the wrong food, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. At the Dallas Walnut Hill location, the cashier barely spoke English, and had to ask the "manager" several times about the menu and how to type the order into the computer. Then they got the order wrong and brought toast when I specifically asked for no toast. The Dallas "manager" looks like a young boy, and just shrugged when I explained I asked for no toast. When I reminded him I was waiting on the tomato soup, he abruptly just blurted out "it's coming". No apology, no niceties. I know waiting tables is stressful, but the Dallas location needs someone from Plano to train their cashiers and manager, because Dallas' location gives the service of a cheap fast food restaurant. For a $50 sit-down meal, Dallas can do better.

Came here for a quick business meeting. The food was very light and clean, much to the delight of everyone at the table. I had the Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries and the portion was huge. I couldn't finish it all. The food was delish, though, and didn't make me feel awful for the rest of the day. I absolutely recommend this place for people needing a quick and impressive lunch!

Pretty solid, fast casual spot with healthy options and great sized portions. I frequented here since the portion sizes where great and staying in a hotel didn't provide much than hotel food. This place reminded me of a place in LA that I loved a lot, which was tender greens, not sure if it was any relation but the vibe and food are similar. I've tried their wings, pastas, salads and dinner entrees. All were filling and tasty. Would definitely come back and try more on their menu.

A year ago I would have rated this place a 4-4.5 but I can't say the same for today. We ordered four different dishes too. The cashier was not knowledgeable about the menu, and wasn't very helpful answering questions about the food nor did she care to find out. Food was tasteless. Over this last year they've really gone down hill.

Bellagreen has good food and an extensive menu. Just do not bother with on-line orders unless you join their loyalty program. Do not bother ordering over the phone because they will not accept credit cards, either. I really hate slam-marketing for customer capture; it flashes a big "do not do business here" sign. To top off the experience, the order was wrong when picked up and had to be reworked and picked up again at rush hour!!! Whoever does their marketing and on-site management at the Walnut Hill location needs retraining. No more visits for me.
