When I came here to eat I did have the empanadas which were really great not gonna lie I will give it 5 stars for them alone. On the main dish I only like the mash potatoes, I will say that the chicken had great texture and wasn’t dry. For some reason this day I wasn’t digging the chicken and the broccoli or cauliflower. I will come again and get something different, good service. Make sure to visit and have your own opinion and order de empanadas.

In short: food was bussin 🫰😩🤌 I had such a wonderful experience at Bellagreen. The restaurant was very clean and had a beautiful modern rustic vibe. It felt stylish and fresh without being over the top. Based on the location and overall look of the place, I expected something a little more on the formal side, but it was actually very laid back and relaxing. The menu was simple to understand and easy to look through. Prices ranged between $10 to $25 depending on what you ordered. I got the white chicken parm pasta and a fountain drink which came out to about $23. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The pasta was cooked just right and had a creamy zest that made each bite better than the last. At first I thought the portion was going to be small but I was definitely wrong. They served more than I expected. I was already feeling full but the food was so good I kept eating until my plate was clean. No regrets.💯😤🔥 My friend ordered the Waugh meatball pasta and she said it was amazing. The meatballs were well made and packed with flavor, the pasta was creamy, and even the mushrooms had a rich taste. She really enjoyed every part of the dish and said it was just a great plate overall. 🍽️ What really stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive. They also spoke Spanish which was a big plus for me. They helped answer all of my questions and guided me through the ordering process, helped me decide what to get, walked me through payment, and even helped me sign up on the app. Overall, this was such a lovely experience. Great food, a calm and cozy atmosphere, and some of the nicest staff I’ve come across in a while. I only wish I had more room for dessert. Next time though. Thank you Bellagreen.

Highly recommend the brick chicken with sweet potato mash. I always sub out the roasted veggies for a Cesar salad. Staff is great and friendly. I like to take my laptop and work in the booths on the side.

I called ahead to ensure it was safe for our family, as we have peanut and tree nut allergies. We were greeted warmly and assured that there were no peanuts on the menu. It was our first time visiting this restaurant. We arrived for brunch and were pleased to find its not crowded with good parking and ample space. The interior was nice and bright. We were promptly seated and given menus. Without high expectations, we ordered familiar items from the brunch menu. My husband chose the "Pick Three" omelette, my son had the lemon poppy seed pancake, and I ordered the green eggs omelette. The food arrived warm, beautifully plated, and with generous portions. We were amazed by the taste. Everything was delicious, but the lemon poppy seed pancake was particularly memorable—the best we have ever tried. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely return to explore more items on the regular menu.

Goat cheese salad was excellent, exactly as described, probably one of the best salads I've ever had. Fig pizza with prosciutto was good but the sweetness was overwhelming for my taste, almost a dessert pizza. Burger was excellent, sweet potato fries perfect. I should have gotten it medium instead of well, but they never asked.

Food was excellent. Pretty much self service. They just bring your food out. You get your own water, utensils..etc We wanted the booth seatings for our kids. But the one by the windows were all taken. So we were sitting by the garage parking. It was good but wish their lighting was better on that side.

The three-egg omelet is one of the healthiest breakfast options I've found at any restaurant. As a Google Local Guide, I was refreshed to see the fresh, whole-food ingredients at Bellagreen. If you’re planning to indulge in dessert, the carrot cake is top-notch and my highest recommendation..

This was the best dining experience I've had in quite some time. The staff was helpful and accommodating and the atmosphere was very serene. I tried the waygu meatball pasta dish and it was incredibly delicious. I can't remember if the noodles were GF or not [most were on the menu] but it was so so good. It was like the best beef stroganoff I've ever had but with basil which gave it a fresh twist. Parking was convenient and free. This place is 30-40 minutes from my house but I definitely want to come back

I haven't written a review in a long time but this is such a dumb circumstance that I have to say something. I stopped going to this location because they couldn't figure out how to make a chicken sandwich that wasn't completely dry or a tiny withered piece of chicken. I finally came back to try it out. I found out that I really love their fried fish tacos. However, I hate the habanero sauce. For many visits I asked for "dry" tacos - no sauce. It worked for 2 visits - delicious. Last time, I came in and requested again. When I got the tacos I noticed they had been previously dipped in habanero sauce as if they accidentally prepared it wrong and didn't think I'd notice. Only the fish was soggy with the sauce they drenched it in. I ate it and didn't complain. It was gross. I thought I'd try again today. I explained to the cashier what happened last time to avoid repeating the mistake. She stoically placed the order without acknowledging what happened. No apology. I waited for the food. It was drenched with habanero. I sent it back. The guy who delivered it - no apology and didn't listen either. A few minutes later I got the dry tacos with no sauces at all. I had to ask for the pico and the peach chipotle (two additional trips) then was told how I should order it next time - which was exactly how I ordered it this time. Guess I won't be coming back for a really long time again. I tried.

Came here with a group of friends and the food is so fresh and tasty and nutritious, I can't believe it's a chain. I like that there's more than just salad as options. So much seating and wasn't very busy when we went. Definitely want to try their dessert

The cauliflower wings are amazing and so are the pulled chicken tacos!!! The Brick chicken is also pretty good. Service is always good and the outside area is nice to sit in.

Bellagreen never disappoints! The portions are ginormous -- come hungry! I had the grilled tofu salad, which was vibrant, fresh, and packed with flavor. We finished with the bread pudding, served warm and absolutely amazing -- soft, gooey, and comforting in all the right ways. A great spot for a wholesome meal with a sweet finish! Nice weeknight meal

I really like Bellagreen for the most part! Their menu feels healthy without being bland. I've liked pretty much everything I've ever ordered and especially love their pizzas, particularly the pepperoni and fig and pig. You can often see them hand making the dough near the counter area when you place your order. The counter service is fine, but the managers (I believe) have always been extra friendly and helpful, checking in to make sure your meal is going well. Their menu has something for everyone and they typically have some additional seasonal items depending on the time of year. The only downside I've experienced is with some pick up orders. I live *very* close, aka just taking an elevator down to pick up my food, and I once received breakfast tacos that were already cold and were so sparsely filled that I condensed them into two tacos instead of the three it comes with. Their mobile app could also use a lot of work but that's just me being picky! Overall I think this is a great spot with convenient parking which is always a win in Houston!

I ordered to go on a weekday late night so it wasn't crowded. I did get confused with parking with a lot next door since it was dark outside which isn't for their customers. There is a connected parking lot inside the building. I do wish there was better lighting outside the restaurant because it looked closed from the outside view. The employee greeted me & my order was prepared in a timely manner. I got the roasted butternut squash & brussel sprouts bowl without the wild rice & added grilled chicken & the hi-protein hempenadas. Everything tasted delicious & fresh. I really liked the cilantro & chipotle sauces with the empanadas! Next time, I would definitely like to dine at the restaurant & try other items!

An elevated American eatery with a cozy, brick interior. Love the vibes of this place. Bellagreen did a great job of turning the boring grilled chicken sandwich into something that is both tasty and aesthetically pleasing. I had never even of mango ranch dressing before and it really helped this sandwich stand out. The sweet potato fries came out crispy and hot. Seasoning was sufficient. I liked them without the ketchup that they provide. Buuuut I have to take some points away after getting a taste of my friend's order. She got the brick chicken and sweet potato mash. Chicken was pretty solid. Marinated well, and I enjoyed the unique taste that brick oven had to offer. However, the mash was very unappealing and neither of us could find the appetite to even finish a third of it. Very bland with a consistency that is much more loose and slippery than your typical potato mash. The roasted vegetables were nothing special so in the end, she really paid $20 for the chicken alone. Staff was very friendly. Beverages and condiments are self serve. I'd be willing to avoid the sweet potato mash and give this place another shot.

I love to eat vegetarian meals at least twice a week. And these wings are my go to when I eat vegetarian meals. They are a starter here but the portion is big enough to be a meal. They are my favorite thing at Bella Green!!!!

Anytime I am in town and near Bellagreen, I stop here to eat. It's consistent and really good. Their seasonal menus are also a hit.

As someone with celiac (strict gluten-free), I really appreciated the options available at this place and their care with making things careful in terms of cross-contamination as well as having a gluten-free fryer. The restaurant is quite large with both indoor and outdoor seating, pretty clean, and usually not too crowded. It's an order at counter type of place and they bring your food to the table. The non-salad entrees that are both gluten-free and vegetarian, a bit more limited, but there are definitely a few options. I opted for the veggie tacos and also ate some fries. The sauces served with the tacos were nice, and I appreciated the mix of vegetables in the tacos. Given this place is more of an American bistro, I don't think tacos are necessarily their specialty item, so they were not bad but not incredible. The fries were great! I might consider going here 1 or 2 more times to try 1-2 more items, as I definitely appreciate the gluten-free options.

A solid neighborhood place with a great rewards program. I usually get a salad here. They're all good and far too big to finish in one sitting. Their fish tacos are a messy and tasty option. Wine by the glass options are good and they have a happy hour with $3 beers. Their pizza is not worth the calories. A bit soggy, even though I'd asked for it to be crisped.

I adore bellagreen. The ambiance is very nice; it is well-lit and decorated, creating a warm and trendy vibe. You order at a counter and they bring the food to you, so the dining experience is more on the casual side. The food is consistently great. My go-to order is the Honey Fried Goat Cheese & Arugula Salad. It is so fresh and fruity, with the salty element introduced by that amazing fried goat cheese medallion. It is the perfect lunch. I've also tried their Wagyu Burger, and it is hearty, flavorful, and delicious. Highly recommend!

A classic lunch spot you can always rely on. I love coming here for a healthy lunch that will not give me the post-lunch tiredness at work. Great place and great people here too!

Aneena: As someone with dietary restrictions, Bellagreen has a wide variety of gluten free and dairy free options. The staff is always super sweet and they do a great job of making sure we are enjoying our meal. Today I ordered from the seasonal menu, the Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Mango bowl with an addition of Blackened Chicken. The Blackened Chicken was very flavorful and has a nice kick to it hehe! The meal includes sweet potatoes, wild rice, mangoes, black beans, and house made Hawaiian bbq sauce. We love coming to this location and highly recommend it:)! Dillon: Bellagreen is gas. I always get the angus burger and it slaps every time. The bread pudding is the best in the city (as far as I know). The price is very reasonable and the burger is only $13. Great place to take my pookie because the food is great and the portion sizes are awesome.

Order at counter, find a table, + wait for food to come out. Nice customer service. Parking available inside Gables garage on first floor - entrance off W Alabama. Offer seasonal menu, regular menu, + breakfast/brunch menu. Pumpkin beef chili was different but good - had spicy kick with jalapeño slice.

A Saturday craving for a specific lunch~ brought me here after SO many years: chicken caesar salad with fries and a coke. This review isn't for everyone and that's okay but for the girls that get it, this is for you. Solo girl lunch is something I try to do once a week for myself. Service: counter service girl was whatever but, it doesn't even matter in this instance because all I want to do is talk to as little people as possible but still get my food ordered. Seating: Lots of two top tables placed in good cozy corners. Options for ideal people watching but not being watched as you eat a solo lunch. Chefs kiss Salad and fries: They nailed this for me. The 'kale caesar' is a perfectly upgraded caesar salad. Pickled red onions, fried capers, sun dried tomatoes added a lot to this simple standard salad. I added grilled chicken for the $3.99 and it was a bit dry, not a dealbreaker but I might try their blackened or roasted chicken options next time. Fries were crispy and hot, served with ketchup. Beverage: Soda choices were half Pepsi products and half Stubborn sodas, which are good too. Dr Pepper is always my top choice so I was happy. Compostable green straw but isn't the trash paper kind (sry not sry) Parking: this BG location is under some apartments so the first floor of the garage is parking for the restaurant! Easy.

First time and Sunday brunch seemed busy! Nevertheless, the managers went out their way to make us feel taken care off. Ambiance is casual. Counter service, quick and seamless. Food was delicious with big portions. Be careful at the parking lot, it's a bit tight but plenty of it. Will be back for more!

Stopped in for a quick bite with a friend during an afternoon of shopping. The food was delicious! Hummus plate with yummy flatbread and the showstopper was the honey garlic cauliflower "wings". So great that I could've gone back the next day and the day after! Gluten free and vegan options are wonderful and you will never miss the flavor if that isn't your preference! Two Dallas area locations. So wish there were Ft Worth ones too. Left off a star for broken tables that need attention and a couple of staff members that were less than attentive.

This is our family's go to every Sunday. Brunch is always on point and the food is delicious.. fresh and yummy! Manager is always attentive and nice, making sure our visit is amazing. See you next Sunday.

Get the Honey-fried Goat Cheese & Arugula Salad! Literally to die for. There's so many fun fruity flavors balanced out with the tangy dressing and the butter arugula. At the honey friend goat cheese dressing was a bit oily in my opinion was added the perfect creamy crunchy but to the salad. Wow

Had a date a while back who suggested this place since she loves their greenness, cleanliness, and restaurant business practices. I drove past another location recently and figured it was time to write about my time here considering they are spreading their wings in the Houston area. The three things I enjoy about this place are: 1. Friendly portion sizes; the entrees have quantity that does Texas proud. Appetizers such as the organic spinach dip (definitely recommend) brought the bigs to it since we couldn't finish it due to saving room for the entrees. 2. Organic/freshness of the dishes; a variety of soups/salads/sandwiches that use those quality ingredients with no alterations. Tacos/pizzas/entrees are also served with the same characteristics. The spinach salad stood out to me the most so went with that and added grilled chicken for a complete meal. Salad had crunch, zestiness, and texture with the red onion, hard boiled egg, and bacon mixed in. The chicken was a friendly piece although a bit dry after a few bites, maybe I should've eaten it quicker? Oh well. 3. The hybrid fast casual/sit-down dining; they have indoor and outdoor seating and you order up at the register. They bring the food to you at your area and they have servers that clear plates and bring you items/necessities if you need. Everything comes out quickly depending on crowds. You can also bring your dog if you're outside as well. Glad I could come here and wouldn't mind visiting again!

I really enjoyed this place out in Houston as well as the service. We ordered a few things off the menu from the sticky wings to the cauliflower wings which both had the same sauce but I love that they give people who aren't meat eaters an option also. It's so many things on the menu for everyone who may be on the mood for different things it was hard for us to choose from salads to pizzas to wraps and burgers I wanted them all but there was no way I would have made it out of there ordering everything lol. We loved the kale Caesar salad so much that we can back the next day for lunch to get it again. The portion sizes are shareable for sure especially if you're not too hungry! I wish we had one of these in Louisiana but next trip to Houston I'll be back to try something different.

The food was pretty good. The menu was simple but had lots of options. It's an order at the cash register and get a buzzer sit down restaurant. The outside seating was very nice and the food came out quickly. I had a sandwich and my friend had a salad which were both satisfactory and fresh.

They offer pizzas and burgers that seem like they are made with quality ingredients. Lots of delicious stuff to choose from. Gluten-free options available (e.g. pizza dough, hamburger buns, etc.) I ordered the chicken curry salad while my boyfriend went in a slightly different direction, with the Wagyu meatball pasta (a seasonal offering). We were both really satisfied with our meals. My salad was delicious as was his pasta/meatballs. I also tried the sticky wings and they were yummy. Would absolutely order again.

Delicious and healthy, thy name is bellagreen! Came here to get some guilt-free food with some buddies, and was left incredibly impressed. I need to give a huge shout-out to Roge, he was our server extraordinaire, and was working the front of the restaurant. His service was stellar, he was very helpful, provided great tips on the menu, and made us feel so welcome! The menu is extensive and has lots of various options, fortunately Roge helped us pick some great items. I wasn't too hungry, so he suggested I get a burger with fresh mozzarella as my choice of cheese, along with mac and cheese as my side. It was a great choice! The fresh mozzarella, the burger on the brioche bun, and the mac and cheese were all absolutely delicious! Roge, also helped my buddies pick the grilled chicken sandwich and the spicy fish tacos. WOW! What a blast of flavors in our mouths! The grilled chicken sandwich was huge! We ordered it with fries, and definitely satisfied our hunger with this portion. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The spicy fish tacos were also huge! Woah! Portions that would make any Texan smile. We chose the fish to be fried. It was perfectly crisp, with a beautiful crunch. These tacos have a cabbage that gives them a delicious taste! Yum all around! For desert we tried the avocado lime cheesecake. Believe it or not, the avocado, lime, and cheesecake goes well together. Definitely a great choice, and hit the spot! We loved this place, the food, fresh ingredients and especially the service. There is plenty of room inside, a great patio outside, and not to mention free garage parking. bellagreen is a deliciousness machine!

Looking for a healthy spot...this is it! The service and food was great. They have a patio for those that may like sitting outside. The parking garage is connected to some apartments but it's free parking. I had a salad with salmon and we tried a few other dishes. Definitely will return.

This time went to the W. Alabama location. Sitting here now. Latin lady who took order from my wife was super rude and also told her in a very sharp tone that were out of chicken pot pie - zero expression - never smiled once. Zero helpful as I watched the interaction. Most likely will be our last time. Young lady - this is for you - it costs you nothing to be kind - helpful and pleasant. Why can't you do that. Go some place to work if you hate people. Sooooo rude!!! Bye!!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The amount of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes is phenomenal! Everything I've had from here is absolutely delicious. I absolutely love the honey, fried goat cheese, and arugula salad. Talk about an amazing salad. The fact that the honey crusted goat cheese is gluten-free is amazing. The fried cauliflower is delicious. However, the pieces are ginormous. I much prefer smaller pieces, but can easily cut it into smaller pieces. I absolutely love empanadas and it's really hard to find delicious gluten-free empanadas. I would love to try the empanadas here however they contain meat and I'm a vegetarian. I would love to see a vegetarian option for their empanadas on the menu. You may think parking is an issue, but it is not. Restaurant guests can park on the bottom level of the parking garage in visitor parking at no cost. The service is quick and efficient and everyone is very friendly. Also, everyone is very knowledgeable about the menu. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

Came here for a birthday brunch with one of my besties after getting facials. I had the shrimp spinach salad!!! AMAZING! I have thought about it many times since then! So fresh and delicious, my friends got a chicken sandwhich and sweet potato fries which also looked yum, and the restaurant itself had the perfect aesthetic and ambience

I hadn't been here in years and couldn't remember what I used to get so I just ordered the A burger which is an all natural angus beef burger I chose cheddar cheese but they give you a few options for cheese. It was cooked perfectly which they also give you the option to choose what temperature you want your patty cooked too. The toppings are fresh and giving you that crunchy bite. The flavor is great and it's very juicy. The fries were crispy and fresh I couldn't stop eating them! I'm glad they're right by my job I will be coming here a lot more often this is my 2nd time ordering this burger this week! Lol

I usually love Bellagreen but this was my first time placing an order from the River Oaks location. I ordered a blackened shrimp salad that usually comes with 5 shrimp. I also ordered an additional order of grilled shrimp. The salad had 4 grilled shrimp and 4 blackened shrimp. I called and spoke with a manager who told me they double checked my order and basically called me a liar. The additional shrimp cost 6.99... of course I would want my order to be correct. For as expensive as the salad is...why would I order my salad and call and lie about shrimp? I am extremely dissatisfied with the river oaks location and will not be returning. The Heights and Uptown to go locations are much nicer.

I highly recommend you have the autumn special, roasted butternut squash and Brussel sprouts bowl with your choice of meats. I chose blackened shrimp. Delicious times two! Service was just as amazing. My bowl was served with grace and care plus my food was the perfect temperature. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxed. Perfect for enjoying conversation with a meal and dessert. There's not enough space for me share with you how good the caramel pecan cheesecake was. Just come.

Great food, quality ingredients, great prices, hands down one of the best diamond casual eateries in Houston. This location in particular. It would be a 5 star for me if they had a barista that made fresh latte's with almond milk.

Best blacked shrimp salad I've EVER had! Their lemon poppy seed dressing is to die for. Literally so good

The first thing that we tried was tomato basil soup, which was okay. Nothing to complain but nothing to be disappointed as well. Just an avg tomato soup The pizzas - Veggie and Margarita pizzas were nice and crunchy. I liked the fact that veggies were not over baked. Maybe you can ask them to get it well done if you are someone who liked their veggies well baked. The pasta - Chicken Parm was decent too, a little sour with the lemon, but overall it was satisfactory. Will be back to give it an other try

Casual restaurant which serves a variety of healthy dishes such as salads and the like. That said, my dinner companion had grilled salmon atop pasta in a cream sauce which was fantastic! I'm definitely getting that next time. There was a nice selection of reasonably priced wine by the glass or bottle. I really enjoyed the Pinot Grigio. Bellagreen also has a wood burning oven which gives the interior a cozy, slightly smoke scented ambiance which blends well with the exposed brick walls. Give bellagreen a try!
