"Whenever I want a quick bite to eat, I go straight to Bellaire Broiler Burger. They serve up quick burgers and crinkle-cut fries. It’s a burger joint that opened in 1959, and the old school nostalgic feel remains." - Sophie Friedman

What a wonderful place for lunch. The burgers were super hot and juicy. The onion rings were yummy as well as the fries. Others described it as a dive which is true in a sense but I find these places to have the best food you have ever eaten. Which is definitely the case here so stop in and enjoy!!!

Still as delicious as ever. They are serving from a trailer now with covered outside dining. I was told they hoped to have the interior opened in September. Make sure you drop by soon.

I have to change the four star review I wrote just a few days ago. The owner has a lot of nerve to think I (or anyone) will pay $15.99 for FROZEN stadium chicken tenders. These tenders do not have the same light and crunchy breading the old chicken had. Instead, they have that disgusting battery thick breading that the greaseball chicken at football games use. I might as well have gotten those frozen Tyson tenders. It's terrible. It's disgusting. I'm calling for a refund tomorrow. What bothers me the most is it did seem (last week) that the owner was attempting to use the same/a similar breading. But the chicken was overcooked. This time the chicken was cooked fine but it was made with that cheap stadium breading. I do not think you understand that the appeal of BBB is its unique attention to quality on old fashioned fare. You will not stay in business charging River Oaks prices for stadium food. This isn't Eighteen36 bar. We're not a bunch of drunks who will eat anything put in front of us nor will long standing BBB customers react well to recipes or suppliers changing. I can fully understand the higher prices if the food is the same. But it isn't. I know for a fact that the 6-piece tenders you are serving could be sold (profitably) for closer to $12 because you have opted to use the breading every lazy restaurant uses instead of maintaining quality. You claim to want to make things the same, and claim to want to price things as low as possible, but your greed is showing. P.S. I have included a photo of the new chicken alongside the old. The new chicken is in the paper box, the old is in the plastic basket. The difference is obvious.

Very Delicious....OMG it was a big burger the Bellaire Special. I was so hungry, I ate to fast so I could not finish it. :) It was not greasy. Very generous with bacon slices. Chilli fries were really good, good amount of chilli and cheese :). I will definitely be back.

I don’t know what these other people have been eating, but this place would be out of business anywhere else and I don’t mean to be rude, but based off of my experience I’d never come back to see if this was an off day. Pros: beef patty was juicy, cooked to a perfect temperature and thick. That’s it. Cons: the cheeseburger, fries, and a drink cost $14. The patty had a smoky taste but other than that - there was almost zero seasoning. The fries were also flavorless - no salt or anything. Good portion of fries, but not worth the price. The place is dark, loud, and the cashier wasn’t helpful at all. Bread was mediocre - nothing special. I understand that this is considered a no frills “institution” in the area, but the high price tag coupled with season-less food are a deal breaker for any future visits from me. I really don’t know what the 4-5 star people have eaten, but there’s something wrong here.

Absolutely Delicious!! The environment itself is lovely with the 50’s dinner theme and service is kind, easy, and fast. The burgers are large and the food is served fresh. Would totally recommend :)

I had no idea a Burger could be do good! This explains why they are so busy. I had a great hamburger 1/4 pound with cheese loaded with letting, tomatoes, onions, mustard I guess you would say the works! I had this with a bag of Lay's BBQ chips and a glass of water for under $8.00 bucks! Great deal and great food I will be back again. Thanks!

I love the truck stop atmosphere. All it's missing is a couple of manly women walking thru the parking lot asking if you need any fun. Speaking of weiners, a good FYI is that if you order hot dogs, they come at you like a burger, not in traditional dog buns. I had the 1/2 lb burger. It was awesome. The wavy fries were more generic but still decent. It gets pretty crowded on Fridays at noon but the line moves fast. We will see what kind of effluent it creates this afternoon.
