I highly recommend using Belle Vue Wilmington for any event! Ray was absolutely the best in helping us plan our son's rehearsal. Belle Vue was the perfect venue for our daughter's UNCW graduation party! The event space was everything we wanted and more - from the ideal location that includes parking, to the way the rooms flow inside, to the outside garden area - it exceeded what we needed. There is a large kitchen for catering needs, the perfect bar area (with glassware for rent), and just about every detail you need. Ray is incredibly knowledgeable about events and wiling to help in any way. We are beyond happy that we chose Belle Vue to celebrate. We will definitely use Belle Vue again!

The special part about this venue is Ray. Not only is it a great sized space, and absolutely beautiful requiring minimal decorations, but Ray is the cherry on top. He communicates well, and will go the extra mile to make sure your event goes smoothly. He will take care of you and your guests like you’re his family! Truly spectacular, I will be using Belle Vue for all of my family’s event space needs in the future.

It’s perfect for any type of gathering, whether it’s a party, wedding, or even a corporate meeting. The options for hosting events here are truly endless. I can’t recommend Belle Vue enough! My company has been using Belle Vue for workshops, business meetings, and company parties for over 2 years with no end in sight. The space is lovey and versatile and in a quiet part of downtown where there are minimal disruptions and privacy, but also within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking on site as well. Ray is what makes Belle Vue so special as he is accommodating, responsive, fair, trusting, and helpful. He has helped me out last minute when I needed a space in a pinch, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Ray truly wants the best experience for anyone interested in Belle Vue. I can't say enough positive things about Belle Vue and it's owner.

WOW! My daughter chose Belle Vue for her wedding and I’m SO glad she did. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Ray is Fantastic! We were looking for a venue that would allow us to basically plan it, decorate ourselves, cater ourselves, etc. AND that wouldn’t break the bank! That kind of place is hard to find but Belle Vue checks all the boxes! We knew we were getting a steal, but the day of , Ray went way above and beyond! We are so thankful for him. He jumped right in wherever we needed him! He even took pictures and videos (and directed others to take them too) when our photographer canceled last minute. Hands down best venue in Wilmington! And bonus, Ray feels like your best friend as soon as you meet him! Thanks Ray for making our girls day extra special!

Absolutely beautiful space for any event! My family has used Belle Vue for a wedding in Oct and most recently a baby shower this past weekend. Here’s a few of my favorite things about this breathtaking event space. (1) There’s free parking for your guests and lots of space for any event you have in mind. (2) There’s even a secret garden for a nice little outdoor seating spot. (3) Ray most definitely loves what he does, you can tell by how welcoming and helpful he is in every aspect! (4) I was late to my sisters shower this weekend and forgot to buy a card. Ray ran eastwards so fast that the Earth spun the opposite direction, turning back time and allowing me to pick up a card and make it to the shower with plenty of time to spare! (5) Belle Vue is affordable but worth every penny.

Went to a surprise birthday party here and everything was so wonderful The owner made sure everything was right on point and even helped to make sure the surprise went off without a hitch If your looking for a venue this is where you want to have it

This venue is amazing! Not to mention the owner Ray is super helpful while lending a helping hand! Everything always goes so smoothly and turns out more than amazing! I will always use this venue for any or ALL things like weddings, birthdays, baby showers, or gender reveals, and everything in between!!! Highly recommend

I've done a brunch for a wedding reception , my aunts memorial , a Halloween kids cooking class and a comedy show and taco night at belle vue ! Ray is so great to work with ! The place is beautiful and very easy to make special for any occasion ! All the things you need he has there ! Really great pricing especially with the outdoor patio, hot holding kitchen, lots of parking and 2 bathrooms not to mention the awesome little bar ! ( table , chairs , tablecloths, some plates and things , all the beverage glasses) you can't get venues with the things you usually have to rent at crazy prices for this out the door price !!! Right downtown !!! I definitely will be working with Ray anytime I need a venue or if my private chef clients do I will recommend them here as well!

I had my wedding here and I can't say enough good things. Ray went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect for our special day. He worked tirelessly to make sure decorations were in place, and people knew where to go, and even bartended at the same time! The venue itself is sooooo beautiful and perfect for pictures. This is definitely the place to look at. If not for the beauty alone, then also for the guy that works tirelessly with it! Thank you so much Ray!

I was here for the first time tonight for a birthday party for a 1 year old. The owner went out of his way to make everything perfect. Although, the event was catered to the adults the owner made sure that the birthday girl had everything she needed. The venue is beautiful with a great view from the outside balcony. I would love to have my own birthday party here!

Belle Vue is amazing! We used it as a bridal suite, the make up artists said it was the best natural light and it was a beautiful backdrop for pics! I also did a first look with my dad and husband- it was so magical! Ray went above and beyond to ensure my day went according to plan and helped us is so many ways! I can't say enough positive things about the space (and Ray)- we cant wait to use Belle Vue in again! I would 1000% recommend!!!!

I chose this absolutely gorgeous venue for my best friends baby shower. It was more than perfect - the space is beyond fabulous with glass beaded chandeliers, white lounge furniture, high top round tables, a beautiful bar with all the glassware, all the table settings and serving trays you can imagine, brand new chic gray flooring, a dressing room and two bathrooms. It's the perfect place to fit a number of people from a small gathering to decent size party. The tables come with white table cloths and can be arranged any way you like to accommodate all your guest. Ray was an absolute dream from beginning to end. He helped organize the mimosa bar, cleared the table and even served at the bar. He went above and beyond his ownership duties to make the event run smoothly. He even cleans up! I would highly recommend this venue for any event you have!

Belle Vue was a dream venue! The space was beautifully renovated, clean and classy. Ray had everything ready and was so friendly and helpful. We literally needed nothing. We even had Ray as our server and could not have had a more perfect person! He was friendly to every guest and anticipated needs before we even asked. Brides beware! If you're considering using Belle Vue Wilmington as your wedding venue you may want to reconsider. The venue itself was beautiful, but I had a horrible experience with the owner Ray and his lack of communication. We ended up having to switch our reception venue a WEEK before our wedding due to his lack of communication and disorganization. He also emailed us on our wedding day. We paid in full and were refunded 18 percent of the total price. I hope my honest feedback will save another bride from the nightmare that we went through.
