I’ve heard many mixed reviews about Belles, however, we had a positive experience here! The service was very hospitable and efficient, ambience was unique and the Nashville chicken sandwich, tenders and waffles did not disappoint! The chicken was cooked perfectly and all the ingredients complemented each other. Our only feedback was the patty was quite cold when it was served and serving of the chips was quite small. Overall, a positive experience here! Will be back to try more of the menu :)

Always wanted to try out Belles for their famous fried chicken and sandwiches, got the opportunity in Adelaide CBD on Easter Sunday dinner while we were on Easter 2025 Break. The place was busy, we got a table for 4 after joining 2 tables. We requested for a booth table which we saw was getting freed up, inspite of being 1st in the waiting queue, the manager mentioned she had a booking for the table and forced us to go to the other corner where she had arranged my table. I kept an eye out to see the authenticity of her statement, apparently she didn’t have a booking and she gave it to the walk-in Aussie family waiting just behind us in the queue, who didn’t have a reservation (I checked with them to confirm my legitimate opinion). Maybe my Aussie dollars and credit card had a bit of a brown tint, so we were not indulged!! Anyway, apart from that irritation/humiliation, the lady who waited on us was great. She explained the way to order and we order 4 burgers (2 hot honeys, Nashville spicy and buffalo), along with Nashy loaded fries and 4 chicken tenders with Traveller spice, along with a couple of schooners of Belles original draught beers. Food came out within 20 mins while we had the beers. The sandwiches were medium in size, kind of felt like burgers without the burger buns. The chicken tenders were really big and tasty. The loaded fries were good. The beers were just lager, to wash down the food with, nothing to rave about. Overall the food was quite tasty, though our table’s collective feedback was that Betty’s Burgers, Chubby Buns and Five Guys (in Sydney) were slightly better than Belles. But I would def recommend Belles for a good chicken meal experience, if you want a nice burger joint!

Visited Belle's Hot Chicken not too long ago, and unfortunately it wasn't the experience that we'd hoped for. The burgers were okay. They lacked flavour and are really quite small in size; so considering the price you're paying, you'd hope they'd be a little bit bigger. The chips were lukewarm which was disappointing because their seasoning was good. The decor and vibe of the restaurant is cool, and it's easily accessible by foot if you're anywhere in the city. Not too far away from public paid car parking either. The staff are nice, and there's a good amount of seating inside the restaurant.

Thought I'd do this just for fun but I loved it here! I actually got recommended from the Melbourne Belles since I was sad I wouldn't be able to have it again. They told me there was a Belles here in Adelaide and I was shocked I'd never heard of the place! I am a little bias because my experience at Mel Belles was emaculent but it was wonderful here too! I came around 1:30pm or so and I was able to get a seat, order quickly, and get my food all in about 20 minutes or so. The food is really good, it's a decent amount (I got the supreme lunch meal 15$). The chicken is crunchy! And the fries have this really nice paprika taste that is sooo good! One thing that is different is that whereas Mel Belles has this like 1990s red diner vibe this Adelaide Belles feels like a late 90s to early 2000s vibe! It's different and I do admit I missed the other but I loved all the wooden details. They even had arches around the entrance/exit! Overall very lively place and the services and people there were all very nice. OH also it's only like a 5 or so minute walk from Rundle and a 10 or so minute walk from the train station! Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.

Our server was amazing. Super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. It's worth the price, especially if you are sharing. The chicken was amazing, super crunchy and you can pick your spice level. Love the American diner decor.

Had great service and a cool vibe! I could imagine a birthday or similar event would be nice here. I did the takeaway option, however, and the food was pretty okay. I was very excited for the mac and cheese as it's not offered everywhere but it did lack a little flavour unfortunately! The burger was great salad and meat wise, however could have been soo good with some sweet sticky sauce or something with a little more flavour than the sauce provided. This could have been due to it being extremely busy in the city tonight, I'd love to come back and give it another go though!

We were so excited to try this place out after visiting the Melbourne store years ago and loving it. Safe to say, we didn’t leave disappointed! Food was great and it was a bonus that we got to try the wings because it was still happy hour — they’re huge so I don’t know if I could’ve managed 4 and a side on my own! They’ve done an amazing job with the fit out and it’s an instant vibe the moment you walk in — all the little details that have got into the decor and even the placemats and wet towels definitely add to the experience.

Great chicken wing place, good beer and service. Restaurant is clean with American diner ambiance. Service was polite and welcoming. Chicken was amazing with big sized chicken wing the size of your palm, juicy chicken burger generously sauces and good beer to company. Though you have non spicy option, you will appreciate the good spicy level option as it is the signature way to enjoy the flavour of the food. Great place to satisfy your fried chicken craving.
