I’ve seen this place grow from the bottom! It used to be an old diner and they completely changed it up! The entire place is remodeled and looks stunning, the bar is gorgeous, they have an area for live music and it’s always awesome! The food tastes amazing, I love their fried chicken and spices. The service is wonderful too. Have been here a few times now and it’s always great energy. They deserve a high rating for how good their food, service and atmosphere is

Had the tenders—super yummy (went with the lowest heat level and got all the flavor without worrying about burning my mouth like crazy). Really nice unique flavor. And the potato fries/chip—not sure what to call them but they were the perfect texture with a delicious garlic topping/sauce. And the ranch is a really nice unique flavor. It’s a very dimly lit atmosphere at lunch — so good escape from the heat but I personally like more natural light. Really friendly service!

Belle’s Nashville Kitchen is a gem in Old Town Scottsdale! I stopped by for dinner and had a pleasant experience. The grilled chicken burger was delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I misread the menu and thought the chicken was fried though. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making for a solid pairing. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was lively. They had live country music, which added to the fun, and laid-back vibe. Whether you're looking for a great meal or a spot to enjoy good music and a fun crowd, Belle’s is the place to be. I'll definitely be back next time I’m in Scottsdale.

This place felt like a local hangout. Large bar, tightly packed tables and a small spot for a band in the front. When we arrived, about half of the tables were empty but we're still covered with dirty dishes from previous guests. We stood and the "please wait to be seated" sign for quite some time before realizing no one was going to come and help us and there were no 'clean' tables available so we just sat down at the bar. The bartender did her best to ignore us but we sat right in the center of the bar so after walking back and forth a dozen times and helping some other people who sat down after us, she finally said hi. We said we were ready to order and she asked if we wanted drinks. We were on lunch break so we ordered a water and a coke and as I continued to order my food, she turned around and walked away. The beverages finally came, I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, their specialty, in the medium spicy 'Chicken Clucker' version. My friend had some kind of chicken salad. The Nashville Hot sandwich was very crispy and had a good bun but it was a 2 on a 1-10 spicy scale and just didn't have the Nashville Hot flavor I was expecting. The garlic fries were awesome and unique in their puffy wedge, deep fried, garlic crispyness. My buddy liked his salad and it looked good but in general this was an underwhelming experience across the board.

Google
The brunch menu online had many more items than the actual menu. If your going to offer a breakfast burrito, than make some salsa too, not just offer me a 5 year old bottle of Tabasco. Potatoes not cheesy rither.

I had a pretty good experience here. It's definitely a country Nashville feel. They had a live musician doing some renditions of popular songs. It was loud but that was the atmosphere so it was cool. I had a large party and they had to split us up which was kind of a bummer. Cuz this place is not that big, they wouldn't let us pull up one more chair to the table because of wheelchair, access or whatever. So I'm not knocking them for that. The food was really good, although I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the Nashville sauce. I ordered the medium heat chicken sandwich, the chicken was breaded wonderfully and cooked perfectly, but it was really hot. I wish I would have ordered the mild. And I like medium heat stuff but it was a little more than I would have liked. And I wasn't the only one who thought this in my party. I would definitely go back, but would order the mild, and or try some of the other dishes. The sweet potato fries. All in all a good experience.

Wow, the chicken sandwich is just super spicy and tasty. Probably the best I‘ve ever had! Live music with a local band is just awesome.

We had to wait 25 minutes because they were backed up only able to get drinks. Once we were able to order food was lack luster and made her stomach hurt. My meal was semi ok. The peach cobbler was kinda under performing. The plus side was the live music. A one and done for us.

Yelp
As many times as I've been to Old Town Scottsdale, I'm not sure I ever really noticed Belle's, or I thought it was just a bar. The western honky-tonk theme was very welcoming. It's not a big place but there were plenty of available tables when we arrived and we were told to take our pick. We sat towards the back getting a great view of the whole place. We ordered the jalapeno cornbread skillet to start, which was good though I wish the top had been a bit crispier. The menu had a lot of great choices. I decided on the Ahi Tuna Salad. The combination of the salad greens with the sesame crusted ahi and the wonton strips was excellent. The salad was dressed perfectly - not too much and not too little. Hubby went with the Nashville Hot Chicken level Baby Bird. He said it was still pretty spicy, and it was messy, but he loved it. He got it with the garlic fries which were so good. I ended up stealing quite a few because they were so good. If you're in Scottsdale, check out Belle's, even if you're just grabbing a drink or want to check out some live music.

Yelp
Gross unnecessarily overly greasy over cooked chicken with tons of breading Ok service Smells like a dive bar Been several times with the same experience over and over Wonder if they've ever tried their own food

Yelp
We dropped in here on a whim. Service was quick. We got water in jars with handles. They were very cute. We had questions about the menu and everything was mostly answered easily. We did ask about the spiciness of some of the dishes and found that it was spicier than we expected. We looked at the T-shirts and there were limited sizes in the designs we were looking to purchase.
google avatar

Yelp
We decided on a whim to try Belle's and we weren't disappointed at all. We had the fried pickles and Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and both were amazing. The server / bartender was great. Prompt and very nice. The restaurant was clean and not too busy at the time. They have live music as well in the evening. When we return to Arizona we will be back

Yelp
The food was very tasty but not healthy at all. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Bites, which were extremely addictive and very greasy in a delicious way. I also got the Ahi Poke Wontons, and it was ok but too fruity for my taste. I liked the ahi tuna and avocado but not so much the fruit or wontons. The service was very fast and friendly. They had a live band, and it was nice but a bit loud. I felt uncomfortable in the seats so couldn't stay very long. Since I left, I have been obsessing over the chicken bites.

Yelp
The honey tonk breakfast burrito was small and below average. If you have a burrito on the menu then at least offer some salsa, not just an ancient bottle of Tabasco. Singer wasn't good, but bartender was nice. Potatoes needed more cheese to very cheesy.
google avatar

Yelp
We came by here and saw a sign for dueling pianos and thought it'd be a good place for dinner. They do charge for you to get in for a table but my mom wouldn't tell us what it was. Honestly tho, so worth it!!! Besides the dueling pianos being super fun, and the drinks being great, the food was WOW!!!!! I had the grilled mac and cheese sando and it was prob one of the best I have ever ever had!!! I still dream about that sandwich!
google avatar

Yelp
Cool spot in downtown Scottsdale. We had an absolutely amazing Nashville hot chicken sandwich, worth return for for that reason alone. The mild was the perfect amount of spice for me, still had a little kick to it! Fun live music and great service from the bartenders, would definitely return.

Yelp
As I only tried chicken dishes at Belle's Nashville Kitchen, this review weighs heavily on such dishes. The chicken here was incredibly good. Perfectly fried, and not too greasy, with just the right amount of breading. The provided sauces were paired perfectly and added a nice tang. The restaurant vibe was laid back and relaxing, and there was live music while we were eating. Really great place to check out if you're craving some great fried chicken.

Yelp
I found this place on Yelp, it had pretty good reviews. The reviews made me go there, and the ambiance, menu, and about to have live music made me stay. I felt like I was at one of the bars/restaurants in Nashville. The concept was good. Seems like they have a different deal for every day, and they may change it weekly. I got a draft beer; wow wheat. Very smooth to drink. Our waitress said it tastes like BlueMoon, but I think it's better than that. I enjoyed it. However, everything stopped there. The mean thing, the food, was a total disappointment. We got Devils on Horseback, Popcorn Chick'n, and Kool-Aid Pickles. All three were bad. But I think the worst was the Popcorn chicken. We asked for medium spice. The level of the spice was really medium, which was good. But they used chili oil. Deep fried chicken, topped with lots of oily sauce, and top of it had chili oil. So basically super-uper oily chicken that I couldn't get more than one piece. My brother was hungry, he ate the most but regretted it later. Devils on horseback are basically stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon. I wish it was more crispy. But the bacon was so soft and made the whole dish somewhat soggy. Still good to have it, I definitely had better stuffed jalapenos. Kool-aid Pickles is fried dill pickles which are normally one of my favorite appetizers; including when I was in Nashville. The dipping sauce kinda covered up the batter taste so that we could finish it up.

Yelp
My wife had found this place on an advertisement for some Scottsdale event and remembered it when we were heading to Scottsdale Center for the Arts for a show. Her daughter had mentioned she had been there with friends and enjoyed it.... So we decided it was about time we tried it, I am a Cajun fan!! SO GLAD we did. Started with the Signature cocktails and were not disappointed! All 3 of the drinks we tried we Way better than average!! See pictures. Could not decide on what to try on the food menu and so settled for one entree and the sampler appetizer, which was a meal in its self. VERY Happy with the Shrimp N Grits (Used to hate grits until you find them done right like they are here) and I absolutely loved the sampler platter! We had asked about the kool-aid pickles and wanted to try them since they are marinated in kool-aid for like 24 hours and then in a buttermilk batter for another 8-12(?) hours!! So the sampler gave us more than enough to try as well as the nashville hot chicken fingers (which were too spicy for my wife, but I REALLY Liked them) and the devils on horseback jalapeno poppers with pimento cheese (which we almost fought over!). Needless to say, we will be back and actually asked about if they could accommodate a group so we could have my birthday dinner there, for about 10-12 of us (Which is no problem since it is not in season, but summer)!

Yelp
Nashville chicken and music on the sidewalk patio brought me in , but boy did the chicken disappoint. The fries I really liked but with drinks and near $100 for two this place was just not worth it. Ambiance was ok the singer was really good. The service was ok nothing stellar. You get a mimosa in a dark plastic cup. Sorry but they need to change the rules and regs City of Scottsdale! No glass at the front patio? Why are unruly customers going to throw glassware at passing by tourists?! Get real. I order champs I wanna see the bubbles in a clear tall flute . This place is highly rated. Wanna know why ? Look at recent reviews by Elites. They all go out get the best since it's an organized event and then they stack the reviews with big stars. Gee does that change the algorithm, the ratings. Just makes you wonder why 4 elites come in a rave one on day and then someone has a crappy experience. Get your Nashville Chicken right in the back kitchen please. I'm out !

Yelp
Belles Nashville Kitchen piqued my interest because of the kool aid pickles. However, within minutes of walking in I was disappointed. The service was slow, the food took forever and lack luster. The kool aid pickles are nothing to be excited about. Quite frankly neither is the rest of their food. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere
google avatar

Yelp
I had the wedge salad with Nashville hot chicken, unfortunately, I don't like blue cheese and that is what it comes with. Had id been asked or noticed it, I would have gone with ranch (I thought it came with it because I saw the app with Nashville hot chicken came with ranch). The chicken tasted great and the blue cheese dressing seemed fine if you're into that. Went on a Friday around 1pm and it took a solid 10 mins for the bartender to acknowledge we were even there, we sat there because we had waited at the front for someone to seat us, but after 5 mins and no one even looking over there, we gave up and sat at the bar.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped in after candytopia and had a nice dinner. My tacos and fries were tasty but the drink wasn't even kind of strong and felt like I was drinking sugar. I had a marg of some sort. My friends enjoyed their food as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was a live guitarist playing. Quickly found an open table l and ordered the hot chicken sandwich. I was so surprised by how good it was-- a tier above the other hot chicken sandwiches I've had around the valley. The fries are somewhere between chips and fries, and they were quite good, as well. I hope to be back to try the tenders.

Yelp
Belle's is a little piece of Nashville, right in the middle of Scottsdale! They always have live music which such a great add. The space isn't the biggest but creates a welcoming homey vibe to it! We ordered the fried pickles which I thought were really good. They have koolaid in them which makes them sweeter than normal. I got the Baby bird grilled chicken tacos which had a lot of flavor and weren't spiced at all! My boyfriend got the Nashville hot friend chicken sandwich and said it was awesome! Full of flavor and really Juicy! He didn't think the medium hot was hot at all though. His meal came with fries that were perfectly crispy yet still potatoey... if you're a fry lover you'll know what I mean! The staff has always been very nice and welcoming. The service is usually pretty quick too. They have a good amount of TVs as well if you wanted to watch a game! We did come one time before this and had the Mac n cheese- which we did not like. It was way too cheesy but in a watery way.
google avatar

Michele A.

Yelp
I have no idea what app you're talking about. It was in No Way 15 minutes. You need to check with your bartender. She even commented that it never takes as long as it did. This isn't my first restaurant to ever visit. Still not coming back. You can keep my husbands jacket.

Megan M.

Yelp
Celebrated our bride to be at Belle's and i cannot express how amazing the entire experience was. Food was delicious, vibes were high, live music, and service was beyond perfection. Charlie the was on top of every need for our loud bunch of ladies. Jamie the manager came to welcome us and ensure we were enjoying our time! They took the time to plan every detail making sure our bride to felt incredibly celebrated and loved! By far the highlight of our bachelorette trip! THANK YOU BELLE'S!
google avatar

Alexander D.

Yelp
The food was quite good, but the service was subpar and lacked attention to detail. When we arrived, we were sat quite quickly and the waiter arrived at our table within a few minutes. We placed our drink order and then waited...and waited...and waited for the drinks to arrive. It was only when he came back to take our order that he recognized that he forgot to bring our drinks. The restaurant had a live musician the night we went and while they were good, the volume was quite loud (95-100 dB) for most of the performance. This made it nearly impossible to have a conversation. The restaurant is long and narrow as well and we were towards the back, I can't imagine how loud it was up front near the artist. I love live music, it's just too bad the volume wasn't appropriate for the location. Overall, worth checking out, just be aware of the drawbacks.

Yelp
Best food in old town especially if you're looking for a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich!!
google avatar

Ray H.

Yelp
Have you been to Nashville and miss it? Have you wondered what experiencing a honky tonk on Broadway is like? Well, this is the place to check out! The ambiance is definitely on par with Nashville Honky Tonks, we really enjoyed the live music. The drinks were great, my cold brew old fashioned was amazing. The Nashville chicken is no joke, either. The poltergeist level is pretty close to Hattie B's shut the cluck up spice, but more saucy/oily. My fiancée really enjoyed her Nashville chicken, too. We also loved our devils on horseback app. Definitely want to return and try more food. We loved visiting Nashville and having this place kinda sorta up the road from us is great.
google avatar

Frank G.

Yelp
Came here for the Nashville Hot Chicken sando and I loved it! The "Mother Clucker" had the perfect amount of heat, spice and the slaw made this one of the best sandos I've had! Our server (Charlie) was just ON IT! And worth mentioning by name.. I say this rates a Highly Recommend!!
google avatar

Tony J.

Yelp
A must every time we are in town and never disappoints. Biscuts and gravy are solid with a little bit of tabasco. We ordered shrimp and grits and subbed chicken tenders instead. Love the vibe in this place and we tend to go early on weekend or afternoon. Service is always friendly pleasant and knowledgeable which makes for a reasonably priced great overall experience! See you again in a few days!
google avatar

Brenda C.

Yelp
Food and service were great! It's a small place fyi....the hibiscus mimosa wasn't too great tho but I'd definitely come back for the food
google avatar

Charlotte T.

Yelp
If you like fried chicken, this is the spot to be. The chicken fingers, were pretty darn good. Would definitely recommend these to anyone, very meaty. The fried pickles were good to try, I would not get them again. nothing really special about them! This place has a cool vibe. If you're here in the afternoon, they usually have live music and is right in the heart of downtown Scottsdale.

John S.

Yelp
We absolutely love coming to Belle's. Nashville is one of my favorite cities, and this place feels like a little taste of it right in Old Town. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the live music really brings that fun Honky Tonk energy. They always have great local musicians, which adds so much to the vibe. Prices are really reasonable, especially for Old Town, and the happy hour is a solid bonus. The only thing I'd tweak is the hot chicken. The flavor is great, and the chicken is juicy and crispy with the right amount of heat and seasoning. But there's just way too much grease. Every time I order it, there's a full puddle of oil on the plate, and it's a little off putting - the whole plate shouldn't be wet with oil. I'd recommend letting the chicken drip for a minute or putting a piece of bread down on the plate.
google avatar

Maddy L.

Yelp
So good! If you want authentic Nashville and barbecue food this is the place! It is a local spot in Old Town Scottsdale. They have live music on weekends.

Justin W.

Yelp
Went with the family for some Nashville chicken. The kids shared a Best of Belles sampler with devil on horseback (jalapeño poppers), kool aid pickles and Nashville hot chicken. The pickles were to sweet for our liking. I enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with medium spices which was really good with the Cole slaw. My youngest had the kid chicken which he liked. The ambiance was good as they had live music. It made it harder to talk with the group but was fun to sing along. Worth the trip to check out.
google avatar

Kal I.

Yelp
We have been craving those hot chicken sandwiches and sure enough we made a second trip (in less than a week)! Second time around, still tasted so good. Enjoyed the entire meal and wonderful service :)
google avatar

Rosa M.

Yelp
Found this place by searching for chicken tenders. And it was an absolute lucky find!! Chicken tenders were really tasty!! And their fries...wow! So so good. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was so good too! My hubby loves it. But our absolute favorite was the cornbread. We Love cornbread and this one did not disappoint! Jalapeño cornbread with honey drizzled on top...OMG! So good!! We also were here around 5pm on a Saturday and they had a live band. It definitely set the mood. Wr had just finished shopping at the mall and to get away from the crowded area, this was a great gem to find. We loved this place and can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Aundrea J.

Yelp
Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Period. We also had the amazing cornbread and wedge salad. Downside of this place is noise is too high all the time.
google avatar

Veronica N.

Yelp
What a great gathering spot to meet up with friends during the week or the weekend there is always something going on with some live music. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. I recommend this place for a fun laid-back evening with friends.!
google avatar

Julian E.

Yelp
I went to this place to try their hot chicken and wasn't too disappointed. I needed help with the order because I had never been there and the bartender was very helpful to help me get what I needed. I ordered the hottest level chicken with fries and Mac n cheese. The chicken was tender and had a decent flavor but wasn't that hot or a top level on flavor. The Mac n Cheese had a taste similar to a canned version with added cheese to give it a stringy feel, it was kinda bland. However, the garlic fries were amazing. They were shaved and fried to resembled almost flower pedals. The texture was crispy with a soft inside and was seasoned perfectly. While the chicken may not have been what I'm used to, it was still a pleasant lunch. The bartender was hot and the atmosphere was nice. I'll still go back sometime when I can stay longer.
google avatar

Almighty C.

Yelp
Great staff and service! Food was amazing. Glad I stopped by. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm back in the area.

Kristy S.

Yelp
Great place. Food is awesome. Live music can't be beat. The service charge for using a credit card is B.S but other than that the place is great. Just pay with cash!
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
Cool little country bar in Old Town Scottsdale with good food. Having country music playing in the background and the decor gives a great relax vibe. Service was friendly and awesome! Food was delicious and loved their curved crispy French Fries. They also make their ranch in house. I would definitely come back and recommend for you to try.
google avatar

T L.

Yelp
Just happened to be walking past and decided to stop in. What a find. Great local band was playing and the food was outstanding. Wouldn't have expected that from this little spot. Liked it so much we're coming back tomorrow for brunch.
google avatar

Matthew C.

Yelp
Went here to sit at bar. Clearly understaffed. Girlfriend and I ordered the avocado salsa and it took 30 minutes to come out. The salsa was inedible. We left before I spent more money.

Carrie P.

Yelp
We went there a few weeks ago because someone said their burgers were good. We got waters and our waitress never came back to take our order. So, we left. They were not busy. There were tables with dirty dishes. The waitress was clearing the tables instead of helping us.

Jennifer A.

Yelp
Great food and great drinks! Live music was a great bonus! We had a large group and they were amazing accommodating us.
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
Poor service. Awful food. No seasoning on the Mac and cheese - plain as plain could be. Shrimp and grits - 4 shrimp and grits that were undercooked and tasted like nothing. To top it off the waitress didn't seem to like her job. Bummer meal our girls trip.
google avatar

Mary B.

Yelp
We came here for brunch when it opened. Great food, I had the cowboy breakfast with eggs, cheesy hash browns, hot chicken, and toast... delish. Friendly service and the bloody Mary was good too.
google avatar

Joey Z.

Yelp
What a great little find!! I had the most amazing Nashville hot chicken tenders with garlic fries that were to die for!! They only had one bartender and server , maybe because it was a Wednesday night but the staff was great!! Also got to try an expresso whisky drink which was perfect- not to sweet and not too boozy! Wednesdays is "one man music night" and Josh did not disappoint with his acoustic guitar and cover songs!! If you're in the area in old town Scottsdale this a must try place!! I'll definitely go back here again !
google avatar

Aaron W.

Yelp
First time going to Belle's. Ordered the jalapeño cornbread which they make to order. It was a little dry and the jalapeños did not add much flavor. My friend ordered the poke which she enjoyed. The band was nice.
google avatar

Sri K.

Yelp
Great service, and the chicken (if you want it to be) is HOT! Other food was good too - I had the gumbo with anduille sausage.
google avatar

Maxwell V.

Yelp
It was an interesting experience eating here. Servers were friendly although a little slow when it came to service. It took quite a while to get drinks and food out, and they did not seem overly busy. Maybe it's just the way things are out here in downtown Arizona. Food was good, I ordered the signature chicken sandwich EXXXXTRA hot with a side of sweet potato fries. Not bad. Tried their Jalapeño Cornbread and that was delicious! They also served up some local beer, "Hazy AZ" which was super good! I had two and was walking sideways, YEE!!!! I'd try it out again, and encourage others to check Em out. They had a live musician there, nice decor and cool little bar area. Check out Belle's!!
google avatar

S C.

Yelp
Sat at the bar and it had a fun vibe. Ordered the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich in mother clucker heat level and it wasn't spicy at all! Asked for the poultrygeist on the side and that wasn't spicy either! I was hoping to have something super spicy but at least the chicken sandwich itself was really good. The jalapeño cornbread skillet was just ok. Drinks were ok too. Sat at the bar and service was good!
google avatar

Bob V.

Yelp
Great time. Recommended the Chicken Sandwich. Mother Plucker style. Go early for happy hour. The HR old fashions are ok but other drinks might be better. The house old fashion outside of happy hours is very good. Go Tuesdays nights for open mike music. You'll be surprised at the level of talent that shows up.
