Visiting Bellevie Downtown Park has quickly become one of my favorite weekend activities! The park offers an incredible balance of open, natural beauty and thoughtful design. The vast grassy fields are perfect for picnics, playing catch, or simply relaxing in the sun, and they’re always well-maintained and inviting. One of the park’s most stunning features is the infinite fountain that gracefully wraps around the entire space. It adds such a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere, especially with the gentle sound of the water following you as you walk. Speaking of walking, the path that circles the park is perfectly maintained — smooth, wide, and ideal for a leisurely stroll, a morning jog, or an evening walk with friends and family. Families will especially love the inspirational playground. It’s colorful, creative, and clearly designed with both fun and imagination in mind — you can see the kids’ faces light up the moment they step onto it. Adding to the park’s beauty are the gorgeous landscaped gardens and striking pieces of structural art thoughtfully placed throughout. Everywhere you look, there’s something visually interesting — whether it’s a perfectly manicured flower bed or a unique sculpture that sparks conversation. The Park is truly a gem and a wonderful reminder of how a public space can be both functional and inspiring. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors in a beautifully curated setting!

We really enjoy spending time at Bellevue Downtown Park. It’s such a beautiful space with wide open grassy areas, a peaceful walking loop with a waterfall, and just an overall calm, clean vibe. It’s a favorite spot for us to relax or let the kids run around. The Inspirational Playground inside the park is especially great for younger kids and toddlers. It’s colorful, thoughtfully designed, and has a lot of fun play structures. It’s engaging, fun, and the best part is the splash pad—perfect for cooling off and having a great time! Just a heads-up: if you or your little one aren’t planning to get wet, keep a bit of distance or bring a change of clothes so your kiddo can splash away without worry. One thing I did want to mention though: there are some sign and donor boards placed around the play area, and a few of them have sharp or pointy corners—not exactly ideal in a space meant for little ones. It felt a bit out of place in an otherwise well-designed and safe environment. Just something to watch out for if you’ve got a curious toddler who touches everything (like mine!). As for parking, there are two lots: one smaller lot right next to the playground, and a larger lot on the opposite side of the park. On regular days, parking is difficult yet manageable, but during weekends or summer events—like the free outdoor movie nights—both lots fill up fast, and it can be almost impossible to find a spot. I’d definitely recommend arriving early if you’re planning to attend one of the park’s seasonal events. All in all, it’s a wonderful spot for families—just hoping they revisit some of those design details to make it even safer and more accessible during busy times

Google
A nice, but somewhat boring park. There's little stream with ducks, a path around the park, and a big open field where you can play sports or just hang out. There is also a cool tree structure and flowers in the northeast corner. However, the public bathrooms are very unpleasant due to the smell and cleanliness

Haridas Attur

Google
Lovely park. Lots of people walking their dogs, lots of people playing volleyball, badminton , frisbee. Someone was playing live saxophone music. Ducks in the water. Overall nice atmosphere to enjoy the evening.

Google
The biggest compliment I can give this park is that it is a superior urban park to any in Seattle proper: lusher, more elegant, more welcoming. It exudes a kind of symmetrical refinement, with a long circular path and a memorial in the center, and the southern side of the park features large rippling fountains and reflecting pools, along with ample seating. If I lived in Bellevue, I would come here whenever I was downtown. As a visitor, it was immaculate and imaginative: opulent without being prim and inventive without being chaotic. When I think of the grace and elegance of Bellevue, I think of this park.

A place for the whole family—what a perfect spot! Whether you’re having a picnic, chatting with friends, exercising, playing with your dog or kids… I truly loved visiting this park and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Google
My Go-To Place to Feel at My Best. The open lawns, the quiet rhythm of the waterfall, the lovely ducks, the view of the skyline, it’s all so lively and peaceful. Whether I’m going for a walk, journaling on a bench, or simply lying on the grass watching the clouds pass, this park never fails to lift my mood. 💛

Google
Iconic park in the heart of downtown Bellevue with a lot of history and cool features. It’s walking distance from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square Plaza. I go for walks here all the time, and now that the 2 Line light rail extends to Redmond I can ride the train to get most of the way, which I love because Bellevue traffic can get nasty at times. Also a staple location where thousands of spectators congregate to watch the Bellevue fireworks show. In the winter they have an indoor ice skating rink. Also love the details like the plaques on the park benches to celebrate different Bellevue locals who contributed to or enjoyed the park in some way in the park. The water features and big waterfall are also spectacular and relaxing to sit and listen to. It is also super clean for a park its size. Also a great spot for senior photos, sports like volleyball and spike ball and picnics. Just make sure to bring your own blanket if you decide to picnic. My last comment and favorite thing is that they light it up at night and it’s open later than most parks- 11pm instead of dusk. All in all a great place!

Yelp
A clean and well-maintained park in downtown Bellevue, WA which provides a respite for tired travelers who stay in the nearby hotels. There are a number of locals too who live in the condos and apartments nearby. There is a striking structure made of aluminum called Piloti and this serves as the entrance to the park. The park is huge with many parts to it. There is a waterfall that cascades into a reflecting pond, a tree-lined promenade, playgrounds, and picnic areas. While in the park one gets different angles of the Bellevue skyline and Mount Rainier on a clear day. When in Bellevue, go for a stroll here or just sit and take a moment to rest.

Yelp
This is an ideal spot for a leisurely walk after dining in the area. The park is very clean and well-maintained, with a wide, easily accessible walking path. There are plenty of benches for relaxing, people-watching, enjoying the scenery, or observing the ducks. Free parking is available both on the street and in a dedicated lot.
google avatar

Yelp
Went for a peaceful walk. Lots of other people taking casual strolls here, felt very safe. Beautiful view of the lighted buildings at night.

Yelp
Terrific park in the downtown Bellevue district. Within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops, this is a great example of thoughtful public shared spaces, enjoyable by young and old alike. The park is laid out like a rectangle with a circular Infinity Fountain in the middle, which consists of a 240ft long small man-made waterfall and circular pond and canal. The park is bordered by NE 1st Street on the north, NE 4th Street on the south, 100th Ave NE on the west and Bellevue Way NE on the east. Access possible from entrances on each street, with parking lots on west and south sides, though you can find street parking close by in most directions as well. The southwest corner of the park is dedicated to children with areas for both toddlers and a playground for older children. Plenty of children and parents putting the facilities to good use when I came by on a Sunday afternoon. This is a popular spot to watch July 4th fireworks and summer movies in the park on Tuesday evenings (July-Aug 2024). Park hours are 30 min prior to sunrise to 11pm. According to their website there is WiFi available though I didn't try to connect while I was there.

Yelp
This is a beautiful park to spend an afternoon strolling through! I spent a temperate Sunday afternoon walking through with a friend. It happened to be warm in the 60s that day and sunny for once. We leisurely walked and it was decently crowded but not so much that we had to fend off crowds. There were families, other pedestrians, tourists, dog walkers, and more that we saw. We probably spent a couple hours around the area. I'll be back again to enjoy!

Yelp
While visiting Bellevue, we noticed this park and decided to explore it. Shaped like a large circle, it's popular for its big mushroom-looking statues. Restroom facilities and parking in downtown were a bit challenging to locate. It's a suitable park for families with children and pets, offering a pleasant stroll. The nighttime view is particularly enjoyable as it's located in the city. There are also stores nearby for people to visit if they're bored or want to shop around.
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
I love this park. But I wish the city would do something about the people who use it for off leash gatherings. I've seen so many children and people chased down. Reports to the city, police, animal control, etc go nowhere. Parking can be tricky on busy days because the lot is small in both parking space size and count. There's technically two lots, but the smaller of the two is more for the playground. Great spot for the 4th of July, just be sure to get there early and pack your own food.
google avatar

Gina J.

Yelp
My kids love this playground. Lots of seating, huge play structures, splash pad, water feature, and expansive grassy area. You're also walking distance to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops. They even have their own WiFi! Such a nice and clean park!
google avatar

Ratish K.

Yelp
A huge park to walk , have your own picnic, play with views of Bellevue downtown buildings. Good playground for kids. However, getting a parking spot especially during evenings or weekends is not going to be easy. The restroom facilities are not easily available either.
google avatar

Vladimir C.

Yelp
This park is beautiful. The grass is so nice and the architecture is simply amazing. The infinity pool is super cool. It was a dope Atmosphere people were very respectful and there were some skateboarding. I will definitely return with the family.
google avatar

Veronica N.

Yelp
Nice park to walk & eat around. Dog Friendly, and enough room for them to run around and meet other dogs.

Yelp
I took a walk one evening at Bellevue downtown park. Parking was free! The park was lovely, with water winding around it, and ducks swimming happily. And guess what? I spotted some adorable baby ducks that day, stealing the show! Kids were having a blast playing volleyball and other games. As the sun set, the park looked even prettier with lights shimmering on the water. Being downtown, there were lots of places to grab a bite nearby. Each lap around the park was about 0.450 miles, but it felt like a nice, easy stroll. It has a kids playing area too.Overall, it was a really enjoyable evening.

Yelp
A gorgeous park with loads of awesome water features. A beautiful huge lawn with tons of space for picnics, a walk, and or anything outside you'd like to do. A playground for the kiddos looked really fun and inviting if you have kids. I stayed away from that part of the park and explored the perimeter. The path surrounding the park was dirt and gravel. The water features are lovely. Infinity pools, waterfall style, even one that flows down steps alongside the path. Benches and seats are available for seating. If you prefer the grass I suggest a blanket. The weather is currently lovely to come to this park. Two parking lots for the park are on the side of the park closest to Main Street. Street parking is two hours. Enjoy nature before winter comes back. Cheers and happy yelping.

Yelp
TL;DR: a peaceful place for a stroll with or without children. Keep your dog leashed. The playground is wonderful for kids of all ages -- baby/toddler friendly play structures on one side and the other side for bigger kids. There's even a water play area when it's summer time. My personal favorites are the seesaw and double swing -- I do wish there were a few more swings. Be warned, some moms can be quite rude when it comes to the double swing -- they will literally run up to it and plop their child into the bucket seat even though they are aware there is a line. I also like the swing benches under the covered areas. I just wish there were more of them. The walking around is a perfect loop around the park. It's small gravel/sand, which can be a bit irritating if you have sandals where the tiny rocks can be kicked up into your shoes. It can also be quite dusty if someone really stirs up the path. Nonetheless, it is a very easy walk and is stroller friendly -- not hard to push a stroller through at all. There is a huuuuuuge grassy area in the middle of the circular walking path which is great for picnics or playing outdoor catch, etc. Leashed pets welcome. Not only for your pet's safety but for the safety of all the little kids around. Reminder: even though your dog is friendly, some people may have a legitimate fear of dogs/animals. Please be respectful. Parking: very small lot near the Inspiration Playground. Or if you don't mind walking, you can walk from neighboring garages or street side parking.

Yelp
Amazing place to walk , have a picnic and to take the family or friends. Lots of space to set up and sit and enjoy the views.
google avatar

Yelp
Large green area on the western edge of downtown Bellevue, Bellevue Downtown Park (self explanatory name) is a beautiful public park with a small pond, running water sculptures, and jogging trail. It also has a small amphitheater like seating for small outdoor performances.
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Beautiful park with plenty of space to walk/hangout/bike, but my favorite part is definitely all the different water features including the long fountains around the edges of the park.
google avatar

Elaine N.

Yelp
After a long day of walking, we wanted to find a place to sit and relax. It was a hot day so we decided to go here on a Friday earlier this month around 6pm. This park is a lot smaller than I expected, but I liked the calm waterfalls and fountains here! It was nice looking at it and there's some animals here too. I love watching animals so I enjoyed that and the park was actually clean too! This park is also next to a mall, so that's nice. I'd recommend this place! It's a clean park with a lot of benches to sit at and it's next to a mall in case you get bored at the park! Overall, this park was a nice place to relax at.
google avatar

Jeunai C.

Yelp
Absolutely love this park! Nothing better than the playground here on a sunny PNW day!
google avatar

Emelina W.

Yelp
I love walking in this park, sitting on the chair, watching people playing on the grass. The view is beautiful. There are newly constructed gardens and entrance, which make the park more wonderful. There is also a fun playground for the kids.
google avatar

Susan K.

Yelp
This Park is a lovely respite from the large commercial place Bellevue has become. The City did a good job of saving a high school track when the high school moved. Parking is difficult but if you arrive early in the day it should be easy.
google avatar

Teresa M.

Yelp
Bellevue Downtown Park is an excellent place to kinda pretend like you're not in the city while actually being in the hot downtown area. This place is quite popular with walkers & runners as the trail ground is well maintained with mile markers (1 loop = 1/2 mile). Lots of green space for throwing around a ball and the occasional summer concert put on by the city. There's a water design that goes around the park that the ducks seems to enjoy playing with and can be quite amusing! This park also has a really snazzy playground for the littles that makes me wish I could get in there myself. This park is the perfect place if you need to wind down after braving the shopping malls!
google avatar

Latifa S.

Yelp
My baby loves this. Now I do too. It's a tiny park. To get a few miles, you'll be doing multiple rounds of this whole park. But it's not bad during non rainy season! Nice, pretty and surrounded by so many sky scrapers. Now in the rainy season, it's more messy walking here. On or off grass. Parking is free and plenty but you'll need to loop around a few times. Play ground area is the cleanest! And the skating rink in winter months was a fun perk. We can walk the entire park in 10 minutes or less. Definitely a good spot for a quick walk.it's also very dog friendly and stroller friendly. You'll see a ton of puppets and families walking. And ducks!
google avatar

Lisa J.

Yelp
I live a few blocks from this park and am a regular here! It's always well maintained, extremely safe without homeless issues, and very convenient to grab coffee after a nice walk here. On a sunny day it gets crowded and hard to find parking. There are a lot of cute ducks around and they usually float near the water fountain wall. If you're in the area and need a break from shopping, this is a great place to relax or meet friends :)
google avatar

Mojdeh S.

Yelp
This park puts so many others in the Seattle/Bellevue and surrounding areas to shame. It's large, spacious, the playground amazing and thoughtfully, whimsically crafted. Being in the center of downtown and the entire park, large fields surround, as well as a water feature. Musical instruments, climbing, peeking spaces, slides, swings, a trampoline and more! Even a swing where mom or dad can sit across from baby and face each other, swinging together. Another highlight is the bench swings available for parents, aunts/uncles, caregivers to sit on at the edge of the park. Parking is limited but usually available.
google avatar

Kennady B.

Yelp
My favorite place to spend my time, any day! There is typically a lot going on and all happy faces, happy pups, music, ice skating in the winter, and more.

Arianna B.

Yelp
We are from California visiting family. 10/10 recommend this beautiful park. The kids playground even has a water interactive play area!
google avatar

Ting A.

Yelp
A gorgeous park perfect for a stroll or a picnic! I love the architectural design of the circular walkway that is accompanied with a stepped canal and benches alongside. The waterfall and varying elevation levels adds to the uniqueness of the park too. I favor the tranquility of the mornings when there is only a few joggers and people walking their dogs. But even in the afternoon when it is full of activity, the spaciousness of the open fields leaves plenty of room for everybody. The Inspiration Playground with seasonal water sprays is available if bringing kids. The downtown location is extremely convenient since it is surrounded by many shops and dining options. Two parking lots free of charge are by the playground and restrooms. Another great perk is the city of Bellevue provides public Wi-Fi that is usable at the park. Note that currently small sections of the park are fenced off due to the ongoing construction.
google avatar

Cardin N.

Yelp
It was an awesome walk to cap a good night out in Bellevue. A lot of families were out and about in the park on a beautiful sunny day. The park is beautifully laid out and there is space for a lot of different kinds of activity. There was multiple volleyball nets up and it was a great sight to see.
google avatar

Philip S.

Yelp
This is a very pleasant and wonderful park to take a stroll in. What I particularly like about this park is that you can see the whole park in any standing location. I also like the fact that the walking path itself is very enjoyable. It goes around the park in a oval/round shape. In the center you have the nice big open green field. A great spot to play volleyball, play with your pets, have a picnic, or whatever else you enjoying doing in a park. As an addition to this park, there is another small park attached to it. It is specifically a kid's play area. This is something I would highly recommend for young parents to take their little ones to. It has a variety of wonderful play sets for all the kids to try out and enjoy.
google avatar

Sonali O.

Yelp
Pros: Incredibly spacious, clean, interesting water features Cons: Almost completely exposed (little shade)
google avatar

Tony T.

Yelp
We like to walk around here in the afternoon and there are usually a lot of people in the park. Some wear masks, others do not. They have outdoor volleyball courts and some water elements, along with a dirt trail that goes around the park. The grass can bet wet from being watered. There is a playground for kids and a lot of green space for people to place a blanket on and enjoy the greenery. This park is adjacent to downtown Bellevue so you can get some food and take it to the park to eat outside. It's nice to see people use the park.
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Great spot for a Park in Downtown Bellevue! Really like the water fountain and walking around the whole park. We only walked a couple of laps since it started raining on New Year's Day. But took a couple of great pictures and liked the atmosphere. Will be back again!!! Definitely an enjoyable area to take a walk at and take in the scenary...
google avatar

Frank L.

Yelp
It's been a long time coming for this one. Been here thousands of times from nighttime movies, to playing tag with hella fast kids, to jungle gym roaming, to 4th of July parties, to bike laps, to run laps, to walk laps, and most importantly POKEMONGO Hunting!!! Hahahahaha. What a great park. The best park in the state in terms of so many different activities going on. Volleyball, Soccer, Frisbee, Dancing, Movies, Ice Skating, Hide N Seek, Pogo Hunting, it is endless here. The #1 above all reason why it is #1? SAFETY. There's no mischief here, no homeless, no reasons to look around the corner, who's behind you, none of that. Clean, safe, a barrel of fun. Did I mention I just got my first MEWTWO here today?!?!?! Hehehehehehehe.
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Great place for a light walk or stroll in the park. It is nestled in a perfect spot surrounded by apartments, shops, and places to eat at. I love that it is located walking distance from Molly Moon's, a coffee shop, and Fern Thai on Main. The park has a walking section with gravel and it also has larger areas of grass for dogs. If you have kiddos, this park also has a kiddie playground. The restrooms are usually really clean. If you are looking for an intense work-out or run this is not a good park.
google avatar

Sherill Y.

Yelp
The park is beautiful. Lots of open grass and the water feature makes it feel so peaceful. The playground is very impressive and has ample toys for kids of all ages. Theres even a water feature section to cool off from the summer heat. The playground is out of this world with contraptions that made me jealous I was not under 10 years of age! A large waterfall built in (the ducks certainly love it), and loads of open grass areas to sit around for a picnic, or play sports, and just run around. This park is the park to beat all parks! It is huge with plenty of freshly trimmed grass, perfect for a picnic or tossing a frisbee around. There is a beautiful fountain with plenty of chill ducks to look at. I wish all parks in Washington were this well kept and clean! A beautiful gravel 1/2 mile sand trail circling the park for jogging/walking. There are benches all around the park. The inspiration playground is right next to it. There's enough variety in activities that it seems to stay interesting and is contained enough that you can pretty much see everything from most places on the sidelines. One of the best parks I've been to! Spectacular Bellevue downtown views. I would recommend this park for everyone! It's very relaxing, having all that open space and peace in the middle of downtown Bellevue.
google avatar

Vincent V.

Yelp
Who knew that a circular park could be compact yet offer plenty of space for everyone: frisbee players, young children, dog walkers, casual runners and everybody who enjoys a leisurely stroll on a sunny afternoon. The park seems it could benefit from enforcement of the no-littering and no amplified sound policies.
google avatar

Nami N.

Yelp
Grand Opening of the Bellevue Downtown Park on Wednesday!!! Expanded and Inspiration Playground are Now Open. Many families came into the park and fun to inspiration playground. Fun to play both kids & adults. Parking lots are available and more spaces. But oh my~ lots of kids!!!! I came back 10:30pm night. So much nicer than day time. Absolutely beautiful park and heard water sounds, and so nice lighting in the park. Just re-opened....still cloudy but nice to walk, family, couples, friends or with pets.....nice and fun to coming.
google avatar

Smrithi S.

Yelp
An amazing park in the heart of downtown Bellevue. We love coming here for a leisurely stroll or for a jog around the park. It's an oasis in the city. We have always loved this park having attended events here, but urs si much better now after the renovations. The water feature is amazing, there is a large play area for the kids, lots of grass for kids and dogs to run around in. The park gets a 4 star instead of 5 because the grassy area has a lot of dog poop in it. I wish dog owners would pick up after their dogs
google avatar

Charleen M.

Yelp
Beautiful park in Bellevue. Loved the way this park was located in the middle of the town. Plenty of walking paths and an area for children to play. Come here to relax or enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city. Definitely recommended checking out.
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
I've gone here for a run a couple times as I'm trying to train for an upcoming race. It's essentially a large circle with benches all around and grass in the middle. You will see people playing volleyball and badminton, walking their dogs, just laying around, jogging, or walking. There's also a children's park area to bring your kids. Even when it started sprinkling a bit, people were still out having fun. This may be a small detail but I do like the parking lot, especially considering it's in downtown Bellevue. There is a lot of parking (I guess this will depend on when you go; I went during the week around 5:30-6pm) and never had trouble finding a spot. I prefer to run around the circle a couple times as I don't want to be running around the streets and stopping for lights. I wish it was concrete and not dirt/rocky but there's also the inner circle that's grassy. I feel like this is a safe area and everyone is there enjoying themselves no matter what they're doing.
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
I love this park. Its so conveniently located in very central Bellevue Downtown. I parked at the Bellevue Square and just walked over (I don't think they check, so whatever). So you can drop whoever at the mall to shop and then you can be like me go hunt for Pokemon here. Its full of Pokestop here. I came and catched Pokemon non stop here. I spent like 30 mins or so and I ended up catching too many to count. There are lots of people here as well. The park is spacious and you can definitely get a lot of fresh air here. Also beautiful skylines. Also there are lots of benches for you to sit if you get tire. Great for adults, grandparents, kids -- all ages. Such a Beautiful and Cool Park. I love the openness. You want to become Pokemon Trainer, then come here! POKEMON TRAINER ALERT!!!
google avatar

Kamrin P.

Yelp
Perfect park for any occasion! Great for walks with your little fur friends, picnics, or even just a nice spot to relax and read a book. It's huge so it's never too overcrowded. Great location surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, & ice cream places all over!

Yelp
Nice large park in the heart of Bellevue. Parking is rather tight in this area. There are some lots on the S end, as well as a nearby mall parkade on the N side, though I'm guessing one isn't supposed to park here. The layout of the park is one giant (almost complete) circular canal, with a chunk taken out of the SE quadrant. Supposedly they're going to finish it one day, but then there would be nowhere to park. The signs say it's 0.5 miles around the circle and missing chunk, but I'm not sure how that would work once they complete the thing. During the winter, the canal sits empty. Random trivia - on the NE side, the weird curbs inside the circle are actually the remains of a high school foundation. Not sure if it's original though. Can't believe I'm saying this, but the park is crawling with Pokestops. It's not quite as dense as downtown San Francisco (based on the photos I've seen), but it's up there. My friends went nuts with the spinning and catching here. I'm sure this place would be great during the summer months. Only thing I'm not sure about is the parking situation.

Yelp
Bellevue Downtown Park is a park with a huge variety of play structures in one place. From different types of swings to a small trampoline, this park is insanely exciting to visit. This is far from the only thing to do here. There is also a artificial waterfall that falls into a small pond. It certainly is an impressive thing to look at and not because it looks amazing or anything like that, but because it is so difficult to imagine how difficult and expensive this pond and all its plumbing is. There is also this concrete stairway which has very impressive design and plenty of interesting things to look at. There are benches throughout the park. This is a great place to run or walk because the side walk is marked with mile markers. There is a lot of grass which makes this park an excellent place for a picnic.

Yelp
What a great park for all ages and abilities. I was impressed. My kids couldn't decide where to start and wanted to run from toy to toy so fast to try everything ASAP. So much fun to be had at this park! Lots of texture, mobility, and thought provoking toys. There are toys for kids with capability issues and lots of room to wonder about. There was rain on the day we went but that didn't really stop us much. There is also a nice big park to walk around next to it if you have pets or just need to get more wiggles out. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Brittney N.

Yelp
The best children's playground we've ever been to!! If you're around this area, and have kids, go to this park! You will not be disappointed. They have a freaking in- ground trampoline (it's for baby's, but still..!!) Even the grassy area beside the playground is great to walk around, the waterfall is in the middle of the grassy area but also all around the grassy area.

Yelp
The Bellevue downtown park is always clean and free of skaters, homeless people, and drug users. The park itself is large circular walking path that's paved with fine rocks and sand with a large grassy area for volleyball and dogs and a ring of water that connects with a small waterfall in the center. Biking isn't really recommended as there aren't bike lanes and you'll have to dodge pedestrians. In a corner there's a children's playground area with various structures they can play with. This corner also has the bathrooms. The park is often full of ducks which are fun to watch but beware of when they seal off portions of the park for them as the grassy areas will be inaccessible. The park is located downtown, so it's within walking distance to surrounding apartments, businesses, restaurants and the movie theaters, and it's across the street from the mall although I wouldn't recommend parking there and walking off. It also has a small ice skating rink during winter months. Lots of Pokémon GO players come here for in game events.

Yelp
The park itself is tidy, convenient and well maintained, absolutely worth to walk leisurely. I think the whole environment outruns many other Parks, even some of the State-owned.It chills me down by seeing parents take out strollers to the playground, young folks rolling their skateboards, old couples relaxing with their dogs, etc. Bad parts: Its extremely exposed to the air so the entire park is uder scorching heat during summertimes with only a few shady spots. Some dog owners let dogs run without putting leashes on.
