I regularly travel to Las Vegas and always visit the boutique. Speaking with Silva and seeing what is currently available is always a highlight of my trip. She makes each trip very memorable with the offerings and level of service. Mark made himself available as well. Knowing that my purchase was important on multiple levels makes this a great experience. I purchased an Overseas on my last trip and have been very happy with it. Not only is this a beautiful watch it is very comfortable to wear. Silva is always communicating and keeping me up to date on arrivals. Looking forward to seeing this great group of people again soon!

Ever since I visited LV Luxury Bellusso where they sell Cartier, Panerai, Vacheron, A Lange and Jaeger timepieces, I have purchased 7+ time pieces from them. Bellusso is located btw Venetian and Palazzo. I cannot think of better place to purchase my time pieces. Why do I go there? Its the people, plain and simple. Jing is my go to person where I bought my first watch which was Panerai. Ever since then, my collection have grown solely because I love to purchase at LV Luxury. Again, its the people like Yvette who is the one of the Manager there. I love that Yvette is always giving me gifts even when I didnt buy. Reed who is the specialist in Vacheron Constantin, others like Sylva, Marya, Alberto also have top notch. There are handful that I cannot remember their names but I do have to say that ALL staff at Bellusso are wonderful and super friendly. I would visit them even when I don't plan on buying just to say hi. Why? they make you feel like family. They treat you like a human being! I do have to give a special shoutout to Julien the Manager, He have always treated me like a friend and also showing me time pieces that I may like along with Jing. Julien and Jing went above and beyond to get me pieces that I want. He even got hold of situation that made me upset and took care of the situation until it was resolved. They did it because they are my friends / Family. I wish Rolex and Patek was at this location but it is not. I wish they sell AP as well. I do not go to Aria even though I stay at MGM most of the time. I have purchased 7+ pieces from them and I am sure I am not done. Why do I choose to buy from them? Its the people. Period! If they didnt make me feel welcomed, I would not buy from there. I cant say I had the same feeling at LV Luxuvry at Aria. I hope LV Luxury owners know what wonderful staff they have and I buy there because of the people there at Bellusso. That is why I keep going back. Cant wait to purchase my next piece! :) My wife also loves the Grand Seiko as well! See Photo!

David Turnbull was an absolute delight and pleasure doing business with. He was Extremely pleasant and professional, and very patient with us. We ended up buying our third Cartier watch. We will never shop anywhere else for another watch. Five star review all the way!

Panerai Boutique This series of high end Timepiece boutiques in the Venetian shops is a wonderful experience. I am a big fan of Panerai and was helped by Yarden Hezkiel. I will say that this boutique actually has more timepieces and accessories in stock over the corporate own store in Las Vegas. Yarden pulled several beautiful timepieces from the display cases and was happy to swap out straps and explore the full user experience. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product enhanced this buyers experience. Thank you, Yarden and I will enjoy my new PAM1697 for many years to come. See you next time.

Yarden has been instrumental in helping me curate some truly exceptional pieces that have genuinely elevated my watch collection. Yvette, the assistant store manager, has been wonderful throughout, and Silva did a flawless job sizing my latest acquisition. Honestly, every single person in the boutique is fantastic—it’s impossible to name everyone because the entire team consistently delivers the best service and experience. Quite simply, I cannot recommend them highly enough—the entire team is exceptional.

Silva was awesome. Walked in, just to look at watches really with no intent to buy and right away she was incredibly kind. Helped me find the perfect watch for my wife, and worked with me politely throughout the process. Often, you go into jewelers and people are jerks of they don't immediately sense you are buying. Not here! She was great, and recommend her!

She remembers both her big and small clients by name as well as details about their likes and dislikes to make the experience of buying a watch memorable. Highly recommended!

Top notch client experience and service . My wife and I purchased our first Vacheron Overseas pieces and a pair of Panerai's from Marya earlier in the year. It was well worth the wait and could not be happier ! We will definitely be back for more time pieces in the future !

I got my first Vacheron Constantin watch at Bellusso boutique inside Palazzo hotel. I had good experiences at Rolex and AP watches A.D in town , but this was the best experience of all. Jean P. and her manager were very knowledgeable , professional and so helpful from the beginning to the end. I got my overseas VC watch in July and I love it ! Jean also took her time to answer our questions about other watch brands that they had in the store. And she often sent me update about store and new products. Thank you to Jean and the staffs there for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

This retailer has been bookmarked on my Yelp list for quite a while, and I finally had the opportunity to visit the store today, and spend some time with an exceptional employee named Michael in the A. Lange & Söhne section of the store. On a personal note, and as a bit of backstory, horology (study of time and timepieces) is a bit of a hobby of mine. I collect a variety of watches ranging from low end Swatches to luxury pieces such as Vacheron Constantin and Rolex. However, I have never spent the money that it would cost to procure my true dream piece: The Lange 1 model from the German watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne. I am someone that thinks that Rolexes are simply a dime a dozen nowadays. True, they are exceptionally made timepieces, but the brand is so overly saturated and mass produced that it simply bores me. Lange is a small batch watchmaker. Making only a couple thousand watches a year, if that. Some models are one of a kind and the company only produces one of that particular model, period. Each timepiece is meticulously and individually hand made using only precious metals and jewels. Bellusso is the only authorized retailer of the brand in Las Vegas. On the 3 steps of acquiring something in the buying process, I'm on level 2. Level 3 is handing the money over. I walked into the store, directly to the Lange shop within the store and was immediately greeted warmly by an associate (possibly security personnel) who immediately offered me a bottle of water. He then introduced me to Michael who would be my associate that I would be working with. Michael was a consummate professional, but lacked the stuffy pretentiousness that many high end retail associates have. He immediately offered me a seat and opened the case of the Lange 1 models that I was interested in. He, without hesitation, was willing to allow me privilege of trying on the $50k platinum model. I knew that I would more than likely be interested in the white gold or platinum model, the significant cost difference made the white gold model the obvious choice and I fully admitted that the platinum was out of my range. Michael did not show and judgement whatsoever, and immediately removed the white gold model from the case instead. The white gold model comes in at about $35k and was much more in my range. First we exchanged knowledge about the watch itself and it's fine craftsmanship, then we talked about financing options, including zero percent for a year plus. He also advised me of some other ways to save some money in my purchase and then we talked about the retailer as a whole. He established rapport, earned my trust, and engaged warmly even though I made it clear early on that I would not be completing a purchase at that time (Level 2 of 3, remember? ) After about 20 minutes of chatting and trying on both Lange 1 models, I asked for his business card and I provided my contact info to him. He once again offered me a bottle of water and also offered to show me the A. Lange & Söhne printed catalogue. I declined as I already had one at home, as part of my personal research in my timepiece purchase (Level 1). I walked out of the store with a genuine smile on my face and the absolute certainty that this would be the establishment that I will be doing business with when I am officially ready to purchase my coveted Lange 1. Thank you to Michael and the staff at Bellusso for a wonderful experience on all levels.

Definitely the worst watch boutique that you can find in Vegas. Rude and unprofessional sale reps. I had an awful experience with them and will never walk back into their store again.

I recently bought two Cartier watches and jewelry at this location with the patient assistance of the manager Julien. And I am so pleased with the professionalism exhibited by everyone at the location. They have an outstanding display of mens and ladies Cartier watches. The store is immaculate and comfortable. Buying a fine timepiece should not be a spur of the moment decision. The as staff at Bellusso know this ans there is no pressure to buy on the spot. For me games like "today only we'll discount" are an invitation to walk out the door and that does not happen at Belluaso. The store is a cut above and, after shipping there, head directly across the walkway to Wolfgang Puck's Cut steakhouse for a fabulous meal. But be sure to show off your new watch while dining.

"Your body is a wonderland" - john mayer This place is a wonderland of jewelry. The store offered multiple brands of jewelry. Some of my favorite were - Harry Winston, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Cartier. Each brand had their own showroom that was designed to match the jewelry theme. My favorite / best part was the kwiatt boutique. They have some amazing pieces for sale. My wife actually prefers the brand over tiffany and co. Anne hathaway engagement ring is kwiatt. The only confusing part was the name of the store. I actually had to ask the sales person the name. The store is easy to find. It is located right next to the venetian indoor waterfall. It has an IWC, BVLGARI, KWIATT awning with the nice sales people

I have been very happy shopping here. I have always been treated with respect even though they probably suspected I couldn't afford most of the jewelry they carry. Whenever I go in the shop, all the people there allow me to try on anything I want. David, the manager of Kwiat, has worked with me for over a year as I chose a ring that I really loved. He was patient and offered to have Kwiat customize a special ring in a different metal to compliment my skin tone. He also offered the option to have the ring shipped to another state where my kids live in order to avoid taxes. The customer service is great. They don't just sell jewelry. They know and love it. The Kwiat designs are amazing. They create beautiful contemporary styles using precious metals and stones. They have a certain beautiful type of diamond cut, called Ashoka, which is unique to very few jewelry manufacturers. They might be the only ones with the rights to create it. Not sure about that. But their real forte in my opinion is their vintage line. These are amazingly unique and beautifully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Even some eternity bands in narrow widths have hand engraving on the outside edges of the metal. Beautiful! They incorporate different cuts in some of the diamonds and precious gems they use, such as Swiss and rose cuts. Every piece is stunning. I would recommend this jewelry shop to anyone who is searching for quality and beauty in jewelry. It's also fun to just window shop there.

David who is the manager of the store far surpasses all expectations. I was deeply appreciative of the kindness and graciousness he displayed in handling the repair of my ring. We plan on a return trip to Vegas in December and look forward to making a purchase there. Davids care and concern far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a fine piece of jewelry

Visited the store during our trip to Vegas earlier this year and was really impressed with the friendly, knowledgable staff and the selection of pieces. Fast forward a few months and received a beautifully gift wrapped package in the mail. The Hubster surprised me with the watch I was eyeing during our trip.

I don't doubt that some people had a bad experience here, it really is about who you get. I don't know why so many watch salesmen exude unhelpful smugness, but they're there. I'd give 2 stars to a nameless watch store in this same area for that exact reason. I don't know how many people walk into a place like this without something very specific in mind and have people dote on them. I think you have to talk the talk, even if you don't look the look (I was in tennis shoes with unkempt hair after a flight). I worked with Achod and he was GREAT. I know I can buy a watch online for less, but after his willingness to show me one thing after another (at his encouragement), I'm convinced when I do buy, it'll be from him. I told him what I was after and my price point and he kept it there. I felt there was some customer willing to spend much much more than I just around the corner... he didn't care. He was more excited to talk to someone who was excited about watches than had a fat wallet. Very much appreciated that he treated me like a million bucks, even when I looked like a twenty.

I love watches, but with a few notable exceptions, hate watch stores. Bellusso, however, was a uniquely wonderful experience. I worked with Olivia, who patiently took out half the watches in the store while I perused and chatted with one of my fellow horologically obsessed friends. Never ONCE did I feel pressured and when I finally decided to pick something up, the experience was professional, polite and just downright wonderful. Many watch stores are shady. This one is straight up professional. Highly reccomended.

Wow, I have never been to a store of this caliber and been treated so rudely by a staff member. We were staying at the Palazzo this weekend and stopped in the boutique with my friend whose birthday we were celebrating. She's a big watch afficionado and we figured, when in Vegas might as well take a look right? WRONG. When we walked in the Chinese sales associate said hello to me in Chinese which made it seem like the visit would go well. My friend asked her if the store carried a certain watch brand. The lady just flipped her lid and angrily said that I think you're in the wrong store, this is a Vacheron Constantin boutique, it's rude to ask about another brand. My friend just said oh well I thought all of these boutiques were associated and I wasn't sure what each one carried. We then left, because honestly, who wants to even think about spending money at a place like that? Keep in mind the brand my friend asked about was equally as expensive. This saleswoman handled the situation so poorly, it makes me wonder how they train they train their staff here. It left all of us with such a bad taste in our mouths! It's really ridiculous that these RETAIL employees think they're so much better than potential customers who would spend tens of thousands of dollars on watches and other jewelry. It's just not cool.

The Bellusso staff is very helpful and they know how to treat their customers right. I was very impressed by their watch technician Ernesto Veles who has over 50 years of watch repair experience and training. If you're anywhere on the Strip and in need of luxury watches or their service, don't waste your time anywhere else--go straight to Bellusso in the Palazzo hotel/casino. There's just no comparison!

This place is a joke not only do they treat u like a piece of crap. They all jump on you the second you walk in the door. Must be commission based... I inquired about the price on a piece from urwerk that I had seen in Robb report and the salesperson who helped me was extremely condescending. "its over six figures" he replied in broken English. "there's only a handful made" if there's only a handful made how would I possibly know the price. At that point I was so insulted all I wanted was to get the salesperson's name(Awshawd) and get out. Whoever is running that store should be aware of how their employees treat customers. If you cant even speak proper English, how can you even think about acting so arrogant.. Dr. McCombs

I was looking for a Cartier watch during my trip to Vegas. This boutique is located in the Venetian-Palazzo shopping plaza. The store carries several other brands as well. Their stock of Cartier watches was comprehensive. I'm especially grateful for David who patiently showed me different styles until I found the one that fitted me perfectly. David was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They are authorized dealer for Cartier watches and can do remote transaction. You get authentic watch with the same 2-year warranty from Cartier. On top of that, Bellusso offers great services. I highly recommend to stop by their store while you're in the neighborhood.

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a watch in my life. Achod was knowledgable and kind, and gave us all the information we needed to make our purchase. I will come here again and again!

After the way the associate steve treated me I will never shop there again and nor will I recommend any of my friends to shop there either. Because of what I was wearing he treated me like a degenerate. I was looking to spend a great deal of money on a watch that my wife had her eye on but after how I was treated i spent my money elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied with that saleman and will never shop at that store and will recommend the same to all of my friends.I am Very unsatisfied with the way he treated me.

BE CAREFUL!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! They do NOT tell you this, but it is written on the back of the receipt. I tried to return something 3 days later and all they offer is store credit.
