This place is incredible! Its luxurious, extremely well maintained, and the food is excellent! I’ve been here 3 times for 3 different events and every time its been a great time! The staff is friendly and very attentive to everything going on. I believe this venue has a good reputation for a good reason. Also, the spaces are massive! Nothing ever felt congested because there was so much room to move around. If you have a wedding here or any event, you will be happy with your choice! I believe this space is on the more expensive side. Fantastic time though!!!

I recently had my wedding at Bellvue Manor, and I cannot recommend this venue enough! From the moment we booked, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous everything was! The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made sure that Mehrdad and I, as well as our families, were taken care of throughout the entire day. Special thanks to Ann, Julia, and their team, who were an absolute joy to work with. They handled everything seamlessly. Thank you for making our day unforgettable.

Had my wedding here a month ago and it was amazing! The food, drinks, staff and service was outstanding. Our guests truly couldn’t stop ranting and raving over the braised beef short rib- no one has ever had a meal as good as the meal they had at our wedding before and as the newly wed’s, we definitely agree. It really was the best meal we have had at a wedding. Thank you to Julia for helping finalize everything and a huge thank you to Sean who was our main guy for the night. Sean was continuously coming up to not only us but, our immediate family members as well (parents, grandparents, siblings) throughout the night to make sure everything was up to our standards. All the waiters/waitresses for the evening were fast and very professional! As well as the bartenders. They really kept the drinks flowing all night and I didn’t notice any lines up at either of the bars. Picking a venue was probably one of the tougher decisions we had to make with wedding planning but, we truly couldn’t have picked a better venue. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bellvue for making our day so very special. With love, Rosario & Bianca DiPietro

Beautiful venue and lovely service from the staff and entire team working together at Bellvue Manor! Ann and Julia were so understanding and respectful to how we wanted our debut party to turn out, and in the end it went beyond my expectation! Huge thank yous to them, as our guests really enjoyed themselves and found 'The Library' to be beautiful, along with the food amazing!

Yelp
Bay far. The best banquet-hall complex in the area, Whether you're booking for a wedding, a private event or a corporate function, Bellvue Manor has Multiple halls that suit different event sizes and arrangements. They are great to deal with, numerous menu options, from seated to buffets to cocktails... Prices are in-line with the competition, but you're getting a whole lotta 'top quality' worth for your money!

Yelp
*Disclaimer: my experience was as a guest at a corporate event, not as a customer making a booking.* I knew of Bellvue Manor as it's visible on Jane Street not too far from where I live. My employer recently held a meeting and dinner event here. It's easy to find and access from Jane Street; however, the parking entrance setup is narrow and easily bottlenecks the minute one car in the lot has to manoeuvre in the area adjacent to the entrance. Lots of cement blocks etc. all over. Some colleagues had to find parking elsewhere as it filled up to capacity, even though this was a Wednesday evening and I didn't see any evidence of any other function going on. Bellvue is indeed tres belle. The decor is gorgeous; however, I could see signs of aging and fading with cracks beginning to appear in some of the mouldings and ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely, the kind where it's pretty much a fully enclosed room for every stall, 2 banks of sinks, plenty of paper products on hand and soap dispensers all operational and full. The furniture throughout is also beautiful. The coat check service was fairly orderly. The sound and visual setup for the business meeting and following presentations were all good. The food was rather disappointing. The buffet was set up so poorly that there were competing lines forming to pick up plates/cutlery in the centre, then the appetizers, entree dishes and desserts tables sort of haphazardly parallel to this starting point in the middle. The food itself was of varying quality. Most of the cold starters were pretty good with the standard selection of Italian deli items. The mains were not so good. The tomato sauce for the pasta and veal cutlets was dull and acidic, not the bright and fresh tasting flavour I would expect from one of the better Italian venues. The cutlets were piled all over each other with no cheese so that the empty trays were just full of empty breading. The desserts were hit and miss. The cake and cream concoctions were pretty tasty, if on the really sweet side, but the cheesecakes were really sad - very thinned out, not at all the dense and creamy texture a cheesecake should be. This was the same whether it was plain or flavoured. Last but not least, the orange juice at the bar was so thinned out, it was yellow. The service at least was very good, so kudos to the staff. I can't speak to what value you get for what you pay, but I do know that just based on the culinary quality there, I'd probably look to other places to shortlist for an event.

Yelp
While researching for wedding venues a few years back, Bellvue Manor has always came up in the search as the luxurious, beautiful maison in the City of Vaughan. I love the idea that you get the whole 'estate' to yourself, with high ceilings, a huge foyer, and a cozy Library in the lower level (certainly a perfect spot to host ceremonies, or to perform cultural rituals). At that time, this venue was a bit too far to host my wedding, so Bellvue Manor was always at the back of my mind that ONE DAY I will attend a wedding here :) and GUESS WHAT. Dreams do come true! One of the most recent visit was in February 2018, and I remember the whole experience was fantastic! The wedding ceremony was held in the Library. There was an elevator that will take you down. The space was small and intimate. The sound quality was good. After the ceremony, cocktail hour was held in the main foyer with an open bar, and delicious finger foods were served. Photobooth was also being set up and ready to go. Reception banquet hall was beautifully set up. A spotlight lit up each guest table's centerpiece, which was very nice! The dinner was an enjoyable western-style 3-course meal. The fresh bread basket was really tasty. I had a HUGE portion of Mushroom Risotto as appetizer, Beef Shank as my main, and an Apple Crumble with ice cream for dessert. The bartender was awesome that evening. The waitstaff was taking great care of our table. One of the set up crew or waitstaff, in the beginning when we first got seated, also went above and beyond to find us a make shift "booster" for the child at our table *thumbs up* After dinner, and a lot of dancing (and drinking!) later, midnight snack stations were set up in the foyer - with savoury and sweet pizzas, tacos, and slices of cake available. Overall, a very enjoyable wedding experience as a guest :) P.S. Yes, the ladies' washroom was clean and well maintained, and I loved the full glass mirror - great for selfies ;)

Yelp
The service is by far the worst. Aside from that they robbed my family and i can see they also did it to a ton of newly weds when booking their wedding pre-pandemic into the pandemic year. The owner, Robert refused to refund my nephews deposit which was sitting at around 10k during such a hard time. He kept saying he would get back to us but he would dodge our calls and no return any emails. Until today he still hasn't returned anything and there was also a front line worker who was supposed to have her wedding that same year and he also kept their deposit! it was on the news as well. I don't believe someone like this should be operating business like that, he didn't even allow us to accomodate to a crowd of 50 to meet the covid restrictions, he just denied it and instead said he wouldn't allow us to have my nephews wedding unless he could fulfill the total number of guests. He fully strong armed us into accepting that he would just get away with keeping our deposit not to mentioned all the other weddings that year. This is pure selfishness and greed. Management will try and lie and tell you its under a different owner but this is all lies and continuous manipulation, it is still under the same owner and he is a theif! Totally unreasonable to keep peoples hard earned money during such a bad time. Don't trust this hall, theres plenty of reputable, professional and better service halls in the same area and plenty more in Toronto. Don't waste your money here!!!!

Yelp
Comically horrible experience. Was looking to have a max capacity wedding and even after you initially connect with them they do not respond. Can't imagine how much worse it gets the more you've already given them and the closer it gets to planning when you need to discuss details. Regardless how much you're spending, but especially for wedding money, you have the right to timely responses...or responses at all really. This is stressful enough, venues are a dime a dozen just go where the experience is more enjoyable. That is what you'll remember.

Yelp
Had our wedding here in spring 2016. Be careful, the customer service of their management team is terrible. They're inflexible, rude and unaccommodating after you sign with them. I had a hard time dealing with Rob the owner and Kayla who coordinated our event. They greatly added to my stress rather than reduced it as a good venue should. However, day-of staff were amazing under the management of Sam. It was their only saving grace. All our guests were happy with the service. Premium bar was great and food was much better than most banquet halls and weddings I have been to.

Yelp
This was my first visit here. I was here for a wedding reception. I am very impressed. The venue is beautiful. The hall we were in was very spacious. The service I have to say makes this venue. The waiters and waitresses were top notch. I don't recall ever having our server introduce themselves to the table. They were very attentive to our needs. I hope to be back one day. Don't hesitate to book here this place is fantastic!

Yelp
This place is grand. Huge vaulted high ceilings in the Grand Hall with chandeliers that sparkle. It's got a lot of space and even though there was another event in the building, we never saw them. The wedding ceremony took place in one of the partitioned rooms in the Grand Hall, and the reception beside it. The cocktails were served in the lobby which was big enough for all the 200+ guests. They had two bars set up, but wine was only available passed around, but was difficult to find. What I thought was most disconcerting was that when hors d'oeuvres came around, they would just walk by groups of people as if their goal was not to serve people the food but carry them around. I was standing beside one server with a tray, and they had stopped for the couple beside me. I reached my hand out, and they walked away! The white wine (Chardonnay) was watery tasting, and the red (at least one batch) had a pungent smell. Dinner was served promptly. There were so many servers, at least one per table I would imagine, maybe more. They were expressionless, and other than serving food had a hard time doing anything else (like getting more water, or tea/coffee). The couple had a sweet table at the end of the night, and 3 servers were standing there serving cakes (which weren't finished by the end of the night) to people. I didn't think this was necessary. With so many people working, it makes me wonder if the couple is paying for the servers by the hour, like so many venues make you do. I would be careful of this if you're thinking about booking the place. The dance floor was big, nice and wooden in one piece. The acoustics were a bit off (too loud most times) but not the fault of the venue, the audio guys. The washrooms (2 sets on either side of the room) was very much to a high class hotel standard, without the attendant.

Yelp
Just came back from a wedding there as a guest and here are my thoughts... Decor/atmosphere/space - 4.5 star Food - 4 star Location - 2.5 star Food service team - 5 star Management (non-food related) 3 star The place looks like a gigantic mansion on the outside and is beautifully decorated on the inside, from shiny, high ceiling rooms, to intimate spaces like the Library room where we were which were decorated according to the theme. The food is definitely above average for a western style banquet hall. Ample free parking of course. While the routes to get to this place is fairly direct despite the distance, it is the sheer amount of traffic and stupid drivers that one has to cut through to get across the city that kills the location.

Yelp
Pros: friendly staff, great bartenders (delish Cesar, tasty), amazing food. Cons: a little gaudy. Verdict: Would recommend.

Yelp
July 16, 2016 At my son's wedding on July 16, 2016, certainly, a lot of things went wrong, and we were very disappointed because of what was agreed and promised. The service and the food is not what it used to be. Poorly run and not very professional either (from the top down). Especially from the top, Rob has an attitude problem. Michael needs to learn at lot in the industry, you can't just pretend to be nice upfront, we'd like to see results. Especially when you are paying top dollars, they are very expensive! They promised the world, and make it look that they are the #1 in the industry, but they have a lot to learn and make changes to reach this goal. The food quality is questionable, hit and miss. Also, some items went missing that evening that belonged to vendors, even though we were told that we could pick them up the next morning before 10:00, they would lock them up, but all was gone. No one from the hall took responsibility. Upon contacting Rob, he said he would look into it, but we never heard back. Bad customer service and bad reputation. I would never go back to this venue. Yelp
Looks nice, but told us we needed to put a 5000$ deposit right away cause we were going to lose our wedding date. Then when we were forced to change the date, they wouldn't change it for us. I found another hall that was nicer, fit more people, and much more flexible, lost the deposit with Bellevue, and I STILL saved 3000$ even factoring in the ridiculous cost. Do yourself a favor. Weddings are hard enough to plan without people trying to screw you over at any chance they get. Just go with another place that makes your life easier and gives just as much for less money. (e.g. Le Jardin) Don't get me wrong. They do what their suppose to. But that is it. The bare minimum. Almost every other place actually wanted me to be there at the meeting, threw in free stuff, helped us with our big day. They were kind and went the extra mile. This isn't a party. This is a big day, and you need all the help you can get.
