No one ever looks forward to making plans with a funeral home. But the experience we had with Scott made it easier. Scott was very compassionate and so helpful. He explains everything and also listens to your needs. We were very grateful.

From the time my father passed away in our home on October, 2023 till the the day he was laid to rest a week later, the staff made this process so easy and uncomplicated for us. Gianna M. was the first to talk us through the first steps of choosing the casket, wake and funeral arrangements. She was so pleasant, compassionate and understanding. The wake and funeral came out so beautiful because of the her professionalism as well as the rest of the staff. They worked well with our parish, St.Williams. Dad would’ve been happy with the services. I totally recommend them. If you have a big family like mine, the parking lot is a bit small but plenty of parking on belmont Ave. Our family is so grateful to Gianna and fellow staff at Belmont Funeral Home. All of my family members on my mom's side have gone to Belmont Funeral Home since the mid 1960s. They operate with class and dignity and take very seriously every detail that the family feels is important. I cannot say enough about Scott and Gianna who handled both of my parents. I highly recommend Belmont Funeral Home to help make a difficult time go much smoother and give a sense that they will take care of everything.

My family and I are beyond thankful and appreciative of the staff at Belmont Funeral Home. From the start, Scott was incredibly empathetic and understanding of the difficult time we were experiencing. My mom was in hospice care and we were doing our best to make preparations ahead of time. He talked us through the process and made sure we didn't feel pressured to make any choices we weren't comfortable with. When my mom was in active decline, I called to confirm that we planned to move forward with their funeral home and I'll never forget Scott saying while he appreciated the call, it was important that I spent time with my mom in her final moments. Gianna was then assigned to help us make final arrangements and she was also supportive and understanding in our time of our need. We did have a very small window to make arrangements and they made it all work without any issues. Their entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had as much off of our plates as possible during these difficult moments. I cannot recommend their services enough and want to thank them again from the bottom of my heart for helping my family plan a beautiful goodbye for my mom.

The Belmont Funeral Home is just a class act! Very sensitive to the family who lost a loved one. The funeral director Scott is a great guy, very helpful and had a kind heart. You can’t go wrong if you choose them in your time of need.

From greeting you in the parking lot and helping you park your car and tagging it with the funeral stickers. Holding the door open for you. The decor is neat,orderly, calming and peaceful. Lovely furniture and drapery throughout the place. Everyone knows funerals can be pricey, but this place for the money, makes it a respectful, calming experience at a time of grief.

A very close relative died unexpectedly. It was a total shock to the entire family. While making the arrangements, Scott walked us through the entire process. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Sounds strange, but he, Sabrina, John and Gino made an otherwise devastating event much more manageable. We were able to properly grieve and not worry about details. Extremely professional and personable service. If I could, I would give them six stars.

Never thought I would rate a funeral home but here goes: We had a close friend who passed and selected Belmont Funeral Home to take care of the arrangements. We're very glad we did. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, they provided us with many good ideas and suggestions for other pending issues. My dad's wake was here and I felt that they did an excellent job during such a hard time in our lives. They took care of everything. Stuff that you just don't think about like ordering several copies of death certificates to the obituary to the flowers etc, they do it all. The day of the funeral, we had an amazing lady guide us all from the funeral home, to the church, to the cemetery, and then to lunch. We just could grieve in peace and not think about "oh I forgot that I need to tell everyone where we are going next". She was a great leader and spoke both Polish and English, so our bilingual crowd could understand what was happening.

We have used them 4 times now. They take care of everything and keep really good records so they can tell you what you did the last time. They also offer suggestions because it is hard to decide when you are upset. They are very professional and I will continue to use them. Hopefully, not too soon.
