The high price is not worth it. I bought a Belstaff jacket and 10 years afterwards a black stain showed up and it kept growing. I tried to dry clean it and it improved but it is still very visible. I contacted Belstaff and they confirmed that this is a known issue as garments made of Nylon coupled with polyurethane coating can, over time, develop the so-called “hydrolysis" phenomenon, i.e. the fragmentation of the polymer (coupled to nylon). This is inherent to the synthetic material and can happen with age – it usually occurs to garments that are over 10 years old, and is considered wear a tear. I would recommend to buy a cheaper jacket or try another brand, I have other jackets which are 10 years older and they are perfectly fine.

The staff in this shop are impeccable. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service every time I visit. Fabio in particular was very helpful. Great brand. Great shop.

I bought a few items at this store where I was served by Luca, who is the most charming, helpful and fun salesperson I have met in a long time. It was a truly enjoyable experience, helped of course by some lovely clothes items.

Great experience here, the team are really helpful, take time to talk through what you're looking for and what would be best for you. Prices are as expected for a high end brand.

The customer service here is quite hit and miss. A great product which is let down by impersonable staff members who are very limited in their responses - “check online” or “sorry we don’t have it” or “sorry I don’t know.” Visit a different Belstaff store, you may receive better customer service.

Don't try and bother ordering anything if you do not live in the UK. Company seems to be unable to handle international shipments. I ordered several items to NYC. After the items did not arrive within the designated shipping period, I reached out to Belstaff Customer Service. They were: (a) unhelpful - the answer to any query was always "our logistics team is investigating" (b) not proactive - I would have to ask for updates weekly, otherwise zero communication from the customer service team (c) not useful - in the end, they (without offering any replacement or explanation) simply declared the parcel "lost in transit" and issued a refund If you want to keep your customers (happy), maybe try to actually resolve the issues instead of simply claiming "lost in transit". Not sure why your logistics team could not figure out what went wrong (or if they even tried) - but a simple inquiry with Fedex would have flagged this as a clearance issue (translation: you seemingly could not get your paperwork in order for international shipments). Will not be ordering again. Unimpressive experience for a brand like this.

The staff, in particular the manager, here are always very friendly and helpful. Have visited a few times recently for the aftercare of my jacket and feel treated like a respected customer each time. Will happily continue to buy from this store.

Bellstaff where do I begin, I ride motorcycles sporting Bellstaff jacket with armour, I also wear it on a night out and it never misses a beat. If only people realize that it’s better to invest in fewer classic pieces than many pieces of lesser quality. There’s a reason why Bellstaff says since 1924, must be doing something right. The staff at this store was impeccable like Bellstaff products.
