I ate this too fast to get a photo... trust me when I say this food is TOP TIER. SO Good! Had the shrimp tacos.. perfectly breaded and fried, catfish tenders, and a chocolate chunky chip cookie. oooy gooey goodness. LOVED. Plz come back to my area soon I want to try the catfish poboy next!!

I just had their catfish fingers. 10/10, breading was incredible, crispy and well seasoned. The fish was moist. The sauce was perfect!! The catfish po'boy is next up

I have used James and his amazing team several times to come to my previous schools where I was the administrator. Him and his team arrive on time and are so kind. The food is always delicious and I love that he adjust the menu to meet the needs of the customers. I will always recommend and use beltway bistro!

We went to a local brewery to try this food truck. The food was delicious! I got the old bay chicken wings which both my kids snagged some away from me, and my picky eater got the bistro grilled cheese and asked for no spinach. She loved it, what was a great surprise was that my picky eater liked the mushrooms. Always grateful for a meal that makes my kids enjoy new tastes and flavors and opens them to new possibilities. The food, the flavors, the combinations are thoughtfully crafted and definitely worth tracking this food truck down! Go check Beltway Bistro out, you will love it.

My whole family tries to catch Chef James' Beltway Bistro truck as often as possible, including several beer pairing events at Saints Row Brewing. Top notch food, shrimp po' boy, fish and chips, totchos, my kid LOVES the grilled cheese and hush puppies. Definitely check it out!

There is no finer Chef than James. He works hard and never asks his crew to do anything he wouldn't do. He is also quick with a friendly smile and with a chat. He is happy to make suggestions to you and listens to what you like. The food is amazing.

Y'all. No. Not one but TWO pieces of dark long hair was in my food--TWO different containers, each with one token from the staff member. At first, I pulled it out and ignored it but gagged on the second. The brewery we were at felt terrible as they watched me pull it from my fries at the bar and poured me a beer, haha. It is what it is, and I understand that mistakes happen but for it to be in BOTH containers AND be close to the top--it is as if it was done on purpose, or they seriously do not check their food before boxing.
