Hervorragendes Restaurant. Mein letzter Besuch ist leider schon ein ganzes Weilchen her, wie ich dem Netz entnehmen konnte, gab es jedoch keine personelle Änderungen.
Absolut begeisterndes Menü von Herrn Somann, wir waren zum „Hochzeitstag für Unverheiratete“ und aßen leider nur ein „kleines“ Menü. Jeder Gang spannend, das Menü abwechslungsreich, unkonventionell und doch harmonisch, Qualität und Verarbeitung der Rohstoffe passend zum hohen Gesamtniveau.
Dazu toller Service von Herrn Berger, ein herzensguter und kompetenter Gastgeber, super Getränkeempfehlungen, Erläuterungen jedes Ganges und allgemein haben wir uns in „seiner“ Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ja, preislich stand dann auch etwas da, was aber absolut angemessen war. Zudem steht das Geld in solchen Situationen dann doch im Hintergrund und es ist die Erfahrung und die Erinnerung an einen absolut klasse Abend, was einen nachhaltigen Wert behält. Wir freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Besuch in hoffentlich nicht allzu weiter Ferne.
