Went here for free ice cream day and it was SUCH a good experience. All the employees were working nonstop to keep the line moving, super friendly, super flexible, still let us taste different flavors, and the ice cream tastes great! Loved the milk and cookies flavor. Really enjoyed the evening. And there’s parking across the street that’s only $1 for 24 minutes!

Truly organized and choosing your kids Ice Cream becomes an easy experience! All the flavours have a picture so kids see what they are ordering, labels on all cup sizes and cones make it easy to choose!!!! Good precise and fast service from Angela! Congrats to the Coral Gables team!

Best icecream! Waffle cones are my favorites! Nice location. City parking all along the streets. Many flavors to choose from. Super friendly staff. It's not cheap icecream but it is worth it.

Went last night with my friends. It was around 11:45pm and store closes at 12. Thought we weren’t going to be able to get any ice cream since we were a group of 6, but the lady in the front welcomed us. I think she’s a manager I’m not sure? Any way, great service and she was very patient and helpful to us. Great service

I ordered ice cream and cookies but only received my ice cream. Called many times but no one answered even though they were open. Called and explained what happened and was guaranteed my cookies when showing up with my receipt. They were able to find my transaction and confirm I didn’t receive the cookies but manager Viktoria denied it without even speaking to me and disregarding my proof of purchase. Very unprofessional. Horrible service

I used to work for Ben & Jerry’s in Orlando and know how hard it can be to keep up with cake orders, especially during the summer, so when the cake decorator made me a cake despite the last minute request I greatly appreciated it. Thank you so much again! This location has birthday candles too!

The location is nice and clean. They have all the classics. The service was nice. I went with a chocolate ice cream with peanuts.

Been coming to this Ben & Jerry's for years now and normally it's great. Located in Coral Gables this shop gets it's regulars but not really ever packed. Decided to stop by today for a sweet treat after nearby dinner. Typically I love trying the scoop only shop flavors since it typically has flavors I cant find at the regular grocery store. I couldn't find any today and when asked they couldn't tell me if they had any or not. Service which is usually a highlight of Ben & Jerry's was not very lively tonite. But what threw me off more than anything was when I went to pay. $14 for two small cups with one scoop?!? I had to double check and yes the prices went up. Almost $7 for a single scoop. Now I expect a scoop shop to be more than grocery store prices but that's robbery. I could have gotten 3 pints of the same ice cream (since there weren't even exclusive flavors) for the same price. I support you Ben & Jerry's in many things but this is hard to swallow. Literally.

I was craving some sweet ice cream and decided to pass by the Ben and Jerry parlor located off Miracle Mile. Here you will crazy flavors that change depending on the season, so I ordered a cone with two scoops. Thankfully the two scoops can be different flavors so I picked my usual chocolate chip mint and the unique flavor of churros. The mint was very smooth and included massive chunks of chocolate chip, while the churros flavor was excellent it was a cinnamon flavored ice cream with pieces of churros mixed inside. I loved the texture of both scoops and the waffle cone was freshly made. When it comes to great desserts there is nothing like Ben and Jerry's!

The staff was extremely friendly and even offered a pup cup to us for the dog. They let us try more flavors than we probably should have. I still think Ben & Jerry's taste better out of the grocery store pint but we had a good time.

The quality of the ice cream is not good, It tastes synthetic. Service and ambiance are not good. Save yourself a trip and walk 3 blocks away and have better quality ice cream on Giralda.

Relatively high price for a small amount of ice cream. I found the flavours to rely heavily on chocolate and caramel. Service was efficient and they will let you sample any flavour that you like. They have a nice area outside where you can just relax and eat your ice cream.

Ben & Jerry's is solid for good ice cream. I appreciate that this location carries almost all of the B&J flavors. The inside is small, but the location allows you to take it to go and continue walking around coral gables,

Ben & Jerry's my favorite ice cream cherries grow Sia part of my life for many years the other evening at 9 PM craving cherries Garcia and my wife cookies and cream went to our local Ben & Jerry's so disappointing a server he was excellent the ice cream was soft soft soft, soft very disappointing of course will be back

This place would not serve us ice cream after waiting for 30 minutes in line! They kicked everyone out except for two people. I would not recommended going. If you want the ice cream, get it at target. Would not recommend.

Haven't had Ben & Jerry's in quite some time. Came here practically 30min to close with out even realizing it. Sorry guys. But I would like to say thank you for serving us with a smile. Ice cream was delicious, creamy and smooth and just the right mixture of ingredients. I ordered a small chocolate chip brownie ice cream! I really wanted a large but my fatty self showed slight control lol. I will be back to try some other Interesting flavors that they have on display.

Plenty of flavors to choose from. Fast and courteous service. A sweet spot to come in and relax while enjoying a milk shake or some ice cream!

I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream and the variety of flavors they have. Many of the tub's here had that ice coating on it telling me it's not fresh.. maybe even partially defrosted at some point. My friend was super excited that they had dairy free (coconut almond fudge) and she loved it. The guys got butter pecan and I got Phish food. The service was friendly. Here let us sample different flavors. There were only two tables inside and a few outside. We were approached by a homeless man who then went inside the store and argued with the guy working there. Not the best experience but it took care of my ice cream fix.

Joshua was incredible! He was so kind and attentive. He asked if we wanted water and checked on us while we ate. I haven't ever gotten this level of customer service at an ice cream place before. We really enjoyed him and the ice cream!!!

I love to take my daughter for ice cream and we really enjoyed our time here. They have a few tables outside and that's where we sat and had our chocolate ice cream. The price was fine and the service too. I loved how creamy the texture of this ice cream was.

I've been to this Ben & Jerry's many times over the past couple of years and it does it's job as a chain ice cream shop. It has all the familiar Ben & Jerry's flavors and service is usually ok but the employees aren't particularly friendly. Since the store is pretty small, there's room for one table inside but you can usually snag a seat outside. One thing to mention though is Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day in April where customers can come and choose one scoop of whatever flavor their heart desires. For free! This annual event is pretty popular can have lines around the block, but the line moves very quickly since nobody is having to stop at the cash register. Basically this Ben & Jerry's will satisfy your ice cream craving and serves as a nice dessert when you're in the Miracle Mile area but isn't particularly impressive.

My two favorite men: Ben & Jerry's. I kid, I kid, but honestly speaking, they're pretty darn delicious. Or their flavors are anyway. Passed by after having dinner with friends at a nearby restaurant. Truth is I had previously wanted ice cream and got over my craving until my boyfriend decided that he had the craving. Needless to say, I was influenced into getting ice cream after already deciding I no longer wanted it. Cough, maybe. That is what I am telling myself and I am sticking to it! Went in and ordered two small cups of ice cream. Boyfriend had Chocolate Therapy and I had the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor. Both were abundant, three scoops or so. Then again, I had plenty of food at the restaurant. Location is small and there is a parking garage nearby. Less than five minutes actually. Some street parking is also available, but good luck getting that. The ladies at the store were pretty blah, but it was twenty minutes to closing time, so it is completely understandable. They were nice and let us finish our cups there, despite closing time being in the midst. Not much else to say except I had not been inside one of the stores since college. Enjoy Ben & Jerry's, yes, but there are definitely other ice cream parlors that steal me away. Besides, Ben & Jerry's can easily be found in Publix.

It's rare when you find an ice cream places that has real good tasting vegan options. The vegan ice cream with the vegan cone they have is delicious.

Delicious icecream. We LOVE this place!!! Many flavors, cones, cups, and toppings. It is in a good location in the corner of the shopping center, but parking here can be tricky (only by street or parking garages). No store parking lot. Service was excellent. Prices are ok, and they have a few tables inside and outside.

This place really satisfies your sweet tooth. My niece's and nephew loved this place. They wouldn't stop talking about it. The staff was quite friendly with children. The entire place is very children friendly. The atmosphere was fabulous with good vibes. The only thing was parking was a pain in the . But will definitely be coming back.

It has been on two different occasions where customer service its put aside and completely ignored. This is the closest Ben& Jerrys from my home and in two different occasions they decided I could not order what I wanted. In a week day they decided To close early, 30 minutes before closing all the ice cream was put away. So I went again on a weekend and they couldn't make a smoothie because they had already put to wash the blenders. This is all during "open scheduled hours". I am not sure what is going on, but definitely going to other ice cream shops where they actually respect closing and opening hours and avoiding this unpleasant moments.

Ben & Jerry's is definitely one of my favorite ice cream parlors. There is a great assortment of different ice cream flavors and you can try before purchasing. The workers at this location always have the largest smiles on their faces - a very welcoming place indeed. There is inside and outside seating, both very well maintained. No sticky chairs or tables here! Be warned that this location can get very busy and the seating can be quite limited. My favorite combination has to be the sweet cream and cookies in a waffle cone. The cones and bowls are also made in the store, and the best is when you get a freshly made one. Soft and chewy waffle with ice cream in each bite - yum. Another ice cream flavor that I recommend is the chocolate chip cookie dough. I will definitely repeat!

This place has great ice cream but get ready as the service is terrible. I can understand that things can get busy but it seemed that the employees were moving on two speeds, slow and stop. Enjoy the ice cream but be prepared to wait a long time when it's busy. We ended up just leaving after 20 minutes.

Lazy girl with nose ring simply didnt want to serve patrons. She literally went out of her way to tell her coworker making shakes for customers so that a group of us cant order. If you can't handle your hours find another job.

We have been here before, and usually it's good. Of course the ice-cream is great, good variety, creamy, and delicious. But our last visit, the waffle cones were horrible, old, stale, tasted like cardboard. My wife and I had different kinds of waffle cones, and both were old and stale.

Some classic items need no improvement. That's how I feel about Ben & Jerry's. Your favorite flavors along with classic toppings, you know you're getting top notch ice cream whenever you're in the vicinity of these lovely locations. A lot of trendy ice creams spots have opened up in the area and while I'm keen to most, this place holds its value because Ben & Jerry's has never, and will never be a bad idea. Whether it's a light crisp sorbet or a decadent and rich ice cream, your palate is in for satisfaction. Some people prefer a cone and others a cup, it's really a personal decision-both work lovely. There's seating for those who'd like to have their ice cream before walking off. For those who like it on the run, there's plenty to do and see in the area so be sure to toss out your trash in one of the many trash bins located on the sidewalk.

Not much to add , this is already a huge and famous brand that talk for it self and if you are not aware of it .... you should , you can by them anywhere from gas stations to supermarkets . But this one is one of the only point in Miami that you can buy them on the Scoop . Nice place , well located and beautifully constructed . The plus , flavors that you can't find any where else . I really would like to see more of those in Miami .

I wanted to get a ice cream birthday cake for my hubby's birthday tomorrow and i called Ben and Jerry's to get info on the cakes they offer. The employee who I presume is Russian based on her accent, got on the phone and told me the flavors. But when I asked her if the cake had anything besides ice cream in it, she told me "There's a customer, can you call me back later?" So I didn't think much of it. But called her a few hours later and asked her what ingredients the cakes had in them. She sounded irritated and said "listen, i am busy, I have customers and I will call you back."She never took down my info. Well I ended up getting my cake from a competitor because of her insolent tone and lousy customer service. If she didn't know the answer, she could have reached out to management to get those answers. We support local businesses as we have a small business in Coral Gables and wouldn't dream of speaking to a potential customer that way.

Nice place to stop in and get some ice cream If your walking off miracle mile. Decent variety of flavors. The Ice cream is pretty expensive though.

Nothing to do with the employees - they are fine. The ice cream is not what it used to be which was delicious. Unfortunately, the quality doesn't compare to the other ice cream shops in the same area. Don't waste your time or your money on Ben and Jerry's!!! I was so disappointed!! Go to Azucar which is phenomenal or take a trip to a Haagen Daaz!!!

Why is ice cream so delicious but so bad for you!! Ben and Jerry's perfect little corner in the heart of Coral Gables has the best creations in these hot Miami days. I have the cookie sundae. Two chocolate chip cookies in the bottom of a bowl, topped with your choice of ice cream (in this case butter pecan), whipped cream fudge and nuts. To say the least amazing! so fulfilling and just right. The employees are friendly although theres usually only one person which makes for a wait at time, that is absolutely worth it.

We walked in at 10:44 to get a scoop of ice cream and the male employee yelled at us and two other customers that they were closed and to get out. As we tried to exit he kept yelling they were closed and I had to tell him to calm down. He could've said the same thing in a more polite manner. They close at 11pm.

There is nothing all that healthy about Ben & Jerry's. That's just not the essence of their brand. I, personally, love that they represent a classic guilty pleasure. This location is no different. What a sweet little place! The employees were so friendly, as they should be for representing a fun brand and fun food. I had a great time trying different flavors and finally settled on one I was really happy with... I can't remember the name, but it has chocolate fishies! Great time with friends! The location I visited was in an area that is known for poor parking. This location has a parking garage across the street. Before or after you enjoy your ice cream, enjoy the area. It's beautiful and a nice way to spend the afternoon.

ben and jerry's has one of the highest quality ice creams in miami. but i will say that they were out of almost everything when i was there. i enjoyed my ice cream very much.

I have been coming to this location for several years now. B&J's is our favorite hangout place after dinner in the Gables. We always pass on dessert to be able to enjoy the best ice cream (at least for us) in the South Florida area. My favorite original flavor is Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Chocolate ice cream with fudge brownie pieced mixed in... can't get better than that. Then Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream was introduced. It changed my life. This is - without a doubt - my favorite ice cream (non-gelato) in the world! Vanilla Ice Cream with Fudge covered waffle cone pieces and caramel swirl... o m g. I hope they never take it off. Otherwise I would enter a state of terminal depression. There are several tables outside for you to sit and enjoy while watching people pass by and leave drool marks all around the sidewalks. Enjoy! Note: Cups come in 3 sizes (Kids, Small, Large). Medium = Small. Small may be too big if you've had a heavy meal.

I was really excited to go to the Ben and Jerry's store for the first time! I used to love their ice cream! I got chocolate therapy and totally baked and it was good. I thought it was too sweet but it's just how their ice cream is! The service was alright. I thought that the girl could have been a little nicer or enthusiastic but maybe she was just having a bad day. I liked the store, colorful and clean! But Imma keep being a Talenti fan, sorry Ben and Jerry's

Whipped cream had NO flavor. Neither did the icecream. Thank god I got the cookies to add some type of flavor. The wooden spoon also didn't help. Go to Coldstone. You're paying for the brand name. Save your money and buy the pints at your super market.

Love an ice cream shop that serves a non-dairy ice cream! The PB & Coookies was so delicious that you don't even miss the dairy. I got a medium size, and that was more than sufficient for my sweet tooth fixin'. The day that we came was right after the free cone day (literally), so pickings were a little bit slim but there were still a lot of great options. The employees are more then happy to give you as many samples as you want (and they are quite large too!). After getting your ice cream, the outside seating is beautiful. Or the shop is in a great location to walk around town with your ice cream. It's a cute little spot to end a romantic evening or just to have a casual hangout.

Ben & Jerry's doesn't disappoint. On a hot Miami day how could you go wrong with some ice cream? After all, you scream, I scream, we all scream got ice cream! This is a nice location if you can find a good parking spot. If not, you'll have to eat your ice cream before it melts as you walk to your car. Hehe
