First time at Ben & Jerry’s and the service was amazing! The flavors are just like store rubs and are super yummy. Definitely will be coming back !

Tia at Ben & Jerry's is amazing! We stopped in after dropping my mom off at her doctor's appointment, and Tia greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked in. Her customer service was outstanding, and she patient with my 4-year-old while he was deciding which ice cream he wanted. Thanks, Tia, for making our day of fun playing hooky from school and work enjoyable!

Such a nice little neighborhood spot. I love being able to grab a scoop, sit outside for a bit, and enjoy the evening. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the shop is always clean and welcoming. My go to is the strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

I was extremely excited to visit Ben and Jerry's because I have never seen a brick and mortar before. I came in and noticed the smell of waffles and sweet treats. That excitement dissipated once I saw the prices and the amount of ice cream you get. I' didn't think it was worth the price. I will just stick to the pints in store.

First things first, I am so happy to have a Ben & Jerry's in the neighborhood! The young man behind the counter was great, he had a warm and welcoming energy, and was very patient, considering I wanted to sample multiple flavors. The décor was so cute! I love the light up cones on the outside. After trying a few flavors, I went with the non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough. DELISH!!! I got it in a cup, but I really want to try the cones next time. The location is perfect, being that they have plenty of outdoor seating options, and parking is very convenient as well.

Ben & Jerry's is a standardized product which I love. The store is standardized as it is a franchise, and this one is new and clean albeit somewhat poorly lit. This location is well-placed, but unremarkable. The employee behind the counter was kind and gracious. I had to look it up. A small (2 scoops of) ice cream is ~$10. I don't know if in-store pricing is set at corporate, but that's insulting given that a pint of B&J ice cream, the SAME product, at the grocery store is close to $5. Again, the identical product is available in larger quantity for half the price; likely in a location more convenient. It would seem that the economics of a B&J franchise no longer make sense for any self-respecting consumer. Corporate should be embarrassed -- all this trouble to rip off everyday people to pay landlords. 2/5

Welcome to the neighborhood Ben & Jerry's. Today after work was the day to try the Non-Dairy Ice Cream & Sorbet. Quinn the Greeter & maker of the scoops & cones was so "cool"...see what I did there? Cool (Ha) points I found interesting: In 1978 started off from a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont. In 2021 B&J launches " Change is Brewing" for their part to advance racial justice, calling for the nation to divest from a broken criminal legal system and invest in services that help communities thrive. No cup size references, only scoops. I got the small scoop of Caramel Cookie Graham & large scoop of Berry Berry Sorbet....soooo good. I appreciate the back story about Ben & Jerry's Activism & Progressive Values. Check out their 13 Step Process in making their delicious creamy & Non-Dairy Ice Cream...happy screaming.

I love Ben & Jerry's so I was so excited for this one to open in Dunwoody! My favorite pint from the grocery store is Tonight Dough. Perfection! I wanted to try a different flavor from the shop, and the staff member who helped me was great and offered to let me sample some, so I sampled three: milk and cookies, churro, and cookies & cream. They were all really good! It's definitely not cheap, but a great treat and quality ice cream!

I came a minute to closing, they were still open and willing to service me. The ice cream is Amazing, I must say the is located in a really nice, new built area. The ambience is everything.

Excellent service very nice and accommodating. Great up and coming area is a bonus! Have a night out at the putt shack and come across the street on a date night for ice cream! Even a girls night out and sit on the pavilion. I enjoyed my old classic cookies and cream!

I came here after dinner with my husband and daughter. We got a strawberry cheesecake scoop which was so yummy!! my daughter got vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that she enjoyed and my husband got cookie dough in a waffle cone that he really liked! Staff there were very helpful and sweet. Some seating inside but a nice area to walk outside and eat as well as seating outside.

It is so nice and welcoming! I found this high street area on accident and fell in love so I will definitely be back!

Went there for the first time and the employees were welcome to only one demographic of people. Ask for an ice cream cone, the worker put it in a cup. Ask again for a come, he put it in a waffle bowl. All while having an attitude.

$8.50 for a small scoop?!?! This is highway robbery. Never in my life have I seen such expensive ice cream. I have no idea what the owner is thinking with these prices.

I asked for a cup instead of a cone and they refused it for me. The next customer out of the store had a cup. I was basically forced to spend more money.They also don't accept cash.

Got the chance to come out here and try out some of their non-dairy options. Not many places give this opportunity so if anyone is wondering they do have great non-dairy options.
