Ben & Jerry’s doesn’t mess around! Their staff is hard working, very charismatic and FAST! So you better be ready with what you want because it’s a fast moving line haha! The ice cream is expensive but it’s WORTH! They do add like everything else you buy a fixed tax and tip automatically which you don’t see and then ask you for additional tip. I do personally love tipping so I tip on top of the automatic tip but it’s not required. Ultimately you are here for the convenience and the experience, it may be your most expensive ice cream but it’s delicious! I love that you can use coupons here too, and it’s located in a cute area fun to walk through! We would come here almost every night as a ritual for 7 days, I would sometimes just come for the experience and not get anything to eat even though it’s tempting haha

I love Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. The ice cream was yum 😋 but the price is ridiculous. From the receipt, you can see the mark up plus 15% gratuity included. I don’t agree with making people tip, and everything on Atlantis is overpriced and tip automatically added. No kore ice cream until I get home.

As for the ice cream, it’s B&J’s - pretty much the same in store or in your home. Stopping at Ben & Jerry’s in the Bahamas was the cherry on top of a hot island day! The shop was bright, clean, and perfectly located for a quick break from the sun. As always, the flavors didn’t disappoint—rich, creamy, and packed with all the goodness you'd expect from Ben & Jerry’s. We went with classics like Cherry Garcia and Half Baked and tried a few tropical specials too. The waffle cones were fresh, and the portions were generous—definitely worth the price. The staff was super friendly and patient while we sampled a few flavors (okay, maybe more than a few since we were there for a whole week and stoped there every day!). It’s the perfect treat after a beach day or while strolling through the resort. And honestly, ice cream just hits different when you're in paradise! Highly recommend for anyone craving something sweet, cold, and comforting in the Bahamas.

This place is always packed, and super overpriced for regular Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. They also never have the flavor coffee coffee buzz buzz. Checked every single day during our 7 day vacation. You’re def paying tourist prices here- but the wait can sometimes be 30-1 hour. Unreal! Ice cream isn’t as cold as it should be too.

Good ice cream that hits the spot. Prices are reasonable for Atlantis. Service can be bad, but it is an in and out food item so it is tolerable.

This place has some good icecream with very poor service. We were charged for large when we ordered small single scoop. They have are super busy though during evening hours.
