This place is fantastic! The wonderful woman attending us was such a super star ⭐ super informed and offered me great options for my dairy allergy. Forget gambling for a "decent" supermarket Non-dairy ice cream pint - I am gonna keep coming back for my ice *cream fix 🍨🍦

My visit to Ben & Jerry’s was extremely disappointing. The employees seemed clueless and unhelpful, and the customers were even worse. I went in for just one scoop of ice cream, but a family was monopolizing the place, taking their sweet time with samples and crowding the area. Some even cut in front of me, and half of them didn’t even buy anything. The staff did nothing to address the situation or expedite my simple request. Instead, they indulged the rude family, leaving me waiting far too long. When I finally got my ice cream, there was no apology for the wait. To top it off, I was charged $7 for a small scoop and $2 for water. The ice cream itself was good, but the overall experience was terrible. It’s not worth the hassle—buy a tub from Target instead. I won’t be coming back.

I would strongly advise thinking twice before choosing Plano Ben & Jerry's Catering for your event. My experience was extremely disappointing, to say the least. From the get-go, they showed an utter lack of professionalism. They have a strict, no-exceptions policy on the amount of ice cream served, and they nickel-and-dime you for every little thing, which felt incredibly frustrating. The worst part, though, was dealing with their manager. I received a text after hours, day of the event at 10pm. The following morning an invoice came for overage served. Which I didn't agree with the numbers, they seemed to have changed overnight. Then, received a second emailed invoice on a Sunday evening—barely 24 business hours after the invoice was originally sent. A little respect for the weekend and time off would go a long way. To add insult to injury, the representative who showed up to our event was dressed unprofessionally—sweatpants and a dirty sweatshirt, resembling something more suited for a lazy day at home than a professional event. It was borderline disrespectful. Additionally, their trash was scattered across the parking lot which our staff had to chase and collect and it was clear they had little regard for tidying up after themselves. The lackadaisical attitude and overall unprofessionalism left a sour taste, and I would not recommend this catering service to anyone planning an important event. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable, professional option.

Lots of great flavors especially if you like peanut butter or chocolate peanut butter. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in all the flavors. They have a lot of vegan or non dairy flavors as well which is great. They sample flavors as well and offer hand packed pints if there isn't any of that flavor in their fridge.

You know, $10.55 is expensive for an ice cream cone. I get it, it’s specialty ice cream. But the ice cream was melting as snoop dog was putting it in the cone. It was a bit runny but still good. I guess I better stock up Ben&Jerrys pints and buy my own cones. I didn’t think tariffs were within the United States.

Several of us ordered Small Cups (2 scoops) of ice cream and Prepacked Pints. You can mix flavors of ice cream into 1 container. The pint sized cups are a better deal overall. They also have cakes you can order or buy from the store. The employee was very kind. Several in our party wanted to try different flavors before ordering. She was extremely patient with us.
