Nate and Gustavo are incredible at scooping ice cream. Every time I walk in, the music sets a great vibe, and their service is always perfect. Their fun personality and excellent customer service make the experience even better. Plus, they keep the place clean and welcoming. It’s always a treat to stop by!

My time here at Ben & Jerrys was impeccable. After rolling in 10 minutes before closing, expecting side eyes, and rushed service, I was actually given the complete opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and quite welcoming despite the late time. While looking through the dipping case wondering which flavors I was going to have, one of the staff offered for samples and told me to take my time, I didn't feel like a burden at all! The shop was also relatively clean even though the doors were soon to be locked. I seriously appreciate and underestimated the kindness of the staff and I am 100% looking forward to visiting this shop once again (but probably earlier 😂)

Marshmallow Sky and Chocolate Therapy in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone :-). The ice cream was delicious and the service was super friendly and fast. The cone didn’t taste fresh though (was a little hard. I almost couldn’t bite it but I have a medical condition and am more fragile. It’s just that I’m pretty sure it wasn’t made today because that doesn’t normally happen to me). I didn’t realize it was hurting my teeth until I’d eaten most of it so next time I would return the cone part and ask for a fresher one. I’m sure someone without my condition would have enjoyed the cone. Fully accessible and parking and handicapped parking right next door.

My husband and I went this evening. I specifically asked for their dairy free strawberry ice cream advertised on their menu and I can tell by how sick I’m feeling that they didn’t listen to my order at all and did not give me the dairy free version. The staff should listen to customers orders better because their mistake has really negatively affected me.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. I was standing in front of the ice cream counter, clearly waiting to order, but the staff ignored me without any explanation and took the order of the person behind me first. The employees were quite rude, and there was absolutely no apology or sign of remorse for what happened. I went there hoping to enjoy a nice treat, but left feeling upset and disrespected. In a service business, basic courtesy should be a given. I won’t be returning.

Prior to my recent experience, i had already had bad experiences in this location. First of the customer service is very much lacking. You walk in and nobody greets you, they all stand around talking to each other not taking anyones orders or acknowledging you. This happened on multiple occasions and doesn’t seem to change. When they finally took my order the only took down one order which took forever to complete due to their conversations with with other. I understand wanting to converse at work to pass time but the lack of service and attention is the real issue. When we finally got our orders it was not done correctly. We ordered a cookies and cream milk shake but when we got it, it was literally all milk. I will not be coming back to this location after the multiple chances of redemption i just cant allow myself to spend my money somewhere they clearly dont care about customer service.

This Ben and Jerry’s customer service was very poor. Me and my partner came in on Fourth of July and were never greeted. We watched several employees talking in the bad not doing anything, and one employee talking to his friends taking 5 minutes to ask up what we want acting like we were interrupting his conversation with his friends. He proceeded to only take one of our orders and took several minutes to take the next due to him continuing his conversation with his friends talking. He finally screws up the last order as we proceed to tell him exactly what we want. This location has very poor costumer service.

Love this place. Always stop by for an addicted to chocolate shake and got a cake for the first time. They totally knocked it out of the park

Lots of parking, staff was super nice and allowed us to sample a bunch before having to decide. I got a small cup with two flavors - milk and cookies and a pretzel one I can't remember the name. Both are delicious and as expected!

Had the non-dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and was great. Overall you can't go wrong at any Ben & Jerry's, but this one is solid with a ton of options.

Can't go wrong with your classic Ben & Jerry's. They had most of the popular flavors and a variety of fun cones - my favorite is always half baked with a cone dipped in chocolate. This location is nice because there is a decent amount of outdoor seating and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I would recommend grabbing one of the Adirondack chairs on the grassy area across the lot. Overall, great for a quick dessert in the summer (or even in the winter if you don't mind the cold)!

its amazing! Eva Ferguson the manager is awesome! she does a great job attending and guiding. such a sweet person. she is the reason I go back to this place. flavours are great and so is the ambiance.

These prices-- ouch. But this ice cream-- yum. The mint chocolate chunk and coffee coffee buzzbuzzbuzz were excellent.

I used to love Ben and Jerry's, but their ice cream has lost a special edge. The Good: Their pineapple sorbet was excellent though, with little chunks of pineapple running through the sorbet. The Bad: Their chocolate chip cookie dough had so many little dough balls, it was almost unenjoyable. I could barely enjoy any of the ice cream! We ordered a waffle cone and a normal sugar cone, but both were TASTELESS. The cones weren't even sweet, they were both bland and we didn't get past a single bite on either one. Also, $15 for two small ice creams seems very excessive.

The prices here are out of control! A small hot fudge sundae was nine dollars and change. Like seriously?! That's insane. It's not even a good sundae

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband to pick up today (August 22) at 12:30pm and the store opens at 12 but I went there and the store was CLOSED. I already paid for the cake and the store was closed. No one answer the phone and there's no paper explaining why it's closed. Didn't receive any emails about it either. It's my husband fav cake and I ordered it in advance! We are very very very upset and frustrated. I've never expected that from a Ben and Jerry store at all

Order was completely wrong and I threw it out. Coffee frappe, not coffee, and Black stuff in the vanilla ice cream that was not candy or anything edible (disgusting) I was told I could not get a refund even though I had my with my receipt. Waste of 20 dollars. Never will go there again.

So disappointed in this ice cream shop. The ice cream has no flavor, all you can taste is the sugar. The tables outside have probably never been wiped down since they opened, and the clerks have no knowledge about which products are dairy free.
