An Editor's Guide to Wellness in Ibiza | Condé Nast Traveler

"This beach’s decades-old Sunday drumming tradition—locals pounding instruments at sunset—draws a global crowd, and its market is one of my favorites for handmade clothes and jewelry. Even if you’re not there for the ritual, the restaurants are worth a stop: Elements serves crowd-pleasers from hearty salads and tuna plates to chunky burgers and bowls of fresh mussels; if it’s full, the cheap-and-cheerful taverna across the sand dishes up plentiful paella on nostalgic white plastic chairs." - Sarah Leigh Bannerman

Benirràs is a surprisingly spacious sandy beach with clear water and some lovely walking paths nearby. There’s plenty of free parking, and the Benirràs Beach Market right next to the beach is a great bonus. Several bars and restaurants by the entrance make it easy to grab food or drinks, and the overall vibe is really nice. I was hoping to experience the famous drum circles at sunset, but they weren’t happening when I visited. Instead, we climbed the rocks and cliffs to watch the sunset from above—an incredible experience, though a bit scary in parts of the climb and walk. The views, however, were absolutely stunning and worth it.

Absolutely beautiful beach – clean, peaceful, and with stunning views. The sand is soft, the water crystal clear, and the atmosphere perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. A true little paradise worth visiting.

Another end of the day and an unforgettable sunset in a beautiful bay where nature has created extraordinary shapes like here a rock that majestically protrudes from the water and at closer like a royal figure a guard or observer looks out to the open sea. The sounds of drums lead the sun here. A wonderful place for a moment of reflection and joy.

This beach is close for me so it's a go to. Always find parking, love to walk around the little market and plenty food options if you want to grab a bite.

Beautiful, secluded and also quiet beach. Has amazing sunsets with the hippies drumming. Good to visit for one day and has some restaurants around it. Small market too in front of the beach. Would recommend visiting at 3 pm and stay untill the sunset.

nice live music and beautiful sunset spot which can get very crowded. There are a few restaurants on the breach and a bar. no boardwalk for wheelchairs but there is a life guard and a market as you walk onto the beach. lots of parking but on a Sunday it get really busy so try and het there earlier. sea is rocky but lots of fish and clear

Beautiful beach inside a cove. I visited during autumn which meant the beach was basically empty, but the water was still warm enough for a short swim. There are lots of parking, when I visited it was free, but I don't know it that's the case during summer, I would expect it isn't. It is possible to climb the rocks surrounding the beach to get an even better view, but that might not be suitable for the youngest or oldest of visitors.

Our favourite beach from our holiday! Nice and relaxing, plenty of room and super cheap loungers (although none were available when we arrived late in the afternoon). Lots of easy free parking. Would 100% go back again!

We love this place. Less busy than the other tourist beaches on the island and there's also a nice bar to get drinks
