Bonito Plans to Bring More Latinx and LGBTQ Culture to Capitol Hill - Eater Seattle
"Bonito is a new cafe, market, and pop-up space in Capitol Hill, Seattle, founded by Daniel and Ismael Calderón. It is designed to encourage social interaction with communal seating and strategic outlet placement. The cafe will host a variety of pop-up events, including tattoo artists and vintage shops, and feature art and items from local Latinx vendors. The high-ceilinged shop on Olive Way will be filled with plants and light. The menu includes ready-to-eat food, espresso drinks, horchata, jamaica, and unique items like lemonade with edible glitter and a drink combining espresso and Mexican coke. Bonito aims to be a welcoming space for Latinx and LGBTQ people and anyone looking for a lively, extroverted cafe environment." - Harry Cheadle
They only take cash or zelle.
I got a scoop of icecream and a mango milkshake for $10. The icecream was of high quality and they had many flavours. The mango milkshake had fresh mangos inside and the whipped cream topping was good.
